Breakfast brought to room Facilities are good Parking for car

- The main entrance door was closed and guests don't get the key So need to call them (sometimes by phone) every time someone want to get in or out This also make the place noisy as someone ring the bell every time - hot water - they didn't showed us the switch (even when we asked) and we needed to figure it out ourselves

A éviter.Accueil froid. Etablissement fermé à 23h.Pas de navette(contrairement à ce qui était mentionné). Ils m'ont fait payer la navette retour san me prévenir(1000RDS). Chauffeur impoli: pas de bonjour, pas de merci, pas d'au revoir, pas de bon voyage. pet@it déjeuner: pas de petite cuillère pour lr thé. Décoration nulle. Mauvaise odeur d'égout dans la chambre.

We arrived at night and the horwl and entry was very dark so ww were a bit worried at first. Once the bell was rung and the owner came, all went well after that.

Douche froide. Pas de restaurant ni de navette aéroport.

The property is not clean. There are lizards in the rooms, therefore fumigation is required.

Scandalisé qu’un tel établissement soit proposé par booking. L'entrée se fait dans une décharge. C’est sale. Un rat est passé devant la porte d'entrée. On réserve une chambre avec 2 lits doubles pour nous et notre petit garçon, et on arrive et il n’y a qu'un lit double. Et le pire dans tout cela: nous expliquons qu’on veut annuler et partir ailleurs, on nous dit ok, le responsable nous dit qu’il va accepter l'annulation et qu’on sera remboursé. Ils nous confirment, alors que j’attends dans la voiture d’avoir la confirmation de booking: "c’est bon on a accepté l'annulation"... et c’est un mensonge!!! 2jours après on apprend par booking "désolé l'établissement a refusé l'annulation". Une HONTE qu’ils osent faire payer 96euros la nuit pour dormir dans un endroit pareil!!! SCANDALEUX !!! Comment Booking peut travailler avec ce genre d'établissement ????

Saleté, ressemble à une décharge! Prix exorbitant pour un endroit pareil.

The owner is courteous and good.

The level of cleanliness is below par. The facility staff should not wait for guests to prompt them to clean the rooms. This is a standard practice and a given in most jurisdictions in the region. The beddings, especially pillows were dirty and smelly, this caused some discomfort. The facility should also consider providing coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ok. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber um im Ort mal zu Übernachten ok.

Suis rester dans hôtel de 19h00 à 01h00. Le propriétaire de l' hotel m'a emmené et ramené du restaurant (15 minutes de trajet) !!! Personnel très acueillant et très serviable = BRAVO

Facilities very basic and we did not realise it was a guest house scenario.

Accueil sympathique. Beaucoup d’équipement manque ou ne fonctionne pas . Petit déjeuner dans une salle lugubre . Hall d’accueil ou sont stockés du matériel de bâtiment et du bazard . Entrée sécurisée. Beaucoup d’attente avant que l’on nous réponde ou que l’on nous ouvre . Tout sauf un lieu de tourisme .

In the first place there was no staff at the place when checking in at 8pm. Luckily, someone showed up after ringing the bell several times. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean. Noisy surrounding and a lot of nose during the whole night, barely couldn’t sleepy. Nevertheless, used this hotel only to get easy to the airport the next day

Breakfast was excellent. The owners Dilal and Dev really treated us well. Everything we requested from them was supplied within minutes.

Breakfast is not bad, the room I slept in was not to my expectation. When you look at the adverts and the place it self, they don’t mercy. Our toilet was leaking, since we arrived. I reported it but was not fixed, the windows did not close properly, we were abused by lizards all over the room, that was reported , but nothing happened, it was not a welcoming place at all.

Stay was good. We stayed a night before getting to the airport, which was 15 minutes away. Blue bay beach is close and there are many places to eat nearby Overall a convenient location. Breakfast was good.

I stayed here my last night in the Mauritius because it's near the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by a very large room and friendly staff (the staff and service at the five star hotels I stayed at was lacking). Of all my nights in Mauritius (at 5 stars), I slept the best here. There were some noisy dogs in the evening, but overall very convenient and comfortable. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but nonetheless nice.

The hotel itself is very dilapidated. It is however clean; clean linen and clean room with air conditioner. The room has no kettle or hair dryer. No glasses or cups. They have a restaurant on the third floor, (no escalator) where they offer you something to drink. They fetched us from the airport and dropped us off again

j'ai été agréablement surprise par l'accueille et le service du personnel. c'est un hôtel que je recommanderai bien à mes proches et amis. j'espère aussi pouvoir avoir une chance de revenir sur l'île et je sais déjà où je vais me loger.

Super séjour, accueil au top, petit déjeuné très copieux, service de location voiture ou scooter ou meme voiture avec chauffeur. Situation au Coeur de mahebourg. Personnel extrêmement serviable et agréable.

A small, but adequate hotel 10 minutes from the airport. Located in a residential area made the stay an interesting experience. The hotel staff took us to a restaurant on the waterfront and picked us up afterwards. The room was vey small with bollywood decore. But adequate for a stop over.

was very tempted to just walk out, accept whatever costs and find somewhere else. This hotel is in a slum area, a police car with bars on the windows patrols the streets constantly. The hotel decore was "bollywood" very poorly done. the bathroom was put into one corner of the room as an after thought, you had to walk through the shower to to get to the hand basin and loo. Complementry breaky was nothing, coffee had a very odd taste, so couldn't drink it. This probably wasn't the worst hotel I have ever stayed in but could be a close second. I'm still beating myself up over being so stupid to book it. I wouldn't recommend anything about Mauritius to any one except as a means to get to Reunion, the two places are poles apart.

The surrounding of the hotel is quite run down but we chose this due to the proximity to the airport. The service was as good as they could do - it looks like a family run business - but doesn't give us any urge to want to extend our stay there.

Outstanding hospitality and a very reasonable price, that is what 3D's offers. We stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip because it is so close to the airport. We realized on our first stay that these people would go out of their way to help you in any way possible, pick you up from the airport or drive you to wherever you need to go. The hotel is owned by a father and two sons. One of the sons spent 3 days driving us all over the island. He knew everywhere to go and took us to places that would have been extremely difficult to find on our own. It was great fun! The rooms were pretty and comfortable. We were surprised when a big breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning! If we can go back to Mauritius again we are just going to stay there the entire time.

Small and nice hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel is comfortable and clean and close to the airport. There is almost nothing to do in the area so if you have a long layover, it may not be suitable. They have free wi-fi if you have a laptop and the father and sons team are very helpful and lovely men. The place is secure and there are a few dodgy restaurants in the area....oh, I didn't go but the Natural History Museum is almost across the street and there is a supermarket about 4 blocks away. Breakfast as ample and delivered to my room after my wake-up call....really excellent service!
