Very poor service. Everything was out-dated: no wifi, no working refridgrator, poor cleaning service and unfriendly staff.

Lage direkt am Strand. Klippe war auf Bildern leider überhaupt nicht erkennbar. Es wirkte absichtlich. Der Pool war super. Black out curtains haben gut funktioniert. Ruhige Lage ohne Lärm.

Leider einiges: Unser Apartment war winzig und man hatte die Wahl zwischen 6 Apartments schauen einen an während man im Bett liegt oder komplett ohne Tageslicht mit Gardinen zu. Das war so nicht beschrieben. Frühstück war leider teils ekelhaft. Die Tischdecken werden nie gewaschen sondern es kommt einfach eine hauchdünne schwarze oben drauf. Unter drunter schimmelt es. Wenn wir um 9 beim Frühstück waren (es ging bis 10) waren alle Tische voller dreckigem Geschirr. Wir mussten jeden Morgen um Messer und Gabel betteln und uns eine Tisch freischaufeln. Kaffee leider extrem schlecht oder man zahlt drauf. Eier waren kalt jeden Tag. Müsli Dispenser wurden in den 5 Tagen die wir da waren nicht gereinigt. Wir hatten eine Tour gebucht und wollten eine Shuttle Service buchen. Auch gegen Zahlung wehrte sich das Personal etwas für uns zu arrangieren weil wir nicht mit ihnen gebucht hätten. Mein Mann und ich (schwanger) liefen also mit ganzem Pack um 8 Uhr morgens 30min zum Boot. Strandtuch nur gegen Aufpreis. Liegen nur gegen Aufpreis. Ausstattung im Zimmer schlecht. Pappbecher, keine Gläser. Kein Handtuchrail neben dem Waschbecken. Winzige Trockenmöglichkeit draußen. Kissen so dünn wie sie nur sein können. 2 von 5 Morgende wurde wir vor 9 Uhr vom Putzpersonal geweckt. Unmöglich. Wir sind im Urlaub. Es gab keine Nachtischlampen sondern nur Flutlicht oder dunkel. Wir würden es nie wieder buchen. Bei Abreise hat uns aber auch keiner gefragt, wie es uns gefallen hat...

Concernant le petite déjeuner, la qualité et quantité sont très insuffisantes, Personnel pas super accueillant Sauf à l’accueil !

Unfortunately, the worst breakfast i have ever had in such hotels.

Hotel molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Immerso nel verde. Ottima la colazione. Strutture sportive e piscine molto belle e ben tenute.

Essendo molto grande avrei apprezzato qualche indicazione in più per trovare le camere (sono diffuse in molte piccole costruzioni).

Das Frühstück war katastrophal. Das Bestek war zum Teil schmutzig Tische nicht abgeräumt. Den Kaffe konnte man nicht trinken.Waren zum Glück nur 2 Tage da.Bei derTerasse vor dem Zimmer lagen Zigarettenstumel und Unkraut.

房间设施太老化尤其是吹风机我们女孩子需要一个小时才能吹干头发这个很不方便，酒店给客人提供不同颜色手环这个是严重的歧视行为，给我们造成了很严重的困扰，每次去游泳池旁边的酒吧和去海边，都会给我们一个很不屑的眼神，这个非常令人不悦，我特别愤怒的投诉游泳池边上的一位工作人员，眼睛是蓝色的长头发的女孩，态度极其恶劣，然后他们的餐厅管理特别混乱，咖啡机和饮料机每天早上都会坏，吃一次早饭想要喝杯咖啡需要来回无数次去确认咖啡机又没有修好，这个体验很不好

La gentillesse, la disponibilité du personnel et la réactivité de la Direction

Quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous à mis dans une chambre qui était plus une cave qu'une chambre!!! (moisissure, pas de fenêtre, odeur insupportable, humidité au sol, une chambre pour 4 (rien à voir avec les photos!!!). Heureusement grâce à la compréhension de la Direction de l'hôtel, nous avons pu changer de chambre et passer un agréable séjour. Note: je ne comprends pas que vous puissiez proposer de telles chambres?

Cibo di qualità molto altalenante ma tendente alla bassa qualità e non sempre di nostro gradimento sia la colazione che la cena. Attenzione ai cartellini sui cibi a buffet e non solo. Poca attenzione in piscina da parte dei bagnini verso la buona condotta dei bagnanti. Bagno seppur fornito di tutto assenza di mensole per riporre i beni personali. Possibilità di cambiare pranzo/cena in mezza pensione Possibilità di pagare in contanti in tutti i bar del villaggio

La pisicine la plage et la localisation c’est tout

Très déçu de mon séjour au Club Esse Palmasera, notamment concernant la restauration et l’organisation. Le plus regrettable est de découvrir sur place qu’il existe en réalité une distinction entre les clients du Village et ceux du Borgo Exclusive, avec notamment un restaurant réservé à cette clientèle. Cette différence n’était absolument pas claire pour moi au moment de la réservation sur Booking.com( photo du restaurant borgo mise en avant sans le mentionner ) je me retrouve donc dans le restaurant principal avec un système de tables qui complique énormément les choses : beaucoup de tables sont réservées et il est parfois très difficile, voire impossible, de trouver une place pour manger tranquillement. À cela s’ajoutent des tables qui ne sont pas débarrassées ou nettoyées suffisamment rapidement. Pour un établissement de cette taille et de cette catégorie, c’est franchement inadmissible. Concernant le buffet, même constat : les plats ne sont pas toujours réapprovisionnés correctement. Il arrive de se présenter au buffet et de constater que certains plats sont quasiment ou complètement terminés. Le choix est également assez peu diversifié et devient rapidement répétitif lorsqu’on reste plusieurs jours. Pour être honnête, le dîner n’est pas mauvais en soi : certains plats sont même bons. Mais l’ensemble reste beaucoup trop répétitif et manque de variété. Ce n’est donc pas tellement l’absence totale de qualité qui pose problème, mais surtout le manque de diversité et l’organisation catastrophique autour du buffet. Point positif malgré tout : bel emplacement et grande piscine Mais entre les problèmes de tables, les tables réservées, les tables non nettoyées, le buffet insuffisamment réapprovisionné, le manque de diversité et surtout la découverte sur place de cette différence de prestations entre les clients, l’expérience est très décevante.

Breakfast, Rooms and living conditions - Poor. Broken bathroom, dirty sheets, old school living rooms, etc.

Struttura nel complesso molto bella e in posizione perfetta. Si trova molto vicino al paesino di Cala Gonone, posto molto strategico da dove si possono noleggiare gommoni per andare a visitare le cale più belle del golfo. Sono presenti molti servizi gratuiti, campi da padel, il biliardo, il biliardino e il mini club per i bambini con tantissime attività diverse ogni giorno. La spiaggia, che si raggiunge scendendo le scale, è molto bella! L’acqua è piena di pescolini ed è trasparente. Poi darei un 10 e lode ai ragazzi dell’animazione! Abbiamo visitato molti villaggi con animazione ma loro sono ad un livello superiore! Simpatici, cordiali, professionali! Complimenti!

La pulizia degli spazi esterni del villaggio dovrebbe essere migliorata. Al ristorante spesso non si trovava un tavolo libero apparecchiato, probabilmente c’era una mancanza di personale.

La cercanía al centro y la playa.

El hotel es sucio. El comedor era asqueroso, no habian mesas limpias, los platos sucios quedaban sobre las mesas durante horas, no habian platos/vasos/cubiettos limpios. La comida era mala, sucia y fría siempre, lleno de moscas. En la pieza, la ducha estaba tapada, unp np se podia bañar. Y los animadores eran un desagrado, musica fuerte todo el dia, gritos, etc eb la piscina... muy mala experiencis

Lage und Preis waren sehr gut. Viele Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung - nützlich, wenn man mit Auto ankommt und Tagesausflüge macht. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück war absolut schrecklich – sowohl von der Essensqualität als auch von der Vielfalt her, aber vor allem wegen des Personalmangels und der Sauberkeit. Der Essbereich war komplett überfüllt, viele Tische standen unaufgeräumt mit schmutzigem Geschirr da, und Besteck musste man sich immer von anderen Tischen holen – es gab kein Körbchen mit Besteck wie sonst üblich. Das Schlimmste am Aufenthalt war jedoch das Schlafen – oder dessen Mangel. JEDE EINZELNE NACHT wurde extrem laute Musik bis genau Mitternacht gespielt. Unser Zimmer lag direkt gegenüber dem Pool, wodurch die Musik übertragen wurde und es unmöglich war einzuschlafen, selbst mit Noise-Cancelling-Kopfhörern. Nach der ersten Nacht fragte ich, ob die Musik immer so spät und laut läuft – das Personal teilte mir mit: "Nein, normalerweise geht das nur bis 23:30 Uhr oder Mitternacht." Hallo? Genau das ist ja das Problem. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte aber nichts unternehmen – sie konnten uns nicht verlegen, weil das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war, sie konnten die Musik nicht leiser stellen, gar nichts. Das war extrem frustrierend, denn nicht jeder möchte jede Nacht bis Mitternacht feiern, und dass man IM URLAUB am normalen Schlafen gehindert wird, ist völlig absurd. Es gab keinerlei Hinweis darauf, und wir dachten, dies sei ein eher familienfreundliches Hotel. Offensichtlich nicht – also eher eine schreckliche Überraschung. Außerdem wirkte das Hotel, besonders die Badezimmer und ganz besonders der Essbereich, sehr veraltet, ungepflegt und etwas schmutzig.

En un sitio precioso. Bungalows amplios con su terracita para tomar algo por la noche. La piscina me encantó El personal de recepción muy claro y amable en sus explicaciones.

Территория не убрана, везде валялся мусор. Абсолютно за все нужно было доплачивать. У нас был полу пансион, но есть можно было только в одной столовой, где была невкусная еда и маленький выбор и она быстро заканчивалась, а новую уже через час не приносили. Рядом была еще одна столовая чуть с лучшим выбором, но туда ходить было нельзя, только за доплату. На улице мы сидеть тоже не могли, потому что там столы под резерв за доплату, нужно было сидеть только внутри. Полотенце давали за 3€ штука и 10€ нужно было еще оставить залог, а полотенце все в дырках и пятнах. За лежак и зонтик нужно было также платить 30€ в день. Анимация для детей только на итальянском, если ребенок не говорит на итальянском, то ему там будет скучно.

Our group had two apartments and one had broken AC unit was impossible to sleep 27 degrees inside at night.

Sicuramente una bella struttura da fuori, ma con una gestione pessima, visto il gran numero degli ospiti . A parte il fatto che avendo prenotato in febbraio, quindi ben 7 mesi prima , mi hanno assegnato la sistemazione più lontano da tutto. Su questo avrei da ridire anche nei confronti di Booking, visto che è stato il mio intermediario con la struttura!

Mi ritengo fortunato a non aver scelto la soluzione all inclusive in quanto mi è bastato vedere ciò che succedeva la mattina a colazione ( disastro più totale) Mi dispiace solo non aver fotografato una gatto che mangiava gli avanzi nei piatti( orribile).

Nos dieron una habitación que a mi parecer para el precio debería ser superior, había un ruido horrible hasta altas horas de la noche, no si si era la cocina o la depuradora del agua de la piscina, el olor terrible que salía de las tuberías. El mal estado de la ducha. Nos entraba desayuno, pero al parecer hay dos restaurantes, uno mejor que el otro pero ofrecían prácticamente lo mismo. La diferencia era que el restaurante grande, donde nos tocó, no nos atendía nadie, no conseguíamos mesas porque estaban todas sucias, no había cubiertos, no había alimentos, estaba todo vacío y iban reponiendo muy lentamente, tardaba en ponerme a desayunar más de 20 minutos esperando y cogiendo alimentos, subierais, servilletas de todas partes del restaurante porque el personal no te facilitaba nada, y a parte muy mal educados, no cambiaban ni los manteles. El segundo día, al ver el poco cuidado que tenían y que no había nada para comer, fui al otro comedor y allí estaba todo lleno e impoluto, cogí allí el desayuno. Hablé con otras personas también alojadas y coincidían en que era todo un desastre.

V disappointed with the stay. Room was v far away and aircon made rattle noise and toilet didnt flush properly. We asked to change rooms and even offered to pay more and told no. Breaskfast was about 100 people pushing around, tables were dirty and staff didnt care. There was dog poop bag left on walkway for duration of our stay and never picked up even tho staff passed it numerous times. Would never stay here again and advise any couple to stay in centre instead.

Assenza di acqua calda, abbiamo fatto solo doccia fredda e nessuno si è curato di risolvere il problema. Ho chiesto una camera di cortesia per la doccia e non abbiamo potuto restarci perché mancava l'aria condizionata!!

Das Personal ist hoffnungslos überarbeitet und hat entsprechend lustlos gearbeitet. An der Rezeption waren eine Dame und ein Herr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, der Rest arrogant und unverschämt. Das Essen ist grauenvoll und man hat permanent den Eindruck von „das große Fressen“. Sobald sich die Türen öffnen strömen die Gäste hinein als seien sie am verhungern. Entsprechend ist das Verhalten innerhalb des Speisesaals. Und es wird alles geduldet.

Esperienza pessima, assolutamente non all’altezza di una struttura che si presenta come un 4 stelle. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera sporca, il frigorifero staccato e sporchissimo, cartacce e altra spazzatura lasciate in giro. Come se non bastasse, anche l’aria condizionata era fuori uso. Risultato: una camera invivibile, con un caldo da morire. Ci è stato fornito un ventilatore e ci è stato detto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno a pulire il frigorifero e sistemare il resto, ma non è mai venuto nessuno. Anche la piscina, che dovrebbe essere un luogo dove rilassarsi, è tutt’altro che tranquilla: l’animazione prosegue fino a tarda sera, rendendo praticamente impossibile riposarsi o godersi un po’ di pace. La colazione, poi, è stata un’altra grande delusione: qualità pessima e assolutamente non adeguata alla categoria dichiarata dalla struttura. La pulizia generale lascia molto a desiderare e alcune zone sembrano completamente abbandonate e trascurate. Sinceramente, definirla una struttura a 4 stelle ci sembra davvero fuori luogo. Ci aspettavamo tutt’altro livello di pulizia, manutenzione e servizio. Un’esperienza che non ripeteremo e che sicuramente non ci sentiamo di consigliare

Schmutziges Geschirr und Tische. Nie genug Essen und Getränke am Frühstücksbuffet. Kein richtiger Kaffee!!!! Außerhalb zahlt extra. Keine Angestellten, die helfen. Glutenfreies Essen (extra vorher angefragt) musste man täglich erbetteln. Zimmer für 4 winzig. Null Privatsphäre.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella zona detta "il borgo" in una camera molto bella affacciata direttamente sulla piscina de "il borgo" che è più tranquilla di quella principale più grande dove si svolgono tutte le attività e ci è piaciuto. Abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto con la sola colazione che ci ha soddisfatti. Una sera ci siamo fermati per cena (pagando) scegliendo la sera in cui il menù ci piaceva di più.

Mój pobyt w hotelu club essse palamsera to były najgorsze wakacje życia- dlaczego ? Niby hotel z 4 gwiazdami ale żadnych norm w tym zakresie nie spełnia. Obsługa nie rozumie angielskiego i nie odpowiada na zadanie pytania. Menadżer nie reaguje. Dostałem pokój na 1 piętrze pomimo że zgłaszałem że mamy malutkie dziecko. Pod pokojem cały czas działał jakiś motor przez co nie mogłem spać. Prośba o zmianę pokoju nie była zaakceptowana Śniadania monotonne, z podrzędnych produktów, brakowało soków herbaty a często ekspresy do kawy nie działały- przez co czekało się 10 min na czarna kawę. W pokoju nie ma czajnika i zastawy- co w moim przypadku gdy przyjechałem z dzieckiem oznaczało co chwilę spacery na drugi kraniec hotelu żeby zrobić mleko dla dziecka. W pokojach brudno sprzątaczki nie wyrabiają ze sprzątaniem. W ho te ku są wszędzie schody - nie ma podjazdów na wózki dziecięce. podczas kolacji brakuje produktów i nie ma na bierząco uzupełnianie. generalnie w hotelu panuje jakoś chaos i brak jakiejkolwiek organizacji. odradzam Il mio soggiorno all'hotel Club Essse Palamsera è stata la peggiore vacanza della mia vita: perché? Dovrebbe essere un hotel a quattro stelle, ma non rispetta nessuno standard in tal senso. Il personale non capisce l'inglese e non risponde alle domande. Il direttore è irraggiungibile. Mi è stata assegnata una camera al primo piano nonostante avessi segnalato la presenza di un bambino piccolo. Un motore era costantemente acceso sotto la stanza, rendendo impossibile dormire. La mia richiesta di cambiare camera è stata respinta. La colazione era monotona, con prodotti scadenti, non c'erano succhi di frutta o tè e le macchine del caffè spesso non funzionavano, costringendomi ad aspettare 10 minuti per un caffè nero. In camera non c'erano bollitore né stoviglie, il che, quando sono arrivata con mio figlio, significava dover continuamente attraversare l'hotel per preparare il latte per il bambino.

Das einzige was ok war: das Zimmer war sauber. Altmodisch und das eine oder andere hat nicht funktioniert (Licht, Vorhang kaputt), aber es war sauber.

Nichts entsprach dem was man bei einen vier Sterne Hotel erwartet bzw. was wir bisher von vier Sterne Hotels gewohnt waren. Insbesondere das Frühstück war schlecht. Nichts von dem was da war hat geschmeckt. Nur der Cappuchino, den man extra bezahlen musste, war gut! Das Klientel in diesem Hotel war wie ein Schwarm Heuschrecken. Unmengen von Essen auf dem Teller horten und die Hälfte dann stehen lassen. Entsetzlich! Das Personal im Service war im besten Falle völlig unbeteiligt oder halt unfreundlich. Wahrscheinlich wird es schlecht behandelt oder es verdient nichts. Insgesamt war das eine andere Welt. Lieber weniger Auswahl dafür aber bessere Qualität. Das sehen wir so. Die, die das anders sehen, sind dort gut aufgehoben. Die Handtücher werden gewechselt ob man will oder nicht, bei der Klospülung keine Dosierung möglich, literweise wird da Wasser verschwendet. Nach mir die Sintflut! Unsympathisch, aber für Menschen denen das alles egal ist: viel Spaß!

Detestei o facto de irmos jantar às 20h30 e já não haver comida. Estamos de férias por isso não devíamos ser obrigados a ir jantar às 19h30 ou 7h30 da manhã para garantir que conseguimos comer alguma coisa. Além disso, pedi 2 bebidas num desses jantares que me foram recusadas (às 20h30 ou seja ainda dentro da hora de jantar). Comentei isso no check out e a única coisa que me disseram foi “desculpe” sem qualquer tipo de justificação ou solução

Io non faccio colazione, solo il caffè che era ottimo, ma i pasti erano vari e completi sia pranzo che cena. Ho trovato sempre qualcosa di buono da mangiare sia primi squisiti, secondi contorni frutta dolce insomma tutto perfetto. Il personale e staff squisiti e carini, il direttore della struttura disponibile e sempre presente nel controllo che tutto andasse alla perfezione. Insomma un bel villaggio, bella posizione , panorama magnifico, piscine e mare splendide, insomma un posto magnifico e ci ritorneremo senz'altro.

migliorerei ancora di piu' il sevizio per gli animali che per la verità hanno accesso a tutto ma con discrezione ovviamente, con l'istituzione di un servizio, magari a pagamento di una dog-sitter, Può essere un idea anche perchè in Sardegna nelle altre spiagge è vietato l'accesso ai nostri amati cani.

- wij hadden een kamer in de Exclusive Borgo, waardoor wij ook mochten ge ruik maken can het privézwembad. Dit was top, rustig en weinig volk. - ook bij het ontbijt hadden we een aparte ontbijtruimte, dus zeker een aanrader om dit te boeken.

- Toch nog een redelijk eind wandelen tot in het centrum. - bij het ontbijt verliep niet alles heel vlot waardoor er al vlug geen borden, geen tassen, … waren. Tafels werden niet tijdig afgeruimd waardoor get al vlug een vuil boeltje werd. - Kamers waren ruim maar wel vrij verouderd. Toch wel aan wat renovatie toe.

I cannot speak to the experience of other people, but the reviews for this hotel do not paint an accurate picture in my opinion. My husband initially booked this hotel for our honeymoon, as we wanted to stay right near the downtown of Cala Ganon. However, after reading the reviews citing horrific cleanliness, bugs, and awful experiences, I panicked and booked us another hotel in another town as a backup (I am a germ freak and was panicking about the reviews on cleanliness). We ended up staying in our backup hotel the first night (which was awful), because it was closer to the airport and we were exhausted. However, after making our way to Cala Ganone to assess the hotel, we couldn't have been more wrong. The hotel property was absolutely lovely. Our room was gorgeous and reflected the Sardinian experience we desired. Because we didn't stay the first night, Booking canceled our stay as a "no show". Therefore, when we went to check in, much to our dismay, they told us that our reservation had been canceled. However, the very kind woman at the front desk and her manager worked tirelessly for 25 minutes on the phone with corporate, ultimately allowing us to check in despite booking.com cancelling our stay. They were kind and genuine and we felt so taken care of. Our room was amazing. the bed was comfortable and we had a great little pool facing balcony. We felt like we were in our own little private oasis of an apartment. We loved being able to walk downtown to Cala Ganon. Some of the most beautiful beaches are right nearby. While we do not have kids, the hotel also clearly is set up as a paradise for those with children. The pool was hopping with an emcee running all the time (the noise was never a bother for us in our actual room) and there were so many activities we could have participated in! We wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of more of the activities.

If you are using this as an all inclusive in terms of food, you might be a bit disappointed. As to be expected with most all inclusive resorts, the food was nothing to write home about. While we only did the breakfast, I was pretty disappointed at the quality. Not only that, but the plates were pretty dirty in the buffet. However, the solution to this is that Cala Ganon is right there with dozens of incredible restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias! We absolutely loved dining in town and wandering around. The other thing I'll flag is that if you are looking for an adult focused time, this place might not be it for you. We had no issue, as we've never stayed at an adults only place. However, the focus of the resort was definitely geared towards families. Like I said though, know what you want and what you're getting into. We found this to be a perfect place to spend the last few days of our honeymoon and we really didn't experience any of the noise issues I saw some people complain about. Lastly, something to be aware of is parking. You can park on the street in town. However, they only offer paid parking here. I note this, as many people use cars to get from the airport and around Sardinia. Our other hotel offered free parking, but this place did not. It was relatively inexpensive for us. About $27 USD for our entire stay, which compared to city parking in the US, is quite a steal. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, I truly did not find the issues others had found. Our bathroom was sparkling, our bed was comfortable and clean, and we had tons of space in the room along with a terrace.

La struttura molto accogliente. Posizione ottima, vicino al centro di Cala Gonone e alla spiaggia. La pulizia delle camere buona. La location molto carina, piscine pulite, staff molto gentile e disponibile, animatori molto simpatici e coinvolgenti. Colazione ricca e varia a buffet.

Un soggiorno piacevole, confortevole e pieno di cura e premura nei dettagli e nell'affabilita' dell'host. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

The resort has a beautiful location, with a lovely pool area and close access to the beach. The overall setting is very nice and has a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The air conditioning was very old and was leaking water inside the room, so we had to ask for assistance to have it fixed. The toilet was also not flushing properly and there was a very unpleasant smell coming from it. Our accommodation was located very far from the main areas of the resort. In addition, there were several other guests staying right next to us who were constantly talking and shouting to each other, which made it very difficult to relax. For a resort of this size, we believe there should be staff or security monitoring the accommodation areas and ensuring that guests respect quiet hours. Not worth money

Fomos muito bem recebidos e não temos nada a apontar em relação aos funcionários. Desde a receção até à equipa da cozinha, todos foram muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestáveis.

O único ponto menos positivo foi o refeitório, principalmente a zona onde ficámos, que era bastante barulhenta e não permitia fazer a refeição com tranquilidade. No geral, tivemos uma experiência muito agradável.

Il villaggio nel complrìesso non è stato male, ma... il mare non è quello della Sardegna, la piscina mal organizzata, il ristorante mal organizzato e la spiaggia raggiungibile con delle scale ma i bagnini della spiaggia sono stati molto disponibili.Il punto forte di questo villaggio che rende la vacanza indimenticabile è solo ed esclusivamente l'animazione capitanata da Lele e Tiro

struttura nel complesso bella, anche se necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione. bella la piscina, che compensa il fatto che spiaggia e mare non sono quelle che uno si aspetta in Sardegna (ma io sono sardo e non ero li per la spiaggia ;)). La parte migliore sta nell'animazione: gruppo davvero meraviglioso, guidati splendidamente da Lele, un Top player :)...sicuramente non ti annoi mai!

la struttura meriterebbe un po' di manutenzione: le camere hanno evidenti segni di degrado. Il cibo non è eccelso: meglio il bar della spiaggia (a pagamento) che non il ristorante principale, con pranzo/cena inclusi nei vari pacchetti...e non è possibile che alcuni piatti terminassero venti minuti dopo l'apertura del ristorante. Anche il servizio lascia un po' a desiderare...spesso abbiamo mangiato con pile di piatti sul tavolo perchè nessuno si avvicinava a portarli via - ah, cosa importante: dite al cuoco che prepara le uova che si lavora con i guanti! ultimo nota: se cercate spiaggia e mare della Sardegna, fate una escursione o prendete la macchina!

A confusão na hora das refeições. Não seria capaz de ficar num hotel assim para uma semana completa de férias. O chuveiro vertia água para o chão, tínhamos de ter muito cuidado senão encharcamos o chão do wc. O chão podia estar mais limpo.

Condizionatore un pochino rumoroso e il frigorifero della camera sfreddava poco per il resto tutto bene. La struttura non è adatta a chi ha problemi a camminare perché gli spazi sono molto ampi e ci sono diverse scale.

scomodissimo andare al mare, con tante scale sconnesse. Animazione solo per i bambini, zero x gli adulti ,la sera una noia impressionante. personale a volte scortese, disordinato...non all'altezza del loro compito, macchinette ,sempre guaste e inattive. il buffet, direi mediocre alle aspettative , mi dispiace ma c'è tantissimo da migliorare.

Poor room conditions No Wifi, no windows in my room, old room, smells badly Boring breakfast, people rushing for food, dirty tables, unfriendly staff, too busy for dinner, a lot of unrespectful people.

Il Club Esse Palmesera è immerso nel verde e ha effettivamente una bellissima piscina e un accesso in spiaggia diretto. sicuramente un po' problematico per persone molto anziane o con disabilità. Tuttavia, la struttura in generale molto bella. Animazione top

Purtroppo il Club Esse Palmesera è invaso da turisti polacchi, le cui agenzie stipulano pacchetti e quindi sono davvero la maggioranza, con formula open bar, è la normalità vedere persone che bevono dalle prime luci del mattino e in generale non c'è una bella atmosfera. cibo di bassissima qualità, non vale la pena nemmeno per la colazione, mancanza di personale, abbiamo dovuto sparecchiare soli e chiedere più volte posate e tovaglie. Totale mancanza di sorveglianza agli ingressi principali e secondari.

The ACs in 2 rooms we booked were not working and it was summer, we could not sleep. Tried out best to escalate over night and got 1 fan. The Ac's were very old in all rooms. Which means if you pick this property by Summer then you are not going to sleep.

The pool and facilities were great

The breakfast was terrible like being in a school cafeteria, plates and mess everywhere. No clean cups, half the food gone I felt bad for the staff as clearly not enough. We ate there once and then avoided it The room was damp and the aircon was not working properly Some staff were lovely, most the others were not loving life

La ubicación, el personal y las zonas comunes . Los jardines , la playa q está justo debajo y el aparcamiento .

Nuestra habitación estaba bastante anticuada y la terraza era tan estrecha q no se podía usar . El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruído . Creo que había habitaciones mejores . Poder dormir bien durmiendo 4 personas en la habitación que nos dieron era imposible, la almohada no era cómoda y las camas suplementarias eran muy malas, Si a eso le sumas el ruído del aire y el frío que daba… (No podias cambiar los parámetros del AC)
