Reviewed Nov 17, 2024The location is good, close to everywhere
The man in the front desk at 57 floor is unfriendly and I would say he doesn’t like his job. When I ask him questions he literally rolling his eyes and looks at me like why you even ask. I would recommend the hotel getting better training on the staff to treat people nicely

Cleanliness, all the services offered and the location. This is really one of a kind in Zhenjiang. Thank you and we look forward to coming back in the near future.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2024We have had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. It sits right in the downtown of Zhenjiang and has a shopping mall attaching to it. The view from the room is amazing -- though we didn't book the river view room, we can still see a good amount of the Yangzi River. We tried both the breakfast and dinner buffet, both are good. The room is quiet and clean. It also has a free gym, sauna, and free garage parking. The staff are all friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Oct 23, 2023We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, especially after having stayed in many other branded properties in China over the years and being disappointed in the cleanliness standards. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The view was great, since all of the hotel rooms are on floors above level 57. Excellent location in the middle of Zhenjiang. Right next door to a mall and supermarket. Also great was the street of street food just diagonally across from the hotel.
Wish there was more storage space in the room. Some of the receptionists were unpleasant, but others were very helpful.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2019Went as a family with 2 old folks and a 3 yr old. Was told that it's a non smoking hotel but the corridor reek with cigarette smell. At night the cigarette smell would enter the room. Informed the front office but was told they cannot do anything as it's a social issue. Poor drainage in the shower room.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2018We stayed there twice. The first time in double beds standard rooms, and everything was great. The second time in one king size bed larger rooms with a huge bathroom. I have to say that the larger room actually is not so great. The bathroom is huge but empty, the huge extra space had no furniture or any decorations, it was completely a waste. Also bathrooms for both large rooms smelled like plugged sewage, it got really unbearable in the morning, we had to open the front door for better air. We did tell the front desk to check the problem out. The breakfast buffer was wonderful. The Chinese restaurant that servers Chinese style lunch was good too, though on the pricey side, still worth trying. The front desk was reasonably friendly and they called taxi for us every time. Overall, I gave the new hotel a 4 star review. If the larger room was better furnished and its bathroom had no smell, I would give a 5 star review. It is probably the best hotel in this city.
