Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Richmond Nua Wellness Spa. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location with amazing views of the lake. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their hospitality truly deserves recognition. The only small downside was the TV in the room. For a luxury hotel of this standard, a larger, more modern TV would make the room even better. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended

Wij hadden een standaard kamer geboekt maar werden verrast met een gratis upgrade naar een kamer met meerzicht. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet ook.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Exceptional hospitality: The staff were incredibly kind and professional, especially Mariam, the Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Prime location: The hotel is perfectly situated, making it a great base for our trip. Thoughtful gestures: We truly appreciated the surprise heart-shaped cake for our special occasion. Accommodating team: The housekeeping team was very helpful and flexible in accommodating our requests even outside of regular cleaning hours. Relaxing atmosphere: The overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
Lack of room quality control: The room was not properly prepared before check-in. It lacked basic essentials like bottled water and tea, and it took three calls to room service to receive water. Additionally, the welcome fruit was not fresh. Maintenance issues: There was visible damage to the room flooring, and the electric kettle was also damaged. Uncomfortable environment: The air conditioning in the guest corridors appeared to be turned off, making the hallways poorly ventilated and uncomfortable. Breakfast experience: The breakfast buffet was below expectations for a five-star hotel. I expected a more complete selection (e.g., an omelet station), and it was disappointing to be charged extra for coffee. Post-stay communication: I contacted the hotel through Booking.com regarding a lost personal item after check-out, but it took over 48 hours for a response, only to be informed it wasn't found. Guest care should continue beyond the check-out process.

Zincir otellerin en iyisi diye gittik bahçesi sanki biraz daha büyük olmalıydı, otel cafe bölümü dökülüyor resmen oturma yerleri masalar çok çok vasat, bar kısmı gece 12 de kapanıyor ve sadece oda servisi var.Fiyat performans oteli değil. Gecelik konaklama fiyatları çok yüksek.

we stayed at the end of May and some days it was hot and our room got hot. During our second day of stay at the hotel when we noticed they did not have many guests they had turned off the central Air conditioning system from the mains and we could not get any cool air in the room. we had to ask several times between 11 pm to 4 am before they agreed to turn on the A/C and this totally disrupted our sleep and next day when we were recovering from lack of sleep. They also were repairing the outside pool and we were not able to use it.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Richmond Nua Wellness Spa Hotel. The corner suite was absolutely magnificent, offering breathtaking views that made our experience truly special. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Volkan, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming—and speaks French very well, which was a lovely bonus. Breakfast was outstanding, with a very rich selection and plenty of choices to suit all tastes. The à la carte restaurant also deserves praise: it has a beautiful view and serves delicious, high-quality food. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Nach 3 Tagen Istanbul haben wir noch 3 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Wellnesshotel am See zum Entspannen verbracht. Die Außenanlagen konnten wir nicht nutzen. Das Wetter war schon zu herbstlich. Das hat aber eigentlich nicht gestört, da der Wellnessbereich einfach umwerfend ist. Sehr groß, vielfältige Saunen, wunderschön gestaltet mit den typischen bunten Fliesen, mit schwenkenden Bottichen für Kräuteraufgüsse, herrliche warme Wasserbetten, bequeme Liegen mit Sternenhimmel, überall Handtücher, Erlebnisduschen (mit Gewitter und Regenschauer), Solebad und türkisches Hamam, Tee und feine Trockenfrüchte. Wir haben auch die Massage probiert - wunderbar - haben gleich für den nächsten Tag nochmal gebucht. Unser Zimmer war großzügig und sehr schön, mit Blick zum See und Balkon. Das Bett ist fantastisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig, der Service aufmerksam. Auch die Küche für das Abendessen hat einen sehr guten Koch. Ich hatte einen runden Geburtstag und mein Mann wollte Blumen für mich bestellen. Das war nicht ganz einfach, aber Frau Samia Mohamed hat nicht locker gelassen und es geschafft. Das Ergebnis war ein fantastischer Rosenstrauß. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Wenn überhaupt irgendetwas zu bemerken sein soll, dann vielleicht, dass es zu wenig Haken gibt. Im Zimmer gar keine und im Bad nur 2. Etwas mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen für Kleidung, Bademäntel, Handtücher usw. wären schön.
