It’s located around 10min walk from the Fiesch train station and cable car station to Eggshorn, easy for people who want to explore the area with public transportation. Very quiet and peaceful town. The staffs are friendly. We love the breakfast options had a wide variety of healthy choices.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Derby hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Schöner großer Balkon am Zimmer. Der Kleiderschrank war groß und gut ausgestattet. Hervorragende Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das Personal und vor allen Dingen der Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nah an der Durchgangsstraße , unser Zimmer war relativ klein und stickig.

The bathroom was a bit small, but as we stayed outside most of the time, it didn't matter.
