• Outstanding cleaning service and a very clean room in general. • Warm wooden floor in the room.

• Breakfast wasn't very good. Undercooked omelette, dried up paratha. For some reason, staff wouldn't let guests use the coffee machine and would insist on bringing the coffee themselves, which took them forever.

Convenient location - walking distance from EcoWorld. Courteous staff - Mr Jagadish was very helpful all throughout my stay. Nice breakfast. My room was spacious and functional - no issues.

Liked the Proximity to most of the office campus , hospitality, room service and cleanliness. Delicious breakfast buffet served is a big plus. ambiance of common space was cozy too.

Rooms are small, specially when they’re selling it for families. They should not sell their rooms with 2 double beds as suitable for family of 4. It is too small for more than 2 people.

Very nice hotel , conveniently located close to a large business area, which makes it ideal for business travellers. Breakfast is really good , huge choice makes it suitable for any type of traveller, service is very high quality, even sometimes a bit too much. The hotel staff is very friendly and very professional , and are ready to deal with any situation. Special thanks to Manan Dua who resolved my problem with speed and grace. Room was nice and spacious, air conditioning works at all times. Lack of oxigen is however a generic problem for this hotel types (windows are blocked for opening, the room cannot be aired, and the influx of the oxigen via ventillation sometimes feels as insufficient). But otherwise - a great experience, would choose it again in case of possible next trips.

That was my second stay in the hotel, and I noticed a few changes not for the best: e.g. nespresso coffee machines were removed from the rooms, no bathrobe was provided. Food menu choice (room service and menu in the restaurant) is rather limited for European dishes, which is of course understable for India

The hotel is based just 15 mins walk from our offices, making it an ideal location. We walk, as getting a taxi, from somewhere so close to the office is a nightmare. Been coming here for a few years, it’s beginning to show its age in some places and the rooms are getting to the point of needing freshening up. The bar and restaurant by the pool is a lovely relaxing space after a hard day. The pool is shared with the IBIS next door. The buffet on the ground floor always has a good selection, which regularly changes items in and out. Ideal hotel for business, but location isn’t a tourist area.

Pathetic excuse for a hotel. This property seems to be exploiting its location advantage since it’s close to major office hubs, especially given how chaotic Bangalore traffic can be. Unfortunately, beyond the location, there is very little that justifies the price they charge. The staff is shockingly undertrained and inexperienced. Honestly, most of the front desk team would struggle to meet the service standards expected even at an average 3-star hotel. The lack of professionalism and competence is very noticeable from the moment you check in. The rooms are small, cramped, and poorly maintained — definitely nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel charging premium rates. The breakfast buffet is equally disappointing, with limited variety and very average quality. My biggest issue was the front desk staff. For a so-called 5-star hotel charging nearly $200 per night, the service standards are embarrassingly poor. It genuinely feels like someone is running a scam by charging luxury hotel prices for a subpar, badly maintained property with service levels far below acceptable standards. Overall, this hotel survives purely because of its location, not because of its quality, service, or hospitality.
