Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Die Parkplätze sind nicht am Hotel und es war auch kein Parkplatz mehr frei, da sehr eng und mit einem größeren Auto nicht nutzbar. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine Warteschlange um einen Platz zu bekommen.

Bestilte dobbeltrom og fikk gratis oppgradering til Superior rom gjennom booking.com. da vi ankomstedet fikk vi tildelt et twinrom med to smale senger. Gikk til resepsjonen og sa det må ha skjedd en misforståelse men fikk til svar at det var det ikke. Vet at dette er et lavbudsjett hotell men syntes å kalle dette rommet for Superior rom er misvisende med tanke på størrelse og komfort.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The double room was not big but comfortable enough for a good night sleep. Great that you can open de windows as the building was very toasty but I prefer a colder room for sleeping. Breakfast was extensive and good quality, catering for everyone’s tastes and with staff bringing food out when things ran low meant nothing run out. The self service was constantly kept clean. Good to see that those with food allergies were also catered for in a separate section in the dining room. Julia at reception was very helpful, friendly and met me with a smile, spoke very good English too.
The road in front is busy and at times a bit noisy. However that is not the hotels fault

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Fünf Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen. Freundliches Personal. Mein Wunsch nach einem Frühstückspaket wg. fühmorgendlicher Abreise wurde unkompliziert erfüllt, Danke. Gemütliche Raucherecke vor der Tür. Gutes WLAN.
Das Bett war mir zu weich. Das Zimmer war mir zu klein - aber so ist das eben in Hotels (logiere üblicherweise in Ferienwohnungen).

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Location perfect, very close to the sea and you can walk to everything around town. Bus stop almost in front of the entrance. Reception staffed all day. Very good Norwegian breakfast plus afternoon coffee and waffles. Comfortable bed and view of the bridge and mountain from my room. Good pressure in the shower. Elevator so nice when you come back from hiking. Good value for money in Tromsø.
You can occasionnally hear noise from the street and doors smashing but, as a very noise sensitive person, I found it ok and it did not disturb my sleep. A few things should definitely be fixed in the bathroom. It was for sure manageable but still a bit irritating: light taking 1-2 minutes to turn on after pressing the switch, toilet flush button requiring skill in order to stop running and shower doors not closing properly. And the lighting was not quite enough in the main area of the room. A ceiling lamp there would be a good idea. But all the most important things were fine.

Beds were too soft! during night you have a feeling like at boat. Also braekfast can have more fruits and better coffee. There is also anounced free coffee whole day, but during one week no coffee were available - all time finished. Also wafles for free are finished soon, as there is all time que :-( but you are not Tromso for free wafles and free coffee :) There are very good coffee houses close - try European Coffee trip app.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Hotel in centro e da li ti puoi muovere a piedi. La struttura è confortevole e lo staff è a completa disposizione. La colazione inclusa nella nostra prenotazione è ben fornita e ha un ottimo buffet. A disposizione dei clienti tutto il giorno acqua, possibilità di prepararsi un caffè o un the. Nel pomeriggio dalle 17:00 ci si possono preparare dei waffel con il formaggio tipico norvegese e le marmellate. Una struttura molto umana e attenta al servizio. Consigliato!!

Offre stanze Matrimoniali SUPERIOR abbastanza confortevoli, con una buona vista. Hotel e strade tranquille. Il personale della Reception molto cortese. Avevamo le colazioni comprese (CONSIGLIATO) molto buone e soddisfacenti sia per qualità che quantità. Abbiamo MOLTO apprezzato anche che Il pomeriggio sera molto carinamente mettono a disposizione The o Caffè con dolcetti (situazione piacevole al rientro in Hotel dopo le gite quotidiane). Ci torneremo SICURAMENTE.
Siamo stati 7 giorni e purtroppo non c'è stata mai la pulizia della stanza e non sempre sono passati a ritirare i rifiuti nei cestini delle stanze. Consiglieremo alla direzione almeno di effettuare la pulizia dei bagni (andrebbe fatta ogni giorno) almeno un giorno si ed uno no. forse 7 gg senza igenizzare i WC sono troppi.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Fint lite hotel en gate opp fra bryggen. Beste beliggenhet i byen. Fine rom. Utrolig gode senger. Enormt trykk i dusjen, så derfor meget bra bad. Personalet fylte på til frokosten konstant, ikke mer enn to min før bacon, egg, laks, drikke, croissanter og sveler kom i store hauger. Det står at det ikke fylles på mat etter halv ti. Dette stemmer ikke. De fylte på, ryddet og vasket minst en halv time til. Så dette var en positiv overraskelse selv om det ble litt vel fullt i den lille spisesalen , da de hadde få bord. Men stedet anbefales på det varmeste. Meget god pris.
Det at ikke ett skilt er på norsk. Ikke EN av de ansatte kan ett norsk ord. Hele staben ser ut til å være fra Øst-Europa, og dette er trist. De har ingen særlig sans for service og smil og behjelpelighet. Så du må klare deg selv. Men det gjelder alle restauranter og turiststeder. Dette ødelegger for byen.
