El desayuno es buffet y es muy variado, frutas, quesos, pasteles, platillos vietnamitas e internacionales. El personal es muy amable y afortunadamente hablan inglés.

Location was good.

Staff was not very professional. Food was below average.

The location was excellent, with a good sized room and adequate facilities. We wanted a central place in District 1, close to restaurants and attractions, and this was the perfect location. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

There’s nothing to mention about what we didn't like. For the price we paid, we believe it was a good hotel. However, because we were close to the lift, we could hear the noise.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer gross und komfortabel. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Frühstück ok, nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Premium Dppelzimmer im 9. Stock.

地點極佳，走路5分鐘即可抵達濱城市場，樓下就有7-11跟GS25便利店，對面有酒吧，附近還有按摩店及洗頭店，生活機能很棒，飯店早餐豐富選擇多樣，房間內整潔也蠻乾淨的

L’accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale

Abbiamo pernottato per 4 notti in due camere differenti, la seconda (ci avevo avvisato) ma aveva le finestre murate e le prese d’aria molto sporche. Non ho trovato un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, sopratutto rispetto ai prezzi del Vietnam in generale

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. La habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y cumplió bien en términos de descanso y aseo.

El desayuno tiene bastante por mejorar, tanto en calidad como en variedad. La atención del personal fue bastante indiferente y con muy poca disposición para ayudar. Necesitaba servicio de lavandería y ni siquiera me ofrecieron información o alguna alternativa. También solicité un late check-out porque mi vuelo salía tarde, pero no recibí ninguna opción o solución. Finalmente tuve que cambiarme de ropa en medio del lobby antes de salir hacia el aeropuerto, una situación bastante incómoda que pudo haberse manejado mucho mejor con un poco de atención al huésped. El manejo del equipaje tampoco me pareció adecuado: las maletas se dejan en medio del lobby, en lugar de contar con un espacio destinado y más seguro para su almacenamiento. Por último, el baño necesita mejoras. La ducha es bastante pequeña y su distribución resulta incómoda, ya que interfiere con la puerta. En general, la ubicación y la habitación son los puntos fuertes del hotel, pero la atención, los servicios complementarios y algunos detalles de las instalaciones tienen bastante margen de mejora.

Poco spazio per la colazione e pulizia non eccellente.

Very spacious room and good location

Hôtel très bien situé, proches de nombreux restaurants et du fameux marché couvert. Le personnel a pu nous garder les valises jusqu’à tard le soir avant notre départ.

Rafraîchissement nécessaire des salles de bains. Petit déjeuner décevant (manque de fraîcheur des produits et de choix).

Ottima posizione, centralissima nel cuore di Saigon, a pochi passi dal mercato Ben Thanh. Buona e variegata la colazione. Personale molto gentile.

Un po’ piccola la sala per la colazione, meglio seguire i consigli sugli orari meno affollati.

サヌバ・サイゴン・ホテルは2度目の滞在です。とにかくコスパ最高です。立地もベンタイン市場のすぐ裏で市内観光やブラブラと街歩きには良い場所で、セブン・イレブンもすぐ近くにあります。スタッフも気さくな感じでいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれます。部屋は平均点ですが、朝食は美味しくて平均点以上ですが、スペースがちょっと狭く、朝7時にはすでに満席に近いです。とにかくホテル代を安くして、食事代やお土産代に回したい人には最高の選択です。なお、2026年7月から外国人は市内の路線バスが完全無料となっていました。試験的な運用の様ですがGrab代が浮きました！！でも利用の際は各自で確認願います。

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer ausreichend groß und komfortabel, Badezimmer sehr gut. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Erstklassige Lage im Zentrum, vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück gut, aber mit Potential nach oben.

Otelin konumu çok iyi Ben Thanh Market'in hemen alt sokağı yürüyerek 3 dakika. Diğer tüm turist noktalarının ortasında ortalam 1 km uzaklıkta. District 1 de olduğu için yemek için çok fazla alternatif bulunuyor. Odalar genel olarak iyi çalışmıyan bir fonksiyonu yok,genişliği yeterli,yatak rahat. Yakınında 7Eleven ve Circle K marketleri var. Ulaşım olarak Grap ile istediğiniz araç tipi 2 3 dakikada geliyor. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyor. Eğer ho chi minh citye ilk kez geliyorsanız rahatlıkla kalabileceğiniz Otel.

Genel olarak sevmediğim bir şey yok sadece ilk kez gördüğüm bir uygulama var. Kalacağınız gece kadar, gecelik 300.000 Dong depozito alınıyor.Minibar kullanımı olursa diye. Daha sonra check-out sırasında geri ödeniyor. Benim çok nakit olmadığı için benden 500.000 Dong alındı.

Die Lage ist einfach klasse. Man kann fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig sehen, auch zum Nightmarket. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein , aber haben alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück war gut und es ist für alle etwas dabei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber in der Stadt ist man ja sowieso immer unterwegs.

Ruime kamer met comfortabele bedden. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staff. Ideale locatie, vlakbij grote bezienswaardigheden.

M’ha agradat molt la localització, està súper cèntric i molt aprop de l’aeroport. L’esmorzar boníssim i la gent súper amable, disposada en tot moment a ajudar-te.

Al estar tan cèntric és inevitable escoltar soroll, les habitacions no estan súper insonoritzades i s’escolta una mica d’aldarull

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour faire une visite de la ville à pied, proche du marché et de nombreuses lignes de bus. Le personnel est attentif et professionnel.

ベンタイン市場から歩いてすぐのところにあり、有名なレストランへ行くのにとても便利だった。

シャワールームの扉に隙間があり、床が水浸しになってしまった。備え付けのドライヤーの風量が弱かった。

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le District 1, proche de tout. On peut tout faire à pied ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse ! Merci à Chén pour son accueil et professionnalisme ! Je recommande !

The hotel was clean, the staff very helpful, especially Chén who was lovely and sweet! The breakfast was delicious and had many varieties, they even have daily noodles/soups they can make on the spot if you ask for it. The location is also great, I felt safe walking alone even at night as a solo female traveller, but I only walked around that area. It is also very close to the Ben thanh market (3mins walk).

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L’hôtel est bien situé, près des sites touristiques.

La chambre sans fenêtre : un choix pour éviter le bruit de la rue, mais encore plus humide que l’extérieur avec des traces de moisissures.

Hotel was in the heart of Saigon and was a great location with everything within walking distance, especially the Ben Tahn market. Having breakfast included was a great help for early tour days and a good selection of foods. Staff were pleasant and spoke great English. Hotel itself was quiet considering the busy area outside so sleep was not an issue.

Arrived needing a 300,000 VDN bond PER night, nowhere was this mentioned when booking, we didn’t have vdn cash on us and if used card was told it would take up to a month for the funds to be returned? So opted to use aus cash which then left us short for the rest of the trip, luckily almost everywhere takes card now so that helped. However this bond needs to mentioned prior to arriving for others to avoid this issue. (The cost was not the issue, it was the not knowing). The room itself was pleasant though rundown in comparison to the photos, but again it was still decent for the stay and price, and overall we had a nice stay.

Situation centrale à côté du marché Ben Thanh. De l'autre côté de la rue, au fond d'une ruelle, il y a une laverie, et un atelier de retouche. L'unique ligne de métro démarre du marché. C'est intéressant de la prendre jusqu'au bout. Elle dessert l'université. Chambre propre mais petite. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Il manque des étagères pour poser ses vêtements. On est obligé de garder ses affaires dans la valise à double battant. Comme la chambre n'est pas grande on est obligé de faire des contorsions pour prendre ou ranger ses affaires dans la valise.

Hotel idéalement situé. Calme malgré la localisation. Les chambres sont très confortables et le personnel attentioné.

Breakfast area way too crowded from 7-8pm.

We were treated very nicely from checkin to checkout. I liked the bed- very cozy. I like the fact that the food was well curated, and not overwhelming.Duy has a special touch with the clients- he makes it a point to ask questions that are sincere and personalized. Location is good- we were approximately 10 mins walk from District 1 tourist spots.

Pls update your soc med accounts as people should know all the good things about Sanova Saigon.
