O funcionário que nos recebeu no check in foi muito simpático, nos deu dicas de locais próximos para aproveitar e dicas sobre como curtir melhor Veneza. O quarto é confortável, bem completo e limpo! A hospedagem fica em um bairro tranquilo, bem próximo à estação de trem Santa Lucia e dá para fazer os pontos turísticos principais a pé. Tem um mercado há 5 min que nos ajudou com algumas compras. Recomendo muito e adoraria ficar hospedada novamente.

The shower doesn’t have enough flow of water and it’s so small that we end up touching the knob and turns water either cold or hot without knowing. Plus, we were charged late checkin. Although it was the fault of my prior airline losing my luggage which was out of my control.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Great quiet location, not as close to attractions but they were in easy walking distance which allows you to explore Venice. The train station is only about 5 minutes walk. We also arrived just on midday and the owner was kind enough to check us in and get settled into our room.
The water kept fluctuating between hot and cold but that was a minor issue. It didn’t impact our stay.

Bel giardino proprio di fronte e canale sul retro. A pochi metri dal canale che dà su Cannaregio, con tanti buoni ristoranti. Staff accogliente e disponibile, ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili per la visita della città. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, difficile trovare di meglio...
La doccia, collegata ad uno scalda acqua a gas che sembra funzionare on/off, con l'acqua che passava continuamente da calda a fredda da sola ogni 30 secondi...

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Ubicado en la propia isla (barrio Cannaregio), lo que para nosotros era importante. El sitio es tranquilo y está muy bien conectado. La relación calidad-precio es bastante buena. Estaba todo limpio. El personal fue atento y agradable.
Aunque para nosotros no fue un problema por la época del año en la que viajamos y por nuestras circunstancias, el agua de la ducha salía extremadamente caliente o muy fría, era imposible de regular; la recepción tiene horario de 9-12.00 y de 14.00-19.00 h; el tamaño del plato de ducha es bastante pequeño y la mampara no cerraba bien. Lo siguiente no es achacable al hotel, pero a mí me ayudó leerlo en otros comentarios, y es que por la noche te comen los mosquitos en Venecia y en la habitación. Si os pica todo como a mí, llevar repelente.

Voodid. Madratsid olid ära vajunud. Lahtikäivate voodite peal võiks olla lisamadrats. Vee surve oli väga halb ning alguses ei saanud soojavee süstemist aru. Esimesel õhtu sai sooja dušši võtta 5 inimesest ainult esimene teised pidid leppima külma duššiga. Huvitav, miks pole lõnamaades köögi veekeetjat. Potiga on nii tüütu kohvivett teha:)))

Da forma como fomos recebidos, estávamos á chuva e a senhora que nos recebeu não nos abrigou, deixou-nos a chuva com duas crianças a chover granizo!! Depois foi tranquila apresentar-nos o apartamento que não tinha muitos utensílios de cozinha, nem forno para fazer umas pizzas. A televisão não funcionava. Não conseguimos tomar banho porque a água não tinha pressão suficiente e saia sempre fria. Ainda por cima ficamos sem luz numa noite.

La única pega fue que el aire no funcionaba muy bien, pero no pasa nada porque pudimos abrir las ventanas y que corriera el aire. La taza del váter la habían cambiado y no encajaba bien y faltaba un poco de luz en la cocina.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Nice quiet location a very quick walk from the main station, and beside a very trendy canal district with great bars and places to eat. (Some people may not like the walk because of the graffiti, slightly at odds with the rest of venice, but this didn't bother us!). Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed in terms of utilities and even had a washing machine. There was WiFi and we were able to leave our bags after check out while we explored the city before our transport. There was also a booklet with a map and recommendations of things to see and places to eat.
The apartment was quite dark and everything seemed a bit dated or old. The sofa was very stained (we put a spare cover over it before sitting) and the TV wasn't working (reception staff said this was because of a storm taking out the satellite).

The reception staff were extremely friendly and gave us all the information we needed during our stay. We felt very welcome. I warmly recommend Alberghiera Venezia and would definitely come back for a longer stay next time.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Lokalizacja apartamentu poza "strumieniem" turystów - b. dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania i blisko do autobusu czy pociągu. Spokojna i cicha okolica dzielnicy Cannaregio. Blisko do tramwajów wodnych i marketu SPAR. Apartament przestronny z wystarczającym wyposażeniem kuchennym. Nietypowo podgrzew c.w.u. i kuchenka odbywa się na gaz, a co za tym idzie brak było czajnika elektrycznego.
Klimatyzator monoblokowy ( bez jednostki zewnętrznej ) okazał się mało wydajny. Przy temperaturze zewnętrznej 31 st. w pokoju było niestety 28 st. Z drugiej strony w Wenecji użytkownicy prywatni nie posiadają klimatyzatorów typu split prawdopodobnie ze względu na przepis zabraniający montażu jednostek zewnętrznych na elewacjach ( takie widziałem tylko na urzędach ).

It was great in terms of positioning with the main station within 10 mins walk and shops and restaurants also close by. The main touristy areas of Venice could be reached on foot in 30 mins or by water taxi sooner with the water taxi station being very close by. We had a lovely meal off the beaten track and still close to the apartment and canal side. Staff were very welcoming, showing us around and ensuring we were happy.
The area around the property does not look so great but it was very quiet at night.

The washing machine was quite moldy but since I didnt expect there to be one anyways I just didnt use it. The shower had moldy spots too.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026El anfitrión es muy amable y paciente, un encanto de persona. Las zonas verdes de alrededor dan frescor y tranquilidad, mejor que en cualquier otra zona de Venecia. Aunque no es céntrico y la zona a primera vista parezca insegura, nada más lejos de la realidad, es la mejor ubicación para descansar al final de una jornada de andar por la ciudadny con las conexiones de transporte perfectas para la llegada y retorno, a 5 - 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren y autobús.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Nos encantô la ubicacion y el barrio cerca de todo, una parada de vaporetto a 3 minutos caminando y la tranquilidad del sitio. Muy bonito el apto cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer la cocina y con una habitacion muy luminosa que da a un canal. Sin duda volveremos

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The apartment was clean and very spacious, which is not always the case in Venice. It was fully equipped, including everything needed for cooking at home. The location is fantastic, in a normal residential area of Venice populated by locals — a wonderful opportunity to experience another side of the city beyond its touristy areas. The place is comfortable for a longer stay. The host was friendly and ready to help. Highly recommended!
The apartment leaves very little to complain about. The only minor drawbacks are the somewhat limited natural light in the rooms and the limited check-in hours, with late-evening check-in available only for an additional fee. That said, neither of these issues detracts from the overall positive impression of the place.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La ubicación buena. Desde la estación de Santa Lucia se llega sin atravesar puentes ni escaleras. Es muy amplio, ideal para ir en familia o grupo. El Aire acondicionado perfecto en el salón y en la habitación un ventilador de techo. La cocina equipada con lo necesario. El agua de la ducha salía templada, perfecta para el verano pero tal vez un poco fría sin fuese invierno.
La TV no funcionaba pero no es relevante, ya que pasas mas tiempo fuera. Los colchones de los sofá camas eran muy delgados y los hierros lastimaban la espalda, en cambio el colchón de la habitación era perfecto.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Mutfak, oda ve banyo oldukça geniş ve çok temizdi. Otel ferah ve rahat bir konumdaydı; Venediğin dar sokaklarinda degildi. Merkeze yalnızca 2-3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrılacağımız gün çok erken çıkış yapacağımız için bir gün öncesinde marketten birkaç şey alıp kahvaltımızı yaptik. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mutfakta mevcuttu. Emanuele’ye güler yüzü ve bize sabırla yaptığı adres tarifleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.

It’s basic, not luxurious. And if you want to be right inside the action, choose another place. This is a quiet 5 minute walk to anything. Also there’s no frying pan, just two pots. And no really sharp knives.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026A spacious one bedroom apartment by one of the canals and a short walk from the Venezia St Lucia train station. The accommodation is located in a small residential area with open spaces and good ventilation. It was in ground floor, something very useful for my father who was on wheelchair. The double bed in bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room comfortable slept six of us. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. There was a large window opening from the kitchen to the canal offering direct view of canal. It was a quiet neighbourhood. The supermarket on the Main Street was at walking distance. The fact that we didn’t have to cross any canal to reach here from the station was very helpful. The check in was very smooth and the hosts at reception were very polite and helpful.

Me cobraron 30 euros injustamente adicional por llegar después de las 7pm, JAMÁS me advirtieron o me lo mencionaron y hable 1 día antes con ellos les avise que mi vuelo llegaba después de esa hora y se quedaron callados, si me hubieran avisado o mencionaran abría cancelado la reservacion pero mal echo por parte del personal. Tengan cuidado aunque booking lo tenga claro el hotel nunca te dirá eso.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The property is in an excellent location right next to Venezia Santa Lucia station, which made arriving and moving around the city very convenient. The stay itself was nice and comfortable. The room had air conditioning, which helped during warmer days.
The reception closes quite early, and checking in later requires paying a 30€ extra fee, which was not ideal. Although the room had air conditioning, it was not located in the bedroom, so the cooling did not reach the area where it was most needed that well. The kitchen could have been better equipped. It was surprising that there were no basic spices, tea, coffee, or similar items available, as most places usually provide at least something.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Апартаменты арендовали на 7 дней, основной целью было море- поэтому месторасположение просто отличное. Пляж - спуститься по лестнице от которой выдали ключ, мелкая Галька, бесплатный, есть скалы, можно спрятаться от солнца если нет зонта(у нас зонт был в номере). Вид из окна тоже море, хотя балкон выходит на проезжую часть. Парковка имеется- бесплатная, что тоже важно, т к средняя стоимость суток 20-30 евро. Холодильник, стиральная машина, кофемашина, чайник, микроволновая печь, плита все это есть в номере.
Самый основной недостаток это шумоизоляция, целые сутки шум от авто и мотоциклов, так как дом находится на съезде на автомагистраль, то поток транспорта очень большой, бируши не помогали и кондиционер висит так, что на ночь всю его не включишь, потому что дует прямо в голову. Еще интересный момент, много комментариев по подушкам, то что они твердые, не понимаю почему их не заменят? Они реально твердые. Если вы не берёте авто в аренду, то с посещением центра таормины и достопримечательностей возникнут проблемы, до канатной дороги 15 минут пешком, поездка наверх и обратно 10 евро. До ближайшего магазина тоже минут 15 пешком. Но у нас была авто, поэтому нам это не мешало. Гипермаркет ближайший в Наксосе, нам было удобно съездить один раз, и город посмотреть и продуктов купить.
