BLUESEA Gran Playa

Muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación amplia. El personal muy agradable, especialmente los chicos de animación y el bar de la piscina. Tienen taquillas de pago para dejar las maletas y una ducha de cortesía. También está genial que puedas hacer uso del todo incluido en cuanto llegas y durante todo el día del check out.

Necesita algo de mantenimiento, había una gotera en el baño (del tejado ya que estábamos en la ultima planta). Hacia falta más variedad en las comidas

En primer lugar te sientes extranjero, yo pensaba que habia salido de España, los horarios de las comidas, las animaciones del hotel, la musica. Me senti bastante fuera de lugar. El hotel es bastante antiguo, creo que la limpieza es bastante mejorable. En el bufet vi una cucaracha en la zona de la cocina que tienen para hacer la plancha.

Розташування чудове, до моря 5 хв, пляж широкий, море дуже тепле, вода смарагдова. Сніданки однотипні, обіди та вечері різні, в цілому все дуже смачно. Напої безлімітні. На барі робити коктейлі за 7 євро не вміють, безлімітні лише коктейль з двох напоїв, наприклад, блу куросао і спрайт, водка та апел. сік, так сказати неповноцінні. Пиво смачне, кава таке собі, можна пити, три вида вина, все безлімітне. Басейни на території кілька штук.

Таракашки маленькі, але є. Мурашки в апараті, що наливає колу та спрайт. Кондер дує слабо.

La habitación por dentro estaba en buen estado. Aunque nos dieron una que no tenía cocina y la habíamos seleccionado con ella.

Las instalaciones son nefastas. Muy mal cuidado, las zonas comunes sucias y descuidadas. La piscina una parte estaba rota y sucia.

L’emplacement était parfait, pas très loin de la plage et proche commerces et restaurants. L’hôtel en lui même était magnifique que ce soit les extérieurs avec la piscines, le bar, les espaces jeux ou même le hall ainsi que la zone restauration.

Il n’y a rien que nous n’avons pas aimé c’était un séjour parfait.

Our suite was clean, with new towels and bedding change daily. Bar service is great with unlimited beer (San Miguel), local spirits, and soft drinks in the All Inclusive. We enjoyed the pool area, which has 2 pools and free sunbeds.

The main negative for us was the dining. Breakfast was ok, but lunch and dinner had very limited options and they were not appetizing. Dining hall equipment is run down and dirty, chairs are uncomfortable. Additionally, they a store a huge outdoors garbage bin in the dining hall where staff loads the trash. We found it distasteful and careless. Although rooms are clean, they show signs of use and you meet some bugs that are present in Mallorca. Shower and tap water pressure was poor and water tempreature was fluctuating.

A comida era um pouco repetitiva e encontramos loiça e toalhas com alguma sujidade.

Everything was exceptional!! We didn’t had all breakfast lunch or dinner all the time, we skipped and went outside to try other things. So the food for us was good because it didn’t felt like the same thing everyday! The location is top, facilities amazing!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, only the man at the bar (Pepe de pig) super unfriendly and very unprofessional! He seems to be the spoiled tomato in the bunch!! Everything else was amazing!! The apartments are super convenient!!

El fancoil de la habitación hacía un ruido escandaloso, el minibar no enfriaba y cuando lo comenté me dijeron que era para mantener no para enfriar. En la piscina había varias zonas con grietas y una columna frente al bar agrietada y con un hierro oxidado…

Hotel très en-dessous du standing attendu Cuisine peu variée et sans goût, adaptée aux anglais et allemands, pas pour les français (pates, frites, pizzas, gelées), 1 fois des sushis et 1 fois de la charcuterie et du fromage. Sinon de la cantine basique et sans insipide. Niveau propreté le ménage est fait en surface (1 cafard vu dans le restaurant et ramassé par le personnel), petites bêtes dans la salle de bain. Barillet de la porte cassé par le personnel puis réparé grossièrement et nettoyage non fait. Vaisselle sale avec des traces. Eau non potable au robinet. Litterie peu confortable, lits simples affaissés. Animations des soirées plus que basiques (bingo et karaoké), musiques fortes jusque 23h. En tout inclus pas de cocktails compris. Je ne recommanderai pas du tout autour de moi.

Las instalaciones muy correctas, estupenda piscina, excelente ubicación, buffet muy variado y buena calidad (sobre todo la fruta y hortalizas), muy limpio y personal muy amable.

LA MUSICA!!!! Durante todo el dia y muy alta. En lugar de encontrar relax, era una fuente de stress. Las animaciones, sobre todo el club infantil no cumplieron las expectativas.

Los apartamentos estaban bien y tranquilos

Aunque las instalaciones estuvieran bien, el servicio del todo incluido dejaba mucho que desear: hubo días que cenamos sin pan porque no había, faltaban cosas y no las reponían….El personal no dejaba de trabajar pero se necesita más para cubrir las necesidades del usuario y para eso hay que gastar desde dirección más dinero haciendo más contratos y dejar de ser ambiciosos. Muy mal

Très mauvaise expérience, hôtel à éviter Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel avec notre fille de 2 ans et avons malheureusement rencontré de nombreux problèmes. Le plus grave reste la présence répétée de cafards dans notre chambre et dans la salle de bain. Nous avons immédiatement alerté la réception. Le personnel est venu constater le problème, a pulvérisé de l’insecticide et installé des pièges. Nous avons accepté cette intervention. Il nous avait été indiqué que les pièges seraient vérifiés et changés chaque jour afin de suivre la situation, mais cela n’a été fait qu’une seule fois. Aucun suivi n’a ensuite été effectué, alors que des cafards continuaient à apparaître, et nous avons encore pu les photographier les jours suivants. Le ménage est également fait de manière très approximative, ce qui est particulièrement décevant compte tenu du problème d’hygiène que nous avions déjà signalé. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais l’hôtel nous a indiqué être complet. Avec une enfant de 2 ans, devoir continuer à dormir dans une chambre où des cafards sont toujours présents est particulièrement inquiétant, notamment avec la crainte de ramener des nuisibles dans nos bagages. Et les problèmes ne s’arrêtent pas là : le lavabo se bouche régulièrement, la porte du balcon ne se verrouille pas correctement, ce qui pose un vrai problème de sécurité avec un jeune enfant, le fauteuil est cassé et les lits sont très creux et inconfortables, provoquant des douleurs au dos. Nous avions également constaté la présence de fourmis dans la chambre. Nous avons signalé tous ces problèmes à plusieurs reprises et avons coopéré avec le personnel. Nous avons également contacté Booking afin qu’une solution soit trouvée. Ce qui nous a particulièrement choqués est l’absence totale de suivi de la part de la direction. Booking a sollicité l’établissement à plusieurs reprises, mais l’hôtel n’a jamais répondu à Booking.

Ci è piaciuto davvero tantissimo tutto, dalla pulizia dell’hotel, alla sua posizione all’accoglienza calorosa dello staff. Tutti davvero gentili e disponibili. I letti venivano rifatti tutti i giorni e gli asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente. Siamo davvero contenti di avere passato le nostre 11 notti presso questo hotel meraviglioso e lo consigliamo davvero a tutti. La sua posizione è ottima ed è vicinissimo al mare. Ed e anche ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.

The rooms weren’t cleaned every day, and the standard of cleaning was poor; in fact, it felt as though nothing was changed at all apart from the bed linen, and I sometimes had to go and ask the staff for towels myself. There was a constant shortage of clean crockery in the dining room, and even when they did bring clean crockery, it was very -very poorly washed. The tables weren’t wiped down properly after previous guests either, so I wasn’t at all satisfied with the staff. As for the food, I would have liked it to be tastier – not so much the variety, but the way it was prepared.

Im Restaurant sollte man dringend auf die Sauberkeit achten. In den Ecken Spinnenweben, dadurch fühlt man sich schnell unwohl. Das ist sehr schade. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war ok - allerdings sind dringend ein paar Wartungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Die Türzarge ist halb abgeflogen. Das Hotel ist einfach schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist nicht aufmerksam.

Rezervirali smo dvije sobe i jedan apartman. Nitko, niti hotel, niti Booking nas nije upozorio da je apartman u drugoj zgradi iz koje smo morali hodati na doručak, ručak ili večeru. Piće na šanku. Udaljenost je 150 m. Pa kad god u hotel pa nazad. Kao dvije lude.

Das Schlafzimmer war ganz ok ausser ein Bett viel Geräuch gemaacht als man sich draufgelegt hat Die Servierer männliche waren sehr net an der Bar die weiblichen etwas weniger Das Essen war ganz gut nur die Snacks nicht ich war schon in einigen Hotels in der gleichen Preisklasse da haben Sie verschiedene frische Snacks gemacht z.b Pfannkuchen , verschiedene Sorten Eis und vieles mehr und alles im All-inclusive ohne Aufpreis erhalten .

Die Leute an der Rezeption vielleicht lag es daran dass ich kein spanich oder englich kann aber ich denke das in einem solchen Hotel man mehrsprachig sein sollte es kommen ja nicht nur Personnen die englich oder spanich sprechen. Bei unserer Ankunft hat man uns die Karten mit den Zimmernummern sowie ein papier mit den Essenszeiten und das wars Und wenn ich mal was versucht habe zu fragen waren die meisten da sehr unfreundlich den Fitnessraum haben wir erst am Tag unserer Abreise gefunden wo ich der Meinung bin dass man vom ersten tag an alles gesagt bekommen sollte wo was ist nicht nur die zimmerzummer und die Essenszeiten.

Rooms are great. Cleaners are excellent, cannot fault them. Air con worked well. Entertainment is poor and the food was terrible (photos of buffet). Can’t fault the effort of the staff but they must be rushed because they were incredibly loud in the dining room, smashing plates etc. Did not get our moneys worth of the all inclusive experience, would be good to offer self catering options. The bar served minimal offers of drinks on the all inclusive package. Great location, close to amenities as you will probably be going out a lot for food and drink.

Llegamos el primer día por la noche, cuando nos fuimos a dormir, destapamos las camas y estaban las sábanas sucias, buscamos el número de recepción en google porque en la información que nos dieron en un papel no aparece ningún número y solicitamos el cambio de sábanas, el recepcionista subió a darnos las sábanas y nos la tuvimos que cambiar nosotros en lo que vimos como estaba el colchón y era una asquerosidad, todo sucio y con manchas grandes, en los contenedores los hay mejores, cuando la cambiamos resulta que las que nos han dado también están un poco sucias pero decidimos dormir encima de la colcha y a la mañana siguiente pedimos porfavor que nos pusieran unas limpias. La comida es pésima, siempre lo mismo, arroz, pasta, patatas fritas y lechuga ni unos filetes ni nada, en el desayuno igual, huevos fritos, 2/3 dulces y pan para desayuno, ni tortitas ni colacao… En cuanto al todo incluido no hay nada incluido, pides un café a la tarde y teniendo al lado la cafetera de cafetería te dan uno de máquina que está asqueroso que sabe a agua, te incluye también un snack que no hay absolutamente nada, pan de molde, lechuga, tomate a rodajas, queso en lonchas y jamón york, ni bollería ni fruta ni alguna hamburguesa ni perrito, además que lo que ponen es lo que hay, no reponen nada. Tuvimos que cenar un día fuera en un restaurante, habiendo pagado el todo incluido para cenar bien un dia En fin una experiencia pésima, menos mal que estuvimos recorriendo calas y demás porque todo fatal. Este hotel tendría que tener 1 estrella máximo

Just got back from a week here. Arrived around 8pm so was in time for some food from the restaurant. I was expecting anything brilliant and it wasn’t but it is what it is 3 * so guys just remember this when booking as people seem to think it’s gonna be amazing lol… We hate in a few times to safe on money obviously but they was always a few different options but you wouldn’t eat in there every night, if you went into the restaurant late breakfast / dinner they seem to run out of plates and cups and some was dirty, breakfast wasn’t great but if you like eggs like me you’ll be fine. There’s no chef making omelettes or crepes which I know people like lol… Room was ok we had a junior suite and for some reason they gave us top floor with a toddler. Room was big enough and clean ish with a few 🐜 until I got rid myself. Air con was terrible so had some terrible nights sleep, and the water pressure on the tap and shower was atrocious and the shower would go hot and cold. Cleaner was ok but never removed old cups of coffee which I thought was strange. So the pool is alright there two in this hotel and one in the apartments across the road which I never visited, but the sunbed situation is be up for 8ish and I reckon it was around 8.20 before you could go in and get some beds and u never had a issue getting one I mean I’ve stopped places before where people are out at 6-7 getting them. It also could do with a deep clean the pool it’s was green all around the plastic grates and very slipper round the boundary and they was also a bad trip which a fair few people fell over and it was a raised long drain running across the front of the pool. The all inclusive is terrible for kids as well there’s zero ice cream during the day unless you pay or anything else snack wise for them, theres a tiny portion of the restaurant open at the back which as spag Bol every day few chips and ham and cheese with a drinks machine but thats it. Never stayed in for whatever the entertainment was but I don’t think they was anything decent I think maybe bingo and karaoke. Location of the hotel was sound tho not far to beach and shops and supermarket. Beach is beautiful but you need to go a little further up not opp Burger King. I you could be bothered Cala Millor is better which is next town up I think 25min walk of 5 mins in car more for kids and loads more shops bars and restaurants. I wouldn’t return to this hotel but i would to Sa coma area but pay extra for a 4* I did speak to someone who’d been before in 2023 and he said he couldn’t believe how downhill it had gone. Said it had all sorts going on and also had ice creams and that on offer all day so maybe it’s new owners who knows.

Very honest review. Good points and bad really. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to the shops and beautiful beach. Staff were lovely, helpful and kind. We had daily fresh towels and room tidied each day. Nowhere near enough sun loungers, some days having to just sit on a plastic chair. Management need to rethink evening entertainment, basically the guests are the entertainment as it’s very reliant on audience participation, however the entertainment team do try their very best with what they have ( a stage, microphone, music n bingo). Food was ok but repetitive, on day one the puddings will be the same as every night. Food wasn’t to our taste but I suppose you can’t please everyone and I noticed some people seemed happy. The snack bar is a joke, only thing I witnessed was cheese squares, a square of processed ham, salad and bread, one day I did notice some pasta. I would advise against using the ONE communal shower should you need it on your last day, filthy and mouldy (as seen in last photo)it’s in a type of basement with no air con and people just have to wait their turn! Also if you store your suitcase in a locker in your last day ( because you don’t get a private secure area) it costs money and if you open it once, you pay again. If you like making a tea or coffee in your room you pay a deposit for the kettle then a small daily charge. On a positive note, our room was lovely, staff lovely, location lovely, please visit the safari and have a boat trip, it made our holiday extra special.

The pools and the pool area were nice.

Staff were not very happy. Not sure why but it seemed like they were just there to make money and go home. Staff in the dining area were very noisy. Bar staff were impatient. Front desk staff not very accommodating even though I don't believe we asked for a lot.

Es la segunda vez que vamos a Mallorca y nos ha encantado este hotel. El buffet estaba genial, y el chef nos recomendaba opciones, así que la experiencia fue mejor si cabe. Todo el personal, incluida la limpiadora, fueron súper amables y estuvieron atentos en toda nuestra estancia. Nos hemos sentido como en casa ☺️. ¡Volveremos!

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. We had a Junior suite which overlooked the swimming pools. The suite was really comfortable and had everything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We were all inclusive and there was a good choice of food. The location was amazing and a short walk from the sandy beach. The sea was very clean and so was the beach. The market on a Wednesday evening was very impressive. I would return!!

Last minute short break, expectations weren't high, arrived after midnight, male reception staff was not helpful at all, room was fine, cleaned daily, fridge in room didn't cool anything, food was poor, we chose to eat out, dining room could do with a good deep clean, no sun beds by 9am, towels on beds for most of the day, no refreshments for people who arrive during the night, unfortunately I would not recommend or return. Sa coma is a lovely place to visit, beach is lovely and plenty of shops and places to eat.

Calidad precio acorde, es un tres estrella barato, ofrece servicios acorde a ello. Me gustó que todos los días limpian las habitaciones, la piscina aunque pone que es hasta las 19h puedes seguir usándola. La comida bien, nada especial ni pésima.

A mejorar: yo lo llamaría pensión completa con las bebidas incluidas porque los snack eran pésimos: pan de molde, jamón York, queso, mantequilla, lechuga, tomate, fruta y algunas veces algo de bollería. La limpieza de la vajilla, aunque la lavaban alguna venía con resto de comida. El kids club solo de 10h a 11:30, una al habitación donde hace muchísima calor y si es menor de 12 años tiene que estar un adulto con ellos…

You don’t go hungry breakfast lovely lunch and dinner could have been better and food a little hotter but average you wouldn’t go hungry at all .

Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber, auch das Essen ist gut gewesen, nicht wie andere Bewertungen schreiben. Es ist ganz normales Essen, aber sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Poolanlage ist auch immer sauber gewesen. Die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Strand!

We booked this all inclusive hotel after reading the reviews, we wanted somewhere where there wasn’t a sun bed war, how wrong those reviews were! Even though there were notices to say towels would be removed after 30 mins by the lifeguard, that never happened. Our room was a junior suite on the sixth floor, clean, quiet . No kettle but small fridge and the AC worked. Entertainment needs to be improved, very limited. There’s an outdoor stage so be aware as rooms directly above it. Bingo must evenings with live music twice a week Beach is 5 mins away and nice promenade to stroll along in the evenings Food is below par I’m afraid. Choice is limited. The best bit about our 4 night stay was the third pool around the apartment block and the weather! Yes, it’s across the road but they do have soft drinks on tap. It was great, quiet, the pool was warm and the surrounding area was clean and tidy. I would not go back and feel they do need to improve in certain areas

I rarely write reviews, but I booked this hotel based on other people’s reviews, so I thought I’d return the favour and hopefully help someone else make their decision. Overall: 8/10 – Great value for money The resort – Sa Coma ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sa Coma is an amazing, family-friendly resort. The beach is beautiful with soft sand, although there were some areas with algae while we were there. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We were also lucky enough to visit during the town’s annual week-long celebration. Every evening there were performances by the stage near the beach, including dance shows, orchestras and theatre performances with fire effects, which created a fantastic atmosphere. There’s also plenty to do nearby, including: * Boat tours * Visiting the caves * Paragliding * Walking to the nearby castle We never ran out of things to do. Hotel 📍 Location – 10/10 The location couldn’t have been better. * Around a 5-minute walk to the beach. * Just 2 minutes to the main road with restaurants, bars and shops. We stayed in one of the apartments, so I can’t comment on the rooms in the main hotel building. The pool by the apartments was fantastic. It never felt overcrowded, there were always plenty of free sunbeds and lots of space to relax. The only downside was that the pool bar at this pool didn’t serve alcoholic drinks. One suggestion for the hotel would be to have the apartment complex entry and exit gates operated by room cards, as this would prevent passers-by from entering the hotel grounds. 🧹 Cleanliness – 9/10 Our apartment was spotless and very well maintained. The dining area was generally clean, but during busy meal times it would be helpful if a member of staff regularly checked for spills and cleared them up more quickly. The pool toilets could also be cleaned more frequently. With so many people using them throughout the day, especially after swimming, it’s understandable they get messy quite quickly. One broken table by the pool bar remained there for the entire duration of our stay, which was a little disappointing. 🍽️ Food – 8/10 There was a great selection of food at every meal, and we always found something we enjoyed. It was excellent value for money. The only criticism is that some items became repetitive throughout the week, particularly the desserts, croissants and fruit selection. Overall, the quality and variety were still very good. 🎭 Entertainment – 6/10 During the day there were activities such as handball and aerobics. In the evenings there was: * Bingo on most nights (paid to participate, with prizes including cash or champagne). * Karaoke. * Live music (personally not my taste, as it was aimed more at an older audience). * Interactive games, which were good fun, although it would have been nice if the winners received a small prize. One day there was a 360° camera experience, which was a brilliant idea. However, it wasn’t advertised very well—we only discovered it by chance while walking to dinner. The biggest disappointment for us was the lack of entertainment for younger children. There wasn’t a children’s disco or any interactive singing and dancing sessions, which would have been easy to organise with such a friendly and enthusiastic entertainment team. Final thoughts Overall, we had a lovely holiday and felt the hotel offered great value for money. The fantastic location, clean apartments and excellent pool area far outweighed the few negatives. If you’re looking for a well-located, family-friendly hotel in a beautiful resort without paying premium prices, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Overall it was okay. Hotel and pools clean, food was okay just could do with more variety, especially as there’s space in the restaurant to add more and just not used. Room decent size. All inclusive is a push though. Paid extra for a safe, paid for a locker to store suitcase on last day, cocktails paid for, none included at all, ice cream paid for, none included. Nice shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely beach 5 min walk away. Staff pleasant. Arrived at 3am and no water or anything in the room which was disappointing after a long travel night. Wouldn’t return but did the job as a last minute get away

Location excellent, staff very friendly. Animation team are very good. Room cleaned everyday , fresh towels etc. Pool area is good. Downsides, ants in room particularly on sink area, and in the main dining room, food is quite poor, we aren't fussy eaters but overall the choices aren't great or hot. We ate out more than we did in. Alcohol is very watered down. Overall we made the most of it, met some lovely people but we we probably wouldn't return.

На сайті готель заявлений як тризірковий, але, на мою думку, він ледь відповідає рівню двох зірок. На жаль, відпочинок залишив більше розчарування, ніж приємних вражень. Особливо хочу звернути увагу на систему «Все включено», яка, на мою думку, дуже перебільшена. Рушники для користування шезлонгами є платними — за них потрібно не лише залишати заставу, а й окремо оплачувати їх використання. Крім того, за користування сейфом і навіть чайником також необхідно окремо платити та залишати депозит. На сайті при цьому не зазначено, що спа-послуги також є платними. Окремо про снек-бар. Назвати його снек-баром дуже складно. Фактично там пропонують їжу, яка залишилася після сніданку. Під час заселення на рецепції навіть не пояснили, де знаходяться снек-бар та спа-зона. Прибирання номерів проводилося щодня, але його якість залишає бажати кращого. Були дні, коли використані рушники, залишені в умивальнику для заміни, просто складали назад, ніби вони чисті. Душова кабіна та умивальник за весь період проживання належним чином не милися. Крім того, тричі зустрічали тарганів у туалеті. Найбільше розчарування — це так званий «ресторан», який правильніше було б назвати звичайною їдальнею. Санітарний стан там просто шокує. Офіціанти прибирають столи без рукавичок, після чого одразу торкаються чистого посуду та продуктів. Особисто стала свідком ситуації, коли після відвідувачів на столі залишився багет. Офіціантка взяла його руками, якими щойно витирала брудний стіл ганчіркою, і повернула назад на стіл із хлібом для інших гостей. Це абсолютно неприпустимо. Після такого виникають великі сумніви щодо дотримання елементарних санітарних норм. Персонал неуважний до гостей. Якщо немає вільного столу, ніхто не пропонує допомогу, не прибирає його вчасно і не сервірує, поки сам не звернешся. Складається враження повного ігнорування відвідувачів. Під час прибирання крихти зі столів просто змітають на підлогу. Через це вони залишаються на стільцях, і гостям доводиться самостійно їх очищати.

Positives : Hotel was very clean, pools clean, rooms cleaned daily, cleaning staff lovely , weather very hot. Negatives: upon arrival the man just didn’t seem to be bothered at all we arrived at 12 midnight and it seem like it was to much of a bother for him, didn’t tell us a thing apart from where our room was. Breakfast was the same everyday which was ok ish, Snack bar was either fish or spaghetti and a tomato sauce . Bread ( stale ) and cheese or ham . Evening meals were aweful ( fish night one night followed by fish dishes most nights , sushi swordfish in batter mussels in some sauce. If you like this then that’s great if not you’ve got chips or spaghetti and tomato sauce. There was a lot of meats in sauces with an assortment of vegetables mixed through, if you have picking eaters this will be a problem as there was only 1 night that had chicken nuggets on. After day 2 of our week long holiday we ate out for lunch and dinner. Also you have to pay for ice creams there not included in the all inclusive. Just down the road there’s an incredible restaurant la casita ( not open on a Thursday ) a bit further down a gorgeous kebab shop and if you go to the beach which is a 9 minute walk, then head to the restaurant by the hut it’s incredible, steak was huge and superb. Smoothies are also a must try . All in all the hotel was fab just not the food but still had a great time. Also take towels as there not given for the loungers unless you pay.

The apartment block was really nice, it was spotless and the aircon was lovely it worked really well. The food was ok, mostly all ways found something to eat, and it was constantly being replaced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a little bit of entertainment, could have been better, but the boys tried hard. Never had to worry about a sunbed, but it did start getting a little busier just as we left. Area was quiet quiet , not a lot going on. All in all it was a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely go back.

A három csillag reális, annyit ér, ár érték arányban megfelelő. Nyilván sokkal színvonalasabb helyek is vannak, de sokkal magasabb áron. A személyzet kedves, illedelmes, és segítőkész. Az ágy kényelmes, az ágynemű tiszta. Légkondicionálás jó, nálunk nem volt hangos. Minden problémára egyből reagálnak. Ingyenes parkolás az utcán. A tengerpart közel van, és teljesen jó. A keleti oldal bérelt autóval kényelmesen bebarangolható. Kijelentkezés után maradhattunk még a medencénél, és igénybe vehettük a szolgáltatásokat.

Az étel sokféle és változatos, kb fele finom, ízletes, a többi nagyon gyenge minőségű, de minden nap tudtunk mit enni. A desszert és kávé viszont borzasztó, egyszer sem tudtam sütit választani, mind mű. És sajnos valóban igaz, hogy koszosak a poharak csészék tányérok evőeszközök. Figyelni kellett hogy tisztát vegyek ki. Személy szerint engem egyedül ez zavart, attóll, hogy nem a legújabb sem az épület, sem a bútorok, el tudok tekinteni, de az étkészlet legyen tiszta, nagyon sokat dobna az összképen. Étkezések közötti snack nulla. És az animátorok, hááát, bohócot csinálnak magukból, inkább egyszerű, mint minőségi programok, de ez nem akkora csalódás. Összességében ennyi pénzért ezt vártam, mindent összevetve jól éreztük magunkat, magasabb minőséget hat fővel nem tudunk megengedni magunknak.

Hote ls very central to everything and short walk to the beach, which was amazing clear clean and safe. We had a room on 7th floor a suite, positives bed comfortable, very clean,large balcony, negatives very poor air-conditioning and fridge that never got cold, very confusing safe. Food was average for 3 star but snack bar very poor, breakfast was best meal. Drinks I thought the €1 cup was going to be really annoying but it wasn't and kept the hotel clean. I don't understand the no coctails included in all inclusive when all Drinks needed to make them where included. Entertainment was poor, sometimes waiting for an event that never happened, Bingo was okay but they never said what the winnings where. Entertainment team didn't really mix, only with some people,more interested in getting you to scan their q r code to give them a review which one of them told us he gets paid more if we do. Reception very helpful. The pool was lovely but some maintenance needed. On our last day we had to pay to store our luggage, we thought this was a really good idea, but as there was only two of us with 2 suitcases we had to pay for two lockers( 7€) each lockers if you where a large group/family imagine the cost. We probably wouldn't return but we don't tend to go back to same places anyway.

We stayed at Blue Sea Gran Playa as 3 ladies, and we had a wonderful holiday from start to finish. Our apartment was lovely and very spacious. The food was lovely throughout our stay, and the all-inclusive package offered plenty of tasty options. We were always able to find something we enjoyed at every meal. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the shops, making it easy to explore the local area. The staff were all friendly and attentive, with a special mention to the lady on reception, who was especially welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The entertainment team brought so much fun to the evenings. We particularly enjoyed the movie quiz, which got everyone involved and created a great atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily book this hotel again. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, well-located hotel with great food and entertainment.

Staying at the bluesea gran playa for a week all inclusive and have a great appartment only 3 min from main hotel but quiet and perfect to relax , the staff are all fantastic and work no stop from morning till late and the food is fab so much to choose from at breckfast , lunch and dinner and there always around to clear tables .. the bar staff are fab and always with a smile on there faces even when extreamly busy times , all in all the hotel and staff are 100% perfect and would highly recommend this hotel The hotel itself is only 5 min walk from the sandy beach, bars and shops all ya need at ya finger fips for that little bit of gifting for friends back home

Cítili sme sa príjemne. Trošku sme boli prekvapení, že apartmán, sa nachádzal asi minútu pešo od hotela ale malo to svoje výhody. V podstate súkromný bazén, kde chodili len ubytovaní hostia z apartmánov, takže bazén bol väčšinou prázdny a mohli sme si ho užiť naplno.

Trošku ma sklamalo, že sa podlahy len zametali a neumývali, čo pri piesočnatej pláži bolo cítiť... V každom prípade nám to dovolenku nepokazilo a užili sme si to naplno! Určite sa vrátime!

Food options were too poor, especialy at breakfast, it was very dissapointing that there were no pancakes or decent desserts. Was too hot in the main inside area, there could be at least some ventilators. Renting beach towels in all inclusive hotel was absurd. Ants in the room. Ancient and loud AC.

Nada. El personal muy agradable, las camareras encantadoras. Pero el resto mal. La cocina lo peor. No apto para celiacos, ni alérgicos. La comida mal, de batalla. Mala calidad

La comida y bebidas de mala calidad, no esperábamos que fuese tan mal. Mal para intolerantes al gluten o celiacos. Ponían platos que no estaban en la carta y la calidad mala, el desayuno inexistente, unas magdalenas, cereales y unos croissants. Para calentar no se podía porque todo la plancha y tostadora estaba contaminado... definitivamente una cadena no recomendable. Cocina y recepción enfrentados. Se pasaban la culpa los unos a otros. Sin dar solución, ya que no se necesita cantidad y la calidad podría ser algo mejor.

Los empleados... faral vivo aquí en la isla. vine con mis hijos no soy extranjera y quería desconectar el día libre con mis hijos. Les pedías algo a un empleado hablando yo en español y te responde en ingles . Los camareros del bufete le decías no ahí tazas y me mandaba a mi a q le dijera a cocina perdón.. yo no trabajo aquí. La habitación. Súper sucia tuve q pedir q le dieran un repaso podría adjuntar imagenes

Персонал дружелюбный, разрешили немного позже выехать с номера. Жили в улучшенном номере с кухней, т.к у ребенка диета и жена часто готовит ему сама. В этом отеле смогли подбирать еду в ресторане отеля, поэтому кухней не пользовались. Питание нам понравилось, было и мясо ( курица, индейка, свинина, баранина, утка), и морепродукты ( рыба , мидии, креветки) , овощи , фрукты, десерты. Ассортимент часто повторялся , но голодными никогда не были. В ресторане можно брать напитки ( холодные и горячие) , пиво, вино. В баре большой список алкоголя для тройки, который входит в олинклюзив. Жили в отдельном корпусе, номера с новым ремонтом, днём солнце не светило в окна, поэтому было нормально. До пляжа минут 10 , пляж очень хороший, мелкий песок, пологий вход, вода прозрачная. Несмотря на некоторые минусы, я бы ещё приехал.

Чистота посуды оставляет желать лучшего. Приходилось каждый раз выбирать тарелку и стакан. Реально, - это санитарная безопасность. Тоже и с полотенцами, они постиранные , но с пятнами. Шторы в номере порванные и зашитые. Сам ресторан нуждается в реновации, старые столы, стулья, вытяжки на потолке грязные. Если живёте в отдельном корпусе, то рядом с ним в баре только безалкогольные напитки. Хорошо бы было поставить и пиво. Несколько раз говорил на рецепции, что ночью ( иногда после 02:00 неадекватные пьяные бабы ( не могу их иначе назвать) ржут , орут и купаются в бассейне. Сказали, либо звонить с номера ( но телефон не работал) либо идти в основной корпус и им говорить. Кондиционер гудит, спать закрытыми окнами жарко.

Fomos para este hotel um pouco receosos por ser um 3 estrelas, mas a verdade é que a experiência superou claramente as nossas expectativas. A comida foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos da estadia. Existia uma grande variedade de pratos, sempre bem confecionados e com opções para todos os gostos. Ficámos muito agradados com a qualidade e diversidade das refeições. Outro aspeto que merece destaque é a simpatia de todos os colaboradores. Desde a receção, passando pelo bar e pelas senhoras da limpeza, todos foram extremamente atenciosos e prestáveis, contribuindo para que nos sentíssemos sempre bem recebidos. Utilizámos também o ginásio, que estava em boas condições e foi uma mais-valia durante as férias.

Como aspetos a melhorar, apenas destacaria dois pontos: A pouca pressão da água na torneira do lavatório da casa de banho, que era algo incómoda. A ocupação das espreguiçadeiras junto à piscina. Muitas permaneciam reservadas com toalhas durante horas sem ninguém as utilizar, o que dificultava encontrar lugar para quem realmente queria usufruir da piscina. Seria importante que o hotel encontrasse uma solução para esta situação.
