De ligging en het uitzicht, maar dat is het ook.

Alhoewel het in kleine letters vermeld staat, heeft deze accomodatie geen lift. Maar deze accomodatie heeft ook geen personeel die staan te springen om de bagage van een 70 jarige naar boven te brengen. Lees: liever lui dan moe. Ik ben 70 jaar, en al goed ben ik gezegend met een goede gezondheid en doe veel aan sport die me in staat heeft gesteld de klus met 3 verdiepingen zelf te klaren. Dan de gereserveerde parkeerplaats bevind zich verder af van het hotel. Je wordt niet begeleid naar die plaats, en aan de afsluitbare box hangt een verhakkeld stukje blik dat voor een garagebox poort moet dienen. Je krijgt dat gevaarte zonder het te plooien zelfs niet dicht. Maar wel 25€ per dag aanrekenen is ronduit schandalig. Al goed was het maar voor 2 dagen. Het personeel loopt daar niet happy rond, maar wat wil je de receptioniste moet telkens van functiehoed veranderen van receptioniste naar kamermeisje. Ja, dan is dit de oorzaak en het gevolg goed aan te voelen.

L’emplacement est génial pour profiter de la ville sans avoir le bruit de l’agitation des soirées. L’hôtel se trouve sur les hauteurs mais une fois le check in fait nous avons reçu l’accès aux ascenseurs de la ville et c’est top. De plus, nous avons eu un super accueil avec des explications claires.

Le seul point est l’insonorisation des chambres, mais ça n’empêche pas de s’endormir

l'hotel est un peu loin de la gare et sur les hauteurs, il y a deux ascenseurs payants (2€) mais gratuit pour les clients de l'hotel, c'est dommage que l'hotel ne donne pas le QR code et les explications avant l'arrivée , ça eviterait de se crever avec le sac a dos ou les valises car ça monte sur 800m.

Nulla, è stato tutto bellissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti in questa struttura; l’hotel è fuori dal centro ma è comodamente raggiungibile grazie ai due ascensori presenti in paese. La camera piccola ma molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort compreso asciugacapelli e bicchierino portaspazzolino. Colazione varia con prodotti fatti in casa. Punto di forza lo staff cortese simpatico e disponibile e pronto a dare suggerimenti e consigli. Inoltre c’è un bellissimo terrazzino da cui si può godere di una bella vista sul paese. La reception chiude alle 19 ma si può rientrare a qualsiasi ora accedendo da un cancelletto sempre aperto.

Come detto la struttura è fuori dal centro cittadino ma è facilmente raggiungibile mediante i due ascensori presenti in paese. L’hotel fornisce una card che consente l’utilizzo gratuito degli ascensori ma che viene consegnata al check in. Sarebbe opportuno magari inviare prima al momento della conferma della prenotazione tale card ; in questo modo noi ci saremmo risparmiati la ripida scalinata per arrivare all’hotel il primo giorno carichi di valigie. Inoltre facendo la 5 terre card in hotel si ha diritto ad un piccolo sconto..io l’avevo acquistata in precedenza ma a saperlo l’avrei fatta in hotel . anche di questo si potrebbe informare prima gli ospiti

El alojamiento es sencillo pero tienes todo lo que necesitas, buena atención, limpieza, buen café y desayuno.

En general esta muy bien lo único que las instalaciones para el precio son algo sencillas y antiguas .

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento adiacente alla struttura e devo ammettere che tutto ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. L'accoglienza del ragazzo alla reception è stata impeccabile; ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi particolari e ci ha subito consegnato il qr code per usufruire degli ascensori in paese. La camera veniva pulita (in modo impeccabile) quotidianamente: staff delle pulizie molto cordiale e disponibile (non una cosa comunissima). Prezzo giusto.

Purtroppo la posizione non è il top, molto distante da stazione e centro e, anche con l'utilizzo dei due ascensori, al ritorno (soprattutto col caldo asfissiante di fine luglio) la salita è dura: non avendo visitato mai Rio Maggiore, ho calcolato male le distanze. Probabilmente il top per gli amanti del trekking. Consiglio di soggiornarci con temperature meno aggressive. P.s.; la famosa spiaggia di Rio Maggiore, non è una spiaggia, ma una caletta in cemento letteralmente invasa da centinaia di turisti, e oltre che essere difficilmente raggiungibile, è praticamente impossibile trovare un metro quadrato di spazio. Altro p.s.: cartelli di divieto di balneazione ovunque, considerata la pericolosità dell'ubicazione...Ovviamente non osservati da nessuno (prendete il treno e andate a Monterosso).

Poor internet connection

Superbra läge, hjälpsam och väldigt tillmötesgående personal som hjälpte oss med många bra tips. Hotellet erbjöd också turistort så att vi kunde åka i hissarna utan extra kostnad. Utsikten från vårt rum var magisk!

Otroligt lyhört, vi hörde alla gäster ifrån övriga rum. Sängen var obekväm och badrummet väldigt litet och trångt. Parkeringen var aningen dyr och låg några minuters promenad ifrån hotellet.

No me gustó que el edificio independiente estuviera tan alejado del hotel y la cama era un poco incómoda, además, la wifi no llegaba bien a la habitación y se caía la señal.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica soprattutto per chi ha la macchina visto che offre la possibilità di parcheggio. Appena fuori dal caos di Riomaggiore ma grazie agli ascensori si sale e si scende facilmente senza dover necessariamente camminare. La camera era abbastanza grande con un bel terrazzino vista mare. Bagno piccolo ma confortevole. Colazione abbondante con prodotti dolci e salati anche della tradizione. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

We hadden een parkeerplaats gereserveerd en dat werd door het hotel perfect opgepakt, aangezien je in Riomaggiore niet met je auto naar binnen kunt. We kregen toegang doordat we ons kenteken door moesten geven. Wij hadden overigens een kamer op 3 minuten lopen van het hotel. Goede plek, van waaruit we het stadje in konden lopen. Het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende.

De parkeerplaats die we hadden toegewezen gekregen, was vrij smal en met de grootst mogelijke moeite en zorgvuldigheid kregen we het geparkeerd.

Μου αρέσε η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου που ήταν ψηλά στο χωριό μακριά από την πολυκοσμία του κέντρου. Η πρόσβαση ήταν εύκολη μέσω του ασανσέρ καινή πρόσβαση ήταν δωρεά με τον κωδικό που μας έδωσε το ξενοδοχείο. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και πλήρες. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να δώσει πληροφορίες.

We had a wonderful one-night stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view—it was absolutely stunning and made our stay truly memorable. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A helpful tip for future guests: ask the hotel for the QR code that provides access to the discounted Cinque Terre Card if they participate in the National Park's Environmental Quality Label program. This can save you money on the Cinque Terre Train Card compared with the standard visitor price, making it worthwhile if you plan to visit multiple villages by train. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting Riomaggiore, and we'd happily return.

The only minor downside was the bathroom, which was quite small. However, for a one-night stay, it wasn't an issue and didn't take away from our overall experience. One suggestion for improvement would be to simplify the directions for reaching the hotel, as we found the instructions a bit confusing on arrival.

Mi sono trovato molto bene lo staff per ogni esigenza disponibile buona colazione ritornerò di sicuro.

Heel proper, heel goed gelegen, lekker ontbijt (niet heel uitgebreid, maar alles was er en de verschillende zelfgemaakte cakes waren heel lekker), heel vriendelijk personeel. Parking voordien gereserveerd en dit verliep heel vlot. Als we nog eens naar Cinque Terre komen, dan logeren we opnieuw hier.

tromperie sur les images des chambres, il n'y a pas spécifier qu'il y a deux bâtiments dont un qui est à 350m de l'acceuil et qui est vétuste.

Vom Zimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, das alles in Ordnung war. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut. Mit dem Lift (der kostenpflichtig ist), kommt man in die Stadt. Man bekommt aber vom Hotel einen QR-Code, mit diesem kann man dann den Lift kostenlos benutzen. Ca. 200m entfernt gibt es ein Parkhaus (mit Aufpreis) für das Fahrzeug.

Durch die Hanglage ist alles ein wenig eng und die Stiegenaufgänge sind sehr schmal und steil.

Vom Hauptgebäude aus tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Gute und ruhige Lage. Das Auto kann in einem, in der Nähe liegenden, Parkhaus geparkt werden.

Leider waren wir im Nebengebäude, welches ca. 200m vom Hauptgebäude entfernt ist, untergebracht (bei der Buchung stand nur "Nebengebäude" ohne weitere hinweise. Das ist ganz am Ende der Stadt ohne Aussicht. Dazu hatten wir noch viele Ameisen im Zimmer. Wir bekamen dann ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude mit der tollen Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten. Durch Zufall haben wir erfahren, dass es vom Hotel eine Gäste-Card gibt, die wir auf Verlangen auch bekamen. Mit dieser Card kann man dann u.A. die Aufzüge gratis benutzen und erspart sich das - doch mühevolle - Berglauf/Bergab gehen.

La mia camera si trovava in un edificio secondario. il piccolo terrazzo affacciava proprio di fronte alle macchine parcheggiate. sul terrazzo c'era anche una sorta di comignolo da cui fuoriusciva a tratti del fumo. La prima notte c'era un rumore meccanico intermittente ogni 2 minuti (forse una caldaia o altro) che mi ha creato problemi di addormentamento. Il giorno dopo ho fatto presente il disagio al personale che ha detto di non sapere l'origine del rumore. La seconda notte il rumore c'era lo stesso ma con intervalli più lunghi. Credo che non si può affittare una camera che ha questo inconveniente, a meno che non la fai pagare massimo 50 euro a notte!

Our room weas without any window (there were some fake windows with curtains), this was a bad surprise. That's why looked like a cellar. But to some extent it was compensated with a nearby (free) terrace where to spend the evenings.

Wszystko się podobało. Pokój ładny z przepięknym widokiem i balkonem. Blisko centrum, ale w uroczym, spokojnym miejscu w górnej części miejscowości. Uwielbialiśmy tam wracać po zwiedzaniu Cinque Terre. Cisza i ptaki rano i po południu cudowne. Właściciele bardzo mili. Byliśmy 3 noclegi, mimo niewielkiego pokoju mogłabym być dłużej. Śniadania bardzo dobre, nawet dla osób nie jedzących typowo włoskich było co wybrać. Chciałabym wrócić!
