Struttura un po' datata la svecchierei e sarebbe perfetta

Le service d'accueil était exceptionnel : grande disponibilité, grande gentillesse et très efficace. Le gardien de nuit a passé moult appel téléphonique à 1h du matin pour me permettre de récupérer mon mobile perdu lors d'un mariage dans la région.

Accueil déplorable, agressivité inadmissible et manque total de professionnalisme ​Nous sommes arrivés vers 1h du matin avec nos enfants en bas âge après plus de 1 000 km de route. Au lieu d’un accueil hôtelier digne de ce nom, nous avons subi une véritable agression verbale de la part du réceptionniste. ​Sous prétexte de la présence de notre bébé de 2 ans dans notre chambre de 4 personnes (réservée pour 4), cet individu a immédiatement adopté une attitude hautaine, agressive et méprisante, nous faisant des gestes pour nous intimer de dégager comme des malpropres. Il est allé jusqu’à nous menacer d’appeler la police en pleine nuit, refusant tout échange courtois face à une famille épuisée. Pour désamorcer cette situation lunaire, notre fils aîné a dû partir dormir chez un ami afin de nous conformer strictement au chiffre 4. ​L’acharnement ne s’est pas arrêté là : il a ensuite refusé de nous donner accès au parking, prétextant que ce n’était pas inclus, alors que ma réservation Booking stipulait noir sur blanc le contraire (preuve à l'appui sous ses yeux). Là encore, ton méprisant et mauvaise foi absolue. ​Le réceptionniste s'est certes excusé à la toute fin en réalisant son dérapage, mais le mal était fait. Un tel niveau d’irrespect, d’agressivité et d’incompétence envers des clients est intolérable dans l'hôtellerie. Établissement à fuir impérativement.

The location is incredible. So many stories and local food places to eat in all at a walking distance from the Hotel. Also the staff service was super friendly and very helpful.

The top sheets were a bit warped an possibly stained but the rest of the sheets were white and crisp.

Struttura a due passi dalla stazione autobus/treno comoda per arrivare sia la mattina che la sera tardi. Accogliente ma datata. Qualità prezzo decisamente un affare se si trova in un periodo dove il prezzo è basso. Personale super accogliente tutto il giorno.

Struttura che mostra i suoi anni, personalmente non ci soggiornerei più di 2 notti visto che si limita a predisporre l’essenziale per il cliente e se si cerca quel qualcosa in più in un hotel moderno non è adatto.

La habitación era normal con los elementos necesarios para pasar la noche, con un baño con todos sus elementos y ascensor para subir a los pisos superiores. El personal del hotel era muy amable y se preocupaba bastante por que nosotros estuviésemos a gusto. El hotel estaba cerca del casco histórico en una zona tranquila. Había un parking al lado del hotel

La habitación no era muy grande y no estaba demasiado remodelada. El precio me pareció un poco alto para este hotel

Zapomněla jsem na hotelu v restauraci peněženku s větším obnosem, peněženku mi zaslali zpět do Čech a celým obsahem, velice si toho cením. Gv.

Absolutamente nada de este hotel es recomendable, .. intentad evitarlo en la medida de lo posible .. lo siento pero es de lo peor que he visto y me dedico x trabajo a viajar de manera semanal .. necesita una reforma YA.

Mimo położenia w centrum miasta. w nocy było cicho. Fajny klimat starego hotelu. Oryginalna zabytkowa centrala telefoniczna. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Rolety wygłuszają i zaciemniają bardzo dobrze. Obsługa uprzejma i pomocna i dba, aby klienta nie złapała niespodziewana ulewa popołudniu.

Są pewne kompromisy ze względu na wiek hotelu, ale dla mnie ok.

Hôtel bien placé à 15 mn à pied du centre historique. Réceptionnistes aimabled et parlant français. Literie confortable. Notre chambre donnait sur l arrière et était calme. La climatisation fonctionnait bien en cette période de canicule.

Il n y a pas de possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Il y a un parking mais qui coûte 20 € la nuit ce qui augmente le coût du séjour Pas de petit déjeuner proposé mais nombreux cades à proximité.

Materac miał plastyk pod pod prześcieradłem. Wiem, że wiele hoteli tak praktykuje, ale to nie przyjemnie się śpi.

Algún problema de limpieza en la habitación. No es la mejor alternativa con niños , pero se duerme bien y en un lugar muy cómodo de la ciudad.

Wij dienden na een onvoorzien defect aan onze wagen in het topseizoen in Girona een hotel te boeken. Wij kwamen uit op Hotel Europa. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en vooral enorm begripvol. Zowel de eigenaar als alle medewerkers waren zeer attentvol en steeds bereid om ons bij te staan. Bovendien is het hotel zeer goed gelegen om daarna de stad te bezoeken (700m) alsook vrij dicht bij het treinstation van Girona. Ontbijt geven ze niet maar dat kan je voor een zeer goedkope prijs met hoge kwaliteit vinden. Eetgelegenheden zijn er genoeg in Girona. Dit is een hotel waar je ook veilig bent, er zal niemand binnenkomen die er noet moet zijn. In tegenstelling tot grote ketens is dit hotel een zeer warm en vriendelijk hotel. Alles is aanwezig, is basic, is proper en je wordt er geholpen op een wijze dat je heden ten dage niet meer kan vinden. Top Hotel!

Convenient location near the train station. Very friendly staff available 24/7. Has a lift for luggage! Decent hotel providing all basic amenities even a hot shower. There’s a grocery store and cafe nearby. The stay was lovely!

Not a dislike but the shower pressure is really strong, was surprised it went so fast, we had a little leak from bathroom door to the room floor. Hotel distance to the old town is a good walk but manageable. Bed isn’t the comfiest but wide and good sized.

Nach der Übernachtung hatte ich mehrere rote, juckende Stellen am Arm. Außerdem hatte ich morgens Ameisen im Zimmer, nachdem ich ein Croissant liegen gelassen hatte. Ich kann nicht sicher sagen, woher die Stiche kommen, aber der Aufenthalt war für mich dadurch unangenehm.

No estaba limpia la habitación. Polvo en la mesa y estanterías. Basura con restos (bastoncillo de odios usados sin tirar). La habitación extremadamente pequeña. Muy poca iluminación y no hay luz natural.

It was a good honest hotel with excellent friendly staff especially Joseph. Michael on night shift was great too. The location was workable and the room was decent sized. Loved the fact it had a balcony. We were kindly given access to hot water and cutlery which was very appreciated.

However, i felt it was far too expensive for what we got. If it was £50 a night cheaper, it would have been excellent. A hotel of that price should provide a kettle in every room so we can make tea.

Proper old-school family-run hotel, absolutely lovely. Really friendly helpful people, decent sized room, comfortable beds. Our bathroom looked brand new, and the aircon worked really well on a very hot day. Place was spotless, and you can get a coffee in the morning; there is a great cafe right next door for breakfast. Five minutes walk from the station and ten from the old town. Such good value for money; highly recommended.

The guy on reception and the night porter were smiley and very helpful😊 It's a very practical location - 2 mins walk from the train and the bus station, about 20 mins taxi from the airport. There are plenty of bars and small supermarkets near the hotel which are all open late. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, the air-conditioning worked without being aggressive or noisy (rare in hotels!) and our room was very quiet, we slept well. We didn't have time to try out anything else

Good location, clean room, working WiFi, it did the work for what I wanted it to be, even though it was quite expensive for what was offered.

Very small room, only on outlet in it for charging, no natural light apart from a tinted window that others could access.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy as well as having AC. They also did not use sachet’s for shower gel.

Nothing other than a cheaper option for a late checkout but the staff were very reasonable and allowed me to leave bags etc there. I was just unlucky my flight was not till 23:00. The checkout of 11:30 is a fair time.

Todo de 10 la verdad, pero si he de resaltar algo, la Amabilidad, Atención y Profsionalidad del Personal de Recepción. Limpieza Impecble también. Me ayudaron muchisimo en el check in con dudas y gestioines que tenia que hacer. De verdad que cuando vuelva a Girona me quedaré alli :)

Stanza davvero troppo piccola, condizionatore che sparava aria proprio di fronte al letto, letto scomodo, ho trovato uno scarafaggio che gironzolava per la stanza, direi che qualita' prezzo non ci siamo proprio...

Vicinissimo sia alla stazione dei treni e dei bus per l'aeroporto che al centro storico stupendo che si può visitare in una mattinata.

Ottima posizione, sia per arrivarci da terminal/stazione che per visitare il centro. Tutto a una manciata di minuti a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo se si cerca una sistemazione per un paio di giorni con posizione comoda e prezzo onesto. Letti spartani ma comodi.

Il fatto che non ci sia colazione non è un problema visto che di fianco albergo è pieno di bar. Noi abbiamo preso tre camere, in due tutto ok mentre nella terza c'era un problema di risalita odori da scarico. Nulla di trascendentale ma è unico difetto riscontrato. Visto periodo di tutto completo e dovendo fare solo una notte non abbiamo neanche segnalato la cosa

Nice hotel, but nothing crazy. Location was def great, specially if you arrive by train. It's only a few mins walk to the historic center and a bunch of restaurants and shops. The owners were super nice and welcoming.

Handy location very close to train station. Lots of shops nearby which were are suitable for kids shopping. Quiet location generally so good for sleeping. The lady on the front desk was incredibly helpful and very friendly.

The smell of drains in the general areas was not great, but I think that's an issue with the sewers which the hotel cannot charge. The room itself smelt fine.
