Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We had such a beautiful experience at Glacier Hotel. The hotel itself was spectacular, and everything was truly top-notch. The breakfast was excellent, with so much choice and everything tasting fresh and delicious. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. One of our favorite things was the huge balcony, which had breathtaking views of the mountains and the beautiful surrounding chalets. It was such a pleasure to sit outside and take in the scenery. The hotel also provided us with Glacier 3000 tickets, which was incredibly convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. From the beautiful hotel and wonderful breakfast to the comfortable room, spectacular views, and thoughtful extras, everything was perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Glacier Hotel!

Diesem Wunsch wurde entsprochen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und ist ideal um den Glacier 3000 zu besuchen.

Le SPA pourrait être rénové pour un hôtel de ce standing et vue du prix payé. Le reste était très bien !

The food was amazing, the staff were so polite and helpful and made it easy to make bookings for ski lift, Glacier 3000 and transfers which can all be made at the hotel. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at the Glacier Hotel and noted that it was kept in impeccable condition, maintained to the highest standard. The pool was heated to a warm and comfortable temperature, making it a welcome after day out in the snow. And the room was absolutely pristine! As if I had been the only guest. A truly special hotel with a unique and welcoming feel, topped off by fantastic food and a warm welcome. It is also in the best location for access to the mountains and glaciers that surround it. Thank you for an amazing and memorable stay and to all the staff that made it so.

Watch out if you book a single room, they are truly super tiny 14m2! Not ideal if you are more than 1.90 tall. Pool area quickly over crowded and pretty noisy

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026In general, everything at the hotel met our expectations, and there were no major negative points. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent, being so close to the télécabine station.
There was nothing we particularly disliked, but we do have a few suggestions for improvement. At breakfast, the hot water for English tea was not ready when the restaurant opened. The quality of the scrambled eggs was also inconsistent; on one day, they were overcooked and tasted different. It also seemed that both chipolatas and bacon were supposed to be available, as there were two serving plates. However, only bacon was offered at first. After waiting for a while, a second batch of bacon—prepared better—was brought out. We were not sure why this happened.

1. The meals arrive way too late, taking an excessively long time. 2. One day, they forgot to serve one of the dishes we had requested. 3. The breakfast options are extremely limited and monotonous, with the same dishes every day. 4. The room was never cleaned properly, and even after a five-day stay, the sheets were not changed. 5. The room rates are much cheaper at other sites, and we paid 600 CHF more. I complained to the staff, but they said I had to search carefully and that was it.

The service in the restaurant was managed by waiters that took a long time to give us a proper table sufficiently far away from the conference crowd despite the fact that we had booked independently from the conference.

I only wish that the hotel had a hot tub/jacuzzi in addition to the pool, as this would be appreciated for the end of a ski day and seemed missing to me for a place like this.

1)The coffee was really bad (we also gave the feedback) that in such a hotel/restaurant is a pity to "offer" such bad coffee. 2) the lights in the spa were a bit too bright and the walls white so there was more of a clinic feeling. And there is no possibility to go out in the fresh air after the Sauna. 3) the room was actually really new after the renovation and amazingly equipped with everything you may need, but not well cleaned after the renovation
