Bij het ontbijt is slechts 1 kop koffie inbegrepen. Voor een tweede kop koffie moet je betalen. Dit stond nergens beschreven in de informatie tijdens het reserveren via Booking. De bedden liggen hard, de kussens zijn hard en dun.

The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I’ve experienced in my many years of travel. Hotel very clean. The staff was truly exceptional. When our train was canceled due to a nationwide strike, the thoughtful hotel manager Dario went out of his way to find a wonderful driver (from Cefalu to Milazzo) who could take us there within a few hours. Superb personal service.

Good location. Secure parking included.

Very nice hotel at good location in Cefaly. They have ther own garage which is easy reachsble from the main street. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a lot of space for luggage and clothes. There is a lot of choice for breakfast with a lot of cakes and excellent coffee. Staff is very wellcoming and helpful.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, e due minuti dal Lungo mare che porta alla città vecchia. Le stanze sono pulite e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Buona anche la colazione.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero fantastico in questa struttura. La posizione è ideale, comodissima per esplorare la zona e vicina a tutti i principali punti d'interesse. Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff: accogliente, professionale e sempre disponibile a dispensare ottimi consigli con il sorriso. La camera era impeccabile, estremamente pulita, silenziosa e dotata di un letto comodissimo che ci ha garantito un riposo perfetto. Nota di merito anche per la colazione, ricca di prodotti freschi e con un'ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo ad occhi chiusi a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza di relax e qualità!

Breakfast could be better for eur700 for 2 nights!

Staff was wonderful and so was the location. 20 minutes was the furthest we needed to walk to reach any place we wanted to go! Breakfast was great too!

The only thing we didn’t like was the small shower, because the water came out of the sliding doors.

The Artemis Hotel was a fantastic place to stay in Cefalu. The room with a balcony was amazing, ALL the staff we super friendly and the breakfast staff were just brilliant. The hotel is well placed and a short walk from the main promenade and restaurants. The beach is a 2 min walk. When I come back to Cefalu I will be staying here again.

The only very minor criticism is the gym is rather small and not that well equipped and was dusty. That said it’s a holiday gym so adequate.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff were so great, they assisted us when we had any questions about the area and things to see and do. The location is just a short walk to the beach and to the main part of town. Parking was near by which was great. The breakfast was the BEST I have ever had while traveling. The room and facilities were absolutely gorgeous! This is a must stay!

Très bel hôtel calme, confortable et bien placé, proche de la plage et de la vieille ville. Excellent accueil à la réception. Petit déjeuner agréable en terrasse. Possibilité de parking.

Close to the beach and in walking distance from the old town. Very friendly and service minded staff. Clean rooms and enjoyable breakfast.

התארחנו במלון ונהנינו מאוד מהשהות. המלון ממוקם במיקום מצוין, קרוב מאוד לים ולרחוב הראשי, כך שניתן להגיע בקלות לכל מקום ברגל, ללא צורך בתחבורה כלשהי – יתרון משמעותי שהפך את החופשה לנוחה ומהנה במיוחד. קיבלנו חדר זוגי ענק ומרווח, הרבה מעבר לציפיות שלנו, מה שהוסיף מאוד לנוחות ולתחושת הפינוק במהלך השהות. הצוות, הן בקבלה והן בחדר האוכל, היה אדיב, שירותי ומסביר פנים לאורך כל החופשה. תמיד קיבלנו מענה מהיר לכל בקשה, והרגשנו שעושים מאמץ אמיתי כדי שניהנה מהאירוח. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת – טעימה, מגוונת וטרייה. כל מה שביקשנו טופל בחיוך וברצון טוב, והתחושה הכללית הייתה של שירות ברמה גבוהה ואכפתיות אמיתית לאורחים. בסיכומו של דבר, מדובר במלון מקסים עם מיקום מושלם, צוות נהדר וחוויית אירוח נעימה ומומלצת מאוד. 🌟

הנקודה היחידה שפגמה בחוויית האירוח הייתה רמת הניקיון של רצפת החדר. לאורך כל השהות הרצפה הייתה מלאה בחול ובאבק, גם לאחר ניקיון החדר, מה שיצר תחושה לא נעימה ופגע מעט בתחושת הנוחות. מדובר בעניין קטן יחסית, אך כזה שבהחלט ראוי לשיפור, במיוחד במלון שמעניק חוויית אירוח טובה כל כך בשאר ההיבטים.ספק את המשוב שלך על BizChat

Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption, gute Lage des Hotels und schönes ruhiges Zimmer. Zum Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an Gebäck, Eiern, Säften usw., der zweite Cappuccino mußte bezahlt werden. Cefalū ist ein reizender Ferienort mit richtigem Sandstrand. Parkmöglichkeiten waren im Hotel und in der Nähe vorhanden.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war teilweise etwas stringent, wir konnten damit aber ganz gut leben.

Great location near the beach and a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and Cathedral. Smart, slightly old fashioned hotel. The staff were very helpful when we arrived late morning. We parked the car in their underground car park and left our suitcases. The reception staff gave us a map and marked some restaurant suggestions. The room was a nice size with a balcony. The shower was good. Good air to air heating. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Overall a very pleasant stay at an attractive hotel.

Our balcony had a wall and the view was not very good. Some other balconies and views from other rooms at the hotel looked prettier.

The hotel is lovely, situated perfectly for exploring Cefalu. Parking under the hotel (for a fee). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast bountiful and delicious.

Bathroom--There was nohot water on the night of our arrival as well as on the day of our departure. the shower was for handicapped individuals with the shoser door warped and did not close fullytherefore there was water on the floor after each use.
