La vue de la chambre est vraiment magnifique

1/10 – Une expérience extrêmement décevante, très loin d’un établissement 4 étoiles Avant même notre arrivée, nous avions demandé à deux reprises l’annulation de notre réservation, ce qui nous a été refusé. Nous avons donc décidé de venir malgré tout. Malheureusement, une fois sur place, nous avons rapidement regretté de ne pas avoir pu annuler. Le premier problème concerne la propreté et l’état général de la chambre, qui sont tout simplement inacceptables pour un établissement présenté comme un 4 étoiles. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté de très nombreuses traces de saleté et un manque évident d’entretien : rideaux couverts de grosses taches brunes, mobilier et tables tachés, murs sales et marqués, abat-jour taché, sols sales avec différentes traces et cheveux, parties en bois abîmées ou encrassées… La salle de bain était encore plus préoccupante : toilettes présentant d’importantes traces brunes, joints et rails de douche très sales, nombreuses traces noires, support des produits de douche très encrassé, dépôts brunâtres autour du trop-plein du lavabo et différentes surfaces manifestement mal nettoyées. Nous avons pris de nombreuses photos dès notre arrivée afin de documenter précisément l’état dans lequel la chambre nous a été remise. Il ne s’agit clairement pas d’un petit oubli de ménage isolé : les problèmes sont présents dans pratiquement toutes les parties de la chambre. Autre élément important qui, à notre connaissance, n’était absolument pas clairement indiqué dans la description de l’hôtel ou de la chambre : il y a environ une centaine de marches entre certaines chambres et la plage. Le parcours est très abrupt et peut rapidement devenir éprouvant. Une bonne condition physique est réellement nécessaire pour effectuer plusieurs fois par jour les allers-retours entre la chambre, les piscines et la plage.

Posto incantevole, con una baia interamente del resort dove, facendo snorkeling, abbiamo visto una tartaruga, vari barracuda e tantissimi pesci (uno dei fondali più ricchi di tutta l’isola a nostro parere). Il verde è ben curato, musica in filodiffusione molto piacevole e le piscine a sfioro sono ben tre e sono tutte molto curate con bar accanto. Il ristorante è sempre aperto e con prezzi onesti e cibo vario e buono. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Un ringraziamento speciale a Poly che ci ha accompagnati nel “Sound Bath”, esperienza super rilassante con le “tibetan bowls” e le onde del mare ad accompagnare l’esperienza.

Sinceramente, dopo aver letto le recensioni, eravamo un po’ scettici. In realtà siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla struttura e per noi è stato il miglior residence dell’intero soggiorno in Thailandia. Sicuramente ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati: - odore di fogna che si sente dal corridoio esterno e stando sul balcone dalle camere; - un solo cuscino ed è particolarmente sottile; - manca un asciugamano nel set fornito (c’è solo un telo mare e un telo grande, manca asciugamano piccolo). Un suggerimento che ci sentiamo di lasciare: Sarebbe bello avere tante attività nel plan giornaliero e non una sola per giornata. Anche un’uscita in kayak o lo snorkeling con una guida sarebbero molto apprezzati.

Wir hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel und besonders die wunderschöne Lage hat uns begeistert. Der Strand ist wirklich traumhaft – weißer Sand, eine tolle Bucht und eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und auch die mehreren Pools sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und haben uns immer herzlich begrüßt. Auch das Essen hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr praktisch fanden wir außerdem den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service vom Pier zum Hotel und natürlich auch wieder zurück. Trotz der vielen positiven Punkte gab es für uns allerdings auch einige Dinge, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Unser Zimmer im Hotelkomplex hatte leider ein sehr kleines und wenig ansprechendes Badezimmer, das zudem unangenehm gerochen hat. Sobald die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ausgeschaltet war, kam außerdem ein deutlicher Kloakengeruch auf. Das Zimmer selbst war ansonsten sauber, allerdings sehr hellhörig – und wir sind normalerweise wirklich nicht empfindlich, was Geräusche betrifft. Ein weiterer störender Punkt war die Musik aus der wunderschönen Beach Bar bzw. dem Restaurant. Dort lief den ganzen Tag praktisch die gleiche Musik. Vom Strand aus hörte man ständig im Hintergrund dieselben wenigen Töne, die sich irgendwann fast wie ein dauerhaft klingelndes Telefon angehört haben. Gerade an einem so schönen Strand empfanden wir das leider als sehr störend. Was uns ebenfalls aufgefallen ist: Am Strand lagen auffällig viele Glasscherben. Müll haben wir ansonsten kaum gesehen, aber gerade an einem so schönen weißen Sandstrand finden wir Glasscherben wirklich problematisch. Die kostenlos angebotenen Kajaks fanden wir grundsätzlich toll, allerdings waren diese bereits ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise deutlich abgenutzt. Auch die Preise im Restaurant fanden wir relativ hoch.

Immer den ganzen Tag die gleiche Musik, Preise im Restaurant, Scherben am Strand und das man um 17:30 Uhr den Strand verlassen musste im Bereich bei der Beachbar

Überall in der gesamten Anlage kommt vermehrt ein Abfluss Geruch auf. Unseren Zimmereigenen Balkon konnten wir dank des Gestanks gar nicht nutzen und die Klimaanlage hat auch alle halbe Stunde eine Note von eau de Kloake versprüht. Mehr Schein als sein die poolanlage ist sehr schön allerdings sind die Preise sehr hoch und die Laage zwingt einen dazu jedesmal 10€ für ein Taxi einwegs auszugeben. Von einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich das nicht erwartet.

Le camere sono datate e maleodoranti con vetri sporchi, letti scomodi, doccie aperte senza box. Ti lasciano sono gli asciugamani doccia senza quelli per il viso. Il wi-fi nlle camere non funziona. In spiaggia bisogna lasciare le sdraio alle 17:30. Colazione di bassa qualità per un 4 stelle.

Dans l’ensemble c’était génial ! Nous avons passé 3 jours ici pour mon anniversaire et je recommande énormément cet endroit ! Le lieux est magnifique on est sur une magnifique plage privée l’hôtel est sublime également, bien équipé, petit déjeuner avec du choix, le personnel est très agréable et m’a même offert un dessert avec une bougie pour mon anniversaire ! Vous pouvez laisser vos sacs à l’accueil pour profiter de la piscine/plage avant le Check-in et pareil pour le check-out. La chambre est fonctionnelle avec de bons équipements et une superbe vue sur sharkbay. Ils propose un service de navette 3x par jour, personnellement nous avons loué un scooter mais la route pour rejoindre l’hôtel peut être compliquée en scooter si vous n’êtes pas un bon conducteur. Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel quand je retournerai sur Koh tao !!

Quelques points peuvent être améliorés notamment le restaurant de l’hôtel car l’attente est très très longue le prix des plats est quand même vachement élevé sachant qu’ils rajoutent 17% de charge et la qualité n’est pas celle d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. La piscine de l’hôtel ouvre uniquement de 10h à 19h c’est peu je trouve et vous devriez ajouter des transats car il n’y en a pas beaucoup surtout à la deuxième piscine. Les prix des massages sont également excessivement chers pour la Thaïlande minimum 40€ contre 10€ habituellement.

L’emplacement dans un cadre idyllique, la beauté de la plage, le cadre très agréable du resort, la piscine à débordement avec vue directe sur la mer. La chambre propre et agréable avec vue sur mer et balcon. Le petit déjeuner, varié et à volonté. La navette qui vous récupère et vous emmène au pier.

La navette gratuite pour aller dans Koh Tao n’a qu’un horaire retour pour le resort (19h30). Les prix de la restauration qui sont assez élevés, sont taxés en plus une fois l’addition présentée.

Le Lendemain on rechange de chambre, qui était cette fois ci plus convenable. Le seul problème la tv ne marchait pas bien du tout. On est venu me la changer malgré tout

This is a beautiful place with stunning scenery. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The room was not clean and housekeeping did the absolute bare minimum each day. Breakfast was below par for Thailand standards and a hotel of this quality. It’s overpriced in many aspects compared to most places across Thailand.

Wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us, the room was gorgeous with a simply stunning view right on the beach. Highly recommend & would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect stay, there is nothing we didn't like at all!

Mooie resort aan het strand met vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. We hebben ook op onze vraag een andere kamer gekregen daar in de initiële kamer een reukprobleem was in de badkamer.

The beach is absolutely stunning, and arriving to the hotel through the bay feels beautiful and special. The hotel itself is very nice, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also very kind and genuinely tried to help throughout the stay.

The first room I received was disappointing — it felt small, stuffy, and wasn’t properly clean. In addition, the room phones stopped working at some point, which made communication difficult. While the staff did make an effort to move me to another room the next day, the hotel still needs improvement in maintenance and overall room service.

Die vielen Treppenstufen waren in unserem Alter schon anstrengend! Das nächste Mal nehmen wir uns einen Bungalow ;) Die Preise waren auch utopisch, egal ob Getränke, Essen oder Massage! Und Taxi, völlig unrealistisch! Lieber einen Roller außerhalb mieten :)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Tolles Hotel mit tollem Strand. Das Frühstück war super. Viel Auswahl und für jeden etwas dabei. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder hier her kommen.

Me encantó la habitación, la vista al mar es hermosas, está muy cerca de las mejores playas para hacer snorkel, te dan gratis trasporte en ciertos horarios hacia el centro y también tienes gratis kayak y pádel, el desayuno bufete es muy variado y delicioso, el personal siempre muy amable el mejor hotel de todo Tailandia.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement et la vue, ainsi que le personnel. Il y a beaucoup de piscines toutes aussi incroyables les unes que les autres et l’acces à shark bay est incroyable.

La fenêtre de notre balcon ne pouvait pas se fermer totalement ce qui a conduit à une invasion d’insectes. ( caffard, 1000 pattes, moustiques, gecko…) Heuresement que le personnel est très réactif.

Way over priced for what it is. Rooms were dated, mould in the bathroom ceilings, smelt really bad - no courtesy shower for late checkouts. I have stayed in better accommodation in SE Asia for a third of the price. We were extremely disappointed with the rooms and would not recommend that anyone stay there - not sure how they got 4 stars Staff were not friendly and did not seem to be happy to be working there. Spa and restaurant overpriced

The hotel is right on the beach and every room has a view of the sea. There is a wonderful beach restaurant with a great menu and a very relaxed ambience. The beach is white sand and beautiful, clear water with great snorkelling right off the beach. They have paddleboards and kayaks free for the guests to use and three different pools. Although the hotel can take a large capacity, it doesn't feel overcrowded because the accommodation is well spread out across the bay, with individual rooms, getaway cabins and then the more luxurious beach cabins. We stayed in a hideaway cabin which was set further away from the main hotel area - it was absolutely wonderful. The staff are so attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We loved it and will definitely be back.

il diving center è stato pessimo. Costava più del doppio dei diving center in città ed offriva un servizio scadente, la barca su cui ci hanno mandato era terribile, incredibilmetne scomoda e vecchia e piena di gente, molto al di sotto degli standard trovati nella città, abbiamo avuto troppi tempi morti nel tragitto con varie attese.

O ar condicionado do quarto não estava a funcionar o que fez com que o quarto estivesse um forno.

Très bel hôtel, les piscines sont magnifiques, le personnel est adorable les différents espaces sont confortables et la plage sublime, peut fréquenté et calme. Les chambres sont sobrement décorées mais bien équipé.

Le bruit dû aux travaux de rénovation de plusieurs parties de l’hôtel ( ponceuses , marteaux et odeurs de peinture) alors que nous étions sur les transats à la piscine et sur la terrasse au restaurant . La vue réduite de notre chambre au premier étage, coupée en grande partie par la toiture du restaurant juste en dessous .

The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, resulting in two days of back pain. Very steep steps to accommodation. Very poorly appointed room.

אהבנו מאוד את אזור הבריכה והים – פשוט נראה כמו גלויה. האוכל היה טעים מאוד, והצוות מסביר פנים ושירותי במיוחד בארוחת הבוקר ובאזור הבריכה. ארוחת הבוקר מספיקה, אך לא מאוד עשירה.

החדר מאוד מאוד מיושן. יש המון מדרגות וללא נגישות בכלל – גם לא לחדרי “קרקע” לטענתם, מה שמקשה מאוד על ההתניידות. המזגן לא עבד כמו שצריך ולא קירר מספיק, למרות ניסיונות תיקון. היציאה מהמלון דורשת נסיעה של כמה דקות באופנוע ואין שום דבר במרחק הליכה קצר, כך שהמיקום לא נגיש. בנוסף, אנשי הקבלה לא סייעו כאשר התרענו מראש על צורך בחדר נגיש – לא נעשה ניסיון אמיתי לעזור או להקל על השהות.

Wir waren auch letztes Jahr schon in der Anlage. Sie ist einfach bezaubernd, topp Lage an einem wunderschön Strand. Wir haben uns abends schon auf das Frühstück gefreut, tolle Auswahl und sehr hübsch gemacht. Sitzgelegenheiten mit türkisen und weißen Kissen, dahinter das Mee, sooo schön. Das Personal ist immer präsent, freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Natürlich könnte man hier und da z.B. mal wieder ein bisschen streichen, für 4* ist es eine absolut hervorragende Anlage. Wichtig - Kategorie Ocean View, sehr geräumig, daybed auf dem Balkon. Vermissen es jetzt schon!!! 🏝️🩵🌴

The room has not been maintained for a while, there are plenty of stairs to climb to get to the room. We had a lot of problems with the rooms and they changed our room twice, in the first time I had to pay for an upgrade cause we couldn't climb those stairs cause an health issue and the second time they moved us to the next door.

the room was not cleaned at all when I arrived the shower and toilet wasn’t clean even the spoons where used, the phone didn’t work and the mattress and pillows is no good at all. The stuff was very nice they tried to help but

Very pricey and The location is very bad, can’t walk from there must take a taxi or rent a bike, you can only order food from the restaurant in the hotel which is very very price. The room is very small and doesn’t look nice. A lot of staircase, we received the last floor. Bottom line, I will never return to this hotel.

The location is simply stunning, views from pool and restaurant area are incredible, beautifully kept beach, well landscaped gardens, friendly and helpful staff.

Overpriced food and drink, security staff bothering people on the beach (public land by Thai law) to check if hotel guests and if not looking to charge them for access or move them on, hostile atmosphere for hotel guests and visitors alike.

We had several issues with our room but in the end after 4 attempts the staff kindly sorted things out.

The location was amazing, albeit a bit remote but ok for a few days. We ate one meal in the restaurant and found the food and the service very good. We also waded through the sea to get to the rocky restaurant which was right next door, very good Thai food and slightly cheaper than in the resort. We made use of the free kayaks and paddle boards and did a lot of snorkelling although the visibility wasn’t great.

Not enough sunbeds, typical busy resort where everyone gets up early to reserve a sunbed. Rooms were small and not very clean and had a damp smell. Beds were very firm.

El hotel es divino! Las instalaciones exteriores , piletas, restaurantes, desayuno muy variado ! Todo excelente. Personal muy amable y atento.

Las habitaciones realmente están poco mantenidas, la limpieza no es buena, sábanas y toallas viejas y manchadas, detalles en los baños, problemas con cerraduras y caja fuertes ! Las habitaciones están divinas con una vista soñada pero por el tipo de hotel que es deberían darle más atención y dedicación a la habitaciones por dentro.

The Location is fantastic, it is right on the beach, in it's own little cove. Dinner was great and very reasonably priced. The room was quiet and comfortable and the shower was very good. Breakfast was really good and included in the price. Reception staff were very welcoming as were the rest of the staff. The shuttle bus was free and took us back to the port in the morning.

The hotel was very remote an it was not possible to walk to any other restaurants or bars.

The location and resort were absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Food was great, amazing snorkelling and shuttle service was convenient, however, would be great if there were some time slots available.

The room was unfortunately less than I expected. Beds were hard and not comfortable, and the room was not as modern as expected for a 4-star hotel. The TV was also quite small. Other than that it was quite clean.

L'emplacement est magnifique, au bord d'une plage splendide bordée de cocotiers. Elle est toutefois assez ventée. La chambre est correcte, sans plus car manque de rangements et la salle de bain aussi. La vue du balcon sur la plage est un plus ! Hôtel très excentré, vous êtes tributaires des taxis et navette si vous n'avez pas de scooter.

Seulement les structures extérieur, piscine, plage et le personnel.

La chambre était catastrophique. Pour le prix c’est une honte, la chambre était sale, odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain et donc dans la chambre également. La salle de bain est terriblement petite et très peu fonctionnelle. L’isolation est quasi nul, on ne dort donc pas très bien. La literie est inconfortable, un seul oreiller par personne et celui ci n’est même pas agréable. Les photos des chambres ne ressemblent malheureusement plus à ce que c’est vraiment, elles ont sûrement été prise lors de la construction mais ne reflètent plus la réalité. Pour le prix nous avons été plus que déçu et cela a même rendu notre séjour moins appréciable à Koh tao.

Vue majestueuse de notre chambre (Penthouse) espaces extérieurs magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus. Personnel charmant et attentionné.

L'emplacement est fabuleux, l'hôtel a 3 piscines et de nombreux espaces chill. Il est tellement grand qu'il n'est pas surchargé, c'est très calme.

Odeur épouvantable d'égout dans le couloir et a l'extérieur que ça sentait dans la chambre et sur la terrasse.

Le cadre est féerique ! Les pieds dans l’eau, entourés de verdure. Le personnel est adorable et tous les équipements ont au top. Le petit déjeuner est extra !! Pour nous ce fut trop court, nous y retournerons certainement !! Rien à dire sur le rapport qualité/prix, c’est justifié

Nice location with beach access and 2 pools. Breakfast was ok and staff were very friendly.

Not enough sun beds snd too many non guests visiting re beach club. Also too many steps to most rooms we were so tired to go up and down from pool to room.

La plage est vraiment très belle et la piscine débordante c’est vraiment très beau. Le soleil est très bien orientée sur la piscine le soir.

Juste des petits détails, la salle de bain mérite un coup de jeune, calcaire…

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein und heruntergekommen mit den Jahren aber dafür stimmt der Preis wirklich sehr.

Beautiful beach and spacious rooms.

Limited sun loungers by the pool. Free shuttle buses into town were not frequent enough with only one back from the town per day. Taxis 400 baht to the hotel from town which is very expensive for the 10 minute journey. More shuttles should be available. Some staff were very rude and were never eager to help. On one occasion a staff member sushed me. One coffee machine in the morning was also not enough for the amount of guests staying. Loads of plastic floating in the ocean. Aircon in our room was also very loud

I enjoyed the food, pool and how every activity you wanted to do was basically at your doorstep.

I left the property with bites, upon emptying my utility bag I noticed a bed bug. I now have to cautiously clean my items before checking into my next hotel. It’s disappointing because the first room I stayed in was great. Unfortunately I’m not ridden with bug bites. :/

Las piscinas a pie de playa, las zonas comunes de descanso desde tumbonas, zonas chill, tumbonas dobles, beach club donde puedes alquilar gafas de snorkel y de manera gratuita un Kayak. Si quieres tranquilidad es tu hotel. La ubicación está a 10 minutos del Puerto. Es preferible ir con moto o taxi.

El baño de nuestra habitación era excesivamente pequeño para este tipo de hotel.

The location and privacy was good, also the room are good for the value you pay.

Nothing was negative, good value for the money you pay. Maybe hot water for taking a shower was not enough for 2.
