Lage gut, direkt am Meer gegen Ende des Lungomare... wer in der Altstadt übernachten will, muss zirka 5-10 Minuten gehen... Frühstück war gut, grosse Auswahl vor allem süsser Backwaren, was typisch für Sizilien ist. Die Eier wurden auf Wunsch à la Minute zubereitet - TOP! Kaffee aus dem Automaten nicht wirklich lecker, aber beim Barista am Tresen bestellt und schon hatte ich einen ausgezeichneten Espresso. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Dame an der Reception - Weltklasse, freundlich, zuvorkommend, interessiert und vor allem SEHR engagiert. Nahm auch konstruktive Kritik an und handelte umgehend, sehr professionell. Kleines Manko: Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist für Hybrid Wagen leider nicht erlaubt. Daher muss man gegen Gebühr auf der Strasse (blaue Zone entlang des gesamten Lungomare) parken.

Garagenplatz für Hybrid Autos NICHT gestattet. Balkon des Zimmers war nicht gewischt/geputzt als wir ankamen. Die Terrasse für den abendlichen Aperitif etwas lieblos dekoriert.

Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut, Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit Balkon. Blick zum Meer ist schön.

Staff was awesome! When checking in, there was a wonderful woman that helped us park and went way out of her way to help us navigate property. Very kind! We were able to check in early. Room was great with balcony. Room was clean.

Great location right in front of the beach and a short walk from all the stores/sights. Hotel felt more like a resort with access to the pool. Great staff as well. Can’t park in the garage if you have a hybrid or electric car which wasn’t a problem because there’s plenty of street parking.

Die Lage ist super alles fußläufig erreichbar und da ich mit dem Zug unterwegs war ist der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse gut, Zimmer und Balkon groß

Die Toilette war leider nicht sauber, im Bett lagen Haare und beim Auschecken bekam ich nur ein "sorry" und dass das nicht sein kann, da immer alles nach kontrolliert wird, für den Service und die Hygiene ist der Preis überhaupt nicht berechtigt

They don’t allow ironing boards in the hotel so we ended up wearing creases clothes in Cefalù. For a hotel of this caliber, I thought it was unacceptable to deny such a basic facility.

Buffet petit déjeuner moyen. Beaucoup de pâtisserie, viennoiserie et autres biscuits sucrés. Très peu de pain et de plus pas frais. Les jus de fruits ne sont pas frais également.

Costo eccessivo per i servizi offerti il parcheggio aveva un costo extra e i teli mare non venivano sostituiti, avevano un costo extra. Le tende delle camere non erano oscuranti e per chi come me per dormire ama il buio totale è stato un problema

Property was in a great location and it was nice to have beach access.

My room had a strange sound we had to complain about several times before it got addressed. When we arrived there was also a lot of sand in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria Palace Cefalù. The hotel is in an excellent location by the sea, within easy walking distance of the historic center of Cefalù. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast was very good, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. What stood out most, however, was the service. A very special thank you to Alessia at reception, who was exceptionally professional, kind and attentive throughout our stay. She was always available to help, handled every request with patience and a smile, and made us feel genuinely welcome, even when naturally not every request or wish could be accommodated. Her personal attention, warm approach and genuine willingness to assist made a real difference to our experience. People like Alessia are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. We would gladly recommend Victoria Palace Cefalù and are seriously considering returning next year to celebrate the hotel's 10th anniversary on August 5, 2027. It would be a pleasure to stay with you again and be part of this special occasion.

Hotel sul lungomare in posizione strategica rispetto al centro, a pochi passi da ristoranti e dal duomo. La prenotazione dà diritto anche all’uso gratuito di piscina e lido, ma per i tempi del mio soggiorno non ho potuto usufruire del servizio che comunque è gradito. La camera è pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, con ampia doccia e comodo divanetto. Colazione in terrazza con vista mare davvero eccellente, soprattutto per la selezione salata con chef che prepara al momento uova fresche come meglio si desidera. Considerando la grande domanda turistica e il periodo del soggiorno, ritengo che la soluzione sia ottima per qualità/prezzo.

De accommodatie heeft ongeveer 30 kamers en dat maakt het heel leuk en knus. Gezellig met het ontbijt niet druk, niet dringen.

Excelente ubicacion con vista al mar y playa privada. A destacar el parking en el propio hotel. Tuvimos una emergia medica y nos brindaron una atencion espectacular ( a destacar la actitud y buena predisposicion de Federico actuando rapidamente) Tambien la atencion de Ana cuando llegamos y durante toda la estadia fue buenisima. Realmente muy contentos con todo y sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos cuando volvamos!

Just a shame there was no restaurant or cafe facilities as the signs showed on the hotel facade

We booked Victoria palace half board but didn’t know we had to go to the sister hotel down the road for dinner. The menu wasn’t to our taste but this hotel, the sea palace was more to our expectations. We booked a superior room in the V P but it definitely wasn’t that. Only 2 sockets fitted our adapters. No drawers for underwear other than a slim one in the writing desk below the tv. Only cnn available on tv. There isn’t a bus service as the roads are too narrow, we didn’t know that. It was extremely hot which was fine but maybe this impacted on locals as we found a few a bit grumpy? We tried to speak Italian but failed miserably. Breakfast here isn’t very comprehensive- no bacon only fried ham sausage salad pastries. 3 choices of cereal. Maybe this is ok for some but this holiday wasn’t cheap and we felt slightly disappointed with it. Pool bar was a small serving set up with only sandwiches available for lunch. No bar as such just a fridge no tea coffee available. Not a pool bar to my expectations. Air con in room was inadequate had it on 13 degrees and wasn’t cool enough. Friendly staff but we wouldn’t go back. The town of cefalu is stunning so maybe we chose the wrong hotel? The old town is just gorgeous.

There was a pool and beach option.

Too many rules, no outdoor food or drinks, including a bottle of soda, water, etc. We booked a taxi to the airport in advance and paid in advance, upon checking out, we had to pay again and the girl at the front desk was giving a hard time when we said we already paid and we left without a refund. We had to reach out after via booking.com to settle the issue and we were refunded finally but they should really train the staff not to be so abrasive. It’s an easy walk down the water to the main part of town but you’re better off staying in town. It’s not much of an exciting stay here.

It was good that there was a pool bar but drinks were very expensive compared with bars and restaraunts close by. I would have used the hotel pool bar everyday. We got told that we could not even drink our own water at the pool (but we did)

Location. Right across the beach. You can’t beach it. They have their own area on the beach and it’s just a short walk to the historic area of Cefalu!

Fruit selection at breakfast could be better (though quality was good). Swimming pool and beach closes in principle at 7pm already (but we got access to the private beach anyhow just after 7pm due to late arrival).

Very nice hotel right across the street from the beach. Nice spacious, clean rooms with balcony and sea view. Bathroom was very modern and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our 3 weeks in Sicily. They have parking a few blocks away in a gated dirt lot. The hotel also has a private beach area which was very nice and convenient. This is a very nice place to stay in Cefalu and would stay here again.

Die Lage des Hotels an der Uferpromenade von Cefalù ist wunderbar. Das Zimmer besichtigen durch einen gut nutzbaren Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Promenade und das Meer. Eine Tiefgarage gehört auch dazu, was mir persönlich wichtig ist, da wir grundsätzlich mit dem Auto verreisen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this was the best part of our 2 week trip to Sicily! *Room and balcony were great with wonderful sea views. *Location was fantastic, near to train station, beaches, restaurants, old town and other amenities. *Breakfast was amazing (eggs freshly cooked to order) - great food and wonderful rooftop views over the sea. *Beach with loungers, umbrella and towels all included.in price. *Friendly staff in all departments. We will definitely return!

Très positif : l'emplacement, la grande chambre avec belle salle de bain et balcon, la propreté, le calme ( insonorisation), la climatisation très efficace et totalement silencieuse ( ce qui est rare), la literie, les équipements, le petit dej pris sur le roof top ( voir photo), la plage privée ( avec bar, restauration, douches wc et bien sur parasols et transats), la grande gentillesse du personnel.

Négatif : voyons ....et bien j'ai beau réfléchir...ah oui en cherchant bien il manque 1 ou 2 étagères dans l'armoire et une prise au dessus du lavabo pour brancher sa brosse à dent électrique 😉

Our experience at the Hotel Victoria Palace in Cefalù was wonderful! The ladies at reception and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful—especially Alessia, who quickly and professionally assisted me when I had a reaction to the chlorine by moving me to a suite away from the pool. Everything was excellent; I highly recommend it!

Hotel is seafront, just cross the street and you are on the sand! Parking space on the property, comfy room with lovely sea view from the balcony, great breakfast, amazing staff, they also have a beach club with free sunbeds and sun umbrellas for the guests. City center is within walking distance, like a 6 minutes walk through the beach boulevard, 10/10

The breakfast was good with a stunning view. The hotel has a private beach area about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. The room was clean.

The room was basic, and the beddings were not good. The pillows were hard and bumpy, not hotel grade pillows. The blanket was a thin polyester layer. Overall, the room was far below 4 star standard.

Den fanns en ung kille som gav utmärkt service och nära stranden

Oerhört otrevligt bemötande från resten av personalen, informerar inte oss om faciliteter, inge tips på vad för utflykter de hade kunnat arrangera, personalen som bara stirrar när man kommer in och aldrig svarar på ens hälsningar. Bemötandet var under all kritik och förstörde stämningen hos vistelsen när man behövde gå tillbaka på rummet. Hade inte med gott samvete kunnat rekommendera till någon.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful.....Anna and Alessia. I got sick, they called the doctor, the Farmacia delivered medication, they delivered the medicine directly to the room upon arrival. I could not have asked for a more compassionate and helpful staff. The hotel was immaculate and very comfortable, great location on the beach.

Te reciben con un lobbi sin aire sin donde sentarse y ni un agua de bienvenida ,tomando en cuenta que la temporada es muy calurosa no usan el aire acondicionado, el baño no servía el extractor y no tenía ventana se concentraban los olores y humedad , recepción no son los más amigables. La verdad si me tocará ir a cefalu me quedará en otro lugar.

Had a lovely weeks holiday staying at the Victoria Palace hotel in Cefula. Nice room overlooking pool and sea. Beautiful breakfast terrace. Hot & cold options avaiable. Frendly staff. Unfortunately the only downside was when we booked the holiday through our British tour operator. It advertised the hotel as having a Bar/snack cafe at front of hotel. This would be open throughout the day for poolside drinks or to sit in the cafe, THIS NO LONGER EXISTS!! It is just a seating area. The only Bar available is behind the breakfast counter on the roof terrace which is only open in the evenings. If you want Food/drink during the day you have to leave the hotel. You cannot bring Food/drink into the hotel. I dont know why the owner chose to close the Bar at front of hotel. It dosent make any sense at all. But as long as you are aware of this the Victoria Palace is a lovely hotel in a ideal location for beach & the old town nearby.
