Walking into my room and opening the refrigerator only to find the previous occupants burger still in there. It had gone off and obviously not a pleasant smell emanating. The staff very graciously and very apologetically removed the contents. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The rooms are huge, the beds are huge and comfortable, the bedding is clean. Their breakfast is good as well with variety to choose from. The reception is friendly, welcoming and attentive.
The room I chose was located at the back, next to the laundry cabins. The noise caused by the ladies while doing the laundry is unbearable. It woke me up at 7:20 am. I took a shower at 9h00. The water was like warm.

The perfume used in the room was overpowering, smell cheap and unbearable. The TV and air conditioners are outdated. The curtains are not as classy as the room

Hot water was not sufficient for two guests as if they have allocated 20L of hot water for both evening and morning shower and as a result i was frustrated since it cold. Furthermore the aircorn was too high up and the curtain obstructed the air flow which resulted in room to be cold. That's room 6. Thanks

I didnt get the slippers in the room.

TV not working, no iron in the room, the was not even aware. The side lights were not working. Plugs not working in the second room. When you flash the waste does not go down. Documents in the room say check out is 10h30 but receptionist said 11am. We were confused.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026This was my second visit to this hotel. In my last visit, I recommended that they add lactose free milk to the breakfast table. It was a delight to see that they took on this recommendation and allowed for more diverse dietary requirements.
Gentle ambience in the form of soft music in reception I think would have made it feel more homely. I was happy with everything else.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Everything. That sounds corny. They greeted us by name when we arrived which shows great attention to detail. The rooms are excellent. It is in town but away from city central which is also amazing. I ordered off menu breakfast (just scrambled eggs) and they were not only happy to do it they even added some avo and cheese on the side. Friendly welcoming staff who are not just there to do their own job which is rare and appreciated. 100/10 highly recomend.
