Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone, było w czym wybierać. Klimatyzacja i lodówka działały dobrze i bezgłośnie.

Opis pokoju "na poziomie basenu" był mylący bo była to de facto piwnica pod jego poziomem. Światło w pokoju mogło by być lepsze. Łazienka mocno odbiegała od standardu pokoju, w szczególności natrysk był mały i niewygodny do korzystania.

De lavede om på vores værelse, så vi fik et værelse der var meget lille, damen i receptionen gav os et andet rum , end det vi skulle have haft, først troede jeg hun gav os et bedre ,da hun viskede vores nummer ud på vores nøglekort, og skrev et nyt, når vi skulle på toilettet om natten, skulle vi kravle over hinanden, da sengen stod op af væggen, heldigvis havde vi kun en overnatning, og gad ikke bruge tid på at skulle lave det om, da vi kom lidt sent om aften, og heller ville ud og spise inden restauranter lukkede, vi havde booket 2 overnatninger senere, men kan heldigvis afbestille dem, og finde noget andet, så det er gjort , så vi ikke fik samme værelse igen.

Personal je vrlo profesionalan, objekat je na vrlo dobroj lokaciji. Sadrzaji u hotelu su dobri. Vrlo dobar dorucak, kao i higijena.

Iako sam rezervisao boravak pre vise od deset meseci, mislim da je trebalo da dobijem bolju sobu. Velicina sobe jos moze i da se prihvat, medjutim kupatilo je ispod svakog razumnog nivoa. Prostor za tusiranje manji je 0,75 metara kvadratnih, prozor je blokiran i nema ventilacije.

The rooms are tiny and outdated, awful bathroom !! not suitable for a couple and nothing like your photographs. The photos you advertise are of the sister Experia hotel next door. The Pearl hotel is just an Annex with no reception, and a grumpy unhelpful man sitting at a table in the bar. Not a nice welcome at all. Once we checked in and had a quick shower and were relaxing another Guest walked into the room and opened the Room with his key card!! Reception blamed the computer not good enough. Our phone did not work and we reported it as we needed a 3.45am wake up call for a very early flight. We would never stay here again and,would not recommend it either.

ill personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, ottima esperienza sotto questo aspetto

la descrizone on line era di 20 mq , mentre la camera era di 15 mq compreso il bagno e quindi 10 mq per i letti . Nel bagno è presente un forte odore di muffa ed è da ristrutturare completamente, i mobili della stanza sono accettabili ma da cambiare. La posizione è in ambiente urbano rumoroso hanno cambiato gli infissi esterni e quello che potevano fare. inoltre è statao dichiarato che è disponiible un parking cosa non risultata vera.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was close to the beach and quite central. The rooms were clean.

Of course, we knew that we were staying in a 2 star hotel, nevertheless, the facilities were still quite poor. The rooms are quite outdated and the shower was 40x40 cm, which is not visible in the photos.

Odaları küçük ve konforsuz. Tek çift kişilik yatak istememize rağmen iki tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişlerdi ve aşırı rahatsızdı yayları sırtımıza batıyordu.

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem Zimmer! Das Zimmer ist im Keller und hat keinen Stadtblick. Ein ständiger modriger und unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Keine Seife auf dem Klo und sie wurde nie aufgefüllt. Sehr sehr hellhörig. Man hat das Personal jeden Tag immer um 7:00 morgens sehr sehr laut gehört. Abflussgeräusche und sämtliche Geräusche von Geräten in der Nacht. Ein viel zu großer Spalt zwischen Zimmertür und Türrahmen, sodass das Licht im Flur welches 24/7 a war, in das Zimmer durchgeschienen hat. Somit war das Zimmer in der Nacht viel zu hell. Keine Aufhänge Möglichkeiten für nasse Handtücher. Keine Ablage Möglichkeiten in der Dusche. Als wir auf die Rezeption zugegangen sind um zu fragen wieso unser Zimmer nicht annähernd den Bildern entspricht, wurden wir unhöflich zurückgewiesen und es wurde booking an allem die Schuld zugewiesen.

Hotel is very close to Elli beach and not very far from Old town. The terrace was nice and hotel lobby looks fancy. Breakfast was good although it can be improved. Big thanks to housekeeping team for making our stay so comfortable, everyday they have fixed the linen and changed our towels which was so convinient for us. The ladies are the best!

Ljubazno i uslužno osoblje. Lokacija je odlična sa velikim brojem restorana u blizini, kao i prodavnica. Stari grad i luka su udaljeni 15 minuta lagane šetnje. Soba je mala i klimatizovana . Soba se čisti svaki dan a posteljina se takođe menja svaki dan. Odličan i raznovrstan doručak za svačiji ukus, lep mali bazen.

Nedostatak je jako loše rešena tuš kada koja je izuzetno mala i ima neku plastičnu zaštitnu zavesu koja je kraća od tuš kabine pa imamo malu poplavu posle tuširanja. Kupatilu je potrebno renoviranje.

Местоположение на хотела е на централно място близо до много заведение, магазини и плажа. Стария град също не бе далеч на пешеходно разстояние ( разходка)

Банята е изключително малко и по- скоро мястото с душа. Стаите са малки особено ако сте трима. Персоналът на бара( мъж и жена) бяха изключително любезни и приветливи, за вметка на това в ресторанта не бяха чак толкова. Жените които почистваха стаята също бяха изключително мили и любезни, цялото бельо + кърпи , чаршафи се сменят всеки ден. Също така почистваха стаята и копчетата всеки ден

The breakfast was very good. The pool was quite nice. The location was very central.

The location is in the middle of an area of Rhodes town with many, many bars, and a bit nightclubby. Perhaps good for 18-30 year olds, but had I know this, I would not have booked this hotel as we are a family with a young child. The room was very small, the shower was tiny. Only hot water came out of the tap at the sink.

The room was basic, but clean. Comfy bed and good pillows. Breakfast is offered in hotel Esperia next door, 1 min walk, got everything I needed. Everybody was kind and helpful, the girls at the breakfast are pure sunshines! Overall I was completely satisfied with the whole experience, especially for the price paid.

Lo mejor la ubicación. El desayuno estaba bastante correcto. La zona de la piscina no estaba mal.

El baño era minúsculo y olia mal. No estaba insonorizado y se escuchaba la habitacion de al lado como si estuviera dentro de la nuestra. El personal de limpieza empezaba a hacer ruido sin ningún miramiento a las 7 de la mañana y no se podía descansar bien porque además se oia mucho jaleo dentro de las demás habitaciones. Es un hotel para gente joven que va de fiesta.

Παρότι είχαμε ενημερώσει επανειλημμένα μέσω email, πριν από την άφιξή μας, ότι επιθυμούσαμε τα δύο δωμάτιά μας να βρίσκονται στον ίδιο όροφο και ότι η κράτησή μας αφορούσε ένα δίκλινο και ένα τρίκλινο δωμάτιο, κατά το check-in μάς παραχωρήθηκαν δύο δίκλινα δωμάτια. Ως αποτέλεσμα, το τρίτο παιδί μας αναγκάστηκε να κοιμηθεί σε πολυθρόνα-κρεβάτι αντί για κανονικό κρεβάτι, η οποία ήταν εξαιρετικά άβολη και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρινόταν στις προδιαγραφές μιας τρίκλινης διαμονής. Όταν εκφράσαμε τη δυσαρέσκειά μας, η λύση που μας προτάθηκε ήταν να διαμείνουν τα τρία ανήλικα παιδιά μας (15, 15 και 13 ετών) μόνα τους σε τρίκλινο δωμάτιο, σε διαφορετικό όροφο από τους γονείς τους. Θεωρούμε ότι η πρόταση αυτή ήταν ανεύθυνη και απαράδεκτη, καθώς αγνοούσε βασικές παραμέτρους ασφάλειας που αφορούν ανήλικους επισκέπτες. Σε περίπτωση έκτακτης ανάγκης, όπως πυρκαγιά, σεισμός ή οποιοδήποτε ιατρικό περιστατικό, η άμεση πρόσβαση των γονέων στα παιδιά τους θα ήταν αδύνατη ή, στην καλύτερη περίπτωση, σημαντικά καθυστερημένη. Η συγκεκριμένη αντιμετώπιση δημιούργησε την εντύπωση ότι η ασφάλεια των πελατών, και ιδιαίτερα των ανήλικων παιδιών, δεν αντιμετωπίζεται με τη σοβαρότητα που θα ανέμενε κανείς από ένα ξενοδοχείο αυτής της κατηγορίας. Η πρόταση να φιλοξενηθούν τρία ανήλικα παιδιά σε διαφορετικό όροφο από τους γονείς τους δεν συνάδει, κατά την άποψή μας, με τις βασικές αρχές ασφάλειας, υπευθυνότητας και ποιοτικής φιλοξενίας. Εξίσου απογοητευτική ήταν και η στάση της υπαλλήλου της υποδοχής. Αντί να επιδείξει κατανόηση, να αναζητήσει μια ασφαλή και επαγγελματική λύση ή έστω να ζητήσει συγγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία που προκλήθηκε, μας απάντησε χαρακτηριστικά: «Καλύτερα να πηγαίνατε σε Airbnb και όχι εδώ.» Η συγκεκριμένη δήλωση ήταν προσβλητική, αντιεπαγγελματική και παντελώς ασύμβατη με το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης που εύλογα αναμένει κανείς από ένα ξενοδοχείο αυτής της κατηγορίας. Αντί να συμβάλει στην επίλυση του προβλήματος, όξυνε περαιτέρω την ήδη δυσάρεστη εμπειρία μας και άφησε τη

Orent, personalen kunde inte hantera våran bokning när vi skulle checka in. Hotellet ligger väldigt avsides från alla andra och det ser ut som att ingen är där nån gång.

Μας άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία και το πρωινό! Ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο κοντά σε όλα και το πρωινό ηταν πλήρες! Το προσωπικό ευγενικό! Επιπλέον κάθε μέρα άλλαζαν πετσέτες και καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο στενό και το μπάνιο μικρό. Επίσης στο μπάνιο δεν είχε σύστημα εξαερισμού οπότε μύριζε. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε απλώστρα και όταν ζητήσαμε δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμη μας είπαν να αγοράσουμε αν θέλουμε. Σε νησί και καλοκαίρι πρώτη φορά δεν υπήρχε απλώστρα για να στεγνώνουν τα ρούχα... Σίγουρα του λείπει.

El personal se resistía a darme una factura. En otra ocasión fui a solicitar toallas y se estaban resistiendo a dármelas pues asumieron que me las había llevado a la playa o a la piscina sin siquiera preguntar, cuando esto no era cierto.

C est la 3 fois que j y viens mais cette fois : - dans la description booking vue sur ville prévu. - par un soit disant problème entre la plateforme booking et la leur ( esperia ) , le logement prévu est avec vue sur piscine . - jusque là, pour moi c est pas vraiment un problème. - il se fait que je me suis retrouvé dans une cave avec vue sur un mur .( je n ai pas de photos car je ne suis rentré dans cette chambre que 2 minutes ) - je réclame et on me dit que …oui , c est pas vue piscine mais c est accès piscine et que pour eux , ils considèrent que c est conforme . - je réclame et on me trouve une chambre avec vue sur ville à l hôtel Esperia. avec un supplément de 126 euros pour 2 nuits , à moi de choisir, et j ai choisi cette solution pour être logé dans de bonnes conditions. - ils m ont dit que c est une erreur entre les plateformes ( booking <>esperia ) et de me plaindre à booking . -personnellement je trouve cela une arnaque, et on tient le client en otage. -> si le client accepte, il a paie pour une chambre avec vue ville ou piscine mais il a vue sur un mur . -> si le client ´n’accepte pas on le taxe de 61 euros la nuit pour avoir une chambre comme il veut . - ils auraient pu faire un geste et me demander que la moitié ou moins de la différence de prix entre les 2 hôtel ( pearl , esperia). Faites donc très attention surtout si vous prévoyez plusieurs jours car ce sera autant de fois 61 euros. Plainte déposée à booking .

Sevmemek değil tavsiye.Kekiği ile ünlü bir adada zeytinyağın yanında güzel olurdu. Ayrıca dometesin yanında maydanoz,roka,tere gibi yeşillikler çeşni olabilir. Ayrıca Hotel bir Yunan otelinden ziyade Evrenseldi. Gezimizin amaclarından biri Yunan Kültürüydü. Kaldığımız sürece hiç Yunan müziği çalmadı. Kimse Kalimera demedi. Ben zaten her yerde bunu görüyorum. Sabah personel tikanete dese güzel olurdu.

Otel çalışanları kibar ve yardımsever. Kahvaltı, temizlik ve konumu çok iyi.

Duşa kabini çok çok küçük. Yetişkin bir insan için değil

La ducha es extremadamente pequeña y la cortina del baño muy corta. Es imposible no inundar todo el baño cuando uno se ducha. Hay frutas, como el plátano, que no se deben servir partidas porque se oxidan, pero en el hotel los parten oara que nadie se lleve un plátano o una naranja fuera del comedor

The location is excellent, close to the beaches and restaurants, and only about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying, but what impressed us most was the kindness, hospitality, and attentiveness of the staff. They made our stay truly exceptional and made us completely forget any minor shortcomings we might otherwise have mentioned.

Hotel bello e moderno, in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro storico passando per strade pedonali con negozi e locali. La camera è piccolina ma ben disposta il bagno è il punto debole, piccolo e la doccia talmente a gusta che la tenda ti si appiccica addosso in continuazione. Inevitabile l'allagamento del pavimento. Ma questo lo sapevo, lo avevo letto su molte altre rece. La colazione davvero super, tanta scelta, tutto buono e di qualità. Difficile il parcheggio in questa zona, quindi chi noleggia un'auto lo metta in conto.

Il bagno è la doccia, troppo piccoli.

Une salle de bain très vétuste. Manque d'information pour trouver l'hôtel où le nom est écrit en tout petit sachant qu'il faut récupérer les clefs dans un autre hôtel

Great location, walking distance all main attractions. Safe indoor too

Tiny bathroom, small narrow balcony (we ended moving the table inside so we could both sit on the balcony!) ... beds are very hard. Seemed to be lots of mosquitoes

Hyvä sijainti, iloinen ja avulias henkilökunta ja aamupala oli loistava.

Aurinkotuoleja mahtuisi enemmän altaalle, niitä ei riittävästi. Huoneen suihkun allas liian pieni ja verho lyhyt joten vettä oli lattian täydeltä. Tätä joutui kuivailemaan.

Nothing to like. Hotel was shut when we arrived and had been for 7 months

The fact that the hotel was closed and had been when they accepted the booking. We were relocated to another hotel.

Bel emplacement pour visiter le vieux Rhodes, quartier animé avec xx restos cafés... Situé à 5mn à pied de la station des bus pour xx balades. Petit déjeuner très diversifié

hall d'entrée un peu bruyant car sonore .attention aux chambres rdc. Salle de bain mériterait un relooking.
