Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The twin room with balcony that overlooked the pool was brilliant. It had a tv, mini fridge and plenty of storage for luggage. Balcony had an ash tray and a table & chairs. Large sized room with full length mirror which was nice for outfit checks. Also the desk was convenient for getting ready at. Hangers perfect for hanging coats/dresses etc. Plugs next to the bedside tables which was also very convenient. The hotel was only a 5-10 min walk from the beach and had a couple of takeaways and convenience shop next door. It has a lift which makes it more accessible. The pool virtually empty everyday which was nice to get it to ourselves. Sunbeds also nice to relax on and catch a tan. They also offer room service til 10pm.
However, the beds are rock solid, the shower leaks water underneath the shower screen, the tiles next to the toilet were dirty and towels we were given had pubic hair and blood speckles on. The breakfast (only on the first day) was scarce. I complained to the man sat behind the desk as there was absolutely nobody manning the breakfast room or topping up the food and drinks. Considering the breakfast is from 6-11am we went down just before 10 there was no juices available, no coffee cups (only dirty ones with lipstick on). The breakfast consists of pancakes, pastries, salad, olives, bread & spreads. There’s no protein available other than boiled eggs. If you’d like water you can’t get it free of charge past 10pm. The lights constantly flicker and when we complained we were told ‘it was the heat’. Although no other buildings were experiencing the same issues. It was rather distracting at night time and wouldn’t be suitable for an epileptic.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026De ligging was top, 5 min naar het strand met allemaal gezellige restaurants in de tussenstraten. De schoonmaak was dagelijks en goed. Alles is iets gedateerd maar verder werkt alles prima. Grote regendouche, leuk balkonnetje. De airco werkte prima. De mensen aan de receptie zijn behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Enige minpunt vond ik het ontbijtbuffet, de jongen die er alles deed was vriendelijk maar best sloom. Als hij er was, was meestal veel op. Het fruit was dus helaas vaak op. De broodjes wel lekker en je kon gerechten met ei bestellen. We hadden 1 dag een iets ouder obere - top! Wat kon die man dat buffet en de tafels netjes bijhouden. Er is ook een pool - deze is vaak alleen door kinderen bezet (wel tamelijk luidruchtig, ik had er niet zo een erg in, anderen wel…) bezet, de 6 bedjes konden wij meestal gebruik van maken. Schattige katten bij de pool ❤️ Nadeel van het strand vond ik alleen dat het heeeeel druk is en ook in het water. Verder mooi. In de avond lang nog gezellige drukte op de strandboulevard. De nieuwe medina bezocht, vonden we niet de moeite waard. Souk El Had (markt met 6000 kramen, maandag dicht?) was leuk om te zien, 1/2 uur lopen of neem een bus (contant of pin, ca. 5 MAD). Crocopark was leuk (2h daar geweest, geboekt als excursie).

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Het buffet was heel vies (druk, afwas was vies en nat), thee was koud, tafels vuil, geen plaats om aan te schuiven, eten oud en echt niet lekker Bed en kussen was hard, personeel vangt je niet warm op (geen hallo, dag, welkom, glimlach), lift is heel oud, schoonmaak was niet top (vloer bleef maar vuil en ik heb het gevoel dat het bed niet werd ververst), badkamer werd helemaal nat omdat de douche kapot was. Ze gaven ons keuze tussen 2 kamers, waarvan 1 kamer 2 persoonskamer was en andere idem + een zetel ‘’om op te slapen’’, terwijl we duidelijk met drie personen waren en de drie personenkamer hadden geboekt, we hebben dan een uur moeten wachten tot onze kamer klaar werd gezet, nadat ze ons eerst zeiden dat we een dag moesten wachten en ondertussen in een andere kamer moesten zijn, aangezien onze kamer al aan iemand anders was gegeven… hele rare ervaring gehad met dit hotel

Reviewed May 12, 2026Excellent emplacement, à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses à pied, la plupart des lieux étant accessibles en 10 à 15 minutes de marche. Le personnel est agréable, professionnel et serviable.
L’hôtel est dans un style traditionnel, mais il ne faut pas trop se fier aux photos publiées sur Booking, qui sont assez retouchées. L’établissement aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement général. Après avoir demandé un changement, nous avons finalement obtenu une chambre correcte (la 314). La chambre manquait également de plusieurs équipements de base appréciables pour le confort des clients : bouteille d’eau, thé, café, tapis de prière et mouchoirs. Le petit-déjeuner est également décevant : le choix est limité et identique chaque jour. Les harchas, msemens et baghrirs ne semblaient pas frais. Les viennoiseries aussi. En accompagnement, seuls des tomates, concombres et olives étaient proposés, sans aucun fruit, ce qui est regrettable. Les jus de fruits étaient corrects en revanche. Enfin, le thé à la menthe mériterait d’être amélioré, celui servi était difficile à boire. En conclusion, petit déjeuner à revoir.

Very low quality soap and body wash etc, bring your own. Very poor breakfast, poorly presented, low quality products, a cold, small, Moroccan buffet. Better to go to one of the nearby cafes. The hotel has no atmosphere, it is more like a guest house. Service is adequate from the all male team, but don’t expect a smile or any sincere greetings. The majority of the guests appear to be Moroccan short stay visitors, business or tradesmen etc

There was building work going on at the attached cafe which was noisy. The bed was also a little firmer than we prefer. Breakfast options could have been varied/improved as other reviews have also mentioned.

Pusryčiai nėra gausūs, bet pilnai užtenka. Kambariai labai šviesūs ir erdvūs. Nors užsakant jie nurodo tik 14m kvadratinių.

The hotel has seen better days, it is quite run down and old fashioned. Despite the European flags outside, the establishment caters to a mainly local clientele... as evidenced by the unfamiliar (and uninteresting) foodstuffs served at breakfast. Big room and balcony, unfortunately facing north... so no view or any sunshine. As for the very lovely staff... hardly an unnecessary/friendly word was spoken to me during my four day stay.
