There could be more options for breakfast, although what was available tasted good. For the bike room, we used their garage, which could be a little tidier for guests.

Il posto auto esterno anziché un garage coperto, che in estate va bene, ma nel periodo invernale può risultare determinante nella scelta.

Schlechte Matratze ( sehr hart) Das Personal dürfte etwas Gastfreundlicher sein - ist aber nach unseren Erfahrungen oft in Italien etwas verhalten. Öffentlicher Aufenthaltsbereich nicht vorhanden da die wenigen Plätze oft von der Besitzerfamilie oder ihrem Hund besetzt waren.

Con piccoli spostamenti in auto si possono raggiungere tutti i passi Dolomitici utilizzando anche le varie funivie o seggiovie. Garni Letizia è veramente un posto che consiglio a tutti gli amanti della Val di Fassa

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026위치가 가장 좋은 곳입니다. 중/서부 돌로미티 지역을 모두 커버하는 위치에 있어서 어디든 짧게 이동 할 수 있었으며, 가족분들이 운영하는 호텔 같은 데 친절하고 아침식사도 너무 좋았습니다. 또한 새벽 일찍 트레킹 나가는 날 저녁에 미리 밀박스 요청했더니 준비 해 주시고 세심하게 신경 써 주셔서 너무 좋았습니다.
아쉬운 점 거의 없었습니다.

We were in the room and they opened the door with a copy of the keys of the room. I still don’t know wht someone was entering our room during our stance Also while we were in the room they were watering the planta from the terrace next to ours and with part of the body in our terrace not waiting even for us to leave the room.

Ich bin noch nie auf so einer harten Matratze gelegen. Das war wirklich sehr unangenehm. Draußen hatte es am Morgen 6 Grad, es war wirklich kalt. Das Bad und auch der Schlafraum war unbeheizt. In allen Bildern auf Ihrer Seite werden die Zimmer mit Holzböden gezeigt. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Teppichboden. Das Fernsehgerät war sehr klein.

Inoltre cose pratiche come prima colazione eccellente e ricca, pulizia delle camere e gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Insomma non solo cose pratiche scontate per un BB di montagna ma un extra difficilmente definibile. Da ripetere

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Szezon előőti időszakban voltunk, így egy kicsit jobb volt az ár. A szállás egy csendes utcában van. A szállás, a szobák a fürdő a reggelizőhely nagyon szép. MInden nagyon jó volt. A reggeli választékos volt és bőséges. A szálláshoz tartozó kutya csak fokozta, a jóérzésünket.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Hotel e camere curate, ristrutturate e carine, ottima anche la scelta per la colazione. Utile il parcheggio e il deposito sci. Hotel con buona posizione per gli sciatori: situato a 3 minuti di auto dall'impianto di risalita più vicino (Col rodella).
Molto spiacevole il sovrapprezzo per il check-in effettuato dopo le 22.00: avrei voluto sapere, prima di aver confermato la prenotazione, che il check-in al di fuori dell'orario previsto prevede un supplemento di 20 euro a persona. Comprendo la scomodità e il disagio per il personale della struttura ad accogliere ospiti dopo le 22.00, però per le vacanze di poche notti diventa un servizio necessario a mio parere.

The hotel is great, but the mattresses and pillows are extremely hard. If you prefer softer beds, you might find it uncomfortable.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026everything was perfect: wlaking distance from the Col Rodella gondola, in Campitello town with lots of shops and restaurants close by, with parking for car just outside the front door. The room was very nice and very warm, the shower was amazing, very spacious. Breakfast had plenty of good choices sweet and salty, and we really liked it. We have asked advise to the staff and they were very helpful and kind. Very good choice for skiing in Val di Fassa, go for it :)
we had 2 beds that slightly detached one another during the night, so bring your tool to hold them together maybe.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Etwas mehr Vollkornbrötchen wären schön gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten im Zentrum. Der Weg zur Seilbahn ist mit Skistiefeln etwas weit.
Das Zimmer war leider etwas klein und hellhörig. Die Hintergrundmusik beim Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

A horrible experience characterized by terrible customer service and falsely advertised amenities. The hotel’s Booking.com page states they have a 24-hour reception. However, before our stay, they notified us that check-ins after 22:00 would incur a €20/person surcharge. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel around midnight. The hotel was completely closed, lights out, with no doorbell and absolutely no one answering the phone. We waited outside for 30 minutes, calling multiple times with zero response. Because all other 24-hour hotels in Campitello di Fassa were fully booked, we were forced to drive 50km to Bolzano just to find an open hotel at 3:00 AM. Booking.com support was very helpful during the night. After they failed to get an answer from the hotel and gave them an ultimatum, Booking.com officially canceled our reservation. The strangest and most frustrating part happened the next morning: the hotel messaged us saying the booking "could not be canceled" and proceeded to charge our credit card for the full 4 nights—after the reservation had already been canceled by Booking.com. Booking.com has promised a full refund, but it takes 15 days, which effectively doubled our accommodation costs for this trip. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind.
