The hotel was very taken care of. The staff were amazing and helpful.

Staff and rooms were great.

The lobby and seating area and tea areas all REEKED of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. The hotel should have designated smoking / non-smoking areas.

L’accueil du personnel , très à l’écoute et très aimable , restauration avec un large choix et de bonne qualité.

Une petite salle de prière aurait été parfait .

Excellent central location, with everything just a short walk away. The staff are professional and welcoming, and the hotel has a pleasant, classic atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, making it a relaxed and easy place to return to after exploring the city. Overall, a very enjoyable and convenient stay in Oran.

The sauna and comfortable bed And the breakfast staff was nice especially Abdou he was kind , helpful and friendly he really likes his job . I will return to this hotel next year

Ce que nous avons apprécié c’est l architecture de l’hôtel et la déco.

Ce que je regrette dans cette hôtel c’est que l on fume à l’intérieur de l hôtel. Le salon de thé étais fumeurs peux de place pour les femmes en famille et que des hommes et des femmes qui n etais pas de l hôtel . Hôtel pas du tout familial et mal fréquenter .

L'accueil et le professionnalisme des équipes est au rendez vous et même au delà de mes espérances. On se sent mieux que chez soi et en sécurité. On y mange bien et on s'y sent bien. C'est un réel plaisir d'y séjourner. Je le recommande vivement pour qui veut passer un séjour en toute sérénité.

Le confort et la sécurité dans cet hôtel et la bienveillance des hommes de la sécurité Chérif un big up pour vous et votre équipe ( Ali ).Vous êtes le 1er rempart avant de rentrer dans le royal et vous le représentez avec fierté.

QUand vous êtes au resto que vous màgez une salade le soir avant de monter dormir qu'on vous tend un papier pour signer et indiquer votre numéro de chambre. Et que lorsque vous êtes bien installée dzns votre chambre.vous entendez quelqu un sonner à votre porte. C est le serveur qui m explique que je n'avais pas du monter sans payer car je n ai pas de caution à la réception ! Le ton est très froid et très însultant. Il faut savoir que lorsque j avais fini ma salade je me suis rendue de moi même au bar pour vouloir régler et Qu on m'a tendu le papier à remplir ! Bref à cette personne qui a couru à ma chambre pour récupérer son du , la prochaine fois venez avec la monnaie un minimum ne montez pas sans rien pour pouvoir récupérer le restant du . Cette manière de faire est lamentable dans un hôtel de ce standing. J ai pour habitude de remercier le personnel par des tips ( pourboires ) car c est hautement mérité mais vous qui êtes monté après 21h00 dzns ma chambre avec votre ton inquisiteur et votre feinte pour récupérer la monnaie, je vous l ai laissé par non choix car vous ne le méritez pas du tout !! par contre votre visage avait changé quand je vous ai dit gardez le reste quand je vous ai vu repartir sans même dire que vous n à vez pas la monnaie. Je n ai pas apprécié votre manière de faire ! C est la seule ombre au tableau qui ne m empêchera pas de revenir dzns mon hôtel préféré sur Oran. J ai pris ce temps parce que j aime particulièrement cet hôtel et que ce genre de comportement ne devrait pas se retrouver dzns cet établissement cher à mon cœur. Je ne retiens que les belles choses heureusement mais cette ombre au tableau devait vous être remontée. Hâte d être de retour parmi vous.

Hôtel indigne d’un 5 étoiles. Le bar est rempli de prostituées, aucune sécurité ni distinction avec les familles venues séjourner. Au petit-déjeuner, personnel non professionnel : nourriture réchauffée, serveurs qui observent et se moquent des clients, rendant l’ambiance humiliante. Payer 5 500 DZD pour ça est une honte. Cet établissement doit mettre fin à la prostitution et exiger un vrai respect des clients. La dame qui fais les msmen est le serveur âgé est devant elle surveille tous les clients est les critique ouvertement

En attendant ma chambre dans le hall, un homme m’a tiré la langue de manière très obscène et sexuelle, tandis que d’autres m’ont accostée pour proposer des relations tarifées. Le bar est rempli de prostituées, l’ambiance est malsaine et totalement indigne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. J’ai vu des cafards ?????

Il ne faut pas y aller en couple il y a des femme qui attend juste de faire des passe au bar de l’hôtel beaucoup de prostitution la nuit dans l’hôtel il y a des cabaret juste à coller à l’hôtel

Excellent location. Very comfortable room with a great view very the front. Excellent breakfast. Really cool bar and coffee lounge. Very courteous and helpful staff. It’s a great oasis of tranquility from the heat and busy city.

Ac was not working in our room. Front desk said they would send a technician but they never did. Other than that the facility was okay! I wouldn’t say it should be a 5 start I would give it a 4 or 3 star. Breakfast had some weird selections, wasn’t very edible.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after spending 10 days at The Royal Hotel MGallery in my hometown, I felt I had to share just how exceptional the experience was from beginning to end. I arrived at 3am, tired and expecting a quiet check-in, but instead, I was greeted by Yassine, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. Naima at the front desk was just as lovely, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely kind. Breakfast each morning was something I actually looked forward to, thanks to the great team led by Houari and Karima, and the tall head chef (whose name I didn’t catch, sadly). They made each morning feel relaxed and enjoyable, and the food was spot on. A huge thank you as well to Assia and Amina from housekeeping, they kept everything immaculate and were always friendly. And I really appreciated Alilou from the security team, he was polite, reassuring, and just made you feel safe. What stood out the most, though, was the warmth and genuine hospitality from everyone I came across. It didn’t feel like just good service it felt personal. I was made to feel welcome, valued, and looked after in a way that really stayed with me. To everyone at the hotel: thank you for making my stay so special. bel hôtel de centre ville Mais pas familial, plutôt femme/ homme d affaires pour 1 ou 2 nuit . Hôtel fumeur salon de thé plutôt salon de café /boisson et cigarette Moquette au sol très sale Bon petit déjeuner Dîner hors de prix pour ce que c’est et pas de tarif enfant . Enfin voilà bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits pas plus.

This is a smart, modern hotel right in the centre of Oran just off Place 1er Novembre. I booked over the phone and the price in Algerian Dinars was very reasonable. On arrival I was offered inclusive dinner for only DZD1500 extra per night, which was also great value. The only downside was that I was the only diner in the buffet restaurant until after 9pm, which was a bit strange. But the food was great, as was breakfast. The only problem I encountered was that the aircon in my room wasn't working, but reception quickly switched me to another room. I had a room overlooking the inside courtyard of the hotel, which didn't have a view but was very quiet.

Coffee machine was not working , concierge and security not professional at all , in addition for 5 stars hotel the quality of the TV is far from standard, reception was good so far specially Okacha the rest look lost and they don’t know exactly what they are doing , but the worst was concierge is like he was talking to his friend in coffee shop however food was good and delicious

Starting from the location to the valley who was very friendly as well as the receptionist who made sure the room selected was really what we needed and he explained to us all breakfast options etc In the morning, breakfast was great, we had a lot of choice and it was all nice and fresh.

The Christmas decor as well as the winter smells inside Shower was great Restaurent very good

I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking considerate and accommodating service

I stayed one night on the beach and 19th of September 24, overall the hotel was perfect compared to the hotels in Algeria, the most important thing I focused on Algeria is the cleanliness which I have no complaint. The only concern is abut the payment and my hotel hole check in process, I booked through booking.com and hen I arrived to the hotel I payed cash dz25000 for the night, after a week when I returned to Australia I received a call from the hotel but I told them I am sleeping which was a middle of the night , I checked my booking.com account I found a message stating that I didn’t show up and fees may apply, I also checked my Accor account to find out if the booking points has been claimed as I supplied the receptionist with my account number but till now nothing appeared yet, I just called the hotel now and asked for the manger , a lady told me he will call you back, I am waiting now to find out what exactly happened

Personnel very unfriendly. I was there for three nights, and when leaving, I asked for Bill with all details, including a room service I ordered during my stay. The lady refused and said the bill will not include it, and that I should have asked for a bill when I got the room service. Even sending this bill separately to me via email was not an option. I felt like I'm dealing with thieves. The checkout was also very slow. This is hotel I will never visit again. I do not recommend it at all.

Loved everything about this hotel. Very classy and lives by its name. It has everything there. The bar,the buffet,spa and most of all luxury comfy rooms. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting for the first time.

It is the perfect place for business man. Enormous variety of drinks with all famous european brands. Well furnished bar lounge with a lot of company. In the center of the city in good and safe location for a walk around.

Quality of food into restaurant is not super. Good but not dreamingfull.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was a great experience. This is the type of hotel where you do not feel like checking out. The Hotel staff were amazing. Very kind and respectful. Lots of english speaking staff. Food was great, room service was amazing. My every request was met. Highly recommended.
