Xperia Grand Bali Hotel - All Inclusive

Personeel Het personeel was erg lief, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit was absoluut een positief punt van ons verblijf. Familiekamer is ruim en prettig. De douches waren fijn en hadden een goede waterdruk.

Eten & drinken Helaas viel het eten erg tegen. Het eten was regelmatig lauw en de patat was slap. Er was weinig variatie voor een all-inclusive hotel en het aanbod was aanzienlijk beperkter dan wij gewend zijn. De minibar bestond voor een kamer met vier personen uit slechts twee pakjes sap. Ook voor cocktails moest extra worden betaald. Hierdoor vonden wij het all-inclusive aanbod erg beperkt. Uiteindelijk zijn we zelfs buiten het hotel gaan eten, omdat het aanbod en de kwaliteit voor ons onvoldoende waren. Wij hebben in al onze eerdere vakanties nog nooit zo'n tegenvallend all-inclusive concept meegemaakt. Ook werden de tafelkleden niet tussendoor verschoond, wat niet erg hygiënisch overkwam. Voor ons is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding daarom absoluut beneden peil. Kamer & hygiëne Helaas waren er verschillende punten op het gebied van hygiëne en comfort die tegenvielen. Zo zat er nog tandpasta in de beker en was deze niet schoon. De koffiekopjes waren niet goed gereinigd en zaten zelfs vastgeplakt. Daarnaast rook het in de kamer regelmatig naar riool. Er was ook geen mogelijkheid om een extra dekbed te pakken. Er lag alleen een dun dekentje dat bovendien kleiner was dan het tweepersoonsbed. Het hotel was erg gehorig, waardoor we regelmatig geluiden van andere gasten hoorden. Ook moesten we meerdere keren zelf om toiletpapier vragen, omdat dit niet voldoende werd aangevuld. Zwembad Het zwembad vonden wij klein en een gedeelte lag regelmatig in de schaduw. Daarnaast hing er rondom het zwembad een onaangename geur die naar kattenurine rook. Strand Het hotel ligt op ongeveer vijf minuten lopen van het strand. Het strand zelf bestaat voornamelijk uit kiezelzand. Voor vier strandbedden en een parasol moesten wij ongeveer 900 lira per dag betalen. Bovendien is er op het strand geen all-inclusive concept. Bij het strand van Xperia Grand Bali moet voor vrijwel alles worden betaald.

Rommene og standarden var litt sliten. Sammenligner med et annet 4 stjerners hotell vi nettopp bodde på. Barkeeper va litt lite i møtekommende og heller nedlatende. Rommene var veldig lytt - preget nattesøvnen negativt. Frokosten falt ikke i smak.

Meine Familie war mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders wichtig waren ihnen saubere Zimmer und diese Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt, ordentlich und wurden regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt und gemerkt, dass den Mitarbeitern das Wohl der Gäste wichtig ist. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und es gab eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Die Auswahl war so vielfältig, dass man gar nicht wusste, was man zuerst probieren sollte. Es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sehr sauber und das Wasser ist wunderschön klar. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage war gepflegt und angenehm. Meine Familie hatte einen tollen Urlaub und würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und den guten Service!

On a passé un bon séjour à l'hôtel. Il est bien situé et très proche de la plage. La nourriture est de bonne qualité et le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande vivement.

Hotel Xperia ma dla nas tylko dwa duże plusy: świetną lokalizację blisko plaży oraz bardzo zaangażowany i pomocny personel. Pracownicy naprawdę starają się, są uprzejmi i to jest największa zaleta tego miejsca.

Przyjeżdżamy do Turcji od kilkunastu lat, minimum raz w roku, i niestety pierwszy raz trafiliśmy na hotel, który tak bardzo odbiegał od naszych dotychczasowych doświadczeń. Rezerwację dokonaliśmy przez Booking.com. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że zarezerwowany przez nas pokój był bez balkonu — co w Turcji zdarza się nam naprawdę bardzo rzadko. Niestety pokój również nas rozczarował. Był bardzo ciemny, miał małe okno i brakowało normalnego oświetlenia. Nie było światła sufitowego, a jedyne lampy znajdowały się przy łóżku, przez co wieczorem w pokoju było bardzo ponuro i niekomfortowo. Największym rozczarowaniem było jednak jedzenie. Turcja przez lata przyzwyczaiła nas do pewnego poziomu, a tutaj oferta gastronomiczna była zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań. Ciepłe dania były wprawdzie wystawione w pełnych pojemnikach, ale większość z nich zajmowały najprostsze dodatki: ryż, makaron, ziemniaki w różnych formach — np. gotowane, zapiekane, kilkukrotnie frytki oraz ziemniaki w formie nieestetycznej, wodnistej „mamałygi” ziemniaczanej, która nawet nie przypominała klasycznego purée. Dania główne bardzo często były bardzo proste: mięso pokrojone w kostkę, wymieszane z ziemniakami, groszkiem, marchewką lub innymi warzywami. Kilka razy pojawiła się również ryba, ale niestety również sprawiała wrażenie produktu z najniższej półki i nie była smaczna. Całość sprawiała wrażenie jedzenia z przeciętnego baru szybkiej obsługi, a nie hotelu all inclusive w Turcji. Składniki wyglądały na bardzo podstawowe i najtańsze, co przy czterogwiazdkowym hotelu było dla nas dużym rozczarowaniem. Dużo było również pozornej różnorodności przy sałatkach — wiele talerzy, ale często ten sam produkt w kilku różnych wersjach (np. ogórki pokrojone na różne sposoby, z koperkiem, z jogurtem itd.). Było wrażenie dużej ilości, ale realnie wybór był bardzo ograniczony. Gdy jakieś danie lub produkt się kończył, bardzo często nie był już uzupełniany.

I love Alanya I've spent time in most of the resorts in Turkey Alanya is my favorite its beautifull friendly and quite compared to other resorts the Grand Bali is situated perfectly for everything, its a good hotel friendly and helpfull staff who go above and beyond for you, good food and there's a sister hotel 5 minutes away you can use with the most beutifull beach ⛱️

Наш отдых был замечательным! Спасибо ресепшионисту, помогал со всеми вопросами, объяснил все, был вежлив и дружелюбен. Буфет нам понравился, есть фрукты, вкусные десерты и овощи. Очень красивый и просторный номер, свой балкон. Есть спа и тренажерный зал и два бассейна. Также хотели бы сказать спасибо бармену с главного ресторана, он просто душка!! Очень хотелось бы провести здесь больше времени.

Отель находится недалеко от пляжа Клеопатра. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Персонал замечательный. Номера хорошие. Питание -выбор не большой, но любой найдёт на свой вкус.

За небольшую доплату нам предложили номер категории выше. Понравилась чистота. У нас в номере убирали каждый день. Хорошие матрасы и есть подушечное "меню" где можно выбрать подушки. Очень отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. Понравилось меню на гриле, было вкусно. Понравислось выступление музыкальной группы "Шаман".

Хотелось бы больше разнообразного питания и больше и качественнее асортимент сладостей. Развлекательную программу хотелось бы сделать лучше и интересней.

Location is good with central Alanya, room sizes were good and we had nice memory. Staff was friendly

cleaning! several times found black short hairs in plates, dishes, food and when I show the staff or cooker even we didnt get apology. kitchen and food service staff should be more trained. There is no hoover in hotel rooms actually in all hotel! we requested twice during a week hoover for our rooms, because there were food crumbles, hairs on the floor when we enter first time in our room, cleaning ladies informed hoover is broken. afterwards figured out actually this is hotel management decision . so annoying and will not stay there at all. Also most unacceptable part is discrimination of the wrist bands: Turks or muslims Red wrist band, Russians are blue, Slowak, Polish or east Europeans silver. Felt we are in Nazi camp looking wrist band who is who. Reception is rejecting giving different colour for guest depends on their nationality but I have asked more than one service staff and all responded same that meanings nationality of guests! Dont recommend.

Dirty restaurant with same food every day. Cats in restaurant and kitchen, many of them. Juices that are presented as natural are chemistry from a sachet. Dirty room, mold. Only location is good, everything else is for 1 star.

1. Reception and arrivals - no understanding of the basic needs of a guest and no empathy! (I arrived around 21:30, was tired after the whole day on my way there. A person at the reception tried to speak to me my native language despite me speaking English well enough, so I had to waste my energy trying to understand him speak my native language very poorly and to reply to him very slowly and in most simple words so that he could understand. Why not speaking English? It's far more convenient for all.) - a person at the reception didn't give me the hotel wristband (In the morning at breakfast the personnel of the "restaurant" asked me to prove with wristband that I'm a guest of the hotel) - noone conducted me to the room to show where it is located - no information on hotel services and facilities upon arrival (- Where is the beach? - It's 900 meters out there? - 900 meters in which direction?) - sunbed and umbrella are not included into hotel fee and are charged additionally at the beach - the hotel doesn't have its own beach, the beach is public which means dirty - cigarette butt are everywhere in the sand - no beach towels provided by the hotel 2. Restaurant and meals - very rigid and scarce choice of food - at breakfast no fruit except apples - dirty tablecloths - dirty tableware - extremely small and inconvenient hall 3. Wi-Fi - unstable network - open network which means one cannot connect from corporate laptop if needs to stay in touch for work - weak connection even in the room and in the lobby - no connection in the "restaurant" 4. Room - no hand soap in dispenser in the bathroom - lack of toilet paper - no upper main light in the room 5. Swimming pool - dirty and broken sunbeds at the swimming pool - water is not clean - extremely small, for 10 people maximum

Extremely happy about my all inclusive holidays in Xperia for 10 nights. I travelled with family and for me was important a lot of things for comfy staying with my 15 months kid. First of all I was looking for location of hotel. So it’s located very close to the city centre and get to the nearest beach takes around 7 minutes by walking. I met all my expectations: beautiful view from the balcony, room was airy, quiet, comfy, air con not noisy, big wardrobe with hungers and shelves, electric kettle in the room. You can find there soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, small hairbrush, slippers, shoe polish etc - I’d say all what you need for comfy staying. Cleaning stuff, waiters, kitchen team, receptionists was friendly and made the stay at the hotel more pleasant. There 1 outdoor jacuzzi and 1 swimming pool boarded with kids section pool, pool sun beds, umbrellas, rest areas with huge outdoor pillows to lie down on. Tasty food, soup, variety of salads, meat etc, especially delicious cakes and Turkish baklava. My last day I tried red and white wine and it was super balanced about sugar, taste and aroma, I didn’t expect that it would be so tasty , in other way I’d have it every day ))) Also there was opportunity to attend evenings events like Turkish nights or disco etc in the another Experia hotel which located around 15 minutes by walking, but I never had chance to get there because of sleeping time of my kid. But I’m sure it’s not a big deal for other people to make nice evening walk one side and back ))

The beach sun beds and umbrella it’s service with extra charge, but there some discount for hotel guests. But almost all hotels in this area have same system so nothing to do about it.

Maten var inte den bästa, samma maträtter repeterades gång per gång. Frågade efter vitvin på baren, det serverades i plastiska glass och glasen var inte rena.

Приезжал в Аланию по делам. Идеальное расположение, 10 баллов - все основные банки, торговая палата, нотариусы в пределах 5-6 минут пешком. До фуникулёра 5 минут, около него внизу из наверху несколько хороших ресторанов. Море тоже рядом, но я не разу так и не добрался. Сам отель крепкие 4 *. Без пафоса, но всё есть сауна, баня и даже небольшая качалка. Массажист, кстати, тоже неплохой. Кухня приличная, поправился как в пионерском лагере. Номер уютный, можно и отдохнуть и поработать. А вот за матрасы твёрдые 5+. В целом цена / качество / уют реальные 10. Отдельно спасибо менеджеру Юнусу, все мелкие и не мелкие вопросы решались доброжелательно и точно. Отель замечательный, очень понравилось.

Очень уютный отель,я отдыхала с семьей у нас был большой номер с балконом .Персонал очень вежливый и готов помочь . Еда норм,большой выбор ,очень жаль что не было их традиционных сладостей(пахлавы). Вокруг много разных магазинов и ресторанов,рядом есть очень хорошая аптека.

I had a great time at Grand Bali. It is a modern hotel close to the beach and located in the centre of the bustling city. The staff was exquisite, big shoutout to the guys at the front desk and the cleaning staff.. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The only remark is that AC was directly in front of the bed, so it's certainly not a good option during hot summer days to have AC directly in your head. For light sleepers, ask for rooms that are far from the street at night, it's very noisy. Turks like to go full throttle even at 3 a.m. The food was excellent, veal, turkey, chicken, soups and salads. Oh, a plethora of salads. Literally, everything your heart desires. Only one thing that was inconvenient... no salad labels... had no idea what was in all these salad mixes, so I really had to throw away food that i didnt like. Put labels on it. The beach is very close, 5 minutes on foot, a large grainy sandy beach with many bars that you can choose from. The hotel has its part of the beach and beach bar, but it's not included in the concept of AI, which I had found odd, but okay, it's clearly stated in the terms and rules. The prices are sffordabke and the beach staff is great. Overall, it is a great place for a holiday in Alanya, where people can relax and enjoy.

All Hotell staff was super nice; at the reception, at restaurant and the cleaning lady. Free WiFi. A big variety of food. We had a nice and big room for 4 people. 2 showers and hot water. Cheap beach beds. Great location, short way to beach, teleferik and centrum. Own hamam. And activities every night at Sister hotel. Would come back any time 🥰 Thank you so much for making our holiday rememberable ❤️

не понравилось, что за 20 минут до закрытия 2 часового периода для ужина блюда были убраны. На самом ужине был определенный хаос в плане рассадки и качество блюд было ниже ожидаемого.

Отличное расположение в самом центре: до пляжа Клеопатры, канатной дороги к крепости Аланьи и археологического музея всего 5 минут пешком, до марины и Красной башни 20 минут. Неплохой просторный клубный номер на семью. Была бесплатная парковка перед отелем.

Уровень отеля едва дотягивает до 3*: выбор блюд скудный, качество посредственное, бар формальный, поэтому all inclusive теряет смысл. За 4 дня убрались только один раз, полотенца так и не сменили.

The front desk who received us was a wonderful gentleman and he made sure our family got one room to fit us in. It was last minute and it was along our driving route. So we only stayed overnight before going sight seeing. It is a beautiful hotel. Also the breakfast was included and it was gourmet! Delicious! The setting for eating was also so lovely. I would come again and this time with more advance notification and for longer. The balcony was just lovely!

Been to Alanya a few times but first time I've stayed at this hotel. From Yunus in reception that made it possible for us to check in early (and late), to the attentive and friendly bar and restaurant staff who genuinely cared that everyone enjoyed their stay. The location was absolutely ideal, in a vibrant area lined with restaurants and shopping boutiques, and very close proximity to the beach. This will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Alanya again. Thank you for a truly awesome experience Xperia Bali!

It was my third stay there and I can safely say that they even they were very good at the first one in 2021, I saw a big improvement through 3 years. Food is exceptionally tasty, animations (you have to walk to Xperia Saray) were great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is 5 minutes away from Cleopatra Beach by walking. Everything was great. We would like to visit again.

Hizmet aktivitelerde her dahil anlamda olup bunların hem halk plajında denize girilir vede Şezlong ve güneşlik ücretlidir diye yazılmış olsaydı bu oteli tercih etmezdik. iki kez denize girdik. baktık zevk alamıyoruz otelden erken ayrıldık. Ayrıca da ilk olarak bir balkonsuz otele rast geldik. Denizden geldiğimizde ıslakları kurutacak yer yoktu. Çünkü otelin arka odaları hepsi balkonsuzdu. Otelin gece eğlencesi 900 m. uzakta ortak otelde olması da hiçte hoş olmamıştı. Bence bu otel sadece konaklama için çok uygun bir otel.

Many Xperia, but this one particular is in the township has pool and everything else you need food verity- Food different every day verity but again we love Turkish food and lots people from EU, Dutch, Germany, Russian -Euro Asian-very few British people we loved it! Formal casual dress for dinner-but if you’re interested walk towards the beach Cleopatra that’s got everything you need but it’s wavey and quick deep in sea. Very unique sand-magnificent. A-walk abit further Alanya municipal beach that’s more family with kids walking further into the sea no problem - market area and harbour, lighthouse A big thank you to the staff- speak very limited English/ Afrikaans -the manager (speaks multiple languages) who did everything change our room arrangement for our 5 year old - we have to now go to Antalya- definitely recommend this hotel

Am not sure we have anything negative we not fussy about most things we more relaxed if you too picky about everything I suggest you pay £2000+ for your stay!

My family and me had a great time here! We would recommend this Hotel anytime. Everyone here is nice especially Marina, Mustafa, Yunus👏🏽 Delicious food, great birthday celebration. The only thing that we thought was included in ‘all inclusive’ but we had to pay extra for, are deck chairs and parasol on the Beach.

The hotel is beautiful and organized,The events and shows are fun, and there is a private beach at the hotel.. the staff are cheerful and helpful, giving you the feeling that they are part of the trip and I thank Mr. Yonus for his constant help.

Everything was perfect, we were received by two super kind receptionists, which were always at our Service. The workers in the restaurants were all extraordinarily kind and welcoming. The location was perfect, the rooms were really really clean. We felt very well and would definetly recommend!

Opphold 5 netter med to barn. Kanskje ikke anbefalt med familier med små barn, siden basseng området var så liten og ikke så veldig mye aktiviteter for barn. All incl hotell, alkohol valg og mat var ikke så veldig bra. Men ellers Veldig bra renhold på hotellrom, kort vei til cleopatra stranden og til sentrum.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the stay I had at your hotel, from the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable room, and the delicious meals. I will definitely be returning and recommending your hotel to others.

I skipped breakfast every day and had a lunch as a first meal in day. Food in hotel is buffet type served 3 times a day in restaurant that also has tables in the garden. There are tables inside, there is adjacent bar with inside and outside seating.

Food was love/hate affair. Restaurant and food was nice, clean, fresh, many stuff available to bring drinks or get something. We didn’t have a meal that didn’t taste good. Turkiye has plenty of food. Veggies and fruits are of the best quality. No Monstanto garbage allowed there. Problem was in food selection that was always the same. Rice, mashed potatoes, chicken stew, turkey stew, french fries, mixed veggies, pasta, red pasta sauce. 2 soups a day. Excellent salad bar, olives, hummus, all nice. Pastries, all own production, nice selection. Every day three times a day marvellous watermelons, oranges and other fruits. What we didn't like is the small variety of main dishes. Pretty much the same every day.

We enjoyed our staying in the hotel. We had got our room upgraded to deluxe so we were pleasantly surprised . The staff at the reception was amazing and Really helpful. The beach is nearby and the city center as well. The food was really good the whole day. We were family of 5 and we would like to come back next time .

I loved the staff and the food. The staff was just incredibly nice and the food was delicious. The serounding scenery was also amazing.

Check in was super smooth, and this man in the reception greet us in the best way! And showed us around the hotel, and gave us possibilities to upgrade our room, we that and was happy for the room and the spacious deluxe room for 4 people (we were 3). Hotel is super close to everything in Alanya center. Food is good, and variety is good. Best thing about the hotel is that you also can be in the mother hotel Xperia Saray Beach Hotel for intertainment, eat, swim in the pool and at the private beach. Animation team manager Adelina is very kind and gave us informations about everything. Hotel staff vere not very kind for those who don't speak their language. But Adeline makes our stay more comfortable by being nice and friendly all the time.

It is first time we experienced that you have to pay extra for cocktails in a All-inclusive Hotel. So you have to be aware of that if you like free cocktails in a All-inclusive Hotel. Staff were not very friendly and only greets those who gives tips (like when we did it), and those who speaks their language. But you will experience the opposite of this in the mother hotel, so choose it if you want better service at the hotel.

Personalet var u venligt. Maden var fint Og hotels tilstand er meget gammel dør, vandhane seng larmer meget.

The food was pretty okay. The options are limited though. The staff was quite nice. The place is okay if you are visiting for a night and want to park yourself for some quick time.

1. Room was very okay. There were 2 single beds ( separate ) and one bunk bed in one corner of the room. Not impressive at all. 2. The water in the washbasin was clogging. 3. The bar had very very limited options so not worth all-inclusive price. 4 It is too expensive

Check-in was a breeze, Bilge did a superb job and even upgraded to a Club House suite for free! Rest of staff were very polite, mostly always smiling, and buffet had good choices. Pool is nice. Good for families, couples or friends. Highly recommend.

My friend saw some flies or small bugs in the salad bar, please monitor quality before taking food out to the buffet. Otherwise, zero complaints.

We stayed for 10 nights. Xperia Grand Bali Hotel meets our expectations. Food was great, the staff was very nice polite and helpful. The beach is close to the hotel. Overall an enjoyable stay. I would chose this hotel again.

I was in alanya really many times but this hotel is best in Alanya I've been at holiday . Not only because of the center and close to the sea, or because of delicious food and a great spa. I have never met such friendly and cordial men with such high personal culture in any hotel - Thank U manager Ertugrul and 3 men working at the reception desk Tajfun, Mustafa, Yunus . They are ones who make everyone feel at home. Thank U.

Everything was great.

Cosy and beautiful hotel close to the beach. Receptionists are super attentive, I got a free room upgrade. I enjoyed the massage at the hotel, there are women from Bali working there and they are very professional. Food was tasty (not a huge selection, but enough). Cleaning ladies were leaving a bottle of water and a roll of toilet paper outside my door when I turned on "do not disturb" sign, which I really appreciate. Overall hotel stuff are all nice and welcoming people. Would stay there again.

good location. close to beach, shops and restaurants.

food was bad. breakfast was fine, we ate a lot of bread to survive. lunch and dinner was the same, always looked terrible and tasted like nothing. salad bar was fine, even desserts looked good but didn’t taste anything. the drinks you could get free from the bar all the time were off-brand soda that tasted like old soda with no gas. we ate in restaurants every day, very disappointed in the food. the room was pretty basic, nothing exclusive. overall felt like it sounded way better than it was described. minibar was only a new bottle of water every day.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were made to feel very special. No request was too much trouble. fantastic location. The massage we booked as extra was fantastic. overall an amazing holiday.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very pleasant. The manager helped me with all my questions and issues, saved my time, and helped with the car rental when I was in a hurry. The rooms are clean. Towels and bedclothing were changed regularly. The restaurant's food was excellent and fresh. The bar was cozy. Also, I tried the hotel's SPA - it was great. So, I have a very positive experience of staying in the hotel. I can recommend it!

i liked everything, good clean city hotel

The meals were very good that is not easy to find for vegetarians. Location is excellent if you want to get to the beach (that has beautiful clean water and a groove type of sand) or want to go up to the castle.
