The hotel was located well. The interior rather old, every room including the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. Everything was very old.

Location is great. Breakfast many varieties. Room and bed very comfortable. Entrance is gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staffs. Even though have some language barrier, they always try and willing to help :)

房間空調壞了只有熱風無法降溫悶熱難眠，樓層的走道空調是正常的比房間裡涼快；住宿的兩天裡跟前台服務經理溝通過3次只是得到說會請維修員檢查看看的說法完全沒有改善的意願或實際的幫助意願。房間裡溫度高到28攝氏度無法入睡，尤其是晚餐中有飲酒身體更是悶熱難過；不能開著房門睡只好開窗降溫。這是五星的喜來登的實際住宿情況，退房後照例接到客服電話詢問住宿的經驗。其實就更換到有開空調的樓層>>>> 唉

There were many issues with the Sheraton Zhenjiang The doorman never greeted us or took our luggage to the front desk. As an Elite Marriott Avon it member, I requested for an upgrade since this hotel is never full. The front desk said I got the best upgrade when purely I already booked the room and was never upgraded. The Club lounge is not open at 6:30am as posted on the door but only opens at 2:00pm but no food service served until 6:00pm. There was little selection of food to choose from and very little meats, drinks, and cocktails available. I had to ask for cold bottle water but they didn’t have any. I had to also ask to replenish the food but the gentleman staffing always said wait for the next hour. Very poor service. At 7:00am, there was limited staffing and there was one staff member fitting with another staff in front of the guests about working conditions. The breakfast Buffett is not what I called for a Sheraton level but a Fairfield hotel level. I asked for Chinese pancakes and Fried doughnuts and the lady chef and man chef daily said “No” even though I asked for it in Chinese for my little boys breakfast. I had to go across the street to the street cart and get some made for my son. Very poor service.

The area is not so bad: very close to the High Speed station (that's why I choosed this Hotel, since I'm travelling through China), and linked to the Wanda Plaza mall, with lot of different restaurants.

I'm a frequent traveller around the world. I always try to choose international Hotels for my staying, since I want to be sure to get international support. Very few people were speaking english. No one was at the lobby pub, I had to ask for someone to give me something to drink and... I had to show with my "finger" a beer in the freezer since the two ladies were not speaking english. one of the night I went (tried to...) to the Jap restaurant of the Hotel at 7:15PM... and... they answered to me that they were already... closed! at 7:;15PM?? All the above points are not "normal" for an international 5 stars hotel. I'm quite sure I'm not sure I will get the same hotel my next trip to China.

Loud chefs awaken my morning feast time.

The building structure is the best in the city. The room was well styled and felt very comfortable. The only negative things about the room was the carpet has stains and the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted.

Good location, very convenient. Room is big and comfy, fairly clean, except there's a cigarette butt on the floor when I got into the room. And there's no slippers in my room. Cleaning maid came into my room while the DND light is on; I came back to the room and she was just finishing up, she didn't even check my room key...a bit weird. OK gym, nice indoor pool, OK breakfast.

Arrived about 20:30 nobody around to help with the luggage. Check In had long line. The rooms are small the bed comfortable the shower had low pressure. Fresh fruit vegetables at breakfast very limited. No fresh juices. All In all this hotel is somewhat Good in many counts but not great. Maybe for zhenjiang it should be considered great. Yes maybe as they Most of the staff don’t speak any English. Executive lounge staff not very helpful. Tried to check in there but couldn’t speak English and had no idea what to do went back to front desk for check in. I came back to this hotel after a few years it seems it got worse.

I was finally back again at Sheraton Zhenjiang. I stayed twice in this hotel in 3 days, each time in two different types of room Hotel location: I travelled to Zhenjiang from Shanghai. When I reached Zhenjiang train station, I exited at the South exit and the Sheraton is just a 5-minute walk or about 500 meters away. Be careful about crossing the road to reach the side of the hotel. When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the grandeur of a huge chandelier and the wall “gold painting” above the reception. Hotel staff: As I am conversant in Mandarin, I had no problem during the check-in. But there was no kind welcome on a cold November night, just going through the motion type of check-in. Hotel room: In the first stay, I was pleasantly surprised that I was upgraded to an Executive Suite room on the 19th floor (Club level). The room comes with a bedroom, a living room, 2 restrooms (2 WCs), a bathroom (with bath tub and bathing area) and an open walkway that houses a wardrobe, a luggage room, a safe, an iron, ironing board, sandals, fire respirators and weighing balance. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bench in front of the bed. I like the following about the Executive Suite room: (1) Overall spaciousness and hugeness of the hotel room (2) Well maintained and clean (3) Long sofa next to the bay window with a movable coffee table (4) Quiet despite facing the road and on a high floor (5) Fast Wi-Fi speed (connecting to Baidu and WhatsApp) (6) 4 bottles of water (7) “Welcome” plate of fruits, pastry and cookie When I returned for my second stay 2 days later, I got the smaller Deluxe room – without the living room and the open walkway, but nonetheless still spacious. The bathroom and the bedroom are separated by a half-length glass panel in which you could lower electronically the curtain to close off the bathroom. This room faces the Zhenjiang Railway Station, Wanda Plaza and Zhuangquan Road and is quiet. Hotel restaurant: I ate breakfast at the Feast Signature restaurant next to the reception. Besides the limited continental fare, what is special are the Zhenjiang noodle station and the local food fare – congee (red bean, beef, black rice), bean curd pudding, fried bread stick, steam buns and sautéed dishes like eggplant, vegetables. There is no egg station because the sunny side fried eggs, fully fried eggs, tea-boiled eggs and the hard-boiled eggs are already available as dishes. Nevertheless, the Zhenjiang noodles are not cooked with a pot cover over the boiling pot or water (the famous Zhenjiang Pot Cover Noddle). It was good to go early as it got crowded at 7:30am. The clearing rate is so efficient that I have to find another seat when I came back. I did not eat at the restaurant for dinner because there are several restaurants in the vicinity of the Sheraton, such as the popular Tiepes Hot Pot or any restaurant opposite serving the authentic Pot Cover Noodle (镇江锅盖面) I had a fabulous stay at this Sheraton hotel. This is always the hotel of choice whenever i am in Zhenjiang.

Located right next to train station, really convenient. You can stay here confidently knowing the property will live up to the Sheraton standard.

This is the best Sheraton I have ever stayed in China. I arrived during chilli evening of November and had warm welcome at front desk and also splendid surprise at my upgraded room for Gold Elite. I must name Ivy, with her fantastic smile and elite professional service. I needed to go to hospital, I really never forget her kind assistance. Another name was Teja, I really loved the well done steaks. Special thanks to Nick, who accompanied me to hospital; also thanks to candy for nice hospitality. I wish the team best of luck !

Good location, close to train. Bad checkin and checkout experience, the receptionist needs more training. I Wrong price calculation in both checkin and check out, done by two different lady. The young lady on checkin part was defending and justifying all the time, without simply acknowledge the fault... Hardware wise, room looks fine, but smoking smell too much--breakfast looks pretty simple.

Impeccable service, luxurious rooms: everything was perfect in this hotel. The wireless connection to the internet was fast, air-conditioning was ideal and breakfast was quite exceptional. There was a remarkable variety of options for a western breakfast, all of them of the best quality, while my Chinese friends were also impressed by the excellence of the several Chinese delicacies available.

Not so much to choose for breakfast. Even not Chinese. But what they had was good.

Big rooms with big windows and even a tub. Very modern and clean. Only the wifi was a bit slow.

I had cause to stay In Zhenjiang this month and of cause chose Sheraton. The hotel is easy to get to from Train Station by walking. Arrived to a grand entrance and was met by courteous staff. At desk Anthong Zhang booked me in and showed me to lifts. Great introduction to hotel. My room was awesome, big , spacious and well appointed. Shower great , bed very good and best pillows I’ve ever had in hotel. Plenty of water and fruit in room. I visited the club lounge which is very big and nicely appointed as well, I had meeting there and was looked after well by girls. At breakfast in lobby Sunny Li was great helping with table and great black coffee. Food selection very good. For dinner we ate one night at Chinese restaurant on L2. Meal was excellent, but one dish slightly over cooked. The director of food Tony Xiao came and met us and was very helpful and thanked us for comments. The food was fantastic, full of flavour and colour so we will try again. Alice Jiang gave us excellent service with menu. Gym each morning was very good with great facilities but lack of towels? Needs some attention. Upon check out Suzie Liu helped us and sent us on our way very happy to have stayed at the Sheraton Zhenjiang. The are around Zhenjiang and Yangzhou if very beautiful and full of history with royal canal and major rivers in area. So yes, do stay at Sheraton in Zhenjiang as the staff are very professional and warm and accommodations fantastic.

Visited here for 2 nights it’s been a very long time since I have stayed at a Sheraton property being. Life time Platinum usually stay at Marriott higher end properties. I picked this hotel 1st super close proximity to train station 2nd close to my meetings. It’s a short walk from the train station, when walking out of the station follow the Wanda Center signs and take that exit. Once you exit hotel is 500 yards to your right, you cannot miss it. I had checked in mobile arrived around 12 noon, when I approached the counter advised I had mobile checked immediately mentioned my name, impressive. Upon checkin advised i was upgraded to a suite, nice kind of on the 11th floor had to sleep with ear plugs wish they would Have just given me regular room on a higher floor. They love to honk there horns in China and it does not end till late and then it starts early am again. Do you self a favor and ask for the highest floor. Also was advised that I could have breakfast on lobby level complimentary being a valued member which I did. Selection was decent not to many western dishes. Only had breakfast the dinner menu did not seem very Appetizing. Room - Large suite facing the main road. Decent but below average shows it’s age. Definitely needs a renovation. Staff at the counter where very responsive when i needed assistance, all do not speak English had to use google translate. Overall it served my needs for the 2 nights.

Very good value for money as it is a very nice hotel. The pedestrian area behind the hotel also has very nice Korean BBQ restaurants.

Over all hotel has good service. Room is clean and with free bottle water. And room is true nonsmoking room.

Decent hotel and nice location. Breakfast at the hotel is good and caters to international choices. Rooms are decent size and clean. Staff are friendly as well. Frankly for a business hotel this is a very good choice.

The hotel was located near the railway station , really convenient for both business trip and causual visiting, and there was also a shopping mall nearby. The room was nice and tidy ,but the quality of the breakfast can be improved if possible.

It's the best hotel you'll find in Zhenjiang. I've been staying here for four years. The buffet breakfast is very good with cuisine from around the world and reasonable coffee. The gym equipment works and the pool isn't as disgusting as in most Chinese hotels. In the evenings, eat out, the restaurant on the second floor is like faulty towers. The entire staff seem shocked when a customer arrives. In the bar, the staff are very friendly although the chief bar tender seems to think he's James Bond.

房間可見灰塵未擦拭乾淨，人員訓練有待加強，由A房間打電話請客服送冰塊到B房間，特別強調是到B房間，還是送到A房間來。酒店附屬中餐廳人員情況亦同，感覺不專業且員工間大聲聊天無視餐廳內尚有用餐客人，實在是五星級酒店內少見的情況。但前台人員服務態度親切。

The hotel location was the deciding factor for choosing an overnight stay at this hotel. It is within easy walking distance from the High Speed Rail Station if your travelling light. Like All Sheraton hotels in China, the lobby was stunning in size. Checkin was a breeze and convenient, rooms were spacious and well appointed but starting to show signs of age. Room service was prompt and precise. Overall, a pleasant stay. Highly recommend for other business travelers that are travelling here from Shanghai via high speed rail.

Very good service levels. Ease of check in n check out. Nice rooms with all the basic amenities. Though cleanliness can be something you may have to check. I did that and changed my room and they did that with a free upgrade. Good breakfast menu although some more vegetarian items would have been better.

As a four star establishment it's a great deal for the money. The service is super friendly and the room I had was large and had all the amenities I needed. The only issue I had was the language skills of the staff, but it’s the same for most other cities outside Beijing or Shanghai. It's difficult to make yourself understood in English and you never really know if the staff have understood you or not. Since it’s an American hotel chain, the English language skills could be slightly higher. All in all, it’s a good place to stay and I’ll be back for sure.

It's a typical Sheraton that matches the standard. Had a good time in the city and good food in the restaurant too. The staff were very helpful and friendly that upgraded our room to a suite and provided tourism info to the city. It's a no brainer in Zhenjiang.

This franchise is at the center of Zhenjiang. It is just a few hundred yards from the train station. The bed is very comfortable. The free breakfast is excellent with countless options. The staff is friendly. There is always a smiling person standing on the side of the lobby to greet and assist guests. The only drawback is that the carpet in our room looks old and has large stains.

This hotel is located centrally very close to the train statio (less than 5 min walk and you can see the hotel from the station). The rooms are big and spacious with a decent internetconnection. A couple of bottles of water are included in the Price but a minibar is also available. The bathroom both has a shower and a tub. The beds are comfortable and you cant hear much of the huzzle and buzzle from the Streets. Breakfast is very good with good choices for both Asian people and westerners. I will stay here again when coming back

Hotel is lovely

I arrived here on business, and was told that this was the best Western 5 start hotel in the area. How disappointed was I when I arrived! The air-conditioning is not switched on, and the rooms now (some two weeks later) are now fit to grow to be leased out as greenhouses, the temperature reading this week was 29 degrees! In order to compensate for the lack of cooling, the hotel in it's wisdom, decided to open the windows 'too cool the rooms down'! Stupid.... Not only is this ineffective but it allows the sounds of the local vehicles, which operate 24/7, and must solely rely on their car hons as means of communicating, signalling, urging other motorists to move a millisecond sooner, even at stupid o'clock in the morning, 7 days a week! This is not solely the bane of the lower floors, even up at the gods on the 21st floor which is further away from the heat and chaos below, it still suffers equally as bad from the heat and noise as the lower floors! And when you are entered into the execute lounge, by means or paying for the privilege, it is a complete waste of money! Here you are allowed to enjoy the buffet laid on, and a few drinks, which you have paid a lot for, yet the catch is, is that it is the same food day in day out, no variation from, chips, sausage, prawn crackers, noodles, mashed yuk (potatoes) salad and cheese. All these delightful foods are brought up cold. these are then placed under a thermal lamp to warm them up, which takes an age, and then once at the right temperature continue to cook until they are inedible. The french stick or 'iron bread' as it is better know in our circles, which after 15 mins from being laid out, and baked to a hardness close to a diamond, is then hard enough to be used as a hammer, with which to drive these golden long potato shaped 'nails' into the walls after being heated treated by the these lamps, even a diamond blade would find it difficult to cut both these items. Then there are the drinks, while there is plenty of soft drinks in the fridge, kept extremely cold,this are also spirits available to mix with them. But now some 10 days after the last can of Heineken was sacrificed on the alter of extreme thirst there is no more! Now we are left with warm cans of Tsingtao beer - which is just like make love in a canoe - 'know what I mean!! But it is not only the executive lounge that suffer from the same fate with the food, oh no..the breakfast suffer worse than this. Some how they have managed to destroy the law's of physics. How can something that has been cooked thoroughly on a hot plate, before being placed not more than 1 metre (three foot) away from the source of this heat, be colder than the items on the salad bar! The beans are at best disgusting, cold and hard enough to piece armour plating, the fried potatoes, when fried are raw, The fried tomato is cooler than the salad kind, even under the hot, burning sun of the heat lamp and the underneath hot plate all the food is COLD! But the piece de resistance must go to the fried eggs! These fried eggs are nothing like you seen before or tried to eat! How can you take a simple food and cook, fry, char, barbecue such an item out of all reckoning, these people can, and they do it the same every-morning, day in day out the same. These egg chefs here are a breed apart from humanity, they must be as these eggs are supposed to be white with a yellow bit in the middle, and not black like it has been fried on charcoal. I don't think it would that bad if it was cremated on a pile of rubber tyres! The rooms are dated and well worn and need some refurbishment. the bathroom etc.needs a through going over. On a positive side the staff are very friendly and helpful at the front desk, but this does not make up for it shortcomings else where.

Stayed one night in March 2017. (Second time at this hotel). Check in and check out very efficient, and corteous. Bellhop very helpful, and room very well equipped with all the essentials with great view of the city. TV had plenty of English stations, and breakfast was plentiful. No wait for elevators, and had free WiFi. Good location. Thumbs up!

新幹線の駅から徒歩圏内であり、アクセスはよい。ホテルの周りにショッピングモール、飲食街もあり、滞在するにもとても便利であった。

Last minute booking but a good one. Good location for the things we wanted to do. Rooms were large and very well serviced. Very pleased.

新幹線の駅から徒歩圏内でアクセスは非常によい。周りにもショッピングセンターおよび食堂街もあり、滞在するには非常に便利。エレベーターを使用するのにルームキーが必要だったが、これが旨く機能しなくて、何度もホテル従業員にクレームをいったが結局最後まで改善されなかった。

仕事で1泊の宿泊でしたが、鎮江駅に近く便利なロケーションに位置している良いホテルでした。 部屋は広く清潔に掃除され、バスタブとシャワーは別になっていて快適に宿泊できます。

Very conveniently located for the express rail network and also a local shopping mall for restaurants etc. Starbucks et Macdonalds if you will this is a simple walk away, the neighbourhood is improving and it is purely that it is extremely busy that it was not a higher mark. Will definitely stay again

Sheraton Zhenjiang is a fairly good hotel which is closed to the high-speed railway station. For the business purpose, the Hotel is good enough to stay with. The buffet breakfast is average which is better than my expectation. The front desk is efficient, which is satisfactory. However, the hotel room is dry and hot, which makes me uncomfortable when staying inside. I hope the central conditioning system can be improved!

Nice hotel in the heart of Zhenjiang. The surrounding neighborhood is fun with a market you can walk to with bars and restaurants.

因氣候關係（4/21） 房間空調只送風沒冷氣 因本人怕熱 有借用一台冷風扇 是服務態度很好的一家酒店！

The hotel location is good, walking distance to railway station. A big shopping mall behind the hotel too.

位於市中心交通購物很方便，飯店算新但是暖氣開得很弱，用早餐時覺得很冷。客房清潔有待加強，打掃過居然連威士忌杯和冰桶都沒更換。

Very nice Hotel.Staff helpfull however English language very limited.Rooms clean and tidy. Check your breakfast order at the outside door in the morning ,you could be waiting till christmas for your brekky.Dont get picked up at 2 am as mentioned on the docket. The hotel is of good quality.
