ホテルの下（隣）にセブンイレブンがあり、何かと便利。大きなショッピングモールまで、徒歩20分と立地は良好。

基本的に施設が古い。金庫が使用不可であった。目の前の交通量多く、空気が悪い。

The room it's very cozy but lack of lights and the Cr was kinda creepy. But overall it's worth the price

Proximity to restaurants. The room size.

Service. The first night the security guard saw one of us struggling with multiple bags but did nothing to assist. We paid for checkout extension and they already asked us to leave before 3PM. Upon checkout, they called to offer assistance with our luggage but while waiting in the lobby we were repeatedly asked for the status of our booked ride, as if in a hurry to send us away. Then our bags were brought out and placed on the floor outside the door, assuming the car was nearby when it wasn’t. Pool area was humid as it is indoors and air conditioning wasn’t switched on until guests complained.

Spacious room, well positioned, friendly staff.

Easy checkin and out. Comfortable and clean.

The pool was inaccessible there was a big sign if we want to use it we should let someone know.. which is a bit odd.

We don't avail the free breakfast.

I didn't like about the free water, it is only good for one drink. When we requested for more the housekeeping said that there's no additional water available.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was also clean. I also like their staff because they were very hospitable and accommodating. The location is also accessible. In fact, it was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. And I love it.

Bed was very small ( paid for a delux room and bed was tiny) Air conditioning was a box unit so you’re noisy and took a while to cool room down Shower wasn’t very hot Staff were not accomodating regarding an early checkin/late checkout which was very annoying.

The staff are very friendly,courteous and helpful. I would like to thank all the team! Specialy thanks to Jenylyn, she's one of the best staff here in NS HOTEL if I am not mistaken she's the one who assisted me during pandemic when I was detained and stay here for a week. She is one of the best workers at this hotel, she is attentive, kind, and above all, easy to talk to.

Ha ha ha if the AC its not working properly that's all.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious.

The swimming pool was indoors and not very appealing.

Standard good value for money type hotel. Gym and swimming pools are outdated and don’t look like the pictures. They need to upload most recent pictures.

Hotel gekozen voor de ligging vanwege af te handelen bezigheden. Personeel was vriendelijk, ontbijt viel tegen gerekend naar Europese maatstaven. De badkamer was prima in orde.

Wat me echt niet beviel was de internetverbinding. In de middag nog een redelijk signaal al hield het toen al niet over. In de avond wanneer veel gasten op hun kamers verblijven was de verbinding gewoon slecht. Bleek onmogelijk om een website te openen en b.v. inkomende emails te checken. Ook het telkens opnieuw moeten inloggen bij gebruik van laptop was zeer irritant plus dat dan ook nog eens de browser warmee je inlogde niet meer kon worden gebruikt. Met de smart phone was 1x inloggen wel voldoende tijdens het verblijf

冷房の効きが良く快適だった。ベッドも部屋も綺麗だった。

ドライヤーをフロントに借りなければいけないが、一日目に借りる時間が遅くなり、借りることができなかった。次に泊まりに来る人は気をつけて欲しい。

Loved the place, great value, room service was amazing. Had a spa in the basement and have a discount for people staying at the hotel. Overall loved the place, buffet in the morning was great too

Wifi was overloaded and cut out frequently.

Ремонт старый , кондиционер шумный, постельное белье синтетика застиранная. Завтрак очень бедный ,овощей и фруктов нет. Бассейн маленький без ремонта.Спортзал маленькая душная комнатка с бедным набором тринажеров

i thought the room is a city view as per advertise.

Breakfast was very good! Plenty of choices because it's a buffet breakfast. There's something for everyone!

The location and facilities are ok.

. The bathroom are clean, but there was a funky smell, the more you stay the more get bad, especially like me who had a sensitive nose.

Taki hotel tranzytowy na Cebu, nic specjalnego a za dużo złych momentów nas tam spotkało. Radzę się zastanowić przed wyborem

Hałas. W lobby jakieś koncerty z okazji Walentynek, i fajnie gdyby nie to, że pogłos i echo tworzyło kakofonie. Chcieliśmy zjeść kolację z karty, ale posadzono nas przy zespole i głośniku przy stoliku, który nie był stolikiem restauracyjnym. Nie szło się dogadać z kelnerem i wyszliśmy głodni na miasto szukać alternatyw. Basen zamknięty o 9.00 mimo że miał być czynny. Ciężko polecić to miejsce mimo starań personelu, ale taki burdel ciężko ogarniać

Bra rom, god hodepute og seng. Hyggelig og hjelpsom personal. Vi har vært fler steder og dette hotellet var uten mugglukt.
