Silver Beach Hotel & Apartments

The hotel is right on the beach and has a beautiful view if your room is oriented toward the beach. There are also two pools, one of which is a fairly decent size. The room is spacious and has a small fridge as well as a sink. It’s located about half an hour from Chania by car. There is parking in front, but it’s only paved on one side.

When it comes to food, I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. The variety is ok, for example, for dinner and lunch you can choose between two dofferent meat choices and at least one fish. But the quality is not that great. It’s like canteen food. There are sunbeds, but not enough for everyone in the hotel so people reserve them early in the morning. Have something for mosquitoes, therw arw a bunch of them.

Ho soggiornato in un piccolo paradiso! La struttura è bellissima: grande, pulita, ci sono 2 bar, 2 piscine, palestra e spazio per i più piccolini. Questo posto ti permette proprio di rilassarti e di staccare la testa per il tempo che ci rimani. Le camere sono molto grandi, spaziose e sempre pulite e lo staff è sempre stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Il servizio all inclusive con colazione, pranzo e cena spettacolare: buffet sempre ricco e diverso ogni giorno con possibilità di avere il pranzo al sacco quando si rimane fuori più a lungo. È un ricordo che mi porterò sempre nel cuore.

Неймовірне місце! Якщо Ви хочете відпочити від динаміки життя - Вам сюди!! Спокій! Тиша! Прекрасний персонал, що ,як бджілки ,від самого ранку пильнують чистоту та якість Вашого відпочинку. Чистота! Щодня достатньо їжі на сніданок, обід, вечерю. Я б сказала, що це - ,,камеральний,, відпочинок! Море, хвилі і Ви....ніхто не заважає, ніхто не має нічого до Вас. Вечірня тиша - це окремий бонус, для тих хто хоче спокою. Сам готель розташований прямо на пляжі , але майте на увазі - хвилі і вітри. Варто враховувати що не щодня зможете плавати. Дякую адміністрації за покращений варіант номеру для нашої родини! Нам бонусом пощастило попасти на період вилуплення черепашок, було цікаво щоранку спостерігати за їх доріжками. Їжі абсолютно достатньо на любий смак. Були рибні, м'ясні, овочеві страви в достатній кількості. А місцеві апельсини, то моя любовввв на завжди - просто СМАКОТА, і хай Вас не лякає їх вигляд, повірте це найсмачніші апельсини ,які Ви їли. Бажаю всім працівникам, адміністрації сили та здоров'я і надалі радувати відпочиваючих!

Цікавий варіант ,,All-inclusive,,...вперше мені без жодних коктейлів..лише місцеве вино(біле, рожеве, червоне) та ракія і пиво. Варто було б якусь бюджетну карту коктейльну таки включити ...або хоч один який коктейль.. Готель знаходиться віддалено від нічного життя селища , але поряд є і маркети і кафе і зупинка автобусу

Nur griechisches Fernsehprogramm da wäre es schön wenn wenigstens ein paar streaming Dienste verfügbar gewesen wären. Cocktails waren im All inklusive Paket nicht enthalten, da wäre es schön gewesen wenn wenigstens der eigene silver Beach cocktail inklusive enthalten wäre. Der war super lecker

Тут чудове все: свіжа та різноманітна їжа, місце розташування готелю та його вигляд, власний пляж готелю, який постійно вільний, купа лежаків, близько пляж, номери для сімей та вигляд з балкону на море. Також персонал, вони дуже вічливі та приємні. Завжди готові допомогти, підсказати, що потрібно та інше. Були різні національності. Прибирали кожні 2 дні, але якщо потрібно, можуть частіше. Також шампуні, гелі та інше все давали нове та додаткове, коли прибирали. На барі біля баскйну давали рушники для пляжу та басейну. Є тенісний стіл

La habitación amplia, comoda y práctica con vista al mar agradable.

El hotel no tiene rampas para acceder a todos los sitios. La comida es muy repetitiva, monótona, regular tirando a mala (pasta hasta seca). Las bebidas del all inclusive están muy limitadas. No entendemos la nota global del 9, para nuestro punto de vista la relación calidad precio no es adecuada.

Bellissima struttura, camere superpulitissime e personale a dir poco accogliente. In Italia abbiamo solo da imparare da loro. Le piscine sempre pulite e tavoli sempre in ordine. Consigliatissima.

We had an amazing time at this place... It was exactly what we were after : A comfortable room right on the beach where we could enjoy some relaxing time away with all the family... And this place ticked all the boxes! Staff were all really nice, welcoming and helpful. Premises very well kept and spotless clean. Kids had a blast shifting from the beach to the pools. I definitely recommend Silver Beach Hotel

Only a couple of minor things : The espresso from the machine in the breakfast area is the worst I ever tasted (but you can get a decent espresso at a charge from the pool bar if you wait till 9:30 which is a bit late). Dinner closes a bit too early at 9:00pm and since there are no restaurants adjacent to the place it can be a bit of a problem unless you have a car (which we had thankfully). Buffets are a but limited with selection but all food was freshly prepared. (Really and truly I hadn't planned for an all inclusive package but was included in he deal so all food was a bonus!)

Las instalaciones son buenas, nuevas relativamente. La ubicación regular necesitas coche para todo. No hay nada de animación en el hotel está muerto literalmente. Hay que moverse alrededor con el coche para poder tomarte algo o salir a dar un paseo por las tiendas. El resto está bien, la comida regular tirando a mal. Muy repetitiva y poca variedad.

La ubicación y la comida del buffet. Y que no haya nada de animación ni para niños que cuando yo he estado había todo familias con niños ni algún concierto a la noche o algún espectáculo de algo.

Το ξενοδοχειο απευθυνεται κυριως σε οικογενειες με παιδια,πολυ φασαρια,και μετα τις 21:00 θα μπορουσαν να οργανωνουν καποιες εκδηλωσεις..οπως και βαση της τιμης θα επρεπε να υπαρχουν περισσοτερα ποτα στο all-inclusive και παγωτο!

Tres bel hotel avec une magnifique plage . Cadre et prestations de bonne qualité. Magnifique piscine. All inclusive obligatoire, donc prix du buffet inclus: correct mais pas incroyable, un peu cantine… aurait prefere une chambre sans all inclusive. Horaires stricts. Assez a l ecart de chania donc il faut une voiture.

Buffet bruyant et façon cantine scolaire. Assez isolé pour ceux qui n ont pas de voiture Cher!! Si vs n avez pas de reduction.

Everything was perfect.Especially the food. Every day different fish and traditional greek food.

Lækker og rummelig værelser, skøn beliggenhed lige ned til stranden, og adgang til god størrelse pool. Familie venlig og roligt hotel.

Det eneste lille minus var måske maden, der til tider var lidt for smagsløst og ensformigt.

Overall it was a very good stay! Very clean, fantastic and friendly staff and very good value for money. Easy, direct access to the sea and swimming pool.

It was very good (all inclusive) food, but alcohol assortment was somewhat limited. Hotel facilities and kids playgrounds could improve for the future.

Шикарний готель на самому березі моря, в якому ми відпочили на всі 100%! Ми шукали саме тихе та спокійне місце для затишного сімейного відпочинку і не помилилися з вибором.Наш номер був із неймовірним видом на море, а саме море тут просто прекрасне. Чистота в готелі бездоганна — прибиралося кожного дня, все блищало. Харчування організовано на дуже високому рівні, абсолютно всі страви були надзвичайно смачними. Величезним плюсом є те, що зручні лежаки і біля басейну, і біля моря надаються абсолютно безкоштовно, місця завжди вистачало.Усе просто шикарно! Щиро рекомендую цей готель усім і самі обов'язково сюди повернемося!

Completamente soddisfatti di questa esperienza e soggiorno, tutti i responsabili ed operatori sono stati gentili e disponibili. La posizione dell'Hotel è un po' decentrata ma a 5 minuti da Platanias. La nostra stanza, molto ampia è sempre stata pulita ed in ordine, aprire le finestre e trovarsi direttamente sulla spiaggia e sul mare è meraviglioso. Tutto ciò fa venire la voglia di tornarci. Partendo dal presupposto che è tutto andato bene, sull'offerta dei pranzi/cene che comunque è varia ed abbondante, una possibilità di avere del pesce o della carne grigliata al momento completerebbe la gamma.

Pobyt w hotelu uważam za wyjątkowo udany! Najwiekszym atutem jest bezposredni dostep do morza i jednoczesnie dostęp do części z basenami hotelowymi. Pokój był czysty, a łóżka wygodne. Obsługa okazała się niezwykle miła i pomocna na każdym etapie – od zameldowania po wymeldowanie. Śniadania były dobre, świeże i urozmaicone. Kazdy cos dla siebie znajdzie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt zarówno parom, jak i rodzinom szukającym komfortowego wypoczunku. Z przyjemnością tu wrócę!”

Suggerisco una maggiore attenzione sulla manutenzione e cura dei dettagli

La struttura è meravigliosa, estremamente pulita. Sono attenti ad ogni dettaglio, tutte le mattine viene lavato anche il pavimento esterno. La signora alla reception è cortese e professionale. La persona che gestisce la sala è attenta e garbata. I giardini sono incantevoli e ben curati. Le piscine pulite, il mare a due passi, sembra di vivere in un sogno

La troppa tranquillità. Alle 21 cadeva il buio e il silenzio più totale, persino il parco giochi non era illuminato. Per un posto così bello è un peccato non migliorarlo con un animazione per bambini , un po' di musica, diventa davvero troppo noioso. Necessiti obbligatoriamente di una vettura. Consiglierei visto che si tratta di una struttura abbastanza onerosa un servizio navetta che ti porti al centro ( non molto distante) e magari a serate alterne anche alla Canea , in questo modo non si avrebbe l' obbligo di noleggiare un auto e non avresti il problema del traffico e parcheggio ( molte strutture in Italia lo fanno). Il personale ai tavoli non aveva mai un sorriso, stesso discorso per la signora bionda al bar in piscina, sembrava sempre arrabbiata

L’unica cosa che purtroppo bisogna scrivere e’ la macchinetta da caffè nel servizio di All inclusive la quale era pessima, per bere un buon cappuccino oppure un buon espresso bisognava andare al bar e pagare, purtroppo il bar apriva non prima delle 9 di mattina.

Albergo davvero bello tenuto perfettamente. Tutto molto pulito anche la pulizia giornaliera era fatta in modo impeccabile. La camera che ci è stata offerta si affacciava sul mare ed era fantastica la vista. Camera molto grande, moderna con tutto il necessario.

Purtroppo per noi che avevamo due bambini piccoli il mare non era l'ideale in quanto c'erano pietre e sassolini quindi ci siamo dovuti spostare altrove in macchina. Se non si ha la macchina il luogo è ben isolato quindi è un requisito necessario. Colazione buona, pranzo e cena non c'era molta scelta e non era un granché. Le bibite sono molto limitate nel all inclusive. Abbiamo usufruito davvero poco dell'All inclusive perché non era ciò che ci aspettavamo ed abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori altrove.

La mancanza di animazione serale che, essendo la struttura un po' isolata, avrebbe potuto dare quel qualcosa in più per allietare gli ospiti.

Hotel bittet all inclusive an, Aber nur in eine bestimmte Zeit bis 21 Uhr, kein Wasser in der Zimmer mini Bar ist leer, müssen wir erst irgendwo Wasserflasche kaufen und dann könnten die Flasche befühlen in Bar oder Restaurant. BarPersonal unfreundlich und sehr oft nicht da. Frühstück jeden Tag ist gleich, kaum Obst . Buffet bittet sehr wenig an. Im Zimmer kein Information für Telefon und Tresor

אהבנו את הצוות: אנשים נחמדים ומסורים שתמיד דאגו שנרגיש טוב ונענו לכל בקשה אהבנו את מבנה המלון, בשתי קומות, שמקנה הרבה פרטיות, ואווירה מאוד נעיצה. נעים לשהות במתחם בכל חלק - בבר של הבריכה, בים, במרפסת של הלובי החוף נהדר, הבריכות אחלה

אפשר לשפר את האוכל. אמנם היה מבחר גדול בארוחות אבל חלק מהמנות היו פשוט לא טעימות אפשר לשפר את המיזוג - המנגנון שמכבה את המיזוג כשפותחים את הדלת למרפסת פשוט מבאס היינו 4 אנשים בדירה ואם מישהו יוצא למרפסת המיזוג נכבה

Struttura bellissima dotata di ogni comfort! Stanza molto ampia dotata di balcone direttamente sulla spiaggia! Bellissima piscina! Ristorante davvero vario e di qualità

Különálló szállodakomplexum közvetlenül a tengerpartra épülve. Emberi léptékű, családias. Segítókész személyzet, kiváló és választékos étkezések (reggeli, ebéd, vacsora). Vacsora végén még mielőtt elpakoltak volna megkérdezték akarunk-e valamit enni, nem fordult elő soha hogy valami elfogyott volna, akár az étkezések végén is. A szoba tengerpartra nézett, tágas, tiszta. Junior lakosztályban voltunk 3 fővel. A plusz ágy is kényelmes volt. Légkondícionálás rendben volt. A medencék karbantartottak, a tengerparton és a medencéknél napernyők és napozóágyak voltak ingyenesen használhatóak. Két medence is volt, a nagyobbiknál egy bár és zene szólt, ahol napközben is lehetett folyadékot fogyasztani este 9-ig. (all inclusive sör, bor, üdítő, víz) A hely kicsit távol esik a várostól gyalogosan, ezért csendes is, mi autót béreltünk, így rugalmasan tudtunk mozogni kirándulásokra is. Wifi kiemelkedően jól működik.

Sajnos nem volt az ablakon és ajtón szúnyogháló, figyelni kellett hogy ne hagyjuk nyitva sötétedéskor, de ez csak odafigyelés kérdése.

Una struttura da sogno, bellissima per un periodo di relax, ma anche con spunto di partenza per visitare Creta. Il personale davvero squisito, tutti, nessuno escluso! Dal personale di sala, a quello delle pulizie, a quello della reception. Ogni richiesta o necessità è sempre stata accolta e gestita con il sorriso. Se tornerò a Creta andrò sicuramente di nuovo qui. Grazie a tutti

I don’t even know where to begin because everything exceeded my expectations. This is the definition of a true vacation because, if you don’t want to, you never have to leave the hotel. It has everything – from a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel (and our room) to very clean swimming pools that children absolutely love. The food is traditional and feels as if you are staying with friends in Greece. The selection is not always equally extensive, but there is always at least one meal that you will truly enjoy. The people are wonderful, genuine, and always smiling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have large bathrooms. It’s crazy to me that some people say the beach is dirty. The beach is never dirty – sometimes the waves bring in seaweed and stones, but as soon as the sea calms down, everything is perfect again.

Just the fact that we couldn't swim every day because of the waves. Again, that has nothing to do with hotel - June is like that in Crete.

I don't know what criteria are used to award stars to hotels. This hotel is a 10 out of 10! We had a room with a sea view on the first floor. The room was clean. Housekeeping every day, towels replaced even when we didn't ask. The grounds are clean, the sea is close, plenty of sunbeds. There are few people — maybe because it's June. The sea water is warm. The most amazing thing is the food! So delicious! So varied! I don't have enough words to describe this delight! Very tasty! The staff is kind! Responsive! Everyone is so nice!! This is a wonderful place. I recommend it!!!

The only downside of this location is the deep sea. Not an option for families with children. The beach is rocky. Footwear is a must. But this doesn't apply to the hotel. Just useful information. We knew about this before we arrived.

Tutto! Il nostro soggiorno presso l'hotel Silver Beach è stato a dir poco meraviglioso. La struttura è super moderna e di gusto. Le camere molto spaziose , fornite di ogni comfort. Ogni giorno la pulizia completa della stanza con il cambio della biancheria . Per la colazione, per il pranzo e per la cena, un ricco buffet sempre ben assortito,ogni giorno con pietanze diverse. A completare il tutto, la splendida signora Stavrula, responsabile di sala, con un sorriso coinvolgente, sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Premetto, è l'unica che parla benissimo l'italiano, con lei ci siamo sentiti a casa!!!Bellissima piscina e angolo bar sempre animato da bella musica di sottofondo. Super consigliato e da ripetere!!! had a wonderful stay at Silver Beach Hotel & Apartments. The location is amazing — right by the beach with beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, making the stay feel very easy and enjoyable. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The service felt personal and genuine from the moment we arrived. The pool area and restaurant were also excellent, with great food, good cocktails, and a perfect setting to relax during the day or evening. It’s a great place both for couples and families. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a place I would return to. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday with great hospitality.

L'hôtel est parfaitement située face a la mer et très propre chambre laver tous les jours, le personnel et très agréables toujours souriants et répond de suite a vos attentes.

par contre le seul point négatif c'est la nourriture, nous avions pris le hold exclusive et franchement s'étai pas terrible. On mange carrément mieux au restaurant et la qualité des produits est au rendez vous ah un prix plus que correcte.

Honestly, everything was arranged perfectly! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!

They dont have washing machines in site, but we knew that. It is just an inconvenience when traveling with kids for more than a week. But they can send your laundry out to wash…

Stort, fräscht rum med havet precis utanför. Poolen var stor och ren. Personalen var väldigt duktiga och tillmötesgående. Stort tack till Eleni, en härlig kvinna som fick oss att skratta massor!

Det enda man måste vara medveten om är att man borde ha bil om man vill kunna ta sig till de finare stränderna. Maten var lite för anpassad för alla, så inte så mycket smak som man skulle kunna förvänta sig av det kretanska köket.

Het eten. Het ontbijt was goed Het middag- en avondeten viel tegen. Soms werd het eten van de middag gemengd met pasta en zo weer aangeboden. Soms was het eten ook koud. Als fruit was het hoofdzakelijk watermeloen. We wisten op voorrand wat de All in betekende maar dat viel wel tegen . Spijtig want het is een toplocatie met een top infrastructuur.

The room was quite spacious and it had a sliding door that could be used to partition it in two (still big) parts, actually creating two bedrooms. It also featured a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The two swimming pools were also superb, with nice surrounding areas. There was also the option of laying in the beach instead - there were also lounges and parasols/trees creating nice shades. Swimming in the sea is also a great option (just be mindful that the pebbles can hurt your feet if you are only used to sand; also, beware that it gets deep very fast). There is a ping pong table and volleyball courts. The buffet was sufficiently diversified, and the services therein very good - all empty food trays were replaced in a matter of seconds, and the staff would come to your table quite often to take away any dirty plates that were no longer being used. The food was a nice mix of local specialties and more generic dishes, and if you wanted you could dine al fresco as there were some tables in fron of the pool. In general, the facilities are very clean and well kept. On Thursday there was live music, which made for a different evening.

There is nothing I can say I actually disliked. In any case, If I might give a couple of suggestions, it would have been nice for some cocktails to be included (even if just a couple per person per week), and perhaps some ice-cream for the kids (it was quite hot). It would also be nice to reopen the mini market that I undesrtand used to exist in the resort. Please note however that there is one a very short walk away - so it is more of a nice-to-have than a real need. Some info about the bus routes and timetables to Chania and the airport would have been useful as well. Finally, it might be advisable to explicitly remind all guests upon their arrival (in spite of there being signs all around the pools) that it is forbidden to reserve the loungers. There were days in which most of them would be reserved (specially on the beach side) with no one in sight. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault - but If the reservations persist, the policy might have to be more strongly enforced. All in all this was a great stay - will miss this place!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage die augenscheinlich laufend gewartet wird. Sehr gutes Buffet zu allen Zeiten. Selbst beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag einige andere Sachen. Preis Leistung absolut Top.

Das All Inclusive Getränkeangebot könnte etwas erweitert werden in Bezug auf Auswahl und Zeit, für den gebotenen Preis aber vermutlich nicht möglich. Ich wäre aber gerne Bereit ein paar Euro mehr zu bezahlen. Wie oben geschrieben Preis Leistung für das was geboten wird Top.

Położenie hotelu idealne: bardzo dobre warunki do wypoczynku bardzo cicho i przyjemnie. Pokoje przestronne z idealnym widokiem na plażę hotelową i morze. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków na plaży i przy basenie. Posiłki bardzo dobre. Miła obsługa, dbająca o czystość w pokojach i na terenie obiektu.

Serwowane posiłki mogły by być cieplejsze.

Wonderful location, sea view from the room, delicious food, playground for kids - everything was fantastic! We also visited botanical garden which is not far from the hotel (17km) and it was lovely.

Localização junto ao mar, numa zona muito tranquila longe da cidade, junto a vários alojamentos e hotéis. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo, com varanda (o nosso tinha vista mar) e kitchenette. A oferta de comida era melhor do que o que tinha lido online, com novas opções todos os dias, com diversidade qb. O hotel é sossegado, perfeito para quem não adora a confusão dos resorts, mas procura o conforto das refeições incluídas. O hotel disponibiliza serviço de toalhas para usar na praia e piscina. Dispõe de mesa de ping pong, campo de voleibol e futebol (em relvado), parque infantil e duas piscinas, uma delas junto a um bar. Há residentes de 4 patas, gatos mimosos que fazem as delícias dos restantes hóspedes. A 5 min a pé existe um restaurante e mini mercado. Fica a cerca de 30 min de carro de Chania, a cidade mais bonita da ilha!

O tudo incluído limita-se às refeições (pequeno-almoço, almoço e jantar), sem opções de lanche. As bebidas incluídas são de pressão (pepsi, 7up, água, soda, cerveja e vinhos e sumos durante as refeições). Tudo o resto é pago à parte (um cocktail custa 10€ fora da happy hour, em que ficam a 7€). O bar fecha cedo, e o hotel fica um pouco isolado de animação noturna.

Staff were wonderful, every contact we had with them was very good. The bar staff always get all the credit but restaurant staff, receptionists, cleaning and the gardener were all very friendly and polite. The room was excellent, we were on the ground floor so we just hopped over the small balcony wall and you were on the beach ready to reserve for sunbed for the day ( your not allowed to put stuff on sunbeds to reserve them but we did anyway!) Large room with 2 sofa beds , fridge , electric cooking ring , kettle . The shower was very good as well as the very reliable internet connection. Food was ok but more of that in the next comments. The main pool (we didn't use the smaller one) was lovely , very clean and plenty of sunbeds to go round.

As i said the food was ok but could have ben better. Breakfast and lunch tended to be better than dinner. the food was not nearly hot enough for my liking. I realise that they have a lot of people to cater for but maybe smaller serving dishes topped up more regularly might be better. Plenty of choice and the desserts were very good. A small thing that bugged me was the music in the pool area coming from the bar. Now i know it's just me being a grumpy old git but the music was quite loud at times and the playlists could have been more in place with the surroundings (do you really need AC/DC at eleven in the morning when you just want chill and read your book?). The beach is not great for swimming, quite stony when walking into the sea and drops away sharply so not good for kids but as mentioned before the pool is great.

L'accueil dés notre arrivée, l'amabilité et le professionnalisme des employés, les grandes chambres et leur belle vue sur la mer, et la qualité des repas, petits déjeuners, déjeuners et diners .La propreté des lieux , jardins, piscines, plages,chambres et restaurants est remarquable

la rigidité des horaires surtout le soir, après 21 Heures : rideau et après 20 heures 30 pour pénétrer dans le restaurant

Posizione e tranquillità

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme de l établissement jusqu’à ce qu il soit perturbé pas différentes famille (pays de l est …) qui ont décidés de mettre leur propre musique assez fort et montrer qu elles prenaient place malgré notre demande polie de respecter les autres clients… Alcool aidant il a fallu allez ailleurs car ils cherchaient la confrontation !!! Pas un membre du personnel. À bouger. D autres clients ont également pliés leurs affaires Enlevez ce type de client et le calme est parfait ou interdisez les musiques sur enceintes potables. Nous avons aimé le cadre, le calme, la propreté, l entretien et l accueil du personnel ainsi que leur gentillesse !!!

Le buffet de midi et soir sont trop simples et ici il y a un plus à amener! Vraiment à améliorer.
