Reviewed Sep 17, 2026J’ai séjourné 3 nuits à cet hôtel . Je l’ai choisi pour sa proximité avec Stoos pour la randonnée. J’espérais pouvoir me reposer avant de commencer mon long séjour en Suisse. L’hôtel est situé sur une rue très passante et bruyante à toutes heures. Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolée car on entend constamment le bruit des autos et des voisins de chambre qui ronflent. Et autre point, les oreillers sont immenses et tellement molles qu’elles ne supportent aucunement le cou . Donc je n’ai pas apprécié mes 3 nuits pour ces raisons. C’est bien personnel mais pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger et qu’un bon oreiller est nécessaire cet avis sera utile. J’ai informé la réception de mes commentaires. Pour le reste, tout est propre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais très simple. Le mini frigo n’est pas du tout froid . English : I stayed three nights at this hotel. I chose it for its proximity to Stoos, ideal for hiking. The hotel is located on a very busy and noisy street at all hours. The rooms are not well insulated as you can constantly hear the noise of cars and the snoring of roommates. Another point is that the pillows are huge and so soft that they offer absolutely no support for the neck. So, I didn't enjoy my three nights for these reasons. It's a personal preference, but for those who are light sleepers and need a good pillow, this review will be helpful. I have informed the hotel of my comments. Otherwise, everything is clean. Breakfast is decent but very basic. The mini fridge is not cold

Parken bischen schwierig, allerdings kann man für 10CHF einen Parkplatz auf dem Gemeindeparkplatz bekommen.

Angetrunkenes Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank, benutzte Gläser noch da stehend und benutztes Handtuch im Schrank. Große Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel, aber das war bekannt.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026What a wonderful location, the view from our family apartment was amazing overlooking the lake! The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed having the extra living room. There were 2 fans available which helped greatly during the heat. The continental breakfast was fantastic, including many different bread and pastry options, cereals, yoghurts and the best variety of fruit we found throughout our trip - and even champagne was in offer. Staff were friendly.
The bathroom contained a shower in the bath with a curtain, but it was still comfortable

Pas de clim. Je plains les gens qui ont la vue facade. Attention il y'a des escaliers. Vous avez vue lac ok...mais vue sur les voisins aussi, même au WC et à la douche...Le parking public est a 500m. Tout est fermé à 21h pas compris.. Le français n’est pas le bienvenu mon ressenti... Manque de fromage au pdj, et oeufs au plat..un peu radin

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Mooie ligging ( het uitzicht), ruime kamer met zitje, koelkastje, nespressoapparaat, fijne douche en goed bed met fijne matrassen. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en aardig personeel. We hebben ook veel gebruik gemaakt van het het balkon. Wandel Tip! Loopt de Stoos Ridge ( met kabelbaan vanuit Morschach). Schitterend
Als ik dan toch een tip mag geven: de kamers leken recent gerenoveerd, had daar ook de airco in meegenomen. Wij zaten er met warm weer, dan is het best wel warm. En stond wel een ventilator.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The staff who welcomed us was very kind, and offered a second fan for the heat. Parking is available nearby (for 25 CHF for full stay). Bed are comfortable.
The room was bare bones and lacked the expected comfort and elegance; felt cheap given the price per night. In theory the hotel could get away with this lack of comfort given the wonderful view, but we paid a premium for a lake view not realizing that this meant being street-facing on the busiest street in the center of the town - photos of the water conveniently leave out this detail. There is a restaurant and bar just below, but even after they close at midnight there is constant noise from large trucks and loud motorcycles all night. This is mentioned in other reviews and we regret not paying closer attention. We ultimately moved to a different hotel for our second night. Perhaps in the winter when you can close the windows it would be a better place to stay, but there is no AC so you really must leave the window open in the summer. During the day, very conveniently located, but not peaceful. The balcony has two plastic chairs. The towels in our room were all very damp - either hadn't been washed or hadn't been dried. No shampoo. High price for a great view that is difficult to fully enjoy and justify.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026הנוף מהמרפסת לאגם יפייפה. הטיילת הסמוכה נחמדה מאד ויש מקומות לאכול ולשתות מול האגם. המלון דאג לחניה מאד נוחה בקירבת המלון (כאשר הגענו לקבלה קיבלנו הסבר מפורט ומדויק כולל צילום היכן נמצאת החניה. זו חניה בתשלום אבל היא זולה יותר מאשר לחנות ברחוב). בהמשך הטיילת יש מקום קטן ומקסים על שפת האגם לשתיה ואוכל קל - onda. Das Badezimmer (Zi 101/Alfa) war mit der Dusche hinter der Toilette nicht ideal. Für mich ging es ja noch, aber ältere nicht mehr so agile Menschen hätte Mühe die Dusche zu benutzen. Im Sommer kann das Zimmer heiss werden und in der Nacht hört man die Bar im unteren Stock und die Strasse.

La chambre appartement est selon nous à refaire. Salle de bain minuscule. La barre de douche tombe, le rideau se colle à la peau et ne semble plus adapté aujourd'hui. On se cogne les genoux à la baignoire quand on est sur les WC. Impossible de manipuler les volets. Les fenêtres n'ont pas de barrières de sécurité; ce qui ne nous semble pas au norme. La poignée de la salle de bain nous est restée dans la main. Les lampes de chevet n'étaient pas raccordées, nous avons dû chercher les câbles pour les raccorder. Les Caches des prises s'arrachent. Pas d'armoire dans la chambre des enfants

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026We vonden het een erg fijn verblijf, fijn bed en lekker ontbijt! Alles was in de kamer. Een stopcontactverbinder voor de Zwitserse stekkers om mijn eigen föhn te gebruiken konden we gratis ophalen bij de receptie. Alles op loopafstand :)
De boulevard was ons soms net wat te druk, (we boeken meestal natuurhuisjes) maar voor 3 dagen was het top! We misten wel een tafeltje op het balkon :)

Leider keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator Hätte ein verbesserungsvorschlag fliegengitter in die fenster zu machen dann kann mann die fenster groß aufmachen
