Die Lage. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist es perfekt. Die Zimmer haben Balkon und Meerblick.

Für Teenager und Personen, die etwas erleben wolle, etwas abgelegen. Man ist auf das Shuttle vom Hotel angewiesen oder muss Transport organisieren. Die Treppen zum Pool, Beach oder Restaurant sind ok, man weiß es ja bei der Buchung.

The staff are helpful and friendly and their customer service is great. The villas have nice views and are a good size.

The location is not good. It is located on a cliff side making getting around the property not great. It is also located on an extremely steep hill making getting to the main town hard. You will need a motorbike to get around.

Sea view was stunning. The staff were very accommodating and insightful. Beds were comfy. The free shuttle was very helpful. The beach bag with towels were great.

Breakfast is not included and quite expensive on top of a higher priced accommodation

Peu de choses en réalité, la vue est magnifique depuis la chambre mais en dehors de cela, l’hôtel est laissé à l’abandon et on le ressent tout de suite.

Le linge de lit était sale à notre arrivée. la distance est grande pour aller ne serait-ce qu’au restaurant, ou la piscine et même la mer, et la majorité se déplacent à scooter tellement l’hôtel est installé sur une colline extrêmement pentue. La piscine était verte à notre arrivée, nous l’avons signalé mais cela n’a pas empêché que rien ne soit entrepris pour corriger cela. On est bien loin des photos partagées sur booking. Le personnel est dépassé, l’hôtel est équipé d’un service de laverie, on nous a dit de laisser nos vêtements devant les chambres pour que le linge soit pris en charge, et finalement non on nous indique que ce n’est pas à eux d’emmener le linge mais à nous. La piscine du haut avec le bar ont été fermés et tout est en train de se détériorer, et je suis plutôt mesuré dans mes mots. On nous annonce un 4 étoiles mais non c’est un 3 étoiles et pour cause, avec ce type de prestation, je crains que si l’hôtel n’est pas repris par une Autre gérance, il va se dégrader et c’est dommage car le site est très beau.

Tolle Lage an einem ruhigen Strand/ Bay der durch die abgeschiedene Lage traumhaft ruhig ist. Perfekt für einen Ausszeit im Paradies. Rollervermietung, Wäscheservice, Geldautomate und ein kleiner Laden direkt vor Ort. Wir haben extra ein Bungalow in der Nähe des Pools bekommen, da das Personal bemerkt hat, dass wir eine 8 jähriges Kind dabei haben. Wir wurden kostenlos direkt vom Pier abgeholt.

The reception staff were rude, and I was fined for the sofa cover because some coffee had accidentally spilled on it. The wind was loud in the room because the windows were poor, but it has a beautiful sea, although there is no comfort in it.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool - man kann aber auch direkt vom Hotel an einem sehr schönen Strand schnorcheln. Lasst Euch nicht von den kleinen Quallen (Unsere Reisezeit: Ende August) irritieren: Die durchschwimmt man und hat danach sofort eine schöne Unterwasserwelt vor sich. Wir waren öfters im hoteleigenen Restaurant Abendessen: die Curries waren alle wunderbar. Toll ist, dass das Hotel vormittags und nachmittags teils kostenlosen Shuttledienst zum Pier bzw in die nächste Stadt anbietet. Hier haben wir uns mit Bademode und in Cafés mit guten Espresso versorgt. Die Hotelanlage selbst liegt an einem Steilhang - wir hatten einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Golf von Thailand. Wer schlecht zu Fuss ist, wird hier aber keine Freude haben. Wir haben die kleinen Workouts sehr genossen!!

In Summe ist auf Ko Tao alles teurer als in Bangkok, wo wir zuvor waren. Ist aber auch verständlich, da die Versorgung der Inseln insgesamt einen grossen Aufwand darstellt, und diese eben extrem touristisch sind. War für uns aber klar und kein Problem.

Die Aussicht aufs Meer war toll, der Pool und der Strand waren gut, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Die Lage am Berg oben ist ruhig, dafür etwas weit weg vom Dorf und Strand.

Die Doppelzimmer mi Meerblick sind ganz oben und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht man nicht nu an den abgewetzten Möbeln und wackeligen Armaturen, sondern vor allem an den Fugen im Bad. In einem Zimmer hat außerdem der Fernseher nicht funktioniert und in einem hat das Fliegengitter gefehlt. Außerdem ist die Klimaanlage alt und daher laut und es ist selbst für sportliche Menschen eine Herausforderung bei der schwülen Hitze zum Strand und zum Restaurant runter zu kommen.

Les chambres de l’hôtel ( et non des villas) sont très simples et les sanitaires vieillissants.

El alojamiento es espectacular, todo limpio, el lugar lleno de naturaleza, la piscina y el sonido del mar, mejor dicho todo es encantador, recomiendo llevar moto grande porque hay calles muy empinadas.

Un bon hôtel avec un très jolie vue. Super vue depuis la piscine.

L'hôtel est dans les hauteurs de Koh Tao se qui le rend difficile d'accès. Le déplacement dans l'hôtel est fatiguant à cause de la très forte pente et ses nombreux escaliers. La wifi est de très mauvaise qualité voir inexistante et la 5G de true mobile est inexistante.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed accessing the beach-snorkelling was excellent, we saw turtles and reef sharks. The room was spacious for a family and kept clean. The shuttle into Sairee was good for getting about and into the main town but the evening cost of 100baht per person each way was expensive. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety.

The pool was green upon arrival, staff were spending a lot of time sorting this out and it eventually cleared. The restaurant food was awful and overpriced which meant that there was no other option than to pay for the shuttle to get out each evening for food (unless you have a moped) we ate here once and it was the worst meal of our 4 week trip.

The view was incredible. The bungalows were also very tidy, spacious and clean.

No power sockets by the bed. Not a big issue just would have been easier.

L’isolation n’est pas top. L’hôtel est sur plusieurs niveaux, avec un scooter cela n’est pas dérangeant, mais à pieds, un peu plus sportif !

Eine wunderschöne gepflegte Gartenanlage mit kleinen Bungalows. Frühstück direkt am Meer. Kostenfreie Liegen am Strand. Man war direkt im Geschehen, außerhalb des Hotels. Es war sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The views from the property were incredible and easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, there was very little else we could say we enjoyed. From the outset, we experienced issues with the accommodation, which significantly affected our stay.

DO NOT BOOK - Extremely disappointing – definitely not a 4-star hotel. We booked this property for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon, but unfortunately we could only stay for one night because the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable. We have never complained about a hotel before and would not normally take the time to leave a review like this, but after our experience, we feel it is important to be honest and make other travellers aware of what we experienced. From the moment we arrived, our room had a very strong and persistent smell of urine/old dampness. We raised this directly with the hotel. Housekeeping came to inspect the issue, but rather than properly resolving it, they simply put strongly scented cleaning products down the drains to mask the smell. Unfortunately, this only worked temporarily — within around an hour, the unpleasant smell had returned. The room also was very dirty, had an old, musty smell. When we raised this again, we were told that the issue was related to water shortages on Koh Tao. While we appreciate that there may be water-supply difficulties on the island, this did not explain or excuse the condition of the room or the fact that the smell kept returning. We have had no other issues with any other hotel due to ‘water shortages’. We were also extremely concerned about the swimming pool. The water was visibly green and the pool filtration system appeared to be covered in algae. When we raised our concerns, we were initially told that the pool was fine to use because they were monitoring it. When we questioned whether using a visibly green pool could potentially make us ill, the response changed to saying that they would “look into it.” We found this extremely concerning and contradictory. If there was genuinely no concern with the pool, we don’t understand why our concerns about potentially becoming ill were then something they needed to “look into.

Het personeel was bijzonder behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Best veel trappen lopen om je te verplaatsen over het resort, wat lastig kan zijn. Als alternatief kan je ook een gratis shuttle gebruiken.

The Pinnacle time started above expectation with a very warm welcome by the polite receptionist Ying that was very kind and nice early in the morning, let us feeling home in a glance. The rest of the accommodation period continued with wonderful sunset from the pool and quiet time from the terrace of the apartment. Recommended resort!

Schöne Anlage, traumhafter Ausblick auf die kleine Bucht. Frühstückbuffett etwas kleiner aber es gibt alles was man braucht. Personal ist sehr nett. Das Hotel hat keinen Strand. Dazu läuft man einfach rechts runter, dort ist ein kleiner Strand mit einer Bar.

Ich habe die Lage unterschätzt. Berge und Treppen sind Steil. Hatte dieses auch in anderen Bewertungen gelesen aber total unterschätzt.

Todo lo demas. Seguridad en comunicaciones. El dia antes de entrar recibimos un Whatsapp sospechoso a nombre del hotel, en el que me pedian reconfirmar la estancia, por suerte trabajo en el mundo de la informática y efectivamente, fue un intento de "phising", el hotel nos confirmó que lo sabían, pero a nosotros no nos avisaron previamente. El acceso al hotel desde el puerto es una pesadilla, genial si quieres tener un accidente en carretera, de hecho los diseñadores del Dragon Khan de Port Aventura, aprendieron de la carretera desde el puerto al hotel. Limpieza, nada mas entrar nos encontramos unas braguitas de niña en uno de los cajones. Seguridad, al poco rato, nos intentaron abrir la puerta de la habitación, salió mi pareja y era una chica, nos dijo "sorry" e hizo mutis por el foro. Servicios, en el restaurante, a la hora ponernos los cubiertos, la camarera, los agarró por la zona que va a la boca no por el mango. La comidad, mala y cara. Ir desde la habitacion a la piscina, se considera pre training de la Iron Man Race, Teníamos contratadas 3 noches, solo estuvimos la primera y no se dignaron a hacernos el refund del resto. Todas las incidencias fueron comunicadas a dirección, y como si oyesen llover, decepcionante.

O staff era muito simpático.

A nossa experiência neste hotel ficou bastante aquém do esperado para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Em primeiro lugar, considero que as instalações e comodidades não correspondem à categoria de 4 estrelas. O hotel necessita de melhorias significativas para oferecer o nível de conforto que essa classificação pressupõe. Outro ponto muito negativo é a localização. O hotel encontra-se numa das zonas mais ventosas da ilha e, infelizmente, o edifício não está preparado para isso. As janelas têm um isolamento muito fraco e passam a noite inteira a fazer barulho devido ao vento. Ficámos hospedados durante três noites e, em todas elas, acordámos várias vezes por causa do ruído, o que comprometeu completamente a qualidade do descanso. Além disso, assim que entrámos no quarto no dia do check-in, notámos um cheiro muito intenso a urina/esgoto. Inicialmente pensámos que fosse algo temporário, mas o odor manteve-se durante toda a estadia e espalhava-se por todo o quarto, tornando a permanência bastante desagradável. É verdade que o quarto tinha uma vista para o mar muito bonita, mas, infelizmente, isso não foi suficiente para compensar os restantes problemas. O hotel também fica afastado do centro, o que implica deslocações sempre que se pretende visitar as principais zonas da ilha. No geral, foi uma experiência dececionante e, na minha opinião, este hotel não oferece a qualidade nem o conforto que se espera de um estabelecimento de 4 estrelas. Não voltaria a escolher este hotel nem o recomendaria.

We had some issues with our room on arrival but the hotel team quickly reorganized another room & issues Some complementary vouchers. A very nice touch. Staff friendly, breakfast fine, dinner was excellent view is stunning. Very relaxing. Remote but we were fine with this as had access to motorbikes.

El desayuno era muy completo y el resort tiene unas vistas increíbles. El personal súper amable y te colocan un coche para recogerte del puerto al llegar. El resort es super tranquilo y con acceso a la playa directamente. Una maravilla.

La habitación se notaba que era más antigua y esperaba más de las calidades. Era una de las habitacion que estan en los apartamentos, no los Bungalow.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einem fairem Preis. Man muss definitiv einen Roller mieten, weil das Hotel sehr abgelegen ist und auch der weg zum Pool bzw Meer ist zu Fuß durchaus anstrengend. Uns hat die abgelegen ruhige Lage jedoch nichts ausgemacht. Das Zimmer ist wie zu erwarten und es gibt gratis Wasser jeden Tag.

We booked a seaview room in Building A. However, upon check-in, we were offered a room in Building B, which has a completely different view. Building B is much lower, and the balcony does not face the sunset as expected. After raising this with the reception staff, we were moved to a seaview villa at no extra cost, which we appreciated. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony and sun loungers. However, it does not have hot water for the shower, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The hotel is also located far from the main attractions and the town centre. This wasn’t a major issue for us since we had a motorbike, but it’s something to consider if you don’t have your own transport. Additionally, the hotel offers very limited assistance with services. For example, one morning we asked if they could help us book a boat to Koh Phangan, but they told us they do not provide this service. Instead, we were advised to check with a motorbike rental shop down the hill, which unfortunately was closed that day…we had to ride in the rain to the ferry pier to arrange our tickets ourselves.

Our stay was very disappointing. The resort feels outdated and somewhat run-down. The rooms were not properly cleaned, there were many insects, and overall maintenance was poor in several areas. It was also very noisy, with construction work starting early in the morning. Even at the swimming pool there were no comfortable sunbeds available. One day there were cushions on the loungers, but the next day they had all disappeared, leaving only hard wooden beds to lie on. When I asked the staff about the cushions, they were unable or unwilling to arrange anything.” The biggest issue was the unreliability of the staff. Arrangements were repeatedly forgotten or not followed through. During our departure, the transportation that had been agreed upon was not arranged, which almost caused us to miss our ferry and created a lot of unnecessary stress. We also experienced multiple power outages during our stay. In addition, the location is very inconvenient without a scooter or private transport. The resort has potential because of the peaceful surroundings and views, but based on our experience we would not stay here again.

La vue à couper le souffle, le rapport qualité prix, le déjeuner est très bon. Les navettes gratuites pour le port. La possibilité d'un room service.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel le rend très isolé des commerces et restaurants de l'île. L'établissement proposait de prêter des masques et tubas gratuitement mais sur les 3 jours ou nous sommes resté, aucun de ces équipements n'étaient disponibles. Nous avions trouvé plusieurs petites bêtes dans la chambre.

The breakfast was bad with little to choose from, the pool was really warm and dirty (Might not be cleaned as often as it should). Really late and unpredictable room service (6pm some days, and they dont fill up what you need).

Мы останавливались в Pinnacle и в целом впечатления остались приятные. Особенно понравился вид из номера, мы жили в корпусе B, угловой номер, и оттуда было видно закат, что делало вечера очень атмосферными. Также хочется отметить красивый пляж и большую мягкую кровать, спать было максимально комфортно. На пляже отеля весьма неплохой риф и сноркелинг

Из минусов - отель уже немного «уставший», чувствуется, что он не новый. Завтраки тоже не порадовали, попадались грязные листья салата, фрукты были не очень вкусные, а хлеб черствый. Территория отеля это крутой склон, приходится постоянно ходить по горкам.

Beautiful views, but unfortunately that comes with a price - you really shouldn’t stay here if you don’t plan on hiring a scooter - taxis are expensive and the hotel only offers a few shuttles a day. Also many many steps throughout the property- I wouldn’t stay here if you have bad knees or a low level fitness - they claim to have a shuttle around the area however I didn’t ever see it

Rooms not well maintained, the hotel is quite dated. Breakfast is below average (eg, bread was stale, minimal variety etc). The pool needs a GOOD clean and some maintenance - we noticed rusty nails sticking out of the pool stairs.

Morgenmaden - og maden generelt - på hotellet var ikke pengene værd. Jeg ville klart anbefale at springe den over og i stedet tage ind til byen og spise morgenmad der. Derudover fremgår det på Booking.com, at hotellet har 4 stjerner, men det er efter min vurdering ikke helt retvisende. Standarden er ok, men ikke på et niveau, der lever op til en 4-stjernet klassificering. Vær også opmærksom på, at det er nødvendigt at leje en scooter for nemt at komme til byen, da der er meget begrænsede transportmuligheder fra hotellet.

One of the nicest places we stayed while in thailand! it’s a bit out of the way but reception are great in sorting taxis for you, staff were lovely, Great room with a beautiful view, and a beach just a short walk down the hill which is amazing for snorkelling! Highly recommend this resort

מלון על הר מאוד גבוה , לא נגיש בכלל , חדרים לא מוארים ולא דומים בכלל לתמונה , מגבות מלוכלכות ובכללי חדר קטן ממה שחשבנו , הכל עץ ישן ולא אווירה של ריזורט בכלל לא שווה בכלל את הכסף ששמנו , הרבה חרקים מסביב ממש כמו ג׳ונגל , מאכזב אבל סביל בשביל שני לילות .

Die Anlage hatte sehr viele Treppen zu Überwinden. Der Pool war ganz unten, das Restaurant mittig und die Rezeption ganz oben. Man musste schon viel hin und her laufen.

- Der Papageien Vogel der an der Rezeption, der zur Schau gestellt wird ist erst mal ein trauriger Anblick. Wäre schöner wenn dieses Tier frei in der Luft fliegen könnte und nicht mit einer 3 Zentimeter langen Kette dort angekettet wäre. - Frühstück nicht so gut, Personal nicht sehr professionell und keine große Auswahl. - Bett hatte viele Flecken und riecht seltsam.(vielleicht auch nicht frisch bezogen) - Dusche hat keinen Wasserdruck und das Wasser ist eiskalt. - Klimaanlage riecht etwas modrig und tropft. Wir sind etwas früher angereist ca. Um 11 am. Uns wurde dann nur gesagt dass, das Zimmer erst um genau 2 pm. fertig ist. Meiner Meinung nach könnte man auch Bescheid geben sobald es fertig ist ( so wie es in jedem anderen Hotel auch ist ) und nicht die Gäste aus Prinzip warten lassen. Haben dann in praller Mittagshitze warten müssen und nicht einmal etwas zu trinken bekommen, da das Restaurant Mittagspause hatte. Da könnte man ja keine Ausnahme machen und eine Flasche Wasser verkaufen.

L’hôtel était en hauteur sur une montagne, il était excentré, c’était très compliqué d’y accéder. Même en scooter c’était même dangereux. Le petit-déj’ était moyen et il ne vaut pas son prix et 4 étoiles

De locatie en met name het uitzicht. Het personeel, met name in het restaurant, is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De kamers en het restaurant zijn verouderd, er is veel achterstallig onderhoud. Er is geen strand en er zijn enorme hoogte verschillen. Als je niet echt goed ter been bent en ook nog geen goede conditie hebt kom je echt nergens. Dit is niet voldoende aangegeven in de beschrijving van het hotel.

Very steep hillside location, but manageable.

Really nice and secluded area with direct access to a very quiet and amazing beach. The views are wonderful. The perfect way to enjoy koh tao away from the busy center. The snorkeling on the beach in front is also excellent with plenty of beautiful fish to see.

One downside would be the hill you have to walk up and down to access certain facilities but if you have a scooter there is a road you can take. The food in the restaurant could be improved for the price you pay.

Koh Tao siempre es un destino asegurado, un resort apartado del centro , con unas vistas increíbles y un buen personal. Recomiendo alquilar una moto que esta justo cerca del resort para poder moverte como tu quieras.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a beautiful beach. From the hotel pool, you can walk straight into the crystal-clear sea just a few steps away and go snorkeling, where you can spot turtles and even sharks — an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious enough, and the hotel staff respond very quickly to any requests or issues, which we really appreciated.

However, room cleaning could definitely be improved. We had to keep asking for it, the bed wasn’t even made after three days, and I don’t think the sheets were changed during our entire stay. Breakfasts are quite average and repetitive — usually eggs, toast, watermelon, and a few savory options. It’s fine, but don’t expect anything special. P.S. The rooms are located on a hill, so you’ll be walking uphill often, which might be challenging for elderly guests or families with small children.

Onwijs vriendelijk personeel en een mooie nette kamer. Vanaf het zwembad van het resort heb je echt een prachtige zonsondergang.

Met kinderen was het uitdagend omdat het resort op de berg lag. Van de receptie naar de kamer kon je niet lopen maar moest je met een hotel shuttle. Deze moest je dan vooraf regelen maar op vakantie met kinderen is plannen uitdagend. Taxi’s op het eiland wilden alleen voor een relatief hoog bedrag naar het resort rijden omdat ze hoog de berg op moesten rijden. Wij hebben dus gekozen voor een eigen scooter. Als je wat meer vrijheid wilt is dit hier wel een must.

Location is great, the resort is beautiful although it could improve some small details in the decor. Not recommended for people with mobility issues as it’s very steep to get anywhere as the resort is built on a cliff. Service is good and attentive. Scooter rent just around the corner and beautiful private beach .

The beautiful view and the fun location. If you rent bikes (which you will), driving to and from your hotel turns into a scenic motorbike ride which I can’t recommend enough. The pool is also amazing with a bar and a magnificent view. My only issue is that I didn’t book a longer stay. Laylah the receptionist staff is also a legend so big shoutout.

Had a bad experience at this hotel , in our first room the floor was filfy , rooms are very dated , our bathroom light was broken and our aircon also broke within a couple hours of being there they came and fixed it promptly but within an hour it had broke again the next day they moved us to another room that was also filfy a lot of bugs in the room woke up with several bites all over me , we weren’t ment to be staying 3 night and checked out after 2 because we couldn’t bare another night

Location felt private, peaceful & was the perfect place to relax! The room was lovely & clean, bed was very comfortable! The reception team are outstanding, couldn’t fault them! super welcoming & helpful! Lots of information given & recommendations. The pool & the bar were clean & tidy, the staff there were also great! The easy access the beach too made it even more special!

We feel the restaurant fell short of what we were expecting, the bar was set quite high by the welcome & the room but we were disappointed in the restaurant food & the restaurant team… while they were lovely & friendly we felt it lacked attentiveness & the food was meh. One night we ate & the young lad didn’t come over to take our order so my partner went up to the bar to ask to order our food, only to be sent to the girl in the kitchen to order our food… she sent us away & the guy came back to take the order but couldn’t so the girl had to come over herself whilst trying to cook people’s dinner. The second night we ate we ordered, waited 20 minutes then the waitress came over to tell us they couldn’t make part of the order & to pick something else but the rest of the meal was ready… we reordered the red curry. Tasted like chicken in double cream. Breakfast had a good selection but could be kept warm at least… & fresher. Most of the food was soggy and cold.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht,. Es war genauso wie beschrieben und wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben,an die Stufen gewöhnt man sich schnell, eine Entschädigung sind die kleinen und schönen sandstrand Buchten. Ein Roller muss man nicht unbedingt mieten man kann alles fußläufig erreichen, oder man nutzt den kostenlosen shuttleservice.Wir waren sogar bei zu Fuß bei shark bay innerhalb von 20 Minuten.

Handtücher wurden nur nach Aufforderung gewechselt.

Нам поменяли номер самовольно, разместиле в номере со сломанным кондиционером. Провели половину 2х суток с ремонтниками кондиционера, в шуме и на жаре. Ночью почти не спали потому что было очень душно. Испорченные 2дня и нервы за свои же деньги.

Fantastisk utsikt från rummet med vacker solnedgång varje kväll. Mycket trevlig personal och utsökt frukost och middag. Stor pool område längst ner över havet. I närheten ligger en liten mysig strand med två restauranger och mycket bra snorkling. Området ligger på berget så det blir många trappor och steg - det ser man ju på alla bilder. Vi tog det som bra träning :)

The hotel has amazing views and the sunset is amazing from there, I wouldn’t stay at the hotel again, but I would go for the sunset in that area. We saw 2 huge sea turtles on the beach, which was the highlight of the trip.

We both got food poisoning from outside restaurants not the hotels during the evening and there was no one at reception. There was one security guard that didn’t speak at all English, which is fine, but still wasn’t helpful at all. We also went one night at reception to get water and the fridge was locked, no extra water in the fridge and we thought that was really weird bc the hotel is far away from shops and no extra or water at all was just not ok. The road to the hotel could be improved. Also, there was no phone in the room it was all through WhatsApp and in the evening when we needed a taxi, we had to sort it out alone and unfortunately that was hard when not a lot of people speak English and it’s 23:00 pm at night !!
