We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was everything we needed for these days. Very good room, quiet and large. All necessary amenities. Very good food, friendly staff.

Colazione dolce era veramente poco varia, ci voleva qualche brioche in più. Inoltre il pesce o la carne alla piastra erano troppo secchi.

Il cibo del ristorante non può essere apprezzato da un italiano, è un buffet stile internazionale. Data la presenza di tanti turisti tedeschi anche l'animazione (es. Canzoni della baby dance) si concentrava sugli stranieri ed era poco spagnola/mediterranea.

L'ambiance. Le personnel très accueillant et serviable. Le complexe très bien.

Все розміщено в різних місцях готелю. Туалету біля ресторану немає, знаходиться далеко. Було б зручніше щоб сцена була біля столиків і бару. Зубочисток немає. Просять повертати стакани після напою. Не вистачало креветок.

A simpatia de todos os funcionários foi excelente. A equipa de animação é muito boa, sempre muito simpática, disponível e bem-disposta. No geral, o ambiente do hotel é muito confortável, acolhedor e agradável. Os jardins e espaços exteriores estão muito bem cuidados e a limpeza é excelente. A piscina é também muito agradável e contribui para um ambiente muito tranquilo e descontraído.

A limpeza dos quartos é bastante básica e pouco eficiente. Na nossa opinião, seria preferível que fosse realizada com menos frequência, mas de forma mais cuidada e eficaz. A alimentação é, sem dúvida, um dos aspetos que mais poderia melhorar. Existe bastante variedade e quantidade, mas a comida é demasiado industrializada. Preferíamos menos quantidade e variedade, privilegiando uma maior qualidade e uma confeção mais natural. Os pequenos-almoços tornam-se muito repetitivos, com pouca variedade ao longo dos dias. As bebidas são maioritariamente provenientes de máquinas e sentimos falta de opções simples como leite quente, sendo necessário recorrer ao micro-ondas para o aquecer. Poderiam também disponibilizar mais opções preparadas no momento, como croissants, panquecas, entre outras. De uma forma geral, ficámos com a sensação de uma alimentação demasiado processada, quase de “plástico”. Este é, para nós, um dos principais aspetos que o hotel deveria rever e melhorar, sobretudo tendo em conta a elevada quantidade de crianças e famílias que recebe.

We enjoyed the overall architecture and vibe of the hotel. Great pool and other activities for kids. Animators were great too. Thumbs up for the kitchen for keeping all food available till the very last minute. Fish every day and a good selection of sweets. Beach towels can be rented at reception for €2. Second hand beach umbrellas available at animation office for €2. Free shuttle minibus to the beach available at certain times of the day. Parking is free in front of the hotel as well as the rest of Sa Coma.

Food quality was overalll fine given the price category but we did not like the low quality cheese and ham available at breakfast. There was tasty local cheese often at lunch and dinner.

Lo mejor sin duda es el personal que trabaja ahi, toda la animación que tiene, todos los días hay actividades tanto para los adultos como para los niños. El buffet no tiene demasiada variedad pero no se come mal. El personal del restaurante está siempre pendiente de que todo esté limpio. Los chicos de animación son encantadores. A parte del buffet tienen un pequeño snack que dan a media mañana y a media tarde, así como toda la bebida que quieras a lo largo del día.

Si tuviera que poner alguna pega seria que el apartamento tiene una pequeña cocina pero no tiene nada de menaje, aunque con el buffet tampoco ha hecho falta. Y en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación no está mal, pero sí que tiene cosillas por mejorar, igual que desperfectos que arreglar. Los horarios del buffet no son horarios para españoles, pero bueno, al final te adaptas. Pequeñas cosas que no han empañado nuestra magnífica estancia en el hotel.

W opisie hotelu animacje rozrywka -niestety animacje tylko dla dzieci i to bardzo słabe po tym zero animacji dla dorosłych . Jedzenie bardzo słabe osoby które piszą że jest duży wybór i smaczne myślę że są to osoby które były pierwszy raz na allclusiv albo jeździły do jeszcze słabszych hoteli . Jedzenie oceniam bardzo słabo . Hotel polecam tylko dla bardzo mało wymagających oraz tylko z małymi dziećmi starsze dzieci absolutnie nie mają co robić w tym hotelu

Nous avons fortement apprécié l’esprit familiale de l’établissement. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable (réception , femmes de ménages, service de cuisine, etc). Les services proposés sont simples mais suffisant pour nous. L’hôtel est propre. La cuisine reste variée même s’il manque des pancake ou gaufre au petit déjeuner. Merci à toute l’équipe

L’établissement semble avoir été repeint mais l’appartement était effectivement vieillissant (finitions apparentes). Cela ne nous empêcherait pas de revenir. Sa coma reste quand même assez calme et peu animé contrairement aux villes autour. C’est donc un bon pied à terre (qualité/prix) mais si on recherche plus d’animations vaut mieux aller à cala ratjada / millor …

Breakfast was decent, while the lunch and dinner options were very good. The hotel is conveniently located within a comfortable walking distance of the main beach. As we were driving, having free parking available next to the hotel was also a great benefit. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The beds/mattresses could benefit from an upgrade, as they were quite noisy and I could hear every movement or turn during the night. Additionally, when the air conditioning was switched on, a specific smell came from the vent, which should be investigated and cleaned.

W pokoju jak i w całym budynku jest wilgoć i śmierdzi ju jak się wchodzi do hotelu. Cała garderoba do prania po powrocie, śmierdzi stęchlizną. Barman niemily i opryskliwy, pracuje tam za karę. Nie polecam.

El personal es muy amable. La comida me pareció correcta, aunque la fruta escasa. Las habitaciones también son amplias y bien climatizadas.

El horario de las comidas podría estar más ajustado al español. La piscina tiene muy poco espacio con poca altura y se acumula todo el mundo en un mismo sitio. Las camas son algo incómodas. Quizás la habitación necesitaría una reforma

Scrivo questa recensione per segnalare un episodio gravissimo avvenuto durante il nostro soggiorno. Viaggiavamo con un bambino di 1 anno che, com'è naturale per la sua età, ha sporcato il pavimento durante la cena.La reazione di un membro dello staff è stata del tutto sproporzionata e priva di qualsiasi professionalità: siamo stati rimproverati e umiliati pubblicamente di fronte a tutti gli altri ospiti, da questa donna, che anche nei giorni successivi ha continuato a comportarsi male con noi. Per esempio appena ci alzavamo dal tavolo veniva a sbattere con tutta la sua forza il seggiolone a terra, di fronte a tutti gli altri ospiti allibiti. Un comportamento del genere è intollerabile in qualsiasi struttura ricettiva, a maggior ragione in una che si dichiara aperta alle famiglie. Servizio pessimo e totale assenza di customer care, in quanto abbiamo segnalato l’accaduto alla reception più volte e il comportamento della persona non è mai cambiato. Evidentemente trattano cosi gli ospiti. Lo trovo inaccettabile. Vacanza rovinata

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent; our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, and the pool and common areas were always kept very clean. The food was varied and satisfying, even though it was not exactly suited to our cuisine. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The regular shuttle service to the beach was also a great convenience, especially for us as a family with two children. The entertainment and activities were lively and enjoyable as well. We also really appreciated being allowed to stay at the hotel and have lunch after check-out, as our flight was in the evening. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Obsługa miła i wielojęzyczna, wspaniałe animacje zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Czyste baseny z dużą ilością leżaków. Możliwość uprawiania różnorodnych sportów np.: dart, piłka nożna, strzelanie. Pyszne jedzenie, duży wybór i codziennie coś innego. Możliwość jechania busem na plażę spod hotelu. Klimatyzacja w pokojach. Bar czynny długo i z dużym wyborem drinków. Hotel godny polecenia zarówno dla rodzin z dziećmi jak i osób bez dzieci.

- die Hellhörigkeit der Appartements. Wir konnten von 7 Nächten lediglich eine Nacht erholsam schlafen. Wenn man eine Wohnung in der mittleren Etage bewohnt, hat man verloren. Es rumpelt von 6 Uhr morgens bis 2/3 Uhr nachts.. die Geräusche sind auch wirklich so laut, dass man selbst mit Oropax nicht zum Schlaf kommt - das Essen. Alles ist frittiert, der Essensraum ist extrem laut. Man kann sich am Tisch nicht unterhalten. Die Auswahl ist an sich gut, allerdings hatten alle Mitreisenden (3 Personen) nach 3 Tagen Magen und Darm- Probleme - die Bäder auf dem Zimmern: schimmelige Fugen, extrem stinkende Toiletten. - die Pantry- Küche. Es gibt weder Tassen noch Teller noch Besteck. Ich frage mich wozu es dieseKüche gibt. - der Pool. Dauerhaft überfüllt. Liegen werden mit Handtüchern reserviert. Viel zu wenig Sonnenschirme für die Anzahl der Liegen. Deshalb hat man schon direkt morgens keine Chance mehr auf eine Liege mit Sonnenschirm, weil alles reserviert wurde

Las opciones para comer siendo celíacos son poquísimas a decir poco, y con el temor de la contaminación de gluten. Fue un viaje organizado con tiempo,solicitamos la información, al llegar allí tuvimos que apañarnos un poco con el carrefour. Siendo una enfermedad, no un capricho, se debería tomar más conciencia sobre todo cuando se pide la información con antelación

Best hotel for a family with children. The animation team is amazing. If you want, you can stay in the hotel all day without being bored. Children are amazed by the animation team. Food is excellent. There's different food almost every day. Rooms are very clean with almost daily changing of towels and sheets. The value for the money is outstanding. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Was a little sceptical after reviews before our holiday, but I must say, this was one of our best holidays. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Igazi családbarát szállás, programokkal.Az ètelek 1-2kivètellel finomak voltak,de ez ízlès dolga. Mindenki talál magának valami finomat. A szemèlyzet tagjai mind mosolygós,segítőkèsz. Az animátorok nagyon jó fejek.

Az ágyak minősègèn lehetne javítani. Gödrös volt a matrac.

Era pulita e offriva divertimento per i bambini soprattutto la baby dance la sera dove le mie bambine si sono divertite tantissimo. All inclusive era molto variegato. C’erano varie isole e c’era la cucina a vista dove ti cucinavano al momento tantissimo pesce grigliato e un paio di volte a settimana c’era la paella. Buonissima.

Comfortable clean room, with everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us.

Nothing!! It was busy around the bar area/main pool but plenty of room and sunbeds to escape for an afternoon nap around the quieter end.

Чудовий, чистий та доглянутий готель. Персонал дуже привітний і уважний. Їжа була смачна та різноманітна. Розташування також зручне — від готелю регулярно курсує автобус, який довозить прямо до моря. Напої доступні з 8:00 до 23:00. Щовечора проводилися розважальні програми, що створювали приємну атмосферу. Щиро рекомендую цей готель! Ми залишилися дуже задоволені — все було чудово!🥰

Personal animatori boli uzasni, venovali sa detom, boli rozne sutaze pre deti aj dospelych, vecer zas mini disco a program, toto bolo nad ocakavania. Izba bola pomerne cista, kazdy den upratovali. Jedlo bolo dobre bolo z coho vyberat, najviac nas prekvapilo ako je hotel zmeneny, na fotkach bola ina farba, co nebolo pekne, ale vymalovali ho na bielo, perfektne vyzera!

Izby upratovali, len sa nam nepacilo ze ked sme dali na izbu cedulku spime, aj tak tam vosli a sli vymenit uteraky. Kamaratka sa na to pytala, povedali jej, ze niekedy si ludia zabudli dat cedulku prec a neupratali a stazovali sa, tak vsetky izby upratuju, ale nemyslim si ze toto je dobre riešenie, potom clovek nema nijake sukromie, a 2x sa stalo ze nas takto upratovac zobudil. Dalsie negativum bolo ked sme- nastastie to bolo poslednu noc nasli obrovskeho svaba na izbe , behal aj po posteli. V jedalni boli casto pohare zle umyte

Нам дуже сподобалась відпустка у цьому готелі. Він перевершив мої очікування. Все було на дуже високому рівні. Весь персонал дуже привітний. Кондиціонери в номерах добре працюють,для нас це було дуже важливо. Їжа різноманітна дуже і дуже смачна. Нам нехотілося повертатись додому 😁все було якнайкраще!!! Ми повернемось знову😌

Hotel ma już niestety swoje lata. Pokoje wymagają pilnego remontu i odświeżenia. Niestety nawet przy regularnym sprzątaniu nie da się osiągnąć poczucia pełnej czystości

La atención del Personal, todos muy amables.

Food is very tasty, also a lot of different choices. Also you have transfer to the beach each 10 min. In the hotel you can rent beach towels. Washing machine is available for customer use.

Entertainment team can be more adults oriented, but still they are very nice and friendly. Not related to the hotel but beach sun beds are very expensive on nearest beach. 37 euros for two sun beds and umbrella. On the rest of the beaches in Mallorca mainly price is around 20euros.

We did check-in at 9pm and it was very smooth and straightforward, check-out was the same. The rooms were so clean and had everything we needed, lots of space for my two year old. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first but once we got a feel it was easy to navigate. The staff were so so lovely and easy going, even if they didn’t understand what we were saying, they would go the extra mile to make us comfortable and happy. A few of us had forgotten to bring our EU adapters but the hotel kindly provided them when we asked. We were all inclusive and the food variety was decent, and there was a snack bar in the evenings with was kind of the same thing every night. The hotel was only a 15 min walk from Sa Coma beach and the shops were close as well. The entertainment was good there were different things to do everyday, however I do feel that the kids club excluded younger children a bit but it wasn’t a major issue as they made up for it by holding events in the theatre which all kids could get involved with. Overall this experience was very positive, and I would happily return again.

The hotel itself wasn't bad. It's more suitable for older people or families with young children rather than younger guests. There wasn't enough entertainment, and the bar didn't offer much choice when it came to all-inclusive drinks. The food was reasonably tasty, but the selection was very limited. If they didn't have anything you liked, you would have to go to a restaurant outside the hotel to avoid going hungry. For example, breakfast was exactly the same every day, with nothing new being offered. The ham, cheese, and boiled eggs often had a sour taste, so you were basically limited to eating fried eggs and bacon. I think they should make a much greater effort when it comes to the variety and quality of the food. The bar staff were sometimes very slow, almost as if they didn't want to serve you. Every time you order a cocktail, you have to return the plastic cup afterwards, and if you don't bring it back, they ask you to return it. They also complained about people smoking cigarettes or using vapes on the outdoor terrace, which didn't make much sense to us. The reason given was that there were children staying at the hotel. We borrowed ping-pong paddles and wanted to return them at 9:25 because we were in a hurry to go somewhere. However, the staff member told us he wouldn't take them back until 9:30, which made no sense since we had to leave. It was only a five-minute difference. In a way, we found that quite rude and unhelpful.

Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la gentilezza del personale, il livello di preparazione elevato degli animatori ( tutti bravissimi), empatici ma non invadenti, la pulizia impeccabile di stanze e villaggio ( tra l'altro credo sia stato imbiancato di recente, dando un tocco più giovane e nuovo alla struttura), la calma e quiete che si respirava, la vicinanza alla parte dell'isola che amiamo di più ( sud est). In ogni caso fermandosi alla spiaggia di sa coma e a cala millor si può trovare un mare molto pulito. Per finire abbiamo apprezzato l'area piscina, tra l'altro con la presenza fissa di un bagnino.

Premetto che si sa noi italiani abbiamo un target di qualità alimentare elevato. Non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuto il cibo perché altrimenti non si spiegherebbero i kg presi 😆. I punti di forza sono stati la varietà soprattutto nelle cene, con alcune proposte diverse di sera in sera. Sicuramente sulle colazioni avremmo gradito una maggior varietà per la parte dolce magari con l'aggiunta di un paio di proposte in più ( per es. Pancake e variare la torta proposta al mattino). In ogni caso ho approfittato della proposta salata abbastanza varia. ( In aggiunta agli affettati di carne, si potrebbe inserire qualche variante di pesce, quindi insaccati si pesce o tonno).Nota negativa per le uova sode ( sapore strano) mentre punto a favore per omelette o uova al tegamino fatte al momento. Un altro aspetta che si potrebbe migliorare è la pasta che potrebbe essere più varia nei condimenti durante la settimana ( e magari cotta al momento).

It is a very good family resort. The place was good value for money, the animators are great, fun programs every day for kids. The menu was varied, including nights with Mexican, Asian or Mallorcan specifics. Rooms are cozy with big balcony and air conditioning. One can always find spots at the pool. And we were able to keep the room after checkout for 25€.

Sympatyczny hotel z pysznym jedzeniem. Cały team pracowników uśmiechnięty i chętny do pomocy. Wygodny i czysty pokój i bardzo dobre jedzenie. Codziennie inna kolacja tematyczna, produkty świeże, dobra kawa i napoje. Wieczorem atrakcje dla dzieci i dorosłych, w ciągu dnia sporo animacji a zespół animatorów pełen życia i pozytywnej energii. Do plaży można pójść spacerkiem (ok 15 min) lub zaczekać na hotelowy busik. Miejscowość i okolice bezpieczne, rodzinne i bardzo ładne. Wygodny transport lokalnymi autobusami. Plaża w Są Coma bardzo ładna, szeroka z płytkim wejściem do cudownej lazurowej wody. Polecam serdecznie

Labai draugiškas personalas. Nustebino maistas, didelių lūkesčių neturėjome, bet maistas buvo labai skanus, pasirinkimui būdavo 3-4 karšti patiekalai. Patiko, kad gėrimams naudojamos daugkartinės stiklinės, mažiau atliekų.

Kambaryje buvo mini virtuvėlė, bet nebuvo jokių indų, virdulio.

Here’s a polished review that keeps your natural, honest style: We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. This was a last-minute holiday, and we had never visited Sa Coma before. We arrived late in the evening, but the pool was beautifully lit up and made a great first impression. We also had a lovely surprise waiting in our room – a note and some treats to celebrate our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of either the room or the hotel. This is a 3-star hotel, so we weren’t expecting luxury. The room was a little dated, but the shower was powerful, we always had hot water, and the housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The food wasn’t always to our taste, but we weren’t in England, so we didn’t expect English food. There was plenty of choice at every meal, and we certainly never went hungry. The only downside for us was that water wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package. Unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks were available, but bottled water had to be purchased from a vending machine for €3 per bottle. This could be difficult for families with children, as the only free alternatives were fizzy drinks or watered-down juice from a machine. The entertainment team were fantastic and worked incredibly hard. Most of the evening entertainment was focused on children, so there wasn’t much aimed at adults, but this may suit families perfectly. Overall, we had a great holiday and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our first anniversary special.

Obědy a večeře velmi dobré, pokaždé nějaká ryba, různá masa, přílohy a saláty. Slabší snídaně (párky, salámy, sýry horší kvality, míchaná vajíčka strašný (asi z prášku nebo co to bylo), sázené vejce dobrý (z čerstvých vajec), fazole a vajíčka natvrdo a fazole - hrůza - hrozně octové), jogurty normál, ovoce každý den to samé, tak 5 druhů, ale ušlo . Dezerty a nápoje výborné. Personál a animatoři výborný :)

Měli jsme děti 1 rok, 4, 4 a 5 let a neměli si kde hrát (nějaké dětské hřiště - pískoviště, prolézačky, houpačky atd. chybělo). Takže běhaly celé dny přes Bazén super - škoda že nebyla žádná skluzavka, večerní program pro děti moc dobrý, ale pro naše děti už moc pozdě :/

We all dad the best time ever at this hotel. All the staff here work EXTREMELY hard and they all make this hotel what it is. No queuing at the bars, everything got replenished at the restaurant well. No need to get up early for loungers. Free shuttle to the beach was great. The entertainment team are outstanding, The activities round the pool in the daytime were great, I really enjoyed the aqua aerobics every morning, such good fun and great that the kids to go to kid's club at the same time, I enjoyed playing darts, water bingo, I loved the karaoke and movie quiz also. The lifeguard mohammed was excellent at watching the children in the swimming pool and it was good to see him so cheerfull and smiley. The drinks were great, the san Miguel was very strong. The room was fine apart from my bed squeeked evey time I moved. The food was of what I expected of a 3 star, sometimes a little bland, but to be expected. Kids slushies and ice-cream was good. Well done to to all the very hard working staff at this hotel

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Diana, del buffet, por su amabilidad y atención, siempre con una sonrisa y a la camarera malagueña, súper simpática y cercana, que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. Todos los trabajadores y animadores son geniales, muy simpáticos y atentos, creando un ambiente muy acogedor. El buffet está bastante bien, con buena variedad, la ubicación es perfecta y las habitaciones están muy bien, cómodas y cuidadas. Sin duda, volveremos. ¡Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable!

Really lovely place you wouldnt think it was a 3 star stayed in alot of 4* hotels and for what you get is so good for the money. Really cater for family's and couples the staff are kind and friendly. The staff really make the holiday they go above and beyond great entertainment and food would definitely come again. Keep up the great work 👍

The woman on reception took an age to check us in faffing about getting bands out then putting them away, we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready even though the place was 1/2 empty. The sergeant major in the dining room snatched a drink from my son’s hand and was very rude. The all inclusive snacks consist of 2 loaves of crusty bimbo bread and some sweaty ham and cheese. The food was crap and I was ill for 24 hours. Worst all inclusive I’ve been to and complete fun sponge staff!

Pros and cons but would come again, as only load £380pp for 5 nights. You get what you pay for, if you want 5 star and amazing food and rooms then you need to pay £1000+ pp. this is a lovely hotel for the money it’s clean. They do use plastic cups but I get that around pool area and didn’t bother me, glasses available in restaurant. Pros Hotel is nice, rooms are basic but good enough, bed comfy. El personal del restaurante muy amable, la piscina está muy bien. La comida estaba bien aunque no mucha variedad.

El personal de la recepción al llegar no nos trató muy bien ya que no habíamos puesto el bebé de 9 meses en la reserva. Supuestamente por temas del seguro nos hicieron reservar otra habitación, con descuento. Pero al principio ni querían darnos las llaves de la segunda habitación. En las habitaciones había bichos y hormigas por todas partes. El servicio de limpieza tampoco bien. Como si no hubieran limpiado. Hay vitrocerámica en la habitación, pero ni ollas o sartenes ni tampoco cubiertos.

Unfortunately, we look back very disappointed on our stay at this resort. While the staff appeared friendly, the overall experience fell far below the expectations we had for an all-inclusive holiday. The apartments are very outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The beds in particular were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which resulted in a poor night's sleep. In addition, the food was very disappointing. The buffet was often lukewarm or cold and lacked both flavor and variety. For an all-inclusive resort, we expected a much higher standard of quality. When we raised our concerns with management, the only solution offered was a different mattress. No further effort, understanding, or compensation was provided, which we found very disappointing from a customer service perspective. Considering the overall price-quality ratio, we would not recommend this resort.

Cet hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité prix et les appartements sont bien équipé. La restauration est correcte, il y a de la diversité dans les menus. La meilleure appréciation concerne le personnel qui a été adorable pendant notre séjour.

Les autres vacanciers étaient très bruyant. La piscine permet juste de se rafraîchir, pas de nager.

Położenie wśród roślin i drzew, wszystko zadbane i czyste. Bardzo fajne animacje, bus dojeżdżający do plaży był bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem. Jak na 3 * hotel było ok.

Niestety jedzenie mnie rozczarowało. Zbyt mały wybór szczególnie z dziećmi którym ciężko było coś znaleźć. Myślę że chociaż naleśniki na śniadanie uratowałyby wiele rodzin z dziećmi. Brak opisów składu jedzenia!!! Dla osób silnie uczulonych na mleko czy jajka to loteria, więc to bylo bardzo dużym minusem.

Falta de limpeza nos quartos, apanhei formigas e bichos carpinteiros. Matávamos e colocávamos a um canto, no dia seguinte após a limpeza, continuam no mesmo sítio. A casa de banho muito antiga e a nossa com um buraco no teto onde pingava água. Merecem renovação!

Obiekt oddalony jakieś 700 metrów od plaży, ale w wybrane dni tygodnia na plażę kursuje bus. Miły i pomocny personel na recepcji - bez problemu zamieniono nam pokój na inny znajdujący sie w cichszej lokalizacji. Bardzo mili i uśmiechnięci kelnerzy w restauracji. Posiłki: śniadania słabe, natomiast obiady i kolacje dobre, chociaż słabo doprawione i czasami zimne. Umeblowanie apartamentu podstawowe, mało wygodne rozjeżdzające się łóżka. Sejf w apartamencie. Ręczniki wymieniane prawie codziennie, ale ośrodek nie zapewnia ręczników plażowych. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy. Ogólnie stosunek jakości do kwoty, którą zapłaciłam jest dość dobry, ale nie pojechałabym tam ponownie.

Budynki dosyć stare, wymagające remontu. Bardzo słaba jakość sprzątania pokoi. Teren zaniedbany. Brudna podłoga i brudne stoliki przy barze (jeden stolik z odchodami ptasimi nie był zmywany przez parę dni). Brak zakazu palenia papierosów w okolicach basenu i baru. Hałas na terenie ośrodka od samego rana - sprzatanie odbywało się za pomocą dmuchawy do liści. Głośna muzyka przy barze i basenie przez cały dzień. Depozyt 10 EUR za pilota do TV ! Kubki do napojów serwowanych w barze: przy przyjeździe każdy otrzymywał plastikowy kubek, który trzeba było przynosić z sobą, aby otrzymać napój. Bardzo to było uciążliwe !! Monotonne śniadania, kiepskiej jakości drinki, słaby snack bar.

The apartment was too small to accomadate 4 people. The kids were sofa beds in the lounge area which were small & uncomfortable. The main beds themselves were no better, it was like sleeping on slabs on concrete. The snack bar options were unlike any other hotel we've stayed at & had flies crawling over it most of the time. The restaurant food was lacking choice & seemed to be the same things day after day which would have ok if the food had been hot but everything was always cold. We had cochroaches on our balcony, they were trying to get through under the main apartment door & we had a millipede on the ceiling at one point. Overall, the holiday was not great & although we tried to speak direct with management, we got nowhere. Would not be looking to go again.

We were truly delighted with our stay at this hotel. From the very first day, we felt welcome and well taken care of. The food was delicious and very diverse. Every day there was something new, and the dinners were often themed – Chinese, Mexican, etc. Everyone could find something they liked. When we arrived late at night, we were pleasantly surprised with a bag of fruit, cookies and bottled water – such a thoughtful gesture. The biggest credit goes to the staff – always smiling, kind and helpful. From the waiters to the animators and all the hotel team, everyone creates a wonderful atmosphere that makes you want to come back. The animations were fantastic, full of energy and fun. The only small downside was that they started a bit late. The hotel is clean, well maintained and very pleasant. The only minor issue is that the pool gets deep quite quickly, so parents with small children should keep an eye on them. A személyzet, az ételek, az all inclusive nagyon jó volt. Kedvesek voltak, jók voltak az animátorok. A medence is szuper volt.

A szállás nem olyan volt mint amire számítottunk. Érkezésünkkor a szobát cserélni kellett. Minket a szállodán kívül eső házban helyeztek el, így utcán kellett végig sétálni. Ez nem tetszett. Sajnos a medence 23-24 fokos volt, lehetett volna futott is a gyerekek miatt.

Sehr freundliches Personal überall & ein sehr gutes Animationsteam. Die Zimmer sind praktisch, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Aufteilung ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr gut (Richtig verschiebbare Türen, Platz, Anordnung). All-Inklusive Essen ist abwechslungsreich, aber nicht von sehr guter Qualität. Für Vegetarier gibt es fast immer eine gute Auswahl. Beanstandungen am Zimmer werden zeitnah behoben.

Dans l'espace de l'hôtel, les appartements sont très bien disposés pour donner de l'intimité à chacun. L'accueil, comme le restaurant et le bar personnel très disponibles et chaleureux. Restauration variée à chaque repas c'est top. Place pour se garer devant l'hôtel toujours de la disponibilité.. La piscine très bien entretenue et pas bondée. Proximité plage à 800m avec beaucoup de boutiques pour shopping souvenirs et autres, ce qui est très agréable comme promenade le soir car fermeture tardive. Randonnée à proximité aussi. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. In a lovely area in sa coma which is very family friendly. JJs bar and restaurant down the road is very nice for food or drinks. Food at hotel ok, served a bit too much fish in my opinion and my two girls did struggle at times but overall was ok. Room was basic but everything we needed. My only complaint would be the cleaning as our cleaner didn't clean the balcony once in the week we were there and everytime the kids went out there they would bring bits back in on there feet from the balcony not being cleaned. Overall a good stay though for the price we paid

This was our second trip to Torre Blanca of the 2025 season because the experience we had was so great we had to go twice. We were made feel so at home and welcomed we had our second trip booked when we were on the runway in Palma heading home in June. The staff are amazing and friendly from the housekeeping to management. But the icing on the cake for us was the animacion team who at the start of our first trip were strangers became friends before our departure. Location is only a ten minute walk to Sa Coma beach with a courtesy shuttle bus every ten minutes. The food is amazing catering for everyone at every meal. Bar serves a variety of drinks to cater to everyone’s desires Rooms are always cleaned are perfect for a 3 star hotel. We have already put in motion our booking for next year

Ubytovanie rodín s detmi ďalej od hlučnej časti komplexu, bazén, veľké množstvo aktivít - biliard, Ping-pong, minigolf, tenis, futbal, detske ihrisko, program pre deti s animátormi skoro každý deň, animátori tvorili zábavne aktivity pre deti a dospelých, možnosť najesť sa do 22:30 - ocenili sme pri neskorom príchode, a tiež dať si kávu ráno 5:30 pri skorom odchode.
