Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Kos Stadt. Hat viele Lebensmittelläden im Umkreis. Direkte Sicht aufs Meer. Zum Mieten von Autos, Motos, Roller, Buggies und Fahrräder hat es in nächster Nähe viele Anbieter. Das Appartement ist sehr gross und geräumig. Die Chefin und der Abwart und Poolbarchef sind äusserst freundlich und helfen einem sofort bei Problemen

Die tägliche Reinigung des Badezimmers könnte noch verbessert werden. Habe es aber vor Ort direkt vorgeschlagen.

CHAMBRE petite et équipement minimal sans chaise de bureau notamment et manque de portes manteau + dessus de lit en vrac dans placard .... Ménage pas fait tous les jours dans la chambre et propreté moyenne/ PISCINE très agréable AVEC SUPER VUE jusqu'à ce que je surprenne matinalement la femme de ménage nettoyer sa serpillère sale en sortant des toilettes ...dans la piscine.. ce qui m'a dégoutée pour le reste du sejour...

Lovely staff, nice spacious apartment with lovely balcony, great AC. Good location, lovely walk less than 10 mins to main center. Pool was lovely and not crowded at all, music by the pool was 10/10. Offered us to leave our bags after checkout.

Shower head didn’t stay up so had to hold shower head yourself, shower water also went all over bathroom floor, there is a drain on bathroom floor but still need to mop it up with a towel

The location is very good. Walking distance to old city and more lively centre with a lot of restaurants and bars, situated by the beach and easy to go for run/walk along the beach boulevard. Didn't swim in the pool but pool area was nice. Bed was good and the water pressure on shower was really good. The WiFi worked well. I stayed in sea view penthouse and got a bottle of wine when arrived which was a very nice gesture!

The furniture and kitchen could be updated. Also the kitchenware were pretty outdated. Definitely full-lenghth mirror is much needed in the room.

The room was big clean and comfortable

I arrived at 00:00 had difficulty finding a way into the room. There was no fob for the power and AC. The music from the pool was terrible and was loud even in my room which was on the third floor

Osoblje jako ljubazno, sve se dogovorite sta god da vam treba, apartmani prostrani i nitko vam ne smeta. Postuje se kucni red, rucnici se mijenjaju redovno ili cesce na zahtjev. Odlicna lokacija, pogled predivan, ma sve mi se svidjelo. Sve preporuke za ovaj smjestaj!

The location is great - beautiful sea view, 10 minute walk to town, restaurants and supermarkets all close by. Cleaninh staff and bar staff were welcoming and friendly, especially to our children. Air con made sleeping much more comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, including soaps and dishwashing liquid and was a good size. Pools were warm and a good variety so that our children could play safely.

Check in was stressful. We arrived at 10pm to find the office closed lights off, nobody around. Signage directed us to knock on a man's apartment door in an emergency. The man then helped to get in contact with the owner/manager and was then able to give us the key and take us to our apartment. We were told that there was a mix-up. For the price, I'd expect the rooms and general facilities to be much cleaner. Sheets were folded daily, towels and bins changed, but the room itself was not the cleanest. The bathroom door was particularly grim. The pool area, expectially the drainage around the pool edge, had lots of plastic in it. I'm not sure what chemicals were in the water, but all of our swimming clothes and towels have turned a yellow/green. There are many broken tiles, particularly around the child pool. My son cut 3 of his toes on different tiles throughout our stay.

Le carrelage des douches de la piscine étaient moisi et la lunette des toilettes hommes ne restait pas bloquée en haut.

Excellent emplacement, juste en face de nombreuses petites plages, en plus avec de l'ombre, et des transats a louer a différents tarifs ( 20 euros, 6 euros, .), très proche a pied de la vieille ville, du port, plein de restaurants et tavernes excellents, piscine exceptionnelle et en en plus assez vide en plein mois d'août ce qui est rare, literie exceptionnelle également surtout en lits doubles, vue mer et piscine superbes,grande réactivité du personnel en cas de souci: nous avons eu une panne de climatisation en arrivant, le lendemain elle était changée.Ménage et serviettes changés tous les jours. C'est une adresse que nous retenons pour y revenir !

Alors oui, le mobilier est vétuste, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir a ce prix 😉 En revanche, propreté a revoir : le peu de vaisselle mis a disposition était très sale, pas nettoyé par précédents occupants et donc pas verifié par le personnel de ménage, bouilloire sale et entartrée, wc très entartré ( pourtant pas difficile de mettre du vinaigre blanc..) Balcons utilisables mais se préparer au vis a vis car tous très proches les uns des autres A noter: grosses différences entre appartements: certains en hauteur ont une magnifique vue mer, d'autres en bas n'ont aucune vue, et sont un peu "enterrés".. Le nôtre etait au niveau de la piscine et c'était très convenable

Very nice room, clean, comfortable bed and nice view of the sea and pool. Location is also great near restaurants and the town. Ideal for a short stay in Kos.

All was good, I would've appreciated more though if the cleaning service was not knocking on my door at 10.00 while checkout is at 11.00

Ho prenotato un transfer per tornare all' hotel dopo la riconsegna dell'auto a noleggio dall' aeroporto all' hotel ore 16. Questo per evitare di aspettare il bus che partiva alle 16 e 30. Ho pagato anticipatamente 50 euro. Il pulmino è arrivato alle 16 e 30 dopo ben due telefonate. Molto arrabbiata quando sono tornata ho chiesto il rimborso di metà corsa, vista la loro responsabilità. Mi hanno offerto solo scuse non sincere. Sconsiglio vivamente di usufruire del loro servizio trasfert. Poca professionalità e molta superficialità. Inoltre l' ultima notte una festa nelle parti comuni ci ha impedito di dormire fino al mattino. Tutte le camere danno sulla piscina

Struttura molto sporca, all'arrivo il monolocale non era stato lavato, dopo il sollecito la responsabile scusandosi per il disguido, ha promesso che l'indomani avrebbero pulito e disinfettato tutto ma, non è successo...l'indomani era esattamente come lo abbiamo trovato il giorno dell'arrivo! Anche altri italiani li presenti avevano lo stesso problema..premetto che viaggio spesso e sono una persona che non si formalizza!

The location was very good and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. She did her best.

The water in the shower was hit and miss, from no water to cold water and sometimes warm water. The hairdryer overheated after 30 seconds. The kitchen facilities were very poor, the whole kitchen could do with been updated.

Port ile biraz mesafesi var. Yaklaşık 15-20 dakika yürümek gerekiyor. Bavulla yürümekte zorlandım. Roof top odaya çıkışta asansör sonrası merdiven çıkmak beni zorladı çünkü başka bir seyahatten büyük bir bavul ile dönmüştüm. Odaların içi eski, yenilenmemiş ama yataklar rahattı.

Location is perfect, 10/10 for that! Some of the best restaurants in town are around the corner, away from the busy city center. Still, this must see and must visit part of town is also just a 10 minute walk and the first nice beach bars a 20-25 minute walk. All an easy walk, with a side walk and well lit at night. Next to this, the size of the apartment is good and the beds are decent. Pool is calm and clean.

The pictures show the rooms are dated, so we knew that and that isn't a problem. But the kitchen and bathroom aren't just a bit old, but also a bit broken and / or not that clean. Some cabinets in the kitchen don't close and the fridge is making a lot of noise, which is unconvenient as you are sleeping next to it. We found a cockroach in the bathroom, a room which also smelled like smoke every day (we assume this smell was coming in through the ventilation system, and someone smoking next to this system).

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, a great swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a beautiful sea view from the balcony. We were upgraded to a higher room category free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay very comfortable.

The furniture is quite dated. Hot water was not always available, and sometimes it was only lukewarm. The room could have been a bit cleaner

We booked an apartment, without any catering. The terrace with the jacuzzi was fantastic. View of the sea, the Turkish coast, the boats - from the jacuzzi! The staff is nice. Close to the city. Breakfast available around the corner. Mosquito nets.

The kitchen, could be renovated slowly. But if you don't use it, it's okay because of the terrace.

Obsługa basenu, dzieci dostały opierdziel za to ze bawiły sie w brodziku i chlapać wodą... były pilki w basenie i dzieci korzystały bawiąc sie rzucały do siebie i to tez sie nie podobało Panu... otrzymane wino w recepcji nie mozna wypić na basenie.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves every single star. The kindness, warmth and willingness to help I experienced at Bristol Sea View went far beyond anything I could have expected. During my stay, I found myself in an unexpected and stressful situation, and the support I received was simply incredible. A special thank you to Katerina, who was absolutely amazing. She helped me through a difficult moment with such care, professionalism and genuine kindness that I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and her positive attitude made me feel supported and reassured every step of the way. I was also lucky enough to receive a beautiful room with a stunning sea view — waking up to that view every morning was pure joy. Hotels can offer comfortable rooms and great locations, but people like Katerina are rare. She is a true asset to this hotel and one of the reasons I will remember my stay so fondly. Thank you for everything. I wholeheartedly recommend Bristol Sea View and would happily stay here again.

Great location, only a short walk to the marina and Kos Town. Spacious room and balcony. Really great value for money compared to other places in Kos. It consisted of a bedroom with two single beds and then a day bed in the living area, which also had a pull out mattress on the floor so could fit up to 4 people. The room was cleaned each day with the bedsheets being changed. The pool was quite quiet- only a few people around it each day. Staff at reception were friendly. We could put our bags in the luggage store when we had checked out. Reception kindly arranged for a taxi to the airport. Would stay again.

Room is a little dated and not many utensils to cook with if you want to use the kitchen.

No funcionaba nada, los fogones no funcionaron para cocinar, en el refrigerador había una cucaracha muerta, los utensilios de cocina estaban todos viejos, la cama dura, el aire acondicionado odia muy mal ., no volvería!

We didn’t have breakfast as there were no facilities in the apartment. The location was good as it was not far from the port.

I was glad we didn’t stay for more than one night, as it was really too plain and basic functional to be comfortable.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage direkt am Meer; vom eigenen Balkon aus kann man das Meeresrauschen hören. Der Pool und der Whirlpool mit Blick aufs Meer sind fantastisch. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Hausmeister ist sehr bemüht, alles gut in Schuss zu halten. Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten oder Fragen hatte, war Katerina für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist super herzlich, so dass wir uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt haben. Wer ein liebevolles Hotel in Kos Stadt sucht, das sich sowohl zum Relaxen und Beachen als auch als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen eignet, ist hier richtig !

The location

It was unclean the pots were not washed the beds were not made. The bottom sheet was on not the top sheet…The air conditioner turned into a shower and was dripping water into the bedroom under the electric plug. The toilet was making gurgling noises. The balcony was dirty with a deceased cockroach

Merkeze bi tık uzak oluşu yan dairede kalan misafirin balkonu ile benım balkonum arasında sadece mavi renkli bi plastik parçası vardı ve ses izolasyonu yetersiz olduğu için çok gürültülüydü ve fiyat performans olarak olumsuzdu

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel son derece temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Odalar konforluydu ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey düşünülmüştü. En çok etkilendiğimiz şey ise işletme sahiplerinin ve çalışanların ilgisi, güler yüzü ve misafirperverliği oldu. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Tatilimiz boyunca her konuda yardımcı oldular ve konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdiler. Konumu, temizliği ve sunduğu sıcak atmosfer sayesinde beklentilerimizin üzerine çıkan bir deneyim yaşadık. Tekrar bu bölgeye gelirsek hiç düşünmeden aynı tesisi tercih ederiz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Good location close to the historical center of town.

Dirty: crumbs in the sofa, dirty windows, dirty kitchen and crusty utensils, dirty mirror, etc... The bare minimum was done (clean bed sheets and towels). No shower curtain at all. Mosquitoes. So many mosquitoes! Despite the fly nets on the windows. Needlessly confusing check-in: check-in was at 15:00 but reception is open only until 15:30; this was mot communicated in advance. Arriving later I (eventually) found a mailbox with a sign above it announcing my name and room number to the world; the key was in the box. The property could easily send a message explaining this process instead of letting guests figure it out on the fly.

A lovely place, close to everything, staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Hopefully i will be back again

Bristol Sea View is in an excellent location. 100 steps to the boardwalk, 10 min walk to Old Town along the seafront and the ruins located within. Boardwalk also went far in the other direction. Lots of restaurants both ways. Bike path all along. Nice pool area with a bar/food area and fantastic views of the water. Lots of sunbeds. My 1 bedroom apt had a large balcony with comfy chairs and a side sea view. both living room and bedroom had double sliding glass doors with screens. Enough kitchen amenities, including microwave and stovetop. Cleaning everyday if you wanted. Elevator all floors. bed comfy and no real noise from the street. Black out curtains. Reception desk for many hours but if you come in late a nice sign with the your name and room number posted and keys were in a box. The hotel entrance is around the corner from one of the outdoor signs in case taxi drops you. Lots of phone numbers posted if you need help if reception is not there. Convenience stores very close and the big supermarket a 15 minute stroll. I stayed 10 nights.

Convenient location and good views. We were probably the first booking of the season so hard to assess. It appeared to be newly painted.

Hard to comment as we were so early season and pool etc was closed and we only stayed one night. We didn’t use the kitchen at all but a welcome pack of some water and tea/coffee would have been helpful. We did find the bed extremely firm but this is a fact in many Greek hotels and a personal thing rather than a negative.

Η κυρία Κατερίνα πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Το διαμέρισμα είχε πολύ όμορφη θέα και η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Ήμασταν κοντά σε όλα.

Τα κλιματιστικά δεν έβγαζαν αρκετή ζέστη και πήγαμε σε μία περίοδο που εκανε κρύο έξω γενικά όποτε αναγκαστήκαμε να σκεπαζόμαστε με δύο κουβέρτες το κάθε άτομο. Όταν μπήκαμε μέσα υπήρχε μία πολύ έντονη μυρωδιά οπότε δεν καταλάβαμε από που προερχότανε παρόλαυτα όταν ανοίξαμε τα παράθυρα για αρκετές ώρες κάπως μειώθηκε αυτή η μυρωδιάΌταν μπήκαμε μέσα υπήρχε μία πολύ έντονη μυρωδιά οπότε δεν καταλάβαμε από που προερχότανε παρόλαυτα όταν ανοίξαμε τα παράθυρα για αρκετές ώρες κάπως μειώθηκε αυτή η μυρωδιά. Τα σεντόνια και μία από τις κουβέρτες είχαν πάνω λεκέ από αίμα. Και το τελευταίο και χειρότερο είναι ότι το νερό του μπάνιου μύριζε σκουριά. Το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου επίσης ήτανε χαλασμένο και το νερό του νιπτήρα ήταν κίτρινο από τη σκουριά. Αναγκαστήκαμε να πλένουμε τα δόντια και το πρόσωπό μας με νερό εμφιαλωμένο. Επίσης το νερό του μπάνιου εκτός από την μυρωδιά ήταν και παγωμένο.

Resepsiyondaki hanimefendi cok yardimci oldu ancak fiyata gore otelin kalitesi cok kotuydu, merkeze uzakti. Otelin temizligi cok kotuydu. Bu fiyata bu hizmeti yakistiramadim. Bir daha tercih etmem, ama katarinaya her sey icin tesekkurler, oteldeki tek iyi sey kendisiydi.

Location was pretty good, only a 15 minute walk in to town and the hotel looks out on the sea front. Plenty of restaurants and places for drinks, 30 minutes walk to lambi beach, lovely clear waters! The hotel room was a good size also.

The shower had no curtain so we kept on getting water all over the floor, hot water would last 1/2 minutes if you were lucky to get any in the first place and the pressure was non existent unless you wanted a ice cold shower, also the shower head was full of build up so had to clean that ourselves.

Klimalar çalışmıyor !! Otele geldik 15 dakika birini bulmaya çalıştık !!sıcak su yok !! Bir tane çalışan pakistanlı birini bekçi gibi koymuşlar .. rezil olduk booking olarak siz de bu tip otelleri kontrol etmeden satmayın kardeşim … 72 Euro para veriyoruz otelin sıcak suyu akmıyor
