Sehr schönes Hotel mit zugehörigem **Restaurant. Sehr angenehmes und hilfsbereites Personal, das auch selbstverständlich Englisch spricht. Wir hatten einen recht günstigen Tarif gebucht und deshalb lag unser Zimmer wohl in einem Trakt, der nicht direkt mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen ist. Das Hotel insgesamt ist ein kleines Labyrinth und die Zimmer sind auch recht klein. Dafür sind sie top ausgestattet und wenn man nach hinten raus schläft auch durchaus ruhig. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant haben wir nichts gegessen aber allein das Frühstück ist sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Durch Lage mitten in Dijon sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Den angebotenen Parkservice haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern haben einige Schritte weiter im öffentlichen Parkhaus Granier für günstige 11 Euro für 24 Stunden geparkt. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel wirklich empfehlen, wenn man einen kurzen Städtetrip nach Dijon machen möchte.

Our room was pleasant and well appointed, although I wasn’t a fan of the modern decor in such a lovely heritage building, but that’s wry much personal taste.

Leider waren alle Türen in unserem Zimmer klebrig und verschmutzt. Die Minibar und der Café wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Wirklich ein Problem war das sich das Toilettenpapier nicht nachgefüllt wurde und wir an der Rezeption darum bitten mussten.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Personal hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen und das Auto parkiert.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für knapp 220 Euro inklusive Parkplatz gebucht. Bereits beim ersten Zimmer mussten wir feststellen, dass sich auf der Toilettenschüssel braune Flecken befanden. Als wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam machten, wurde das Zimmer umgehend und verständnisvoll gewechselt. Nachdem wir im zweiten Zimmer angekommen waren und uns die freundliche Mitarbeiterin versichert hatte, dass sie das Zimmer kontrolliert habe, mussten wir erneut Flecken auf der Toilette feststellen. Zudem war die Toilette innen stark abgenutzt, was unserer Meinung nach dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels in dieser Preisklasse nicht entspricht. Auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Im Badezimmer befanden sich in der Dusche sowie an den Armaturen deutlich sichtbare Wasserflecken, die sich mit einmaligem Nachwischen problemlos entfernen liessen. Der Boden war nicht sauber gesaugt. Aus der Dusche kam zudem praktisch nur warmes bis heisses Wasser, sodass eine angenehme Regulierung der Wassertemperatur kaum möglich war. Auch das Bett war eher unordentlich gemacht, weshalb wir uns ehrlich gesagt nicht näher damit beschäftigen wollten, in welchem Zustand sich die Matratze befand. Alles in allem war es für uns angesichts des hohen Preises ein enttäuschendes und unangenehmes Erlebnis. Der einzige Bereich, der den hohen Preis unserer Meinung nach einigermassen rechtfertigte, war der freundliche und zuvorkommende Service des Personals. Ob es sich bei den braunen Flecken auf der Toilette tatsächlich um das handelte, was man zunächst vermuten könnte, oder lediglich um ein Reinigungsmittel, können wir nicht beurteilen. Das sollte letztlich auch keine Rolle spielen. Der Anspruch eines 4-Sterne-Hotels sollte es sein, ein Zimmer in einem einwandfreien und tadellos sauberen Zustand an seine Gäste zu übergeben. Aufgrund der wiederholten Vorkommnisse war unser Wohlbefinden im Zimmer leider sehr beeinträchtigt. Für diesen Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

1980年代から4回宿泊していますが、さほど広くない空間ながら時代に合ったリノベーションを繰り返し、清潔に快適に過ごせるよう工夫しているのがいいところです。 窓から歴史ある教会が見える点は変わらず、毎回ホッとします。 スタッフも親切でした。

良くないというわけではなく、こちらの問題でもありますが、評判の併設レストランにも行きたかったものの、コース料理のボリュームが多くて年齢的に難しくなっています。もう少し軽く食べられる選択肢があるとなおよかったです。 あと、館内が迷路のような作りなので、少し表示があると宿泊客が迷子になりにくいかもしれません。

让我无法忘记的是房间床单被子枕头上都有淡淡的香味，这个香味和洗发水、沐浴露的味道是一样的，非常喜欢，在第戎没想到还有这样一家有着这样法式格调的酒店。酒店人员都很友善。

入门口如果能有柠檬水就更好啦。

Room and general hotel were good, we have stayed here previously. The valet parking was a good service and the car was available at the correct time in the morning.

The receptionist lady on duty on Monday (20th July) evening was appalling to the point of rude. We did not have a reservation but we had checked double room prices on Booking.com at around Eu133 but the receptionist only offered at Eu190 and insisted this was better than the internet. She offered no alternative, cheaper rooms. We booked and paid on Booking.com whilst standing in front of her. She then became annoyed and snarky and insisted this was for an "inferior" room on the 3rd floor with a long walk from he lift but she never offered this previously and this wasn't explained on the Booking.com reservation either which was for a standard double. My wife has a lifelong orthopaedic disability and acute arthritis as a consequence, she presents OK but could do without longer walks or more stairs to climb. The receptionist was "snarky" and annoyed that we booked online - it was as if she wasn't aware of how the internet works, she acted as if we set the prices!

We loved it all! The 2 star Michelin restaurant, the lovely staff, the central location to the historical center, the comfortably appointed room, the ambiance of the hotel. Did I say the wonderful staff? Highly recommend this place.

Ouderwetse service: auto wordt voor je geparkeerd en koffers worden naar kamer gebracht. Luxe kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooie toiletartikelen, heerlijke bedden. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Ligging midden in het centrum met veel restaurants op loopafstand. Hotel heeft zelf een Michelin restaurant (2 sterren) en je kunt daar dineren en of ontbijten. Ontbijt was geweldig!

Room well designed. Great location: easy walk to train station (which also houses rental car businesses so we dropped luggage at hotel, then returned car, then walked back from train station). Splurged on the breakfast - yes, very good. Nice short walks to Halles market, churches, shopping, cafes. All good!

We used the hotel as a base for visiting Dijon once more. Great central location within walking distance to many attractions. Also went to the Prenois race track for a day of high speed adventure, while my wife enjoyed the spa at the hotel. Too bad the famed restaurant was closed during our stay Sun-Tue. But maybe that is a reason to return ...

Room really nice for our 2 night stay excellent location to old town Dijon and train station. We didn’t eat in the hotel plenty of cafes in Dijon for breakfast but staff really friendly and helpful couldn’t fault it

We stayed two nights at the Chapeau Rouge and enjoyed every minute. (Of course one must experience The restaurant- unforgettable!!)The staff were welcoming and perfectly accommodating . The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. And of course the location ( and valet parking!!) was so convenient. Thank you for a fabulous time.

I highly recommend to stay in Chapeau Rouge for at least three reasons: 1. The breakfast is stunning 2. The bed is super comfy 3. The location is super central an extra 4: the people are very nice
