Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Wij zaten wegens overboeking niet in hotel fiescherhof maar ze hadden ons omgeboekt naar het tegenover gelegen hotel Derby. Zelf incheck was super , er lag een envelop met de naam van de persoon die hotel geboekt heeft op de balie. Bed lag goed. Douche was wel oke , had een matige douche straal. Balkon was top. Geheel is wat ouder. Prijs is oke.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Chambre assez grande, claire, avec un balcon, literie confortable. Rideaux trop peu épais, laissent passer la lumière mais ça va. Ce qui ne va pas c'est qu'on ne puisse pas ouvrir complétement la porte de la salle de bain car elle touche le lavabo... Dans les parties communes la moquette est très usée et tout est défraîchi. Il semble que des travaux sont prévus, tant mieux car cet hôtel est bien situé et pourrait être beaucoup mieux. Service au restaurant jeune et très sympathique. Terrasse agréable et bonnes pizzas. Bon petit déjeuner. Donc malgré les critiques, une soirée agréable à Fiesch à un prix très raisonnable et une note de 7,5 plutôt que 7!!

Alles, het hotel is oud ,vervallen en er wordt overduidelijk al jaren niet meer in geïnvesteerd. Daarnaast was het ontbijt niet vers, sterker nog, hetzelfde aangevreten brood, ham, kaas en eieren worden weer uit de koelkast gehaald, geen idee hoe oud het al was toen ik kwam en daar willen ze je ook nog 13 Frank voor laten betalen, schandalig.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Location. Easy to get around Fiesch, beautiful views from our room. Member of staff on the desk was pleasant and helpful when he was there.
The dated aspect of the property doesn’t matter. A worn carpet in the hall doesn’t impact your getaway at all. What does is the fact the room isn’t cleaned. We stayed for 5 days and our bedding wasn’t changed once. The room wasn’t swept or any basic cleaning done at all. Bin was emptied and a bath towel was replaced every now and again. Switzerland in the summer is RIDICULOUSLY hot and the rooms don’t have any way of cooling down. So it was like sleeping in a sauna every night. And the noise from the people at restaurant until 11pm every night was insane. And always from a certain nationality. Our room was directly above them and when your husband has to run a 100 mile race, not being able to sleep is an issue. It wasn’t worth the £1200 we paid for it. But it served its purpose while we were there.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Wir waren in der Gegend zu einem Fest eigeladen und hatten deshalb ein "normales" Zimmer in einem "normalen" Hotel gebucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Aussicht vom Balkon sogar genossen.
Es war alles o.k. und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

No person at the reception. Broken elevator. Mediocre breakfast. Small room. Old stale carpeting. Terrible shower curtain.

Very dated. Carpet in the halls had a funky smell and was very very old. We were on the first floor and when we opened the windows there was a lot of traffic and construction first thing in the morning.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war gut und auch für mehrere Tage abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist recht gut. Und das externe Restaurant im Erdgeschoss rundet das Angebot ab.
Das Hotels bräuchte dringend eine komplette Renovierung. Nichts gegen rustikales Ambiente, aber verschlissener Fussbodenbelag, defekter Fahrstuhl und so einige andere Kleinigkeiten in Bad und WC die nach einer Reparatur riefen lassen sich auch, von noch so guten Engagement des Personals nicht überdecken.

Lediglich schriftliche Mitteilung auf dem Rezeptionstisch daß man "umquartiert" wurde in das nahegelegene Hotel Park. Dort besetzte Rezeption, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, 1 sauberes, ordentliches Zimmer, aber 1 Zimmer das nach Urin stank, aus dem Bad das noch übler stank. Oben angegegebene Bewertung bezieht sich im Wesentlichen, aus genannten Gründen, auf Hotel Fiescherhof. Hotel Park lasse ich, ebenso aus genannten Gründen, ohne Bewertung ...

Breakfast is very basic and not varied. Old rooms, not the cleanest and with a smell in the bathroom. The bathroom door barely opens because of the crowding. There is no safe, no small refrigerator, and the sauna that was mentioned as being in the hotel did not work.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Gratis Parkplätze, nähe zum Skigebiet. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig. Das Bett war sauber und die Matratze bequem, sodass ich gut schlafen konnte.
Der Empfang war eher durchzogen. Die Dame an der Rezeption sprach nur sehr gebrochen Deutsch, was die Kommunikation etwas erschwerte. Zudem lagen die Zimmerschlüssel offen auf dem Tresen, zusammen mit Namenslisten – das wirkte wenig professionell und nicht besonders vertrauenswürdig. Das Badezimmer ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte dringend renoviert werden. Auch die Möbel im Zimmer sind älter und weisen bereits einige Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war eher trostlos – man blickte auf einen Sitzplatz, der offensichtlich seit Jahren nicht mehr genutzt wurde.
