My four-night corporate stay was more comfortable than I expected. The warmth of the staffs specially Saheli from front desk every day she was equally greeting me in the morning. A big thanks to housekeeping team to clean my room everyday. After busy days coming back to a comfortable room was exactly what I needed. Once again thank you all .

We were actually on our way to Radisson Blu Atria for our anniversary celebration, but by mistake, we ended up at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. When we entered the lobby, Mohammed greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. When we asked him about Radisson Blu Atria, he politely explained that it was a different hotel. After checking Google Maps, we realised that it would take us more than 1.5 hours to reach Atria because of the traffic. Since it was our anniversary, Mohammed suggested that we stay and celebrate at the hotel itself. The way he explained about Shao restaurant was so good that we decided to try it. We were really happy with our decision! The ambience was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. Mohammed really knows how to understand a guest's situation and suggest the right option. His friendly approach and excellent communication turned what started as a mistake into a lovely anniversary celebration. Thank you, Mohammed, for your wonderful hospitality and for making our special day memorable!

We had a wonderful experience with the night shift team. From the moment we entered the lobby, Jeelani gave us a very warm and genuine welcome. He was friendly, attentive, and personally escorted us to our room, making us feel comfortable throughout the process. Zeshan made our check-in very smooth and took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally, which was truly appreciated. At the time of departure, Manjira ensured a quick and hassle-free check-out and explained all the necessary details in a very polite manner. Overall, the service and hospitality from the team were excellent. We truly loved the experience and would definitely love to visit again because of the wonderful service provided by these amazing team members!

We had a wonderful experience with the Concierge team. All three gentlemen were excellent and always ensured that our pick-up and drop arrangements were on time and handled smoothly. A special mention to Jeelani for his very friendly and approachable nature. He made us feel so comfortable that it never felt like we were simply speaking to a hotel staff member. After coming back from the office, my friends and I would often spend 5–6 minutes casually talking with him about our day and work. These small conversations made us feel very welcomed and created a genuine connection. That friendly nature and personal touch is what really made Jeelani stand out. Overall, the Concierge team was excellent, and we would definitely love to visit again.

Room 409 – Mr. Vyas | Standard Chartered I was staying at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road for a couple of days and took an Uber to the airport. Bangalore traffic was really bad, and I got delayed. When I reached security, I realised my boarding gate was already closed. I still had to clear security, so I was almost sure I had missed my flight. ✈️ I called the Travel Desk and luckily got connected with Jeelani. I explained the situation, and he just told me, “Give me 5 minutes, I’ll call you back.” After a few minutes, I suddenly heard the final announcement with my name for boarding! ✈️ I was honestly so happy and relieved. I still don’t know how Jeelani managed it or whom he contacted, but he really made it happen. Thank you so much, Jeelani, from the bottom of my heart! 🙏🏻 You really went out of your way to help me. I will definitely recommend Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road to my friends, family, and colleagues at Standard Chartered. ⭐

Overall facility,hospitality is very good. I would recommend this grand place near to some IT park as well as city touch. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

Binod has done Excellent housekeeping service. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

The location is good because there’s a really good view. I like the atmosphere because it’s very fancy and authentic. The rooms are nice because they’re very large, clean, and comfortable. There’s a lot of nice snacks to eat which feels like they’re worth the value. There’s very less noise which I like. The service is also great because the workers are always coming to check on you whenever you need something.

Hotel stay is awesome however Tariq from gym stands out .. he really help guide your workout and is super friendly!

The stay at Radisson Blu was a wonderful experience, the staff were very nice and polite, the rooms were spacious and the view was very nice. My room was taken care of by Madurima and she did a great job everytime. I recommend this place if you ever need to stay near Marathahalli.

Great experience and pleasurable stay overall. competent and friendly staff, right from the congenial moustached gentleman at the front door to the housekeeping staff( Special mention - Narmada and Shivaprasad who kept my room spotless and neat) , the friendly drivers who dropped me to my office and the cheerful staff in the breakfast corner. Nice rooms too.

The hotel is located in the prime IT hub of Marathahalli. The room are clean but a bit dated. Nabin my housekeeper took care of the room and was spick and span every evening when I was back from work. I recommend Radisson

Ashish Chakrobhorty in house keeping did good job cleaning the room. Hotel location is good, food (including breast spread) is good. Overall stiff behavior was good. I asked little Kate checkout which they accommodated but they also pinged us multiple time to check the time - which I think was little annoying. Other than that our experience overall was good.

II stayed here for two weeks, and it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. A special thanks to Eva and Milan from the housekeeping team for their excellent work. They were attentive, professional, and ensured everything was spotless every day. Their efforts made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Had great experience staying here. The service staff made it a really pleasant stay. I stayed for 14 days and there isnt a single complaint I have. Milan and Eva were great specifically. Kept the room clean, adressed issues when it arose.

Clean, comfortable bed and linen . Since the breakfast was very similar all days I had asked for Appam and chickens stew and the chef prepared tasty portions for me. Much appreciate the effort

Breakfast did have a lot of items but highly repetitive and average tasting. On one of the days they had beetroot halwa however that was too sweet.

I stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it a relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including both continental and regional dishes, and everything was well prepared. Overall, I had a great time and would be happy to stay here again.

Great 4 nights stay at Radisson Blu outer ring road bangalore. Mr Salman from the fruit/juice counter is amazing, and goes above and beyond with ensuring to give the most pleasant breakfast experience to guests. Great breakfast spread, tasty food - specially the indian desserts, pongal and amazing filter coffee, very comfortable bed and shower. I always love my stay in various Radisson Blu properties, my past favourite being their Guwahati hotel. The food at Saffron was very slow even when there were no other guests. The music there was not good, that can be improved. Overall good stay, will return back.

​I would like to share my positive experience with Mohammed Jeelani. His level of service in the concierge department has been outstanding. He is professional, helpful, and exceptionally efficient.

Everything was very nice and top level. One thing that can be improved is the amenities specially the shaving kit which needs upgrade

The service at Radisson is top notch. Policies are little too rigid and they catch you little uninformed but hospitallity makes up for it. Zeeshan and Kishore served us at business lounge - very humble, very polite.

I recently had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Bangalore. The property itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but what truly made this trip memorable was the outstanding hospitality. I had a really enjoyable stay at the Radisson Outer Ring Road in Bangalore. I was there for around two weeks and found the hotel clean, comfortable and very well looked after. The staff were excellent throughout. Reception were always helpful, housekeeping did a great job every day, and the restaurant team were very friendly and attentive. A special mention to Josh, who made my breakfast experience amazing every day. It was a small touch, but it made a real difference to the stay. The food was very good overall, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, were also very nice. The location worked very well for me too. Overall, a splendid stay and I would be very happy to stay here again.
