Excellent beachfront resort on the Quieter side of town. The staff is super friendly - Roxana and Demetris went out of the way to make the stay comfortable and help arrange sightseeing and excursions.

Amazing rooms and overall decor. Food is really good, especially the breakfast on offer.

Main pool requires min spend of +€300 per day if you want to reserve a bed, even as a hotel guest. There is an alternative pool however not as nice as main beach club version. Hotel was also not adult only whcih was surprising.

There is only one person who cared about our stay and that was a lady on the front desk called Roxanna. She was sympathetic and wanted to make things right.

The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and routinely ignored even simple requests. For example, every morning I ordered English breakfast tea. It arrived with a cup but no milk, sugar or teaspoon, so I had to request each item separately. That might be understandable once, but the same thing happened every morning throughout our seven-night stay. I also specifically asked for fully hard-boiled eggs. On two consecutive days, they arrived raw. Each time I sent them back, the replacements were still raw even after three attempts. The manager was apologetic and kindly offered to move us to a sister hotel, which, had I known about it beforehand, I would probably have booked instead. However, it felt as though the hotel wanted its existing guests gone because a large group was arriving for some kind of wellness programme on our checkout day. Overall, the standards of service were very poor, the staff appeared uninterested, and even the prices of drinks varied depending on whom you asked. Its proximity to the airport is one of its few apparent selling points, but unless you specifically need an airport hotel, it is difficult to understand why you would choose to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini. The property is beautiful, relaxing and very well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was Roxana. She assisted us throughout our entire stay and was always incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure. A huge thank you to Roxana for making our stay even more memorable!

La struttura è nuova e all’avanguardia ben organizzata il personale è estremamente gentile in particolare sia il direttore George che tutto lo staff è sempre disponibile nel soddisfare ogni esigenza. La nostra camera era impeccabile sempre pulita e ben tenuta. Il nostro soggiorno al Nikki di Santorini è stato davvero straordinario. È un posto che consiglierò ai miei amici e che sicuramente prenderò in considerazione per un futuro soggiorno. Grazie ancora.

Cicche di sigaretta ovunque vicino ogni lettino sulla spiaggia con relativa puzza. Non si possono usare i lettini vicino la piscina perché sono a pagamento (300 euro/giorno)

The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly.

The sea is full of rocks. The breakfast was okay and you would normally expect at least olives in a mediterranean country. (also greece is known for that) but there was none. Like the others said the main pool area is usable with extra charge.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, yet situated in a lovely, quieter area. The staff have been amazing throughout our stay. Such an easy to enjoy hotel

We could relax and enjoy a vibe all in one place. The water at the beach is unreal and the breaskfast and food overall was great.

Ein schöner Ort am Meer. Gute Zimmer. Sauber. Alles ist komfortabel eingerichtet.

Ursprünglich wollte man uns ein günstigeres Zimmer geben und nicht das, welches wir bezahlt hatten. Erst nach einem handfesten Streit haben wir das von uns gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Am nächsten Tag wurde versucht, uns bei den Getränken am Pool abzuzocken. Danach haben wir angefangen, uns immer die Quittungen geben zu lassen und alles nachzurechnen. Als wir abreisten, wollte man uns einen fremden Beleg mit einer unleserlichen Unterschrift unterjubeln, der auf unsere Zimmernummer geschrieben war. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass man uns an jeder Ecke übers Ohr hauen wollte. Mein Rat an die Gäste: Überprüft absolut alles, wofür ihr bezahlt. Meine Frau und ich haben jedenfalls kein Bedürfnis, dieses Hotel ein zweites Mal zu besuchen.

Very nice and clean with a touch of luxury , the food here was absolutlely amazing, nearly every item on the menu was fantastic. rooms were lovely and the Beach was great too . the staff was very accomodating and went out of their way to help with every request made

I feel this is on the pricey end but the price is reflected in the quality - the massage in the spa wasnt great would certainly not recommened the spa for this reason. note this is a beach club and the guests staying here are not allowed in the beach club without paying extra , strange policy. it also gets realy noisy with loud music during the beach club hours which i didnt mind nut if youre looking for a quiet oasis , this may not be the one

i don’t like that they deduct from me twice from tax when we leave we give cash and they they use our debit 2 they didn’t clean properly the only cleaning not good

Hotel muito bonito e confortável. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos. Quando souberam que estávamos comemorando bodas de prata, nos deram um upgrade de quarto e muitos outros mimos. Chegamos antes do horário do check in e embora não tivesse quarto disponível nos deixaram usar a infra estrutura do hotel incluindo o café da manhã sem custo.

Não está perto dos pontos turísticos mais famosos de Santorini, mas como em qualquer ponto que se fique é aconselhável alugar um carro, esse “problema “ acaba não impactando tanto na viagem

Waar moet ik beginnen? Klantvriendelijkheid en niveau van service is echt grandioos. Het begon al met een gratis kamerupgrade naar kamer met een private pool en het eindigde met een kosteloze late check-out van 15:00. Ik ga Nikki beach Santorini enorm missen. Hoop er zeker vaker terug te komen.

La struttura ha una bella accoglienza personale gentilissimo però sono rimasta delusa dalla pulizia della nostra piscina privata in camera . Stanza interna bellissima però non ho potuto fare il bagno perché le foglie e insetti cadevano continuamente. La piscina non era posizionata bene perché se pago un servizio extra ovvero una suite con piscina devo avere il diritto di usufruirla e non di chiamare il personale ogni 5 minuti che si sporca .

We booked the room for the night before we flew home, nowhere on the booking.com or the Nikki Beach website did it mention the fact that you intended closing the day we were due to check out. I only found this out when I messaged to enquire about late checkout! You did offered late check out until 14:00 but then on the morning of, you both telephoned the room and knocked on the door of the room asking us to check out at the normal time. And your receptionist didn’t believe me, when I told her we had late checkout out until I showed her the message. This was an unwelcoming and terrible experience! We booked your hotel on the basis it looked like a nice place to spend the last day of holiday lounging, because we had a late flight. And as my wife is 7 months pregnant we wanted somewhere comfortable to do so. This wasn’t possible because you were dissembling the hotel!!!! So we’ve had move to another hotel to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich (the absolute bear minimum you would expect from a hotel) while we wait to fly and the taxi there cost €25 for a 1 minute journey, that really you should have paid, but didn’t and didn’t offer to. Terrible experience, won’t be back, won’t recommend!!!!zero star experience Feedback - do not close your hotel the morning of guests checking out, if your shutting down on the 4th of October, your last night of guests should be the 2nd!!!!!!!!

Very nice facility. Very kind staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Pool area is fantastic. Location is fine when you arrive-just 5 minutes by car from the airport. Fira is 10-15 minutes by car.

Hotels private beach is not of the finest on Santorini (you need shoes if you want swim in the sea).

The design of the resort is at top notch, the rooms are excellent very clean and have anything you want, what the most that i liked in the rooms the lighting system , very wide, having outside bath tub with hot water is something special. All the stuffs of nikki beach very helpful, professional and amazing . The private beach and the pool are so clean and nice . I have spent one of the best holiday’s during the whole life . I really appreciate all what you did and provide for me . See you next year 🩷🩷🩷🩷

היה פשוט חלום !!! המלון מדהים ביופיו עם חוף צמוד ,בריכה יפה ואווירת מוזיקה ברקע !!!!!! זה מתחיל מהמארחת בקבלה שהיתה מדהימה !!! ליוותה אותנו לחדר באופן אישי בחיוך נתנה לנו מידע ברוגע עם מלוא תשומת הלב , זה ממשיך באזור הבריכה והמסעדה עם המלצרים שנתנו לנו שירות והתעניינות בשלומנו ממש באופן אישי והתייחסות מדהימה!!! וכמובן חייבת לציין את מנהלת המלון שהיתה אדיבה מסבירת פנים וקשובה מאוד עם שירות ויחס מעל ומעבר!!!! היתה לנו חוויה מדהימה במלון שמתוחזק ברמה גבוהה מבחינת ניקיון , ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה מאוד!! אכלנו גם צהריים האוכל היה מדהים, טרי , מתובל היטב!!

tutto, Partiamo col dire che abbiamo ricevuto penso un upgrade rispetto alla camera di booking, dandoci una fantastica suite con piscina privata. Dal nostro arrivo sono stati tutti super gentili e disponibili, specialmente verso le nostre intolleranze/allergie. Il posto costa, si sa, e se si viene al Nikki beach è perchè si ricercano servizi di un certo tipo e una certa qualità, chi si lamenta dovrebbe farsi delle domande prima. Ristorante e beach bar fantastici, qualità ottima. Colazione perfetta niente di esagerato ma sicuramente tutto di altissima qualità variegato e sicuramente attento al cliente. La spiaggia come confort è fantastica, soggiornando avevamo un divano 3 posti e un lettino matrimoniale fantastico per prendere il sole e la posizione garantisce sole per l'intero arco della giornata. Ripeto, l'atmosfera e l'ambiente erano unici, stupendi...ed è un posto che mi è rimasto nel cuore. per chi si lamenta dei costi dei posti bordo piscina, dovrebbe farsi qualche domanda sul perchè non sedersi in riva al mare gratuitamente se si è ospiti della struttura che dista letteralmente 10mt dalla piscina. Se si vuole apparire o altro giustamente mettono a disposizione certi lettini stupendi ed hanno un costo congruo con quanto offrono. Vorrei ringraziare nuovamente tutto specialmente la ragazza in reception, perchè ha saputo davvero farci sentire a casa e coccolati come tutto lo staff specialmente per la sua bravura il ragazzo addetto ai bagagli e all'accoglienza principale una persona davvero speciale. Abbiamo speso cifre paragonabili in altre aree dell'isola per soggiornare e a saperlo, ne avrei fatto volentieri a meno e sarei rimasto più tempo da loro!

Unica nota negativa, anche se davvero non ne trovo così tante, è la mancanza di un retino nelle camere con piscina per poter togliere le foglie che ovviamente con il vento cadono all'interno. E seconda cosa sarebbe carino avere per il ristorante un pochino più di varietà tra pranzo e cena come menù in quanto se si soggiorna solo li potrebbe alla lunga diventare monotono. terza cosa nel nostro periodo dopo cena ci aspettavamo della musica e un area dove poter gustare un amaro magari distaccata dal ristorante invece post cena l'unica alternativa rimaneva rientrare in camera, so che non è un villaggio ma un ambiente soft lounge con sigari, e qualche amaro/drink fronte mare non sarebbe male. Ma sono inezie davvero se paragonate alla bellezza di tutto il resto.

Oft unfreundliches Personal und es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis man etwas bestellen konnte. Außerdem musste man die liegen am Pool extra bezahlen.

Out Jetstar flight was canceled and the team were so warm and welcoming after what was a very stressful day. A glass or Rose was provided while we checked in. A very lovely touch.

Staff at the property were extremely nice and I mean extremely. They went above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure you were comfortable and made accommodations they really didn’t have to in order to enhance your stay. The one and only knock I have on the property is the bathrooms in the rooms. They are in very bad condition. Showers leaking onto the bathroom floor. Sewer smell coming from the vent in the bathroom floor. Only stayed for 2 nights so we bared with it but would’ve been very annoying if we had a longer stay in Santorini. But that’s more of an ownership problem. I don’t want to take anything away from the staff because they were great in every way !

The hotel was very nice with great potential. The room was very good. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very inconsistent. Some days the room was cleaned well, others poorly. We had to wash glasses and cups ourselves. Breakfast was good, but the staff forgot to bring us what we ordered. The staff were very nice, but perhaps overworked. It would be better if at least tea and juices were available for self-service. The beach club was nice, but the reservation and waiting policy was pointless – many beds were empty; the back rows should have been available to guests without reservations. When assigning a bed, one witnessed rocket science calculations. It was too quiet in the evenings. A cinema on the beach or pool might be a good idea. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but the service level fell well short of five stars. I was satisfied with my stay, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to friends. Massive all-inclusive resorts are often better. When checking out before 8 a.m., we forgot that breakfast doesn't start until 8 a.m. I asked if we could get something to go, but it wasn't possible. We had to order a box the day before, which I understand. However, in a hotel with a high level of service, I imagine the front desk person would have gone to the kitchen to bring us at least a banana and a croissant.

Non devo dire nulla alla struttura perché bellissima , la pulizia della camera non e da nikky beach , il personale di servizio non è attendo a riempire Il frigorifero, a togliere e mettere bicchieri puliti, e poi non ho trovato carino pagare la camera con piscina e Una camera normale senza piscina e trovare upgrade non per me ma per . un altra persona gratis , dopo che mia figlia per errore ha prenotato un altra camera e non mi sono stati restituiti i soldi .quindi questo servizio per me è stato pessimo pago una camera con piscina e una camera in più dove non mi vengono restituiti i soldi la persona che stava con me paga una camera normale e soggiorna nella Camera con piscina , lo trovo di cattivo gusto upgrade e carino riceverlo ma prima uno dovrebbe pensare di restituire i soldi della camera e fare un upgrade alla persona che ha pagato

Private beach club and proximity to Airport if you need to catch an early flight.

We did not receive the room we originally booked. Instead, we were given a much smaller room with an odd layout—the so-called “hot tub” was placed on the roof of the room, accessible only by climbing a very narrow staircase. When I raised this issue with reception, the staff were indifferent and simply stated that the hotel was fully booked. The overall condition of the room was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets and towels were worn and outdated, the bathroom appeared dilapidated, and the fridge made so much noise at night that it was difficult to sleep. Food was average at best, and drinks were overpriced. Around the pool, loud music played constantly, making it impossible to relax. Bottom line: If you’re looking for comfort, quality, and a more peaceful atmosphere, this hotel is not the right choice.

every where is dirty There are two pool, one beautifull pool is extra you have yo pay 200 euro per day and yıu have to spend 250 euro. There is an other pool for poor customer it is realy dirty. You can use sun bed. Extras are very expensive. Beds are old and uncomfortable pilows are worst then bed, room is not clean Location is far from good restaurants Beach is dirty again and the sea is dirty also

Amazing resort we had a great time. All the staff were very helpful and they made our stay fabulous.

Perfect place to have well spent time with friends! The resort was of a good size and we got to use many of the facilities, especially the pool was very clean! The staff and service, all at the highest level!

Hotel guest cannot have access to the main pool which is reserved for outside client…unless you pay an extra 200 Euros… It makes no sense to book this Hotel for the pool shown on their website as it is an open pool to any client…but with an extra fee of 200 Euros.

La nostra vacanza al Nikki Beach è stato un sogno. La struttura è incantevole, le camere lussuose, non dimenticherò la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale.

El ambiente de Club beach es excelente, la zona de la piscina y la zona del restaurante es espectacular, muy bonita y excelente decoración. Las habitaciones impecables, tal cual las imágenes que muestran. Te dan agua de cortesía al llegar a la habitación y todas las noches te dan agua y dos pequeñas chocolatinas.

Para el precio que tiene el hotel, la atención debería ser premium, no digo que sea mala, nos atendieron bien. Pero no se siente el nivel que dice tener el hotel. Pocos meseros en el desayuno, los platos preparados los tienes que pedir con los meseros, un poco demorados, imposible solicitar check out later, ni una hora solicitando con anterioridad. El área de las tumbonas de la piscina muy costoso el precio para usarlas 200€ mas un gasto mínimo de 250€ (esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta). Y las camas de la playa unas con pago y otras incluidas (las tuvimos que limpiar nosotros para usarlas). Si usas vasos o tasas de la habitación, de llevan las sucias y no te ponen nuevas. Aunque nuestra habitación estaba impecable, el desagüe del lavamanos se empozaba y el sifón del inodoro en ocasiones olía un poco mal.

The service in restaurant/bar was inconsistent, some good service and some poor service and maybe the menu can offer some Greek food. The pool service not so good, a bit disappointing in that respect. Also the back pool area can use a bit of attention.
