The room we had booked was on Balcony level (so never saw this), we were offered Downstairs which we took because my Sister-in-law didnt want to climb stairs and was upgraded to the Family Suite. This suited us fine on check in. Beds were very comfortable and slept through the night. Had AC available which heated room nicely and came back to cosy room after our late chilly night out.
Only one minor thing which only noticed after we came back that night, was the funky smell coming from the Bathroom into the room. Turning on the noisy fan did not help either. Needs to be vented outside I think, because we had had the door open that earlier when checked in so we did not notice smell then. Also, functionally the toilet roll holder was on the right of toilet, which made it very awkward to use.(Should be on the left side wall)

Rooms are large. But need a 2 seater couch in it as theres no where to sit comfortably. Need a key drop off box at lower access door into units so dont have to walk back up to reception Need a baggage trolley at lower door to units to carry bags from car to building. Dont like the stairs.

The room was cold. I couldn't get the heater or heatpump working. Admittedly I should have called reception to try and rectify however it was after 10pm at night when I got back to the room. The duvet was very thin and there weren't any warm blankets to place on top which was not ideal at this time of the year (June).

There were a few fixtures inside the room that had been broken and needed to be replaced like an air vent in the bathroom. Also when I went to have a shower a rather large spider came out of the taps in the bathroom.

There are outdoor lights everywhere on full brightness all night. I woke several times each night thinking it was dawn. Timers, dimmers or detectors would be a simple fix.
