Wonderful and exceptionally friendly staff, ready to help at any moment—even despite language barriers! Incredibly delicious breakfasts at a nearby café (it’s great to take a short walk before and after), and a wide selection of drinks in the lobby!

The only inconvenience I experienced was the rather tight parking space; had I been driving a slightly larger car, turning around in the courtyard—with nearly all the spots taken—could have been a disaster. But since nothing can be done about it, let's not dwell on it... :-)

We booked Arbel for its quiet location and reviews praising cleanliness — unfortunately our experience didn't match. For a rate close to 5-star pricing, the room felt more budget than boutique: small windows made it feel closed-in, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was outdated and barely effective, which mattered a lot in the Tel Aviv heat. There was no breakfast included or available on-site at all — we were directed to a nearby café on Dizengoff to buy our own, which turned out to have terrible reviews itself. There wasn't even coffee or tea in the room to start the day. Housekeeping was only done on check-in day — no real cleaning during our stay after that. The hotel is also quite far from the sea, which was a disappointment given the location was one of our main reasons for booking. We had planned to stay a full week but checked out after night two due to poor value for money. The one clear positive: Milan on reception staff was excellent — genuinely helpful and went beyond his role to assist us. He's the reason this isn't a 1-star review.

היינו זוג עם הכלבה שלנו,מיקום מצויין בצפון הישן של אביב,מיקום שקט,דקה הליכה ואתם בלב דיזינגוף,ארוחת הבוקר בקפה דיזינגוף דרך המלון(דקה הליכה) טעים מאוד,המלום נקי,הלובי בחוץ יפה ומזמין מאוד עם פינות ישיבה ואווירה נעימה,היינו בחדר עם טרסה גדולה ונוף,החדר נקי ונעים,בקיצור מקום פצצה במיקום מעולה,נהנינו מאוד וסופר מומלץ

מרווח, מעוצב יפה, נעים, מיקום מאוד מרכזי ועדיין שקט. השירות אדיב, נעים ונינוח. יש חניה שאפשר להירשם אליה בתוספת תשלום. ממליצים בחום, היינו עם שני ילדים, בן 7 ו-3.5 והיה נעים ומרווח וגם עם פרטיות עבורנו.

חדר קטן מכפי שציפינו, המקלחת טעונת שיפור ( הצנרת חשופה, לא אסתטי ) ארוחת בוקר נמצאת מחוץ למלון ולא רלוונטית לאנשים שומרי כשרות. יש לציין כי הצוות דאג להפנות אותנו לבית קפה כשר במקום..

המיקום, המארחים.

המזרון לא נח, קשה מידי וקפיצי, הכריות גדולות וגבוהות מידיי לא ארגונומי.

חשוב לשים פינת קפה בחדר

We come to this hotel often, it's great. Clean, decent sized rooms, nice staff, and quiet for Tel Aviv. They also have parking for 70 NIS per night, which was useful for us...

It's all good!

We stayed twice at the Arbel Hotel in July 2026. The first time we got upgrated (to the Deluxe Sudio room I think) which was wonderful. It was comfortable and roomy. The 2nd time we stayed in a classic room (16 square metres). This was too small for comfort for 2 people with all our luggage. The staff on each occasion however were efficient, friendly and always helpful.

Explain the room arrangements better.

A localização é excelente.

O café da manhã não é no hotel, e sim em uma cafeteira a duas quadras. Isso está explícito nas informações, só fui ter conhecimento no check-in.

Great location

Good location in "the old north" of Tel Aviv (five minutes' walk to Dizengoff street and buses to all over the city). Lots of shops and cafes in the vicinity. Breakfast was available on request for 70 shekels per person from the nearby Cafe Dizengoff (glad we didn't order it, as the meal one of us had in the cafe was mediocre). A huge plus was the on-site parking (75 shekels per day), which is very rare in Tel Aviv, and which we found extremely helpful. There was a problem with the television in the bedroom turning on at midnight (!) for our first two nights, but the very nice staff tried their best to solve this (and succeeded on the second attempt). The outdoor seating area, with a fountain, was pleasant even in the heat of the day. Good air conditioning in the room, and wonderful to have a ceiling fan above the bed (if it had been less hot, we would have used only the fan -- as it was, at night we had the air conditioning on in the living room, plus the fan on over the bed). The bed was comfortable (pillows not so much). Good black out curtains (essential!) for every window except that in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was great -- a good walk-in rain shower, plenty of storage space by and under the sink (and along the wall), excellent lighting. Comfortable sofa in the living room. Enough storage space in the bedroom cupboard for all our things. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Arbel.

I think, for this price (higher end), there should be a capsule coffee machine in the room (this is almost standard today, even in less pricey hotels). Having to go downstairs to get coffee from the machine in the lobby in the morning wasn't great... I'd also put a black out blind on the window in the bathroom, as the sunshine pours into the room in the morning, which can wake a sleeping guest if their partner uses the bathroom.

מלון נפלא, מיקום נהדר, לובי נעים עם מזרקת מים קטנה ובריכת דגים כיפית. חדרים מרווחים וכך גם המקלחת. מאד נקי . מקפידים על הפרטים הקטנים. האופניים שניתן להשאיל משדרגים משמעותית את החוויה בתל אביב. צוות אדיב במיוחד.

צ'ק אאוט ב- 11:00 בשבת זה מוקדם מידי ו-300 ש"ח עבור צ'ק אאוט מאוחר זה הרבה מידי בעינינו.

Sehr gute Lage, mittendrin im Herzen TelAvivs und nicht weit vom Strand. Das Hotel hat abgeschlossene Parkplätze. Essentiell, wenn man wie wir mit einen Mietauto unterwegs ist.

Es gibt nicht genügend Kleiderschränke für einen längeren Auftenthalt (schätzungsweise mehr als 3-4 Tage).

הצוות היה מצוין , מאוד אדיב ועוזר גם בנושא המלון וגם בנושא מידע על האזור , מוניות וכו. המיקום הוא מצוין , ממוקם ממש בשכונת מגורים ולא באיזור מלונות רועש . המקום נקי מאוד , מריח טוב , אין ריחות עישון . החדר מסודר , אומנם קצת בפשטות אבל אסטטי ונקי . המלון לא מאוד גדולמוהמוני אלה יותר בוטיק. קפה איכותי חופשי בכניסה למלון

מתקני האמבטיה דורשים קצת תחזוקה - הברזים לא מחוברים מספיק טוב לקיר , מתקן המקלחת עם המזלף לא עולה לגובה . אין אפשרות לתה או קפה בחדר .

הגענע 4 חברות לחגוג אירוע משמעותי וישנו בחדר ביחד. צוות היה הקבלה מאיר פנים, אדיב סבלני ומקצועי. המקום יפה נעים ושקט ויש מקומות ישיבה בשפע ונוחים. החדר נקי מאוד ומאובזר היטב, ובקבלה קפה טעים ועוגיות. ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומשתלמת. בהחלט נחזור

מקום חדיש, נקי מאוד, אווירה טובה וקרוב מאוד לכל האזור הטוב של תל אביב.

הודענו מראש שאנחנו שומרי שבת, לא נאמר לנו באף שיחה וגם בהגעה שיש לשלם תוספת ובשבת עצמה חיפשו אותנו בלחץ שנשלם על צ׳ק אוט מאוחר 300 ש״ח. מחיר קצת מופרז ביחס למלונות רבים בארץ. מלבד זה השירות והכל היה מושלם.

Petit hôtel calme à proximité de tout, commerces et plages. Chambre confortable et propre! Je recommande!

Il manquait un grille-pain ( toaster) Normalement fourni dans le descriptif de la réservation. Nous avons réclamé à plusieurs reprises mais sans succès!
