Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The location was fabulous as we were there to visit our son and grandchildren who live in Upper Hutt. And to attend the Warriors’ game at HNRY Stadium in Wellington, which was easily accessible by train (directly across the road from the motel and went to Wellington Central which is an easy walk up to the concourse to the stadium). Lots of restaurants and bakeries within five to ten minutes drive. The Tote Bar and Restaurant is right next door to the motel. The restaurant is separate from the bar, so we had a lovely meal without the usual noise from a bar. There was no issue with noise from the trains or the Bar in the accommodation.
