Очень приятное место, с хорошей локацией. За 5 минут можно дойти до дикого пляжа под замком, который нам очень понравился. Отель замечательный. Учтены многие мелочи. Завтрак шикарный, и в очень хороший период времени для завтрака, с 7 утра до 11. Всё время добавляют еду. Даже если вы спуститесь на завтрак в 10:30, вы хорошо покушаете. Персонал супер! Встретили нас с печеньками и проводили холодной водой на дорогу. Было очень мило. Мы остались очень довольными и когда попадем ещё в Аланию объязательно вновь остановимся в этом месте.

Всё было прекрасно !

Всё было замечательно. Локация супер! Завтрак супер! Персонал супер! И на верхнем этаже в ресторане очень вкусно готовят, с хорошим обслуживанием и очень красивым видом на море.

Totul a fost conform așteptărilor. Curățenie exemplara in fiecare zi, in una dintre zile chiar ne a așteptat o surpriza frumoasa din prosoape pe pat. Room service care a fost foarte bun. Locul de parcare asigurat de hotel.

Piscina părea mai mare in poze, dar priveliștea compensează.

The cleanliness could have been better. I reported it to the staff, and they took care of it afterwards. I also think it would be nice to have a wider variety of Turkish dishes at the restaurant.

First of all, the location is just amazing, it offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and lets you see the night lights of the city. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and ready to help at any given moment.

The road in front of the hotel is quite narrow, and the parking there is full all the time, so there might be some problems with transfer cars stopping there. But this more of a geographical issue rather than a hotel’s fault.

Noise cancellation could be better, in my room opposite to restaurant, you could hear the music until midnight!

Alt ved hotellet var en stor positiv oplevelse for os lige fra check-in til udtjekning. Alle personale selv dem der ikke forstår engelsk er meget venlige og gør alt for at få os til at føle velkommen. Beliggenheden er perfekt for gåtur til shopping og tæt på stranden (Tersane Beach). Cleopatra beach ligger på den anden side af byen som kan nås i 20 min gåtur (blot 2 km). Værelset er kompakt, rent og har AC. Så der er god luft i værelset. Rengøringen er i toppen. Der er godt udvalg af morgenmad, og vi blev ikke trætte af morgenmaden i vores 9 dages ophold. Vi oplevede varm velkomst til morgenmaden om morgenen hver eneste morgen. Så det er et kæmpe plus! Svømmebassinet i toppen af bygningen er meget lille, og pladsen til at solbade er meget trangt. Derfor har vi ikke brugt meget tid deroppe. Vi gik ned til stranden i stedet for og svømme samt slikke sol. Vi fik set en hel forskellige fiskearter samt en mellemstor skildpadde på stranden. Hvis man er til fester, ligger hotellet tæt på festgaden hvor der er livlig byliv fra kl. 23.00 til omkring 03.00. Vi gik gennem festgaden flere gange selvom vi ikke drikker da der også sker en masse der. Vi anbefaler hotellet til alle der vil nyde ferien i fred og ro (på hotellet) og vil udforske Alanya, især harbour delen. Men alt er så nemt at nå med el- løbehjul som er meget billige.

Svømmebassinet er meget lille og folk reserverer liggestolene selvom de ikke er der, ligger de deres håndklæder så der altid er fyldt.

A wonderful stay with friends, the staff were amazing very helpful. We had our room upgraded to a suite it was so spacious and well equipped with tooth brush paste and other extras. The pool had an amazing view, only down side was its size, quite small with limited sun loungers. The hotel was well situated with wonderful restaurants just a stones throw away.

Numa port was in an excellent part of Alanya, overlooking the harbour. Fantastic views, exceptionally clean, food was plentiful and delicious, cocktails even better and the staff were wonderfully attentive, polite and friendly. Perfect hotel for couples. Would recommend Alanya and Numa Port to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, overlooking the harbour with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool also had amazing views over the harbour & bay. Staff were really friendly and would do anything to be helpful. Rooms were very clean, comfortable & restocked every day. There was some noise into the night but not too excessive with the balcony doors closed. Breakfasts were varied with plenty of choice, catering for most requirements. Would highly recommend this hotel and it's wonderful staff.

Бассейн работал всего до 6 вечера. 1 лифт на всё здание, приходилось долго ожидать.

Flott frokost, reint og pent overalt. Restaurant NOA var over all forventning, nydelig mat og super service. Må nesten være den med best utsikt i Alanya. Flott, men liten pool på toppen.

Ikke noe negativt foruten høy musikk fra restauranten på andre sia gata. Men kun hvis man satt ute på balkongen på kvelden.

Everything was amazing! The rooms were very clean and very modern. The views were astonishing! The pool on the rooftop was also amazing with the sea view. Staff were amazing too!! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

In May 2026, we stayed at the Numa Port Hotel. The hotel was absolutely fantastic — we really loved it! When we checked in, we were given cookies, which immediately created a warm and welcoming atmosphere ☺️ The rooms are spacious, new, and very stylish. We had a sea view, so we really enjoyed drinking tea on the terrace in the evenings. We would also like to mention the wonderful breakfast area — the views from the windows are absolutely stunning 😍🌅 The breakfasts were delicious and varied (lots of vegetables and fruits, cheeses, pancakes, eggs, coffee, juices, etc.). In my opinion, the hotel’s location is perfect for Alanya if you enjoy walking around the city. It’s right in the center — close to the Red Tower, the shipyard, the port, and a small cozy beach just a few steps away. The only small downside of such a central location is that it can be noisy in the evenings, but we walked so much during the day that we fell asleep easily, so it didn’t bother us at all. Now for the best part: my boyfriend had his birthday during our stay. The staff helped organize a piece of cake for breakfast (they brought it out with candles while playing “Happy Birthday” — it was so lovely). But there was another surprise waiting for us: when we returned to our room after a walk, we found beautifully arranged towels, a balloon, a birthday message, and a plate of fruit! It was incredible 🥳 Thank you so much! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would be happy to come back again next time!

We had another wonderful stay at Numa Port Hotel. This was our 5th time staying here, and it truly feels like our home in Alanya now. Every time we visit, we are happy to see the same high quality and warm atmosphere. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are modern, cozy, and everything feels very high quality. The location is also perfect central and convenient for to everywhere in Alanya. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always make us feel valued and comfortable. We also really appreciate the thoughtful little touches. The chocolate offered at check-in was a lovely welcome gesture, and the complimentary bottle of water at check-out was another very kind and thoughtful detail. Aircon smelled badly, couldn't use it. Slept with open balcony door. Rather loud though. This was the only drawback.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Numa Port Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles, kindness, and outstanding service throughout our stay. The hotel offers breathtaking views over the harbor and mountains — especially from the rooms and the beautiful rooftop terrace. Watching the sunrise and sunset from there was truly magical. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of delicious options every morning — fresh, tasty, and something for everyone. We especially loved starting the day with breakfast overlooking the sea. The rooftop terrace deserves a special mention as well. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the cocktails were absolutely amazing — the perfect place to relax after a day in Alanya. Локация идеальная, вид замечательный, персонал супер вежливый, еда в ресторане прекрасная, завтраки сытные. В Алании много гостиниц, но в этой гостинице идеально все! Номер был чистым, со всеми удобствами. На самом верхнем этаже есть бассейн с замечательным видом. Официанты учитывает каждое пожелание. И мне вчера на этом месте сделали предложение выйти замуж. И сказала ДА! Одним словом, эта гостиница стала для нас особенной.

The rooms are clean and wellm-maintained. The view of the harbour and the sea from the rooms is spectacular. The hotel is within walking distance of the harbour and many restaurants. The breakfast is excellent. You can park for free at the front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

А вот бассейн на крыше разочаровал. По фотографиям на сайте сложилось некое представление о нём, по факту же было очень тесно, бассейн маленький , народу - тьма.

What a great location and wonderful views of the marina area. Breakfast was the best I have had in Turkey and breakfast staff was attentive & professional. Cleaning staff and porter also super attentive and wanting to be helpful.

Was definitely you going to give this hotel a 10 until at checkout I was told that I owed 5 euros for my 15 minute time in the sauna. I had no idea that there was a charge for the sauna. The check out gal pointed out the print on the brochure they give you that says that the sauna is ‘subject to an additional charge’. I wasn’t told that at check in just that I needed to reserve to use, which I did. Have stayed at hotels all over with saunas and never had an additional charge and had I been told it was 5 euros for my 15 minutes I definitely would have passed. Paid the euros but definitely ended what had been an otherwise lovely stay on a sour note and definitely will effect my promotion of the hotel to others.

Vi bodde på hotellet i fem dager. Det er overgangen fra vår til sommer. Det er litte turister på denne tiden. Både prisen og kvaliteten overgikk forventningene. Utmerket frokost! Varmt basseng på taket! Hotellets beliggenhet gir muligheten til å gå tur i all slags vær. Hvis været ikke passer for stranden, kan du gå rundt festningen og gamlebyen, langs vollen. Først fikk vi et lite rom med utsikt over bakgården, men for en rimelig pris fikk vi et rom med havutsikt! Om kveldene og natten var det musikk fra restauranten, men for oss var det ikke et problem! Spesiell takk til jenta i resepsjonen, Cristina, hun er norsk, og det var hyggelig å snakke med henne og få noen tips om hvordan man kan bo. Baren i 5. etasje har servitører som holder en høy servicestandard! Lunsjene vi bestilte på restauranten var også imponerende når det gjelder kvaliteten på presentasjonen og tilberedningen. Vi dro med en sen flyvning og ba om et rom til kvelden, dvs. 6 timer ekstra. For dette synes jeg prisen var for dyr. Sammenlignet med totalprisen for 5 dagers opphold.

Frühstück etwas eintönig, denn jeden Tag gleich. Saft meistens leer. Jaccuzzi funktionierte leider nicht, ärgerlich wenn man extra das Zimmer bucht und auch den nicht ganz kleinen Aufpreis zahlt. Umgebung recht laut, bis in die Nacht laute Musik. Essen und Getränke preislich recht hoch.

Lyhört och minaret i närheten som gjorde att man vaknade tidigt! Bodde på femte våningen och korridoren otroligt mörk.

Spent 6 days at Numa Port Hotel, and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about this hotel is fabulous. I cannot rate it highly enough. What makes it most special is the attentive and friendly staff. In particular Oktay was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way his way to introduce us to the real Turkey, and we have made some great memories. Thank you

Ignore any bad reviews they obviously didn't stay here! Booked for a weeks stay for my birthday and was a little dubious because of the low price but wow! Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were all amazing and friendly! The rooftop pool and bar are fantastic the views are absolutely amazing. I could imagine it gets extremely busy in peak season but we were there in march and was so tranquil. Massive shout out to okay in the rooftop bar what an amazing guy!! Made everyone feel welcome. We payed to upgrade to a sea view room and was worth every penny! Only downside is there is not much space to put clothes but that did not spoil anything. We just lived out of the suitcase and hung a couple of things up! There is a hairdryer and iron and ironing board in the room. Bathroom was large and good shower. 100% recommend booking a table at Noa octopus was the nicest we had all week and the steak melts in the mouth

A wonderful hotel with views across Alanya port. Rooms a good size (ask for front facing, the views are fantastic). Each and every member of staff helpful and polite. The rooftop bar is a lovely area (special mention for Oktay on the bar, who always had a smile and time for everyone). We ate at the rooftop restaurant on the last night and it was the best meal of the week! Presentation was absolutely top class. Thank you for a wonderful week to all the staff.

Был очень неприятный запах канализации в туалете-ванной комнате. Видимо, что-то произошло на верхнем этаже. Но нам никто ничего не сказал и по своей инициативе ничего не предложил. Лишь поздно вечером и ранним утром в номер врывался (без предупреждения) некий человек, заглядывал в туалет и поспешно удалялся … лишь после моего замечания девушка на reception предложила поменять номер. Это немного подпортило в целом замечательное впечатление от отеля.

Завтрак чудесный, это был стимул просыпаться пораньше. Расположения отеля тоже отличное и очень удобное, все в шаговой доступности. Персонал был вежлив
