Lage mitten im Ort und nahe der wunderschönen Uferpromenade. Hundefreundlich mit Möglichkeiten, direkt hinter dem Gebäude in den Wald zu gehen. Zimmer sehr nüchtern, aber riesengroße Terrasse..

Parkplatz sehr teuer, Nebengebäude und Zimmer wirken nicht so ansprechend. Für eine Nacht aber absolut ausreichend

It is the perfect location at the lake! The staff was so friendly, thank you Irene and Karina 😃 The bus station is 1min walk from the hotel and public transport was easy to the train station and to Morshach-Stoos funicular. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all close by.

Zimmer mit Balkon im Nebengebäude war sehr angenehmen weil es nicht zur Straße hin war. Leckeres Frühstück und super freundliches Personal. Parkplatz gegen 15 Franken Gebühr im Hof. Lage toll und empfehlenswert.

Die Lage war das aller beste, leckeres Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal.

Es fehlte mir persönlich ein kleines Wasserkocher, dass man noch eine Tasse Tee selber kochen könnte.

Nachts war es sehr laut

The breakfast was good, the place was clean and our only problem was no A/C in the middle of a heatwave. Hard to sleep in a hot stuffy room. The window opened wide, but there was no breeze and fan didn't circulate the air at all..Bed was comfy.

MorschachからStoosのロープウェイに乗るためにこのBrunnenで宿を探すとここ以外にはまともなところが見つからなかったのでここを予約しました そのせいかお値段は割と強気設定だと思います。 道路に面してるので夜もうるさいのは我慢してね、という旨の予防線メールが事前にありました。 運悪く8月半ばの週末、地元の祭りに当たってしまい、ホテル前の道路が歩行者天国になって屋台やら音楽フェスで賑わう日でしたがそれは仕方が無いとして、問題はホテル近くのバス停が道路封鎖により使えなくなっていたことです。私たちは鉄道利用だったので駅前からバスに乗ってそのバス停で降りてホテルへ行予定でしたがわけもわからずそれが出来ず荷物を引きずってホテルまで歩きました。まだそれは良いとして、問題はMorschachロープウェイ乗り場行きのバスにどこから乗ればいいのか。レセプション確認すると駅前のバス停から乗って、でもトンネルで事故があったからどうなってるか分からない、よくあることなのよ、というご説明。客のために電話で確認してくれる気は無さそうな御様子。ロープウェイに乗るためだけにわざわざここまで来て安くない宿泊費を払っているのであやふやなままで朝を迎えたくないのでクソ暑い中、歩いてきた道をまた駅まで歩いて戻って戻りながら各バス停のドイツ語表示を翻訳アプリで確認しつつ最後に駅のバス停で確認し、Googleマップでバス運行状態を確認してやっと安心できました。 予め送られてきたメールで到着方法を確認されて鉄道で行く旨伝えてあったし、夏祭り道路封鎖でバスが使えないことを教えてくれなかったのはあまり親切だったとは思えません。駅前にホテルは無いしそもそも宿泊施設が少ないので強気の対応なんだろうと思いました。 施設そのものは綺麗で水回りも問題無かったです

Die Lage ist wunderbar - direkt am See. Das Haupthaus ist sehr schön, man sieht die Geschichte. Wir waren in dem Nebenhaus -das ist im Innenhof, einfach eingerichtet, hat eigentlich nichts vom Haupthaus mit seiner Geschichte zu tun. Aber etwas ruhiger, da nicht an der Hauptstrasse.

In so einemhistorischen Haus erwartet man ein schönes Frühstück. Das, was wir bekommen haben, war eine Enttäuschung - so eine minimalistische Auswahl in einem 4-Sterne Hotel habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dazu kam, dass es nicht nachgefüllt wurde. Wenn was weg war, dann war es weg. Obwohl noch über eine Stunde der Frühstück weiter gehen sollte. Ich würde definitiv kein Frühstück hier mit buchen. Die andere Sache war mit dem Aufräumen vor dem Hotel. In der Nacht haben die Jugendliche im Hotel-Hof gefeiert, so dass wir morgens um 8 Uhr durch die Glasscherben und Müll zum Haupthaus kämpfen mussten. Nach dem Frühstück um 9 Uhr wurde immer noch nichts geräumt.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer war in einem Nebengebäude im Hinterhof, daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Obwohl man mitten inder Stadt und am See wohnt. Parkplätze im Hinterhof. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber für eine Nacht ausreichend. Balkon hat uns gut gefallen.

Preislich etwas teuer, aber das ist halt die Schweiz.

Was een goed en mooi 4 steren hotel. De kamer en badkamer waren mooi maar simpel ingericht en was in een bijgebouw. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en was vers fruit. Personeel was behulpzaam en aardig. En de restaurant was sfeervol en mooi ingericht. Op loopafstand naar de boulevard en waar leuke terrasjes zijn en mooi over de meer kijkt echt mooi met de bergen.

Ja ze hebben geen airco op de kamer en dat met het warme weer te warm is in de kamer en niet optimaal de nacht rust krijgt. Was wel een ventilator maar kan daar niet van slapen als die aan is. En de badkamer functioneel maar de douchecabine is niet ruim. Personeel restaurant was vriendelijk maar merk dat ze druk hadden en deden kort af in antwoorden, niet relaxt dus. Parkeren kost je CHF15,- per dag.

The location is very nice.

Not 4-star worthy. We got a room behind the hotel building in a different small building on top of a parking lot. There were trash bins from the restaurants. In the hallway there were a million spiders because all the windows were kept open from the building. It felt like a forgotton place. The breakfast is very limited: 1 sort of cheese, only pork as meat and a very small amount of eggs for a room of 30 tables. We booked the room with a double bed, when we arrived the room had 2 separate beds pushed towards each other to make it look like 1. The douche cabin is very small, you can barely move. There was only one chair for a double room for two people and it looked like it came from a secondhand shop, very used. The drainage from the sink was half clogged, the water would not go through even after 2 minutes. It felt like a cheap motel and definitely not a 4-star place!

Difficile de se faire une idée définitive en ayant séjourné une nuit. Néanmoins, je souligne la grande amabilité du personnel. L'hôtel était très bien tenu et la chambre très grande.

L'accessibilité au "parking" est à revoir : il s'agit d'une petite ruelle derrière l'hôtel qui n'existe pas sur les plans GPS et qui n'est pas indiquée sur la voirie de Brunnen. Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune borne électrique de recharge électrique. L'ameublement de la chambre aurait pu être plus fourni (toute petite armoire … insuffisante pour un séjour long)

Both bed lights were not working, as well as one of the wall light. Also if you stay in annex, you cannot enter the 2nd floor of the main building to enjoy coffee or tea.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden wij helaas niet in balans. Omdat het hotel volgeboekt was, verbleven wij in het bijgebouw. Hoewel de kamer netjes was, was deze erg gehorig en vonden wij de prijs te hoog voor wat er werd geboden. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen. We hadden hiervoor bijgeboekt omdat het als uitstekend werd omschreven, maar de ervaring was anders. Het buffet werd pas aangevuld wanneer iets volledig op was, waardoor gasten regelmatig moesten wachten. Daarnaast kwam de bediening weinig gastvrij en vriendelijk over. Met wat meer aandacht voor de gasten, een proactieve aanvulling van het buffet en een warmere ontvangst zou de totale beleving aanzienlijk verbeteren. Gelukkig was er ook een positieve uitzondering: de dame bij de receptie was bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Zij maakte een professionele en warme indruk en gaf een positieve bijdrage aan ons verblijf. Jammer, want de basis is goed, maar voor ons was dit geen verblijf waar we graag nog eens zouden terugkomen.

Nous étions logés dans une annexe et les chambres surplombaient un couver à motos et voitures. Les clients motos ont décidé de pas seulement les démarrer tôt le matin mais de laisser tourner tourner les moteurs un bon moment avant de partir. Tant pis pour le sommeil des autres clients.

A bit noisy at night. Maybe we were unlucky but people were very loud in the backyard when we were there. No AC.

Great location by the lake and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast buffet. Our balcony was nice and big even though it looked out over just the parking lot.

Nous avons réservé chambre avec balcon , nous étions ds une annexe avec un balcon où une chaise de rentrait pas car trop trop petit et cela donnait dans une cour fermée par d’autres immeubles , nous avons été prévenus 3 jours avant que l’endroit pouvait être Bryant et sans climatisation avec 38 dg .

The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and so well maintained. The breakfast was the best we had so far in our holidays in Switzerland. We would love to stay again.

Good parking with fabulous location.

Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Bad wurde aber schon sehr schön renoviert. Sauber, ruhig, Preis mehr als OK!!! A la carte Qualität ausbaufähig. Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Asiatische Frühstücksgäste benehmen sich leider unhöfflich. Da das Hotel nichts dafür kann, kein Abzug hierfür. Lage sehr gut für eine Morgentour auf den Stoos oder Wanderung um den Vierwaldstättersee.
