Girişte görevli yerinde hiç durmuyordu, iletişime geçebilecek bir kişi yoktu. Mutfak eşyası çok ama çok yetersizdi.

Sadece Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde olması iyidi.

Odalar çok küçük Banyo çok çok dar ve kullanışsızdı. Odaları ve banyoyu beğenmedik. Çok küçük.

it was close to the city center and cleaning stuff was very obliging.

It wasn’t clean. Dishes weren’t washed and cabinets also. When we opened toster, there was a cheese from people before us. The reception is never working and they are not obliging.

bu otel tam olarak fiyat fayda denebilecek bir otel. konumu tarihi ve turistik mekanlara, otobüs duraklarına, cafe ve restarauntlara yakın. limana ve beachlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. temizliği fena sayılmazdı. mutfak vardı ama yemek pişirmek için yeterli sayılmazdı.

resepsiyon hizmeti yok. bu konuyu dikkate alıp hazırlıklı rezervasyon yaparsanız hayal kırıklı yaşamazsınız. bu otelde 2 kere konaklama yaptım. ilkinde öğleden önce saatlerde vardım ve saat 15:00'a kadar check in yapamadım. ikinci konaklamamda bunu bildiğim için akşam saat 21:00 gibi giriş yapacağımı bildirdiğimde resepsiyonda check in için bekliyorlardı ve herhangi sıkıntı yaşamadım.

Yataklar çok tozluydu Odaların temizliği kötüydü. Yastık kılıfı yerine koruyucu kılıf geçirilmiş gibiydi. Asansör yoktu. Çok dik merdiven vardı. Büyük bavullular iyice düşünsün. Resepsiyon 15.00 de geliyormuş Erken geldiğimiz için housekeping bavullarımız aşağıda bi yere kitledi gece 23.00 te geldik resepsiyonu aradık kadın geldi bavulları açtık Ama zoraki yardımcı oldu. Yorumları okumadan rezervasyon yaptık ama çok pişman olduk iyiki 1 gece için yapmışız iptal etmediler. Aynı fiyata sahilde çok daha iyi yer bulduk oraya geçtik

Campane al mattino presto. Ero andato per qualche giorno di relax ma non ho potuto dormire bene perché la mattina alle 6-7-8 suonano le campane della chiesa che è vicinissima alla camera. Chiudere le finestre non toglie il rumore. Assurdo e non consigliato

Klima ve Wifi iyi çalışıyor. Balkonlar güzel kullanışlı. Duş da her daim sıcak su mevcut.

Check in saati çok geç. Vapurdan iniyorsun . 2-3 saat valizlerle dışarıda dolaşmak zorunda kalıyorsun. Bu kabul edilemez. Check in saatini geriye çek 30-40 Euro fiyatını arttır. Yine satarsın.

Odanın genişliği idealdi.

Check-in saatinde rezervasyonda kimse yoktu cama bir numara asılmış aradık adam uyuyormuş bi süre sonra lütfredip uyandı geldi. Yataklardan birinin altı çıkmıştı. kendimiz düzelttik. 10 saniyede bir garip bir dıt sesi heryerden duyuluyor ne olduğunu anlamadık. fiyatını kesinlikle haketmiyor. Tavsiye etmiyorum bir daha da gitmem.

THE FACILITY'S RECEPTIONIST IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT 11:00 AM AND 3:00 PM. OTHERWISE, IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND ANYONE TO TALK TO. YOU HAVE TO WANDER AROUND WITH YOUR LUGGAGE UNTIL YOU GET YOUR ROOM.

Es war sehr laut, man konnte überhaupt nicht schlafen. Klima war auch sehr laut, überall waren Ameisen. Check-in war niemand, man muss warten bis der Mitarbeiter oder Besitzer kommt. Einzige was er sagt „passport“

Konumu çok güzeldi. Günün her saati rahatlıkla dolaşabileceğiniz bir yerdeydi. Yeme-içme, gezme alanlarına yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. İyi temizlenmişti.

Mutfak araç gereçleri yetersizdi. Biz uzun konaklamadığımız için çok sorun olmadı ama yemek yapmayı düşünenler sorun yaşayabilir. Bir de aşağıda görevli bulmakta zorlandık. Check-in ve check-out saatleri dışında kimse yoktu. Belirtilen tam saatte geldiler, bir beş dakika önce bile yoktular.

The apartment is very large with two bedrooms. Also very nice location.

There was nobody at the reception when checking in. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive. Also the contact number was not registered to WhatsApp. So if you need to contact someone (most likely you have to cause there is nobody at the reception) you need to have a local SIM card. The data only esim plans don’t cut it. Lastly there was no soap in the bathroom.

Tesis merkeze çok yakın her yere kolayca ulaşabiliyorsun…Resepsiyonda birini bulmak neredeyse imkansız…temizlikçi hanımefendi oldukça kibar ve ilgiliydi…Odalar fena sayılmaz…

Yürüyerek merkeze yakın fiyatına göre iyi durumda . Resepsiyon yok arayınca geliyor falan sessiz ama merdivenlerden birileri inerse de inanılmaz sesli bir ortam yinede güzeldi sadece uyumaya gittik

Izba na najvyššom poschodí mala obrovský balkón a super výhľad. Ďalej sa nám páčila aj poloha ubytovania a prítomnosť klímy.

Vybavenie izby bolo veľmi skromné, hlavne čo sa týka kuchynky (jeden hrniec, panvica, dva tanieriky, dva hrnčeky a dva pohare), chýbalo základné vybavenie ako napr. varajka a prítomné náčinie už to malo za sebou. Niektoré miesta neboli už dlhšie čistené. Pani sa na recepcii nevyskytovala keď sme prišli, museli sme ju zháňať a nebola veľmi príjemná. Nedala nám ani pokyny ako urobiť check- out a za celú dobu sme ju ani raz nevideli. Na balkóne bol síce sušiak na prádlo ale bol rozbitý

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your hotel. We were informed that check-in would be available at 3:00 PM. However, when we arrived, there was no one at the reception. In fact, throughout our entire stay, the reception remained unattended, making it impossible to speak to any staff member whenever assistance was needed. Upon our arrival before check-in, we had nowhere safe to leave our luggage. The only person we could find was a housekeeping staff member, who simply told us to leave our bags at the entrance and walked away. There was no secure luggage storage, no supervision, and no one willing to assist us. After repeatedly calling the hotel, someone finally answered and informed us that there was a locked storage room downstairs. Only after our persistent phone calls was the room unlocked for us. Even when we returned at 3:00 PM for check-in, there was still nobody at the reception, despite the fact that we had called in advance to notify you of our arrival. I have traveled to more than 50 countries around the world, and I have never encountered such a lack of organization, communication, and basic hospitality. A hotel reception is the first point of contact for guests, and its complete absence throughout the stay is simply unacceptable. This experience fell far below even the most basic expectations of hotel service. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your guest services so that future visitors do not have to experience the same level of frustration and inconvenience.

Tesisle iletişimde zorlandım, mesajlara çok geç dönüş yapıldı, otelin self check in yaptığını otele varınca öğrendim, resepsiyonda hiç bir saatte kim yok, odaların balkon kapılarında sineklik yoktu bu yüzden odaya sivrisinek girdi.

Em relação ao apartamento, tudo excelente, limpo e comodo. Tem cozinha, banheiro excelente e cama súper comoda

No inicio foi um pouco complicado pois chegamos e não tinha ninguem na recepção e não nos enviaram nenhuma mensagem antes de que não ia ter ninguem no horário que chegariamos, sendo que eu tinha colocado o horário aproximado de chegada que aparece em Booking. Por sorte tinhamos já comprado um chip em Grecia e conseguimos chamar para poder obter as chaves, se não, não sei como poderiamos ter entrado ao quarto. Isto para nós é um grande ponto negativo. Além disso não tinha informação da senha do wifi e novamente tivemos que chamar para poder receber a senha.

3 βράδια που μείναμε κάνεις δεν άλλαξε ένα καλαθάκι σκουπιδιών ή να βάλει ένα δευτερο ρολο υγείας. Τα αγοράσαμε και αλλάζαμε εμείς οι ίδιοι. Μια φορά είδαμε την reception.

Roma'dan Kos'a gece 23.15'de indik. Valizlerimizi aldıktan sonra otele gece yarısı 00.00'da geldik. Resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Resepsiyon bölümü kitlenmişti. Camda whatsapp numarasını aradık kimse açmadı. Mesaj attık iletilmedi. Bu esnada 1 saate yakın geçti. Kimseye ulaşamayacağımızı anladıktan sonra çevre otelleri aradık. En son 1 otelde normalin üzerinde bir rakama oda bulabildik. Oraya da 120 euro ödeme yaptık. 20 euro da taksiye ödeme yaptık. Bu yorumu yazarken paramızı alıp kesinlikle bizimle iletişim kurmadan ve oda sunmadan dolandırdılar. Yalancı bir işletme. Kesinlikle kalmayın.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the town center, located in a pleasant and quiet area away from the noise and crowds. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, it offers excellent value for money.

The biggest drawback of the hotel is the lack of mosquito screens on the doors and windows. I would strongly recommend that the management address this issue as soon as possible.

Zeer ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Badkamer wat gedateerd, maar ruim genoeg. Keuken oké. Ligging prima, snel in centrum Kosstad

Bedmatras te hard. Niet echt warm water op badkamer, lauw. Ook lang wachten voordat het lauw wordt, zeer zonde van al het water. Had aangegeven dat we later waren met inchecken, niemand aanwezig, 15min gewacht. Geen lift, trap oplopen met zwaar koffer niet echt leuk. Echter voor de prijs is alles te aanvaarden

Liikenteen meteli häiritsee ja ei hissiä niin ei sovi liikuntaesteisille. Ovien saranat kiljuu ja koko talo kuuli jos joku liikkui. Huoneen saaminen oli aika huono. Respaan ei tullut ketään 15.03. Vaikka oli ilmoitettu sisäänkirjautuminen klo 15 alkaen. Se olikin tasan klo 15 vain!

My ferry was delayed and in stead of my arriving before midnight I arrived around 5 AM and the staff helped me offering the way to check in by my self. Great help.

check-in saati 15:00 çok geç. Personel geç kaldı 15 dakika. bebek dostu bir yer değil çünkü asansör yok. bebek arabasını kaç kat yukarı taşıyıp indirmek zorunda kaldık. bebek yatağı iyi değil. sabah sıcak su yoktu duş almak için. İngilizce pek bilmiyorlar anlaşmak çok kolay olmuyor.

Ho soggiornato li solo una notte e da sola e credo di aver avuto molta fortuna perché dalla mia stanza c'era una vista spettacolare! Non mi aspettavo questo perché non era menzionato su booking. Segnalo che l appartamento è di fianco a una grande e meravigliosa chiesa... La domenica mattina le campane suonano all Alba!

Bisogna telefonare al numero indicato per il check in e arriva il proprietario dopo qualche minuto, al desk solitamente non c'è nessuno.

Asukoht oli meile sobiv. Hommikusööki saime osta kohe hotelli kõrval sauvast kohvikust.

Lähedaloleva kiriku kellad !!! Oli pühapäeva hommik ja see lausa ehmatas, kui kellad lööma hakkasid.
