The 2 receptionists were amazing in helping us check in, giving guidance on near by attractions such as Lago Di Carezza and the beautiful town of Moena. Very pleasant receptionists and breakfast staff who was very hospitable and welcoming.

Struttura vicinissima al centro (a piedi), camere spaziose e pulite, colazione buonissima ma soprattutto staff (specialmente i ragazzi addetti al bar, con cui abbiamo avuto maggiormente a che fare, ma anche reception e servizio pulizie) estremamente cordiale, sorridente e professionale (un vero quid).

Se devo cercare qualcosa, consiglierei di svecchiare leggermente l’arredamento dell’hotel nella zona di ingresso e corridoi (magari qualche bella decorazione di tono moderno non guasterebbe, visto che persino il bagno comune è perfetto, moderno, pulito e di design). Così renderebbe proprio la struttura perfetta ed ancora più calda ed accogliente

Sobe zelo lepo urejene, za štiri osebe malo majhne, drugače zelo prijeten ambient in osebje, nova oprema in kopalnica. V hotelu je Spa, kjer je prijetno, če ni ljudi, drugače je pa KAOS, ker so v savni vsi v kopalkah in si lahko predstavljate, kako to izgleda. Izpod tuša se gredo v Finsko savno posušiti kopalke in to ni osamljen primer. NUJNO bi bilo treba napisati red, ki je zahtevan v takih prostorih.

The location is amazing, with mountain views in the Val di Fassa. The fact that there is a covered garage with a reserved place is a very important aspect. The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice, especially the guy overseeing the breakfast (I think Antonio was his name) : he is a very delightful and totally dedicated person!

Even if we were a family of 4, we only found towels and toiletries for 2,even on the second day. The AC could not be controlled.

The room was really nice and finished to a high standard. The breakfast staff waiters in particular provided a brilliant service - we were very impressed!

No aircon in the room.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questo hotel meraviglioso, camere pulitissime e una colazione abbondante molto buona. Poi il personale; persone bravissime che ti mettono subito al tuo agio, molto professionali, cortesi e gentili che ci hanno consigliato anche un ottimo ristorante nelle vicinanze dove abbiamo mangiato da Dio. Ritorneremo di sicuro. Lo consiglio vivamente !!!

El lugar era hermoso y estaba fantásticamente ubicado, puedes visitar seceda y passo gardena a menos de una hora en coche, que fue lo que hicimos nosotros, el personal es majísimo y atento y se esfuerzan en soltarnos alguna palabrilla en español para nosotros los no italianos jajaja, el spa tras un día de treking durillo se agradece, en resumen una estancia genial, repetiríamos.

Close to the gondola and very nice staff . Close to the adventure park and walkable distance to restaurants in the evening. We loved it and found it very comfortable.

Nothing really, SPA only for adult so we didn’t try it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, little shops, and the cable car all within easy reach. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is generous and absolutely wonderful. My family and I loved our stay, and we will definitely be coming back. We created incredible memories here that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

El trato extraordinario del personal. El desayuno es excelente. Extraordinaria limpieza y detalles para una buena estancia. Está a escasos minutos a pie del telesferico. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas camas.

It was better than expected! Nice and quite location, excellent breakfast and service, comfortable garage parking with height limit 2,15m (was essential for our car with the roof-box). Close to the cable car road.

Zelo lep in prijeten hotel. Soba je bila udobna in lepo urejena, osebje pa zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo. Zajtrk je bil odličen, raznolik in dovolj bogat, da je vsak našel nekaj zase. Bivanje je bilo zelo prijetno in hotel z veseljem priporočam.

Personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Camere nuove, curate e pulitissime. Spa all'interno della struttura, piccola ma funzionale. Colazione abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità. Posizione ottimale, vicino a impianti e servizi del paese.

Mancanza di uno specchio intero (è presente solo quello del bagno).

Ottimo hotel! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura è molto bella, le condizioni sono ottime e il servizio è davvero buono. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e molto cordiale. La colazione è buona e offre una buona scelta. Dalle finestre si possono ammirare dei bei panorami e la zona è molto piacevole e comoda. Consigliamo sicuramente questo hotel e saremo felici di tornarci. Grazie per la piacevole ospitalità!

Great location with beautiful surroundings, great family room, super clean, well equiped and modern rooms, great breakfast, comfortable beds with normal blankets in covers (hate sheets widely used in hotels, so appreciated a normal blanket a lot).

Camera ampia e fornita di tutto. Ottima la spa. Molto comodo il garage. Colazione eccezionale. Personale molto professionale. Gentilezza, cortesia e attenzione al cliente ai massimi livelli. Pulizia 10 in pagella. Posizione eccellente vicino ai servizi e agli impianti di risalita (3 minuti a piedi). Da non perdere.

La struttura è bella e pulita, tenuta bene, a 5 minuti dalla piazzetta. Lo staff è gentilissimo pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, e sempre col sorriso sulle labbra. È compreso un posto auto gratuito in garage.

Unico neo la colazione non proprio da 4 stelle, qualità sufficiente ma non oltre.

Facilities was not upto the mark accessories was much less and we visited in August and it was hot there was no air conditioning even they dnt have a fan to provide ,it was not pleasant in the room so we couldnt sleep well for two days

맛있는 조식과 넓은 공간, 아름다운 사소룽고 뷰까지 다시 오고 싶은 숙소입니다. 싱크대가 있었어 간단한 한식(햇반, 컵라면) 먹기에 편했어요.

lo que menos me gusto el desayuno buffet. El cafe lo sacan, lo camareros de maquina de buena calidad, algo muy positivo.

Ottima struttura, personale molto professionale e gentilissimo. Ottima la pulizia. Comodissimo il garage con posti assegnati. Ottima colazione sia nella qualità che nella quantità.

Travandoci nel sottotetto la camera non era ben aereata e la VELUX era bloccata. Per fortuna c'era un lucernaio nella stanzina separata, per altro molto molto comoda, Quello ha permesso di arieggiare le stanze.

Excellent hotel! The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The spa was a wonderful bonus—the perfect place to relax after a full day of hiking in the Dolomites. Great location, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!

The only minor downside was that there is no air conditioning. On warmer nights, it was a bit noticeable, but overall it did not take away from our excellent stay.

החדר גדול, מרווח ונקי. מיטה נוחה וגם הכריות. קיבלנו חניה אישית מקורה והגישה ממנה לחדר נוחה. ארוחת הבוקר טובה, וכוללת מגוון של מוצרים. ניתן להזמין קפה דרך המלצרים. צוות העובדים - מהקבלה עד המלצרים בארוחת הבוקר שירותי מאוד ונכון לעזור בכל דבר.

בארוחת הבוקר ביצה מקושקשת או ביצה קשה בלבד ואם רוצים חביתה מושקעת יותר - בתוספת תשלום וחבל. במקלחת אין מקלחון עם דוש מודרני.

Colazione abbondante e con ampia scelta. Il posto auto seminterrato è facilmente accessibile e uti.lizzabile. La posizione è ottima sia per passeggiate a piedi che per prendere una funivia che porta sul Col Rodella (distanza circa 200 metri).

Very charming hotel in general, especially the room. Also enjoyed the spa, and glad they had a garage. Staff was also very nice and accommodating. They helped us a lot with tips in the local area, especially on restaurants.

Nothing special to note. I though the breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary, but very respectable.

The lifts are walking distance. Underground parking. The SPA area was great. The center of Campitello is just 2 min walking with all shops restaurants and supermarket. The family room was super clean with 2 rooms and a small kitchen and a dining table. Enough for a family with 3 children. The stuff where super helpful.

AC didn't work although we didn't need it most of the time. Opening a window was enough

Tutto lo staff è stato molto disponibile, soprattutto Emanuele alla reception, che ci ha saputo consigliare i ristoranti convenzionati dalla lista. La posizione della struttura è strategica per poter andare a prendere a piedi la funivia col rodella, molto comodo anche il parcheggio incluso. Colazione nella media, ottimi i dolci. Apprezzata la tazza in omaggio al check-out!

Letti piuttosto scomodi e stanza poco insonorizzata, quando le persone passavano in corridoio sembrava fossero in camera con noi.

A bit noisy in the morning

Prima hotel met goed ontbijt. Wel vroeg uitchecken om 10 uur gelijk na ontbijt. Wij waren wat laat. Ontbijt was wel vanaf 7 uur. In zomer prima prijs kwaliteit.

6 uur ‘s ochtends werden buiten containers geleegd flink lawaai. Kleine douche.

Personal súper amable, desayuno buenísimo

This place is very nice. From the looks of it, all the things you need, comfy beds, big bathrooms. Staff is really kind , aleays smiley and willing to help. Oh and the food - the only bad part there was that i am on a diet and couldnt eat everything they had :) i can trully recomend it.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, może ilość produktów nie imponuje, ale są bardzo dobrej jakości. Świetny personel, od dawna nie spotkałem obiektu z tak przyjazną atmosferą. Czułem, że gdy kelner lub kelnerka rano przynoszą mi do stolika cappuccino to robią to w niewymuszonym, luźnym i pogodnym stylu. Bardzo dobre SPA jak na obiekt tej wielkości.

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El hotel muy agradable, limpio, bien cuidado, decorado con mucho gusto y muy bien situado. El desayuno fabuloso, el personal muy amable y atento (mención especial para Antonio en el buffet del desayuno). El entorno maravilloso, un precioso amanecer desde la terraza de la habitación. Totalmente recomendable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view was simply breathtaking, and we enjoyed every single moment of it. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, which made our stay even more special. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. We are very grateful for everything and would like to thank the entire team for such a fantastic experience. We truly hope to come back one day!

주차장은 건물내 지하의 지정 구역에 했다. "이코노미 스위트' 29m2 넓고, 식탁과 캐리어를 올릴수 있는 간이침대까지 있어서 너무 좋았다. 발코니에서 '사쏘롱고'의 남쪽면이 보였고 2번의 조식도 너무 맛있었다. 무료버스 티켓의 앱 활성화가 복잡했는데, 데스크 직원이 친절하게 직접 폰에 설치를 해줬었다.
