El lugar cuenta con casilleros con clave para guardar el equipaje eso fue genial. El personal fue increíblemente amable y cooperador. Un 10 le day al lugar.

Además, dispone de un espacio de consignas para dejar el equipaje, algo que nos resultó muy útil, ya que nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas durante la mañana del día de salida y aprovechar mejor el tiempo antes de marcharnos.
Como aspecto menos positivo, las habitaciones nos parecieron excesivamente pequeñas. Viajábamos con una niña y, aunque la estancia fue correcta, el espacio resultó algo reducido y nos hizo sentir un poco incómodos en determinados momentos. En general, la experiencia fue buena gracias a la ubicación, las instalaciones y las facilidades ofrecidas para el equipaje.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The room was clean and relatively quiet internally though there was a little road noise. there was only a pin not a key for the room so that made it convenient when checking out. Bed was comfortable.
no reception until 1400 which means no physical help if you need it in the morning. pin code didnt work on the front door as mentioned on check in so my friend got locked out. room was small, had a column at the end of the bed which made walking around the room awkward. the sink was outside of the bathroom. the bathroom door didnt lock. the shower head was broken so it only angled up really high at the wall. Only stayed one night so not a big deal but longer stays would have made these worse.

lo que paso es que la tuvimos que dejar la habitación, yo estaba en unas reuniones y mi pareja tubo que quedarse en la zona de comunitaria y el aire no estaba puesto. Y las recepcionistas no digieron nada , ignoraron a mi pareja y si no fuera por el servicio de limpieza mi pareja no podia esperarme allí.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Zu Fuß ist die Altstadt von Girona leicht zu erreichen - sie ist sehr sehenswert. Radfahrer sollten unbedingt das Velodrom - ein außergewöhnliches Radgeschäft mit Cafe besuchen! Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und das Bad ausreichend groß. Im Vorfeld hat mir jemand vom Personal auf Anfrage schon Vorschläge für das Mittagessen geschickt.
Das Auto konnte nicht vor dem Hotel geparkt werden - Parkgarage in der Nähe

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026El hotel se encuentra a unos 8 minutos andando del centro y se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila. Cerca hay una parking Telpark por el que pagamos 25€ de aparcamiento durante los 3 días. Pudiendo salir y entrar cuando quisiéramos y con carga para coche eléctrico. El hotel cumple las expectativas calidad-precio. Las camas son supercómodas, la tv enorme, el baño con ducha grande y con mininevera. Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de la persona que se encargaba de la limpieza de nuestra habitación, su sonrisa iluminaba y nos atendió perfectamente y con mucha amabilidad. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así. Aunque la atención en la entrada solo es personalizada de 14 a 6 h. no tuvimos problema en contactar cuando avisamos sobre una avería en la puerta de entrada del hotel, que resolvieron enseguida. El personal que atiende a la entrada, también muy amable y correcto.
Nada, todo estuvo genial. Comentar que al ser un hotel que considero económico, las habitaciones son de un tamaño un poco pequeño y que hay que subir unos peldaños para poder coger el ascensor. Todo lo demás genial.

Tiene una puerta de vidrio en la entrada que deberían señalizarla mejor porque la cerraron y no la vi. No había buen espacio de guardado o para dejar las maletas en la habitación pero nada grave.

Il bagno è piccolo ed il lavandino è nella stanza da letto, purtroppo a terra c'è la moquette, non la sopporto.

Cet hôtel est une arnaque. On nous vends une chambre à 100€ la nuit pour un hôtel 1 étoile qui ne respecte pas les normes d’hygiène de base. Si l’hôtel semble propre, cela n’est qu’une façade. La moquette de notre chambre (dont la surface est assez petite et ne permet de rester qu’une à deux nuitées) état tachée, les appliques de gel douche et shampoing dans la douche étaient mal fixés. Le pire : nous avons aperçu un cafard dans le couloir entre le 1e et le 2e étage de l’hôtel. Nous avons averti l’hôtel via whatsapp (personne n’est à la réception avant 14h) mais AUCUN DEDOMMAGEMENT n’a été proposé, l’hôtel ayant manifestement formulé sa réponse via ChatGPT ce qui est impersonnel et inadmissible. Même pour une nuit de dépannage je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel qui ne respecte pas ses clients. À FUIR ABSOLUMENT.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Very clean hotel. Great water pressure in the shower.
The bathroom had a bad smell. I think it was the sewer? It didn’t smell like that when we checked in, but later when we got back to the hotel it was very noticeable. We had to open the bedroom window which opens into a busy street.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Céntrico, habitación moderna con buenas amenities, agua, café, jabón, shampoo, acondicionador, plancha, taquillas para las maletas.
La habitación es muy pequeña para dos personas, apenas hay sitio para dejar la maleta, y mucho menos para dos. Lo mismo en el baño, solo un colgador para la toalla. La cama era cómoda pero pegada a la pared. Mi sensación es que es una habitación individual, además estaba en la primera planta junto al salón comunitario y servicio por lo que había mucho ruido. Solo tiene servicio de atención por la tarde.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Excellent location, so close to the old town and main attractions! Convenient parking in the underground garage near-by (€19). Very smooth check-in / check-out process. Good views from the bedroom. Good large bed. Excellent shower!! A little fridge in the bedroom is a great bonus.
The bedroom was on a small side, without a proper wardrobe, just some hanging space, but it was fine for one night.

100 Euro deposit, to be refunded on check out. Is that necessary. Can understand the policy with an apartment but a fairly small hotel/room. If we did not need a room quickly this would have put me off booking here.

Difficult to get access into. The door off the street opens at check-in time, there is no room there and so the check-in crowds onto the street. This made it difficult, especially with a car illegally,parked on a very busy street.
