Castle Peak Hotel

Looks pretty swish but is dated. My Grand Superior Double was internal room, dark having no window. Pool tiny deceiving pic with dangerous wooden stairs to top level. Only 4 chairs nowhere to lay back. Gym adequate roof bar a plus. Mall nearby was saving grace.

L’attente pour le check-in. Nous avons attendu jusqu’a 15h pour avoir nos chambres alors que nous avions prévenus de notre arrivée à midi avec deux enfants en bas âge. L’absence de fenêtre dans les chambres. les fuites, la rouille et humidité dans les salles d’eau.

Room was good with air con working. there was no window however. Breakfast was great. The staff at reception were very polite and gave me early check in which i really appreciate. The locaiton of this hotel is superb. The people around are very supportive and helpful if we need any assistance. This seems to be part of rich culture of phillipines. Appreciate the lovely people around us whether staff at desk or restaurant or at the main gate of hotel.

I wished there was window in my room. but that did not matter much as there is not much of problem. the staff is good and is ready to solve any issue.

It was close to my favorite spots and was easy to find! The room was cozy to stay in during downtime and I enjoyed being just there.

The bidet felt a little wonky, also the room I got this time didnt have a writing table like the previous ones I stayed at before.

Very cheap stay for a very good hotel with rooftop bar/restaurant and spa facilities. A full massage cost 600php!!!

Some refurb work going on and bar/restaurant was missing quite a lot of items. I was given an internal room, so no window, which was ok for 1 night but I would've asked to move if it was anymore nights

Food was terrible !! Ac won’t cool the entire room. Bidet won’t work! Tv won’t work! Don’t even have slippers to use! Staffs are lousy! It’s like tired all the time! Booking for a Mother’s Day buffet dinner and we just got on time they just told us they’re running out of dessert! Knowing the buffet time was 7-10 pm. Our reservation was 8pm! Rooms smells like old cabinet

Staff offered a good discount with free breakfast -- courteous and friendly staff. free bottled water everyday.

they are modernizing elevators during our stay, thus the limited use of elevators. Hair dryers have maximum time limit of 1 hour to use.

Let’s see when I first check in there was poo in the toilet hot waiter not working WiFi not working and also elevator not working too

There's cockroaches. I requested to be moved to another room only to find out there's more cockroaches playing around so I stick to my old room. Hopefully this will be addressed by management and do a serious pest control all over the hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the Hotel restaurant was very good. Staff were helpful. The swimming pool is working. It is small but refreshing.

The hotel is on a very busy street. If you’re in one of the rooms upfront, you’re gonna hear a road noise.

Vi kommer tilbake to uker i april eller mai, god mat, bra gym, hyggelig på alle måter! Mannen ut skaffet drosje, ble belønnet for det!

It was not clean. The room floor was dirty and the sheets. The shower was also dirty

The room was decent. They clean the room every day. Hotel location is quite good since there was less traffic and not noisy. Food for breakfast was nice, kudos to the cook. Spa services was great, thanks to the lady assigned at the spa front desk and to the masseur.

I choose the hotel primaly because of the pool which was requested by my daughter, unfortunately it was out of service for the 3nights of stay which was very disappointing. They should have clarified it in thier property profile, it was very misleading and dishonesty not to disclose it in the website or in booking.com since booking is non-refundable. The requested queen size bed plus single bed was not made available upon check-in and we were made to pay for the extra bed for 3nights which was expensive. Wifi was very slow for 1night and 1 day and tv was not available also during that time due to “maintenance as they say. Staff should be more accommodating and recieve their guest specially to kababayans (not only to foreigners) with a hapoy heart.

Wir hatten kein Fenster im Zimmer. Es gab keine Klimaanlage im Fahrstuhl oder in den Fluren, nur auf dem Zimmer und in der Loby. Der 8. Stock sah ganz schlimm aus und wir konnten nicht schlafen, da im 9. Stock Party war mit extrem lauter Musik.

It's one of my stable places and I enjoyed the bar and the beds

My room was superior deluxe, and it was recently renovated, but they did a bad job, paint stains and poorly finished. Also the carpets on the flooring in the hallway going to your rooms are heavily stained and looks dirty, seems like management don't really care that much anymore.. sad.
