El hotel me cobro una tarifa de 2 estrellas y me dio un servicio de menos 10. Adjunto foto del ventilador de juguete q me dieron luego de quejarme. Ese mini ventilador para una pieza de tres personas q da al frente con sol todo el dia. Aparte de no darme respuesta por el ventilador de techo roto de mi pieza no me quisieron cambiar de pieza obligandome a no poder dormir 4 noches. No se alojen aqui no esta a la altura el hotel de poder responder por lo que cobra

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The location was good for me. The hotel has a staffed reception which seemed to be 24 hours. All the reception staff I met were pleasant and helpful.
I returned one day during my stay to find my room door left propped open and no towels in the bathroom. An oversight by the cleaning staff for which the receptionist was very apologetic. They blamed the heat-wave weather, but it should not have happened. Air conditioning would have been nice, given the hot weather.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We stayed during the severe heat wave in Paris, when temperatures reached around 40°C. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan in our room was not working, leaving us with only a small portable fan that was completely inadequate for the conditions. When we requested an additional fan, we were simply told that none were available and advised to open the windows, despite the extreme heat outside. What was most frustrating was the lack of effort to find any alternative solution. While the hotel made it clear that there was no air conditioning, they did not appear to make any attempt to help guests cope with the situation or provide additional cooling equipment. The breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was very limited, consisting mostly of sweet items, with very few savory options available. Overall, the lack of comfort during an exceptional weather event and the hotel’s unwillingness to offer practical solutions made our stay far less enjoyable than expected. Given the price we paid, the level of service and amenities fell well below expectations, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

Hanno sbagliato a darci la camera e ci hanno fatto soggiornare in 2 in una singola, nonostante le ripetute lamentele e hotel (a loro detta full) abbiamo dormito in 2 in un letto da una piazza e mezza. Bagno fatiscente e puzza di fogna.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Bus- und Metrostationen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso mehrere Restaurants. Besonders praktisch ist die direkte Busverbindung mit der Linie 91 vom Gare de Lyon zum Hotel, die etwa 20 Minuten dauert. Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 45 auf der Rückseite des Hotels. Es bietet zwar keine Aussicht, ist dafür aber angenehm ruhig, da kein Straßenverkehr zu hören ist. Das Badezimmer ist klein, und auch die Dusche fällt recht eng aus. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Ausstattung auf einem neuen Standard ist. Insgesamt ein gut gelegenes Hotel, ideal für einen Stadtaufenthalt.
Nichts besonderes. Bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad fehlte ein Ventilator.

Hotel internet was out during entire 3-night stay. Use of internet is critical when visiting a foreign city. One morning the elevator was not working, which was difficult since we were on the top floor.

An einer extrem lärmigen Strasse gelegen. Erst weit nach Mitternach beruhigt sich der Verkehr etwas. Bei Ankunft war ein heisser Tag. Unerträglich heiss im Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage. Man musste das Fenster aufmachen, starker Verkehrslärm!. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Kein Fenster oder Lüftung im Bad. Ab dem 2. Tag funktionierte das Wifi nicht mehr, was für uns sehr unbequem war.

Attention je suis un tout petit gabarit (1.55m pour 55 kg) et la douche et la salle de bain était tout juste pour moi choix de la chambre possible

Bagno altresì piccolo ma con doccia con ottima pressione dell'acqua sia calda che fredda. Buono il check out alle ore 11.00
Assenza di aria condizionata ( presente un ventilatore forte a soffitto), assenza di asciugamani da doccia, poche confezioni di sapone da bagno/ doccia (considerando soprattutto il gran caldo di questi giorni), assenza di un minifrigo in stanza.

Beeare of room 2 unless you have a wheelchair. The room is next to the reception desk on and therefore maybe noisy. In a two-star hotel you are not allowed to expect healthy breakfast no matter how high dynamic pricing sets your cost, but you get your energy resources filled up.

Reviewed May 28, 2026I really like the location/neighborhood of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and respectful. They also came everyday to clean the room and replace all of the towels and toiletries.
I did not like how small the room was. We did not have enough space to keep our luggage open and walk around the room. We only had 2 small carry on size luggage and there still was not enough space in the room. The shower was very small so if you are big in size, this hotel might not be for you.

Reviewed May 27, 2026I liked the location, there were several restaurants at supermarket and things to do quite close by, there was a lift which was very helpful.
Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning only a fan. During the second half of our day there was a heat wave! Luckily the fan worked and we could open the windows for a cooling breeze and a beautiful view of Paris.

Nastanutev je blizu metro in bus postaj v najbolj varni soseski mesta. Sobe so svetle, udobne. Vsakodnevno čiščenje in menjava brisač. Dobro razmerje med udobjem in ceno.

Todo, muy pequeño, camas incómodas, vecinos molestos, hombre de recepción antipático y no hace esfuerzo mínimo por entender ya que le pedimos por favor que no entraran a nuestras habitación y cuando llegamos habían entrado, entra mucha claridad en la habitación , son súper pequeñas , el ascensor tarda muchísimo rato en subir y bajar

Havde fået en ekstra dyne, som rengøringen fjernede dagen efter. Håndklæder bliver lagt sammen, så vi ikke ved hvilket vi hver især har brugt. Den sidst dag kneb det med oprydning og opfyldning ved morgenmaden. Fungerede ellers fint de første dage. Kaffemaskine var i den sidste dag og man kan tilbyde the og ikke også instant kaffe.

Je n'ai pas eu de chance ,sur 3 nuits,deux où la chambre d'à côté,deux personnes parlaient très fort dont une à 3h22 jusqu'à 6h ,la veille de mon départ. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil, la première fois ,la dame leur a dit mais ils ont recommencé la nuit d'après.

Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie in het Quartier Latin, dicht bij metrohaltes en verschillende bezienswaardigheden. De kamers waren proper en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toch waren er ook enkele minpunten. In de badkamer was geen verwarming aanwezig, waardoor het vooral ’s morgens en na het douchen erg koud was. Daarnaast was er ook geen koelkast op de kamer, wat minder praktisch was tijdens het verblijf. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar verzorgd, en de rustige buurt zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Voor een betaalbaar verblijf in Parijs is het hotel zeker oké, maar wat extra comfort op de kamer en in de badkamer zou welkom zijn.
