Reviewed Aug 26, 2026To start the staff (Louis and co) are super friendly and welcoming, they greet you with a warm smile and are more than happy to help. Thank you to the team. The hotel itself is warm, very clean and nicely decorated. My single room was more than ample for 1 night, the shower was hot and powerful enough. The breakfast was fresh and plenty to go around. The location was perfect, right near a bus stop that takes you into chamonix in 25 minutes. The area is quiet and safe.

Le bruit, l'hôtel est situé le long de la route et comme il faisait chaud le choix était compliqué entre laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour aérer ou fermées pour le bruit. J'ai trouvé le prix de la chambre élevé pour une petite surface. J'imagine que cela est lié à la saison (plein été). Que la personne à l'accueil refuse que ma famille en visite s'installe pour boire un verre en bas en attendant que nous descendions et qu'elle nous informe que le jacuzzi n'était pas pour les personnes ayant réservé par booking à moins que nous ne prenions de petit déjeuner.

The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful and add to the overall experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We also highly recommend dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was outstanding, and every meal we had there was delicious. This hotel is especially ideal for travelers starting the Mont Blanc trek who prefer to stay close to the starting point rather than in central Chamonix. It is a perfect base for beginning the adventure while enjoying a peaceful and comfortable setting.
