This is a wonderful base from which to explore Rapa Nui. It strikes just the right balance between intimacy and privacy and the couple who own and run it are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was excellent and partly provisioned from the garden behind. The location really does you a lot of favours for walking into and back from the centre of Hanga Roa and the coast. Coffee and cakes are available from two doors down during the day.

El hotel está bien ubicado en la avenida principal, bares, restaurant, bailes típicos, agencias de turismo, cafeterias, almacenes, farmacia, artesanía. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, el desayuno es variado y fresco. En general excelente hotel, absolutamente recomendado, disfruté mucho sin duda volvería.

Very friendly and warm owners. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need. Located on the main street of Hanga Roa and within walking distance of the Airport.

Questo hotel è stato la base perfetta per visitare l’isola. Si trova nel centro di HangaRoa. Le camere erano pulite e curate. Ottima e varia la colazione. Estremamente cordiali i gestori. Contesto davvero piacevole.

Se devo trovare qualcosa noto alcune volte il funzionamento a singhiozzo dell’acqua calda. Ma credo sia una cosa molto comune nell’isola.

You can't beat the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. It really just made the stay more enjoyable. The location is fantastic. Just at the side of town. So everything is extremely walkable. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a small refrigerator to bring back leftovers or groceries. Filtered water provided for your water bottles. Amazing breakfast. For a solo female traveler, I cut nothing felt more safe or enjoying my stay more.

The beds were a little firm for me but that's a personal preference. They're in great condition, and I slept extremely well otherwise.

Un excelente hotel. Buenas ubicación, cerca de todo lo significativo del pueblo. Personal de 10 tanto Ivonne como Alejandro, dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Desayuno casero, variado y muy rico. Habitación espaciosa, cama cómoda y baño completo. Contratamos la recogida del aeropuerto y te hacen un pequeño tour por la ciudad y te colocan un collar típico de flores En la despedida también tienen una atención con un colgante con un Moái. A la vuelta nos fuimos caminando hacía el aeropuerto, teníamos un excelente día soleado y se tarda unos 15 minutos, lo recomiendo si hace bueno y no van muy pesados con las maletas. En general un gran hotel.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el precio del servicio de traslado. Al principio me pusieron en un mensaje que eran 10$ y al pagar me dicen que son 10$ por persona. Este servicio en este hotel y parece que en toda la Isla de Rapa Nui se paga por persona, así que ya saben las familias amplias pagarán una buena pasta, para que lo tengan en cuenta.

Trascorrere qui questi giorni ci ha regalato una vera sensazione di famiglia e ha reso la nostra esperienza a Rapa Nui ancora più speciale. L’hotel è gestito dalla signora Yvonne, una persona solare, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta: dall’organizzazione di una visita non prevista all’assistenza per la lavanderia, fino alle esigenze dei miei figli, sempre con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Al momento della partenza ci siamo salutati con un abbraccio, segno del rapporto autentico che si è creato durante il soggiorno. Accanto a lei c’è Alejandro, che la affianca nella gestione della struttura. Anche lui è stato sempre disponibile ad aiutarci, consigliarci e raccontarci la storia e la vita dei nativi di Rapa Nui, che conosce e vive in prima persona. Grazie a loro ci siamo sentiti accolti come ospiti e non semplicemente come clienti. La struttura è nuova e molto curata. Le camere sono ampie, spaziose, moderne e impeccabilmente pulite. Il letto, con un materasso alto e comodissimo, garantisce un riposo eccellente. Il bagno è completo di tutto il necessario e ogni giorno la camera veniva sistemata con grande attenzione, lasciando persino splendidi fiori tra gli asciugamani. Non mancavano aria condizionata, frigobar e acqua a disposizione degli ospiti per il refill delle borracce. La colazione è stata un altro punto di forza: ogni mattina trovavamo prodotti freschi e di qualità, uova strapazzate preparate al momento, dolci fatti in casa, ottimo caffè espresso, succhi e tante altre proposte sempre eccellenti. Anche la posizione è perfetta. L’hotel si trova nel centro della via principale di Hanga Roa, una posizione comodissima sia per i tour organizzati, che passano a prenderti direttamente in struttura, sia per esplorare la città a piedi.

La struttura è semplice e dignitosa. Non eccezionale e raffinata ma pulita e ben tenuta. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il loro punto di forza è la semplicità e la sensazione di relax senza pressioni.

La colazione è semplice e buona ma un po’ monotona.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – mitten im Zentrum.

Me encantó el hotel el mejor de la isla de pascua, su limpieza impecable, su servicio de primera, muy amable y sobre todo bien atento a todo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y perfecta para estar el tiempo que desee en Isla de Pascua. Los recomiendo a todos 100%.

La armonía de sus habitaciones, donde todas las puertas dan hacia un grato jardín interior. Pero por sobretodo la amabilidad del personal, que están pendientes de cada detalle, especialmente a la hora del desayuno. Además está en la calle principal donde está la mayoría de tiendas y agencias de turismo

Espectacular. La pieza impecable, los sectores comunes lindos. El desayuno increíble, tenía de todo incluso cosas hechas por el personal del hotel. La anfitriona 10/10. Está muy bien ubicado, en el centro. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Nada. Quizás lo único que sería útil sería una silla en la pieza y colgadores para dejar ropa húmeda o chaquetas.

Excelente! Habitación muy bien equipada, amplia, cómoda y bien iluminada. Tiene nevera, aire acondicionado, baño con calentador de agua, y si requieres lavar ropa, cada habitación tiene donde colgar ropa afuera para secarse (esto es genial). La ubicación es imposible de mejorar, queda cerca de todo. El aeropuerto está a 10-15 mins caminando, supermercado a dos cuadras y muchos restaurantes y comercios cerca del hotel. El centro de Hanga Roa a pocos metros. Por cierto, el hotel cuenta con parqueo.... El servicio ofrecido por Ivonne fue estupendo! Servicial, atenta, colaboradora y una excelente manager. De igual manera el servicio de Tavai en el desayuno fue excelente, siempre dispuesta a colaborar y hacer buena la experiencia del huésped. Gracias también a Alejandro que me ayudó a conseguir al mejor guía de todo Rapa Nui!

No tengo nada que reprochar, es una isla bastante lejana y donde casi todo debe ser importado y es más costoso... El hotel es genial y si vuelvo, me quedaré nuevamente aquí.

Le réseau internet a fonctionné environ pendant 2h a mon arrivée et ensuite plus rien pour toute la durée du séjour. Tous les cafés et autre hôtel de l'île avaient pourtant le réseau. La dame de notre hôtel a d'abord dit qu'il y avait un problème avec starlink pour ensuite nous dire qu'elle devait commander une nouvelle antenne (ce que j'ai dû mal a croire). Aussi, nous voyions un autre réseau wifi au nom de l'hôtel mais elle ne nous a pas donné le code. C'est le seul défaut de cet endroit mais quand même assez important parce que pas de wifi sur l'île = aucun internet donc aucune communication, pas de courriel rien, impossible de communiquer avec l'agence pour pour les excursions, de savoir la météo, de check-in pour le vol de retour... Bref du stress inutile

había un perro grande en la zona de comida, no es que el perro ande molestando a la gente particularmente, todo lo contrario, pero no me gustan los perros y me sentí un poco agobiado.

Superó mis expectativas en todo aspecto. La habitación más amplia de lo que pensaba, cama cómoda grande, buena iluminación y aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. El baño 10/10 bien equipado, ducha muy buena. Bien equipada la habitación para guardar ropa y pertenencias. Hacían aseo todos los días y siempre consultaban primero. El desayuno lo mejor, superó mis expectativas, gran variedad de jugos, frutas, panes y cosas saladas y dulces para agregarle, además dulces de la zona. Ubicación perfecta en un radio de 2 cuadras tienes de todo literalmente. A 7min caminando de la costanera y en 2min llegas a panaderías, agencias de tours, renta car, verdulerías, minimarket, restaurantes, cafeterías, etc. Además, Alejandro e Ivonne muy atentos siempre. Hasta me permitieron estacionar adentro del hotel el auto que arrendé por 2 días. Wifi excelente, una de las razones por las que escogí IñakiUhi fue por este ítem y no decepcionó. Bonito jardín. La juana la perrita muy linda.

La atención de primera desde el primer momento. Nos sentimos muy a gusto, Ivonne nos recibió con mucho cariño y siempre estuvo muy atenta a que todo estuviera bien. El desayuno completísimo, muy casero y rico. La ubicación excelente, en la calle principal de Hanga Roa cerca de todo!. Todo muy limpio.Sin duda fue una excelente estadía. Cuando vuelva a la isla iré a este hotel nuevamenente!, te hacen sentir muy a gusto.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y limpias. El jardín es muy lindo y acogedor. La terraza sobre la vereda es totalmente encantadora. Lo mejor es la atención personalizada y cálida de Ivonne y Andres.

Отличное расположение, на главной улице. Отель уютный, зеленый, отличные номера. Очень красивая территория, есть диванчики, где посидеть. Разнообразный завтрак! Приветливые хозяева Ивонн и Алехандро, очень заботливые, идущие на встречу, открытые. За 10 баксов в одну сторону встретили в аэропорту с цветами. От аэропорта близко, на авто 10 минут, можно также дойти пешком минут за 25. Очень хороший вариант размещения, рекомендую!

Inaki Uhi delivered exactly what you need for an Easter Island adventure — a clean, comfortable room with everything that matters. The AC worked perfectly for a cool, restful night’s sleep, the Wi-Fi was fast and free, and the room came stocked with toiletries and a blow dryer. A small but appreciated touch: free filtered water available throughout the stay. The breakfast was good and genuinely filling — the perfect fuel before a long day at the archaeological sites. Staff were friendly, helpful, and happy to assist with arranging tours, which is a real bonus when you’re navigating Rapa Nui logistics on arrival. Location is a standout. You’re walkable to everything and the area felt very safe, even as a solo traveler. A couple of honest tips for future guests: being right in the center of town means you may hear music and conversation into the evening, so light sleepers may want earplugs. The toiletries are also pretty basic — functional, but if you have preferences, pack your own. Overall, Inaki Uhi is a smart, practical choice for Rapa Nui. The rooms are simple but that’s all you need — you’ll spend your days out among some of the most extraordinary sites on earth!

I had a wonderful stay at Inaki Uhi and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The location is ideal; right on the main street, yet surprisingly calm and quiet at night, which made it perfect for both exploring and resting. One of the highlights for me was breakfast on the terrace. Sitting there with a coffee, watching the town slowly come to life and the gentle bustle of the main street, was such a special way to start the day. Everything is conveniently within walking distance, making it incredibly easy to get around. The hotel also offers airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional fee, which adds an extra level of convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return.

Warm, intimate environment. Friendliness of Ivonne and rest of staff. Breakfast buffet had ample choices of fruit, carbs and protein. Very pleasant street-facing patio where one could enjoy breakfast, linger over coffee serenades by rooster calls while hanga roa comes to life. Water in shower was hot with strong stream, air conditioning unit worked well. Courtyard offered nice place to read and talk as well.

It is a lovely setting. Great breakfast and safe convenient location in Rapa Nui. Some things need some attention. The floors behind and under the beds were full of thick dust. The refrigerator was on a platform that was broken and old, the bedspread was old and felt dirty. The ac and fans worked well. There was a beautiful area to sit outside and relax. Filtered water is always available. The owners were friendly and would assist with needs. Nice they have an airport shuttle available although $40 for 2 people round trip was a little high since the airport is only a 10 minute drive.

OMG! This has to be the best hotel on the island. From the time that Alejandro picked us up at the airport, to the time that we checked in with Yvonne at the hotel, it was all about customer satisfaction. The location, breakfast spread, room air conditioning, and overall cleanliness greatly enhanced our experience.

The location and people!!! The location is central, can't beat that! The owner was so friendly. I contacted them really late in the night and they came out to check me in. They were worried about me. It made me feel so warm. Feel like part of the family. We had some situation with the park and they gave me very helpful advice. Highly recommend this place.

Location in the center of the town, clean room, great breakfast included, a/c and hot water worked with no problems, friendly and helpful staff.

Soundproofing between rooms could be better but it was quiet in the room all night so not a big deal.

If you are not looking for luxurious hotel but for a nice place, clean, fair price and room with AC, this is it-it's close to everything it the town, with small garden where you can rest in the shade and the owner is friendly and kind. We got complimentary transport to the airport when we were leaving (it's not far but not comfortable with luggage in the noon when it's hot). Would stay again.

What a great place to stay. I was picked up by the owner who was super friendly - a real proper welcome to Rapa Nui! The hotel is right in the centre of town, but my host took me the scenic route so that I could get my bearings and pointed out all the good places to eat and drink - it really was a great start! My room was comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning was welcome! The bathroom was fine and the shower quite powerful. As someone used to some very nice hotels, I loved the simplicity of this place as it had a really homely feel and nothing was too much bother. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot and powerful. Just in case you need this, there was no hairdryer but to be honest, blown dried hair is not the vibe for this place! Breakfast was also a good spread, and as my host knew my tour guides - the whole visit (despite being very short) felt like I had joined a family for the night. I highly recommend this place, and would absolutely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Alejandro and Yvonne work hard and couldn’t be more accommodating. I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Easter Island, but I know I would stay here if I could.
