الموظفون في نادي الاطفال لم يتعاملوا بشكل احترافي مع السواح من خارج بلدهم بل انهم يتجنبون التعامل معهم ولا يتواصلون معهم ولا يكلمون على عكس ابناءهم

عباره عن منتجع وفيه عدة مسابح داخل غابه ، المكان جميل وهو عباره عن فندقين بالنسبه لي افضل الفندق القديم عن المبنى الجديد لكن ان وجد السعر في المبنى الجديد اقل فهو الافضل، بوفيه الفطور والنقنقه والعشاء لذيذ

لا شي غير غلاء الأسعار وبصراحه ماحبيت منظر النساء يمشون بالمايوهات والبكيني بكل مكان 😩

Where to start? I have travelled to many places and spent time in many hotels, honestly no place like Narven. The hotel is so clean, landscape arrangement is very neat and on spot. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception are super fast and they are available 24/7. Room service staff are so freindly and lovely. FOOD IS AMAZING. ON TOP OF THAT, my wife forgot her money in the safe and she remembered after two days of check out. We called them as we were 300 kilo meters away from the hotel. They kept them in their safe and were trying to reach us. They arranged a free delivery to our location to handover our money!!! Special thanks to the House keeping manager Borko, supervisor Bano Han, the general manager Teezkan and Burak. You guys are amazing, inspiring and truely made our stay unforgettable.

Location and facilities slides

AC and some days they are not cleaning our rooms pillows not that comfortable slides close at 12 and then at 5 The outdoor swimming pools close at 6. Why not 8???? the food is the same everyday not much stores for snacks and candy and why do the stores open at 9am???? At night there aren’t much thing for kids to do game center closes at 10pm why not 12??????

اقامة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة المنتجع يقع وسط غابة جميلة و الاجواء هادئة ومريحة جدًا، مناسب للاسترخاء والاستمتاع بالطبيعة. المرافق ممتازة ومتنوعة، خصوصًا المسابح التي كانت نظيفة ومناسبة لجميع الأعمار. احنا عائلتين مع اطفال وحجزنا كان 3 غرف ديلوكس جنب بعض وكانوا متعاونين معانا البوفيه متنوع والأطعمة لذيذة، وكانت التجربة بشكل عام ممتعة ومريحة. كما يوجد مطعم وكافيه جميل داخل الغابة بأجواء ساحرة وهادئة، وكانت الموظفة في الكافيه لطيفة في التعامل وبشوشة. أيضًا توجد قطة لطيفة (مايا)🤍 الشيء الوحيد الذي قد يزعج البعض هو أن المنتجع يصبح مزدحمًا خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع. شكر خاص للأستاذ محمد من قسم علاقات النزلاء على تعاونه الراقي ومساعدته لنا في حجز سائق لأخذنا في جولة حول صبنجة، وكانت الخدمة ممتازة والسعر مناسب. كذلك السائق كان محترمًا ومتعاونًا طوال الرحلة، فكل الشكر لهم.

الهدوء والهواء النقي والبوفيه الممتاز ولطافة العاملين وأخص بالذكر الأستاذ محمد العراقي كان قمة في الأخلاق واللطافة وحسن التعامل

كانت هناك مرافق مثل كراسي الأرجوحة والأسرة المتأرجحة والمراجيح المعلقة على بعض الأشجار والجلسات الخارجية لم نجدها في هذه السفرة مع أني أعتبر النزول في هذه المنتجع أحد أولوياتي في سفري لتركيا وقد نزلته قرابة 5 مرات من عام 2022 فمن الضروري توفير اللمسات التي تريح السائح واستمتاعه بالجلوس والتنزه في الغابة الجميلة

المصاعد وممرات الغرف والغرف ودورات المياة جميعها لا ترتقي لتصنيف 5 نجوم

كل المرافق جميلة و الانشطة متنوعة و الاكل لذيذ و متنوع

لكن التكييف جدا سيء، قرأت في المراجعات انه التكييف فيه اشكالية لكن قلت يمكن صدفت مع شخصين او ثلاثة.. بس اتفاجأت انه حصل معانا نفس الشي و اضطرينا نصحي الاولاد الساعه 2 و نلم العفش و نروح ل NG enjoy عشان مافي غرف متوفرة في نفس المكان و قال لنا الموظف انه ممكن يغير لما الفندق بس ما يضمن لنا جودة التكييف !! و طبعا رفضنا .. و صحينا تاني يوم دايخين و راحت علينا اغلب الفعاليات بسبب اننا مو نايمين في الليل

Room was nice - clean and quite big.

It’s overpriced. The quality and service do not match the price. I believe that on other local websites you can find the same options much cheaper. The pool was okay; however, in the adults’ pool, kids were running and jumping, which is not ideal when you want to relax. Breakfast and dinner were disappointing — I expected better quality and more variety, but it did not meet expectations. The hotel itself is quite outdated and requires renovation. Maybe NG Enjoy is a better option, as it is the same price and located next to it.

لا شي لم يعجبني

We recently spent an enjoyable two night stay at NG Sapanca. The rooms were very large and clean . The open buffet offers an extensive range of food. I am really not a fan of huge hotels with open buffets but the staff at this hotel really are so nice and try so hard I have to mention them . In the winter there are only 2 pools to use - one is for adults and one for families . I had an issue when 3 young children were in the adult pool. After contacting the staff ( first thought I was in the wrong pool) they immediately tried to correct the situation. It was interesting to see that this was hard for the staff ( 2 people called) and some people with children refused to leave the adult pool at first. The lifeguard could have been more pro active from he start as once people get in the water it is hard to make them change their venue . The garden at the hotel is very pleasant and you can take a walk through the trees which were very beautiful as they were in full autumn colours . Even though it is a very large hotel there are ample places for everyone to relax . I used the hamam and had a ritual hamam experience which was very good. The price was reasonable . At first there were some very noisy people in the hamam but the attendant immediately moved me to a more private section which was nice of her . All in all an enjoyable two night stay

Not our first time in the hotel and not our last for sure we enjoyed our time as we did the last three times great for a couple or a family or a group them food options are more than we except and the kitchen team are doing wonderful job the room size and the view + the hotel facilities are excellent

We always get a confusion when we want to check in with our room type as if we booked a king bed they tell us that we didn’t or they don’t have it and when we show them the booking the fix it and the same with the room size if this happens once or twice we will say its a mistake but this was in three time in a row !

Clean room with a nice view, great lounge, located directly inside a forest.

Loud people noise coming from the hall during night. Room was small. Lighting was not available only for reading books.

Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. Daha önce iş toplantısı amacıyla bulunduğum otelinizde, bu sefer eşimle birlikte spa/masaj hizmetinden de yararlanarak 1 gecelik bir konaklama yaptık. Otelin temizliği, konforu konularında memnun kaldık. Canlı müzik gecesinden çok keyif aldık. Spa'da aldığımız masaj hizmeti oldukça başarılıydı. Spa soyunma odalarındaki dolap kilitlerinin çalışmıyor olması, odadaki yastıkları pek konforlu bulmamamız ve akşam yemeğinde sunulan bazı meze, garnitür türü ürünlerin çok taze değilmiş hissi vermesi dışında bir sorunumuz olmadı. Küçük detaylar da olsa 1 gece için ve masaj vb hizmetler için ödenilen ücretler düşünüldüğünde karşılaşmak istenmeyen detaylardı diyebilirim.

The price was exaggerated, i find that some local travel agent offering much more affordable price than mine and this make my trust to booking.com questionable !!!!

Housekeeping. They don't refill the shampoo and boday cream eventhouth I told them to. I haven't had a shampoo for two days.

Temiz otel, personel çok çözüm bulucu ve güler yüzlü, gerek resepsiyon; gerek garsonlar ve kat görevlileri işlerini güler yüzle ve isteyerek yapıyor bu çok güzel; yemekler süper, kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Sadece kapalı havuz küçük biraz, o da belki ilerleyen zamanda daha iyi hale getirilebilir. Benim için önemli değildi. Arabanıza rahatça perk yeri bulabiliyorsunuz bence bu havuzdan daha önemliydi. Çok teşekkürler

This hotel is a great choice for a relaxed weekend: it has very nice big territory with well-organized walking roads in forest, so you can use both NG Sapanca and NG Enjoy hotel's territories to take a walk and enjoy very fresh air. It also has several beautiful swimming pools. Food choice in open buffet was also great - traditional rich Turkish breakfast, for dinner they served duck, octopus, squids (calamary), shrimps, different types of meze and desserts, paid cocktails in the bar were also very tasty. We also loved SPA area very much: there are different saunas, steam rooms, tropical showers with special effects, adults only pool with jacuzzi. Aromatherapy massage was also good and relaxing.

We visited the hotel with my parents, and it was beautifully situated in nature, offering scenic walking paths and lush greenery. We were eager to enjoy a nice spa experience, which turned out to be amazing. Opting for a weekday visit allowed us to take advantage of a package deal that included a complimentary massage for each of us. We scheduled a busy massage calendar for the whole family, and the service was both refreshing and professional. The breakfast and overall food quality were good, though not particularly gourmet, yet perfectly sufficient for our needs. The rooms were spacious and offered smoking room options, which is a rare find. Overall, it was a delightful stay that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Terrible staff at restaurants, need to remind multiple times to just bring the tea, zero proactiveness; rooms are subpar / not so clean compared to price tag.

Their was a worker Their his name is Mohammed or mustafa I am not sure .. but he speaks Arabic I think he is Iraqi I am not sure .. but he was really professional and polite .. and helped us alot with everything we need ... and the place is beautiful with the kids activities and pools.

They refused to provide us with Dental cleaning kit " toothbrush and toothpaste" !!!!!! I mean come on !!!!!!!!!!!

It boasts over six swimming pools with various features, including pools for adults, families, and a quiet pool. The food is delicious with a wide range of options. Excellent hotel. A+++++++ Great for families with kids, amazing atmosphere and beautiful views, lots of activities. The forest is beautiful. The food was delicious and plentiful, we enjoyed the taste and variety of it. The staff were very friendly especially Mr.Mohammed he was very helpful and made sure we get the rooms the we needed. Check in was smooth and fast as well.

You are already getting overwhelmed when you enter the impressive lobby and get welcomed by the friendly staff at the reception. Rooms are large and clean with a nice bathroom and efficient AC system. Furthermore there is a large and comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, writing desk, sitting area, large flatscreen TV and french balcony. At the basement there is a large SPA area with indoor (whirl)pool, finish sauna, steam bath, hamman and treating rooms. At the same level you can also get rid of all your energy in a complete fitness room. The food is excellent with a great variety of choices at the different buffets for breakfast, afternoon tea and diner. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is surrounded by a big garden in all shades of green with walking track, "à la carte" restaurant and 4 different swimming pools and 1 baby pool with many sun beds and towel service. This hotel is an amazing place for a relaxing, comfortable stay or congress events. It is a perfect family and child friendly hotel with a lot of animation during vacation periods.

Everything was clean and well maintained, including rooms, swimming pools, and all other facilities. Staff including cleaning staff was very nice and welcoming. Landscaping and outside facilities were great. Food was exceptional, including breakfast, teatime, and dinner. This is our third time to stay at this place, and it is getting better and better every time. It is a bet on the expensive side, however, it is well worth it and diffenately, won't be our last time to stay there.
