The pillows were dirty and probably not washed, there was a hole in the bathroom and mold. The room stank awfully and it was impossible to sleep here without open window.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026My stay here was an absolute disaster, primarily due to the appalling attitude of the receptionist and the unacceptable level of management. The guy at the front desk was not only unprofessional, but also extremely rude and arrogant. When I simply asked about room availability, he didn’t even bother checking the system and dismissively told me to “just check online.” This is hardly the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel receptionist. To make matters worse, the keycard failed repeatedly. The first card I was given was completely dead, forcing me to carry my luggage all the way back down from the top floor. Just two days later, the replacement card malfunctioned again late at night, leaving me locked out of my room. If other guests hadn’t heard me knocking and let me in, I could have ended up spending the night in the hallway. When I reported the issue to the front desk the following morning, the same staff member didn’t even offer an apology. Instead, he simply mumbled “ok, ok” and dismissed me with the same rude and disrespectful attitude. Housekeeping was also disappointing, with bed linens apparently being changed inconsistently rather than according to any clear standard or schedule. The facilities may be one thing, but the hostile and dismissive attitude at reception completely ruined my stay. Good customer service should be the bare minimum in hospitality, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Manque de permanence à la réception dans la matinée. Mon avion est arrivé à 06 heures ( heures local de Paris). Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à 07 heures. C'est à 13 heures 47 que mon check-in a été fait.

Have stayed here 4-5 times before. Hostel now decided to throw out two plastic boxes with packed lunches. Even though they were marked by date and name. Staff was ignorant about it. I could go to Lidl and buy new ones, and my loss is limited to just around 8-10 euro, But the largest loss here will be taken by the hostel. I have already stayed 3 nights in France in another hostel. So the lost out much more on business from this action already. And it will be more. Because I do not plan to come back, and I have established a new routine in another hostel! So they shouldnt have done it. I also dont recommend anyone else to stay here.

Na hotel jsem dorazil až skoro o půlnoci. Ale i tak jsem hned viděl, že pokoj je jiný než na fotkách v bookingu, stejně tak i vybavení bylo jiné než v popisu. Pokoj byl cítit zatuchlinou nebo nějaký lidským pachem, nebylo to příjemné. Na pokoji, resp. v posteli jsem vydržel asi půl hodiny, všude mne něco kousalo, patrně blechy. Měl jsme během té chvíle několik desítek kousanců. Tak jsem odešel a šel si hledat jiný hotel, nepříjemná věc po půlnoci v cizím městě. Hotel jsem následně kontaktoval emailem, ale vůbec na mé dotazy a požadavek o vrácení peněz nereagovali. Doporučuji se tomuto místu vyhnout..

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Que para ser un hostal teníamos habitación para tres y pensábamos que tendríamos que compartir. Además esta bien comunicado con metros y autobuses. El hostal no esta mal si te vas a quedar solo un par de días, por eso lo digo, es barato pero se adapta a lo q es.
El mango de la ventana estaba un poco roto y algún enchufe estaba un poco salido. El aire acondicionado estaba a tope y no lo podíamos apagar, hacia frio en la habitación y aunque teníamos mantas de sobra luego me dolía la garganta. La litera se movía mucho y los colchones se hundían un poco por el centro. Además si no ventilas la habitación huele a tubería.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Room was spacious, with a lot of space for staff, since we had a lot. Fridge in the room was small but more than enough and was working amazingly. There were also some dishes, so you can eat in the room. Table with chairs, TV and ventilator. Staff helped us to how to open the windows, because it was way better than just using ventilator. They cleaned the room daily. Transport is super close, as are some big stores.
It is super loud at night as some guests have no control and walls are thin. So bring your ear plugs!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Es war Nachts extrem laut, da es direkt an der Straße liegt. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und es gab keinen Rauchmelder im Zimmer. Mit einer heraushängenden Steckdose gibt einem das kein gutes Gefühl. Die Hygiene im Bad war quasi nicht vorhanden. Der Duschvorhang war dreckig und die Duschbrause hat glaub ich noch nie einen Entkalker gesehen. Das Spannbetttuch hatte dubiose gelbe Flecken, nicht so lecker.

Falta de higiene en todo el mobiliario en general,no cambiaron sábanas en 15 días, la nevera comunitaria pequeña,rota y estaba atestada de alimentos, importante no hay control en recepción por la noche NO HAY NADIE, en tres noches distintas durmieron tres individuos supersucios, con olor a alcohol, otro entró durmió y salió pitando.Creo qué el personal debería acompañar a los clientes al cuarto así comprobarian el estado qué están y su comportamiento con los que estamos durmiendo

no elevator and very steep stairway to my top floor room, good cleanliness level but whole interieur especially stairway needs a good brush-up, bed lamp broken

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026torno sempre in questo ostello che mi offre tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno a Parigi. Posizione ottima e devo dire che sono migliorati molto dopo le recensioni, quindi apprezzo che siano stati ricettivi e inclini a migliorare. Lo consiglio.
L'aria condizionata in camera era troppo alta, faceva freddo per dormire.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026I was put into a room with 2 gay men who were sleeping together. I was woken by them at about 11pm. They were yelling and making a lot of noise. I gathered my belongings and left the room. The man on duty down stairs kindly gave me another room which was ok

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The bed was decently comfortable and the private bathroom for a 4 person room was nice.
The stairs were hard for accessibility. The linen on my bed had stains. I was in a room as a solo female traveller with an old man. The area was somewhat dodgy, was followed by a group of men and hard to walk to main tourist destinations. If you are looking for a social place to stay definitely would not recommend.

Le fait que 3 lockers sur 4 n'étaient pas fonctionnels, y mettre un cadenas permettait quand même l'ouverture
