Le lieu est superbe avec une belle vue et le personnel est serviable et d’une grande hospitalité. Le parking est très pratique puisque la circulation dans les cinqueterre est difficile.

Soddisfattissimo della struttura e dello staff. Camera ampia così come il bagno. Avevamo due terrazzi di pertinenza della camera dove potevamo rilassarci comodamente. La colazione molto buona. Top le due vasche idromassaggio con acqua riscaldata da dove si poteva assistere volendo anche al tramonto. La struttura è molto rilassante e tranquilla e la tranquillità per noi è il massimo. Cercheremo di ritornarci appena possibile perchè siamo stati benissimo. Grazie a Davide e a tutto lo staff sempre gentile nei nostri confronti.

E' andato tutto oltre le nostre più rosee aspettative.

Generally the personell was extremely quick and helpful and very nice. We got well informed and got very helpful tips for hiking, trains and restaurants. We really enjoyed the breakfast and to use the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The location was also very good and easily accessible.

De communicatie vooraf aan het ontvangst en het ontvangst waren voortreffelijk. Heel aardig en met voldoende informatie. Daarnaast is het een geweldige accomodatie met een patio met prachtig uitzicht over Riomaggiore. Het was fijner om dar pizza te eten dan beneden in het stadje.

Iets ruimere kamer zodat bedden uit elkaar konden. Voor een stel is het super romantisch.

Es war ein ausergewöhnlich schöner Urlaub, schon bei der Anreise mit dem Auto wurden wir sehr gut angeleitet, auf den privaten Parkplatz zu kommen. Beim Ankommen, stand ein kleiner Lastenaufzug fürs Gepäck zur Verfügung, da die Unterkunft sehr stufenreich war. Die Unterkunft ist familiengeführt, das man in jedem kleinsten Detail spürt. Alle sehr zuvorkommend, und liebevoll. Sie sind bedacht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Auch die Lage war ein Traum. Vom Sonnendeck sieht man fast ganz Riomaggore, und das Meer.

Tout était parfait, le personnel au petit soin, le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité, l’extérieur très bien entretenu, l’emplacement est idéal et l’appartement très propre . Mon épouse et moi nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Appartementencomplex is mooi gelegen in Riomaggiore. Je moet wel wat trappen overwinnen, maar dat is eigenlijk onontkoombaar in Riomaggiore. Je kunt via een tweetal liften met een ommetje wel zonder trappen bij het appartement komen, maar dan moet je even de weg ontdekken naar de beide liften. Ontbijt is meer dan prima, met veel vers fruit. Verder is een grote plus de twee hottubs voor de gasten met het zonneterras. Ik had de indruk dat ik die niet op andere plekken in het dorp heb gezien. Zwembaden al helemaal niet, dus als je een plonsje wil maken is dit wel lekker. Kan ook in de zee, maar zwemmogelijkheden zijn beperkt en niet hel makkelijk toegankelijk. We hebben natuurlijk geen andere hotels bekeken, maar wij hadden niet de indruk dat er veel vergelijkbare hotels / appartementen waren met en ruime kamers en daarbij een nog een mooi terras (wij hadden een suite appartement, maar ook de andere appartementen hadden iets van een terras). Verder zeer vriendelijk personeel en elke dag even een eenvoudige schoonmaak van het appartement.

Séjour magnifique , hôtel très bien placé, impeccable niveau propreté, une vue au top 👌 ! Mini Bar avec tous les jours des boissons offertes et le 1 er jour une bouteille de Prosecco 🍾🥂! Petit déjeuner fait avec des produits frais, il ne manquait rien . Le personnel très sympathique et souriant. Et Zidane qui parle français, nous a bien aidé pour notre séjour, un jeune homme très intentionné et à prendre soin de nous , pour que nous ne manquions de rien . Nous pensions que c’était le petit-fils de l’établissement, tellement qu’il est investi . Bravo à toute l’équipe qui est formidable . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir . Cathy et Régis 🥂🍾

We loved the spacious room and great bathroom but also the private terrace. Everything was absolutely great : the free drinks in the fridge, the jacuzzi and the location. You are in Riomaggiore so the number of steps to come up from the center is a bit scary at first but you get used to it quickly. A special thanks to Zidane for his warm welcome and the many useful tips to enjoy cinqueterre. 👍👍👍

Un soggiorno indimenticabile. La struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e accogliente. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff: personale super cortese, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza, capace di farti sentire come a casa con un'accoglienza calorosa e autentica.

Le lit un peu trop dur

This location was everything we had hoped for and beyond! Clean, quiet, with breathtaking views! Breakfast was very generous, with so many options! Everything I tried was delicious. Gardens are beautiful, one can tell the plants and flowers are loved and well cared. The stairs are not that scary, and this is coming from someone who doesn't have hiking as a hobby:-) Staff is very friendly and charismatic. The parking is easy and safe. I am very grateful to the host and to the staff as our staying really felt like holiday and for sure we will return!

Struttura elegante, curata e molto accogliente, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di asciugamani e accappatoi per la jacuzzi e la presenza di tutti gli accessori necessari nell’appartamento. Molto utile anche il libro con i consigli su ristoranti e attività in zona. Personale cordiale, professionale e preparato. Colazione ottima e completa, con prodotti locali. Molto apprezzabile anche l’attenzione al rispetto dell’ambiente. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, struttura assolutamente consigliata

Die Organisation im Vorfeld unserer Anreise war sehr gut. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse lecker. Jeden Tag wurde die Minibar mit kostenlosen Getränken aufgefüllt.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

L’accueil de Zidane a été très professionnel et agréable. Il parle très bien français. Le personnel de l’établissement est très professionnel et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La chambre très agréable spacieuse, le climatiseur indispensable et très efficace. Le mini bar dans la chambre avec les boissons offertes, vraiment très chouette, le jacuzzi idem tout comme le salon extérieur en terrasse. Établissement très bien situé.

From the moment we parked we were attended to by the most welcoming employees. Describing to us every detail of the property. You could tell that so much care is given to make guests feel at home and taken care of. We fell in love with the lemon trees and being surrounded by the gardens and beautiful architecture. From the relaxing hot tubs to the picturesque balconies, this oasis is like no other. This family has really done something quite unique and has left an unforgettable experience in our hearts. We wish them the best and we would love to return and stay there once again.

Absolutely nothing was overlooked. The entire property was magnificent.

A perfect place to stay in Riomaggiore! Easy to reach by both the stairs and the elevator, with beautiful views. The staff were amazing, our room was nice and very clean, and the whole property and garden were beautifully maintained. Peaceful environment, no crowd, beautiful lemon trees, tomatoes and nice flowers all around. The 24/7 jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax every day after exploring Cinque Terre. We also loved the complimentary daily minibar refill and the delicious breakfast with local products. On top of that, the team provided so many great local tips and recommendations, making it very easy to find the best things to do. Highly recommended! Perfetto! Grazie mille!

Super lokalizacja, może nie całkiem blisko portu, ale z pięknym widokiem. Miejsce bardzo zadbane przez właścicieli. Dodatkowa atrakcja, której sie nie spodziewaliśmy to jacuzzi, zawsze dostępne, co dawało chwile wytchnienia po wędrówkach. Śniadania dobre, świeże produkty. Byliśmy tam trochę dłużej więc może zabrakło trochę urozmaicenia np możliwości zamównienia jajecznicy 😉 ( tak żeby nie było bez uwag). Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Świeża woda zawsze dostępna.

Superbe résidence hôtelière au calme, sur les hauteurs de Riomagiorre. Accueil personnalisé en français, parfait, merci à Zidane pour ses conseils. Chambre agréable et très propre, frigo retemplis tous les jours et gratuitement de sodas et bouteille de Prosecco offerte à l'arrivée, tellement appréciable ! Petit déjeuner correct et au calme.

Dommage que la résidence ferme à 19h, du coup, la magnifique terrasse au dessus des jacuzzi est toujours vide là où un cocktail au coucher du soleil aurait été un must ! Manque un peu d’insonorisation entre notre chambre (4) et la chambre voisine, mais rien d’invivable....

We had a wonderful experience at Cinqueterre Residence during our recent stay in Riomaggiore. All communication prior to our stay was very prompt and helpful! The hotel is lovely and well maintained (beautiful pots of flowers everywhere!), with unsurpassed views over the town and sea. We enjoyed our welcome bottle of prosecco on our private deck! The staff was eager to assist with activities, and restaurant recommendations, and clearly enjoyed sharing their home with us. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cinqueterre.

Alloggio grande e comodo, bagno spazioso. Frigobar rifornito giornalmente con acqua e bibite, Colazione varia sia dolce che salato. Si va tranquillamente in paese anche grazie agli ascensori che consentono, volendo, di non usare scale. Lo staff è gentilissimo, il proprietario innamorato del proprio lavoro e questo si ripercuote molto positivamente su tutto. 2 vasche idromassaggio a disposizione dei clienti, parcheggio comodissimo in questo borgo dove altrimenti non avresti dove lasciare l'auto. Ogni appartamento ha un patio dove poter godere del sole e dell'aria fresca su comode sdraio, unitamente a tavolino e sedie per ogni esigenza. Esperienza eccellente, promosso a pieni voti, 10 solo perchè è il massimo, ma avrebbe meritato almeno la lode!

Non mi è piaciuto dover ripartire per tornare a casa....

From the moment we arrived, Cinqueterre Residence felt less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone's home. Zidane greeted us with the warmest smile and an energy that set the tone for our entire stay — attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it's the thing we'll remember most. The facilities are wonderful — beautifully appointed rooms, the hot tubs were a dream after long days exploring the villages and walking the cliffside paths, and every detail was thoughtfully done. We came back each evening grateful to have such a peaceful, comfortable place to land. The location is ideal. Riomaggiore is the perfect village to base yourself in, and the residence sits just where you want it — close enough to everything, quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Sunset from the harbor was unforgettable, the focaccia from Revello became a daily ritual, and every train hop to the other four villages began and ended just steps from our door. The Cinque Terre is a place everyone should visit at least once — and if you do, stay here. We left feeling rested, well looked after, and already planning our return. Fabulous location with amazing views. The room was spotless and the staff were so helpful. The hot tub and beautiful terrace provided a much appreciated place to rest and relax after sightseeing and walking.

Som resorten påpekar, försök inte hitta dit med Google map utan sök kontakt via den övre ingången vid vägen, som ligger innan bommarna till centrala Riomaggiore. Hit tar man sig med fördel via hissen.

Very nice and helpfull staff, excelent ameneties, very nice breakfast with very good quality produces. Beautifull garden and view. Spacious bedroom. The touristic card offer was very usefull and gave us the free use of Via dell Amore: perfect.

The garden, the tourist card, the staff was wonderfull, the amenities of room were great, the recomendations exceptoonal. On the breakfast the quality of the produces were very good.

The shower was tiny and with the windows panes closed the light passed through sending a flash of light on sunrise in the room. The church bell ringing at 7:00 also was heard very loud inside the room.

Même si les autres personnes ne parle pas français, la gentillesse et le sourire reste un langage universel qui est, ici, bien pratiqué. L'établissement est également très calme et permet de bien se reposer après les ballades superbes de la Région. L'établissement est un point de départ idéal pour CINQUETERRE. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

We enjoyed the entire staff.Irenia, Zane, and Davide. The breakfast was outstanding, special touches like a honey bee comb at the breakfast buffet, excellent cappuccino, and no charge for mini fridge ...the view was breathtaking, easy walk to town..Best location. The landscaping is beautiful . The deck perched on a cliff was a great way to end the day! Thank you!!

Breakfast was great, daily room service fabulous, staff very friendly and the extra bonus of having daily soft drinks and a bottle of presecco on arrival, fantastic.

We had a tricky check in due to arriving late but we were very thankful for the hotel transfer. Definitely travel light, as you will be challenged by the steep hills and steps but the location is beautiful.

The breakfast was lovely. Very fresh and replenished regularly. The staff were exceptional and very friendly.

We loved everything but my friend struggled with the steps.

This was a wonderful place to be, in Riomaggiore village but set away from the busy port in a peaceful location with a beautiful view. We loved the communal gardens with the flowers, jacuzzus & outdoor lounge area. Breakfasts were wonderful, very substantial & served with a smile from helpful staff. Our kitchen was well equipped & sheets changed whenever we wanted. We would always stay here if we came to Riomaggiore again.

It was all great in every way....( Guests with mobility problems should ask Qs before arriving so the staff can help, & here they will & they did....but this applies to all the CinqueTerre area as steps are everywhere!)

Our 6 dag stay was exactly what we expected. Hospitality was excellent, we felt att home. The facility was clean and well maintained with flowers decorations everywhere. The outdoor relax areas were nice with a panoramic view of the town.
