Has a weird dirty smell throughout, rooms are average and wifi wasn’t working at all. Definitely not worth it for the price

Wifi recepticion wouldn't work in my room, therefore all office work I had to do was through my cellular provider. I had to leave at 6:30am and there was no receptionist to finalize the bill and hand in my room access card too. TV package was poor news/old tv shows/very basic.

Luxury only by name definitely. Bathroom dirty, caulking missing, trim around door damaged/unpainted. Left after first night without refund rather than stay both nights id paid for, worse $425 I ever spent, id never go back.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Great hotel, friendly staff. Staying overnight for a hike and long bike ride. This hotel gave us an extremely clean room very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was spotless. Most hotels at this price would be worn, not the Luxury Inn.

After I booked on-line and before I arrived, I could not find a phone number for the Luxury Inn. I called the reservation service and they didn’t have record of my reservation (this was after the date to cancel). The reservation service gave me a phone number for the Luxury Inn. I called. There was no answer. There was no voicemail. Google “street view” coincidentally shows a moving van at the back door removing assets. Oh No! I have no reservation! And I’ve been scammed. The second call was answered and there was no problem. I recommend you tidy up your reservation protocols.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The bed was comfortable, thank you for making the bed up everyday for us. Greatly appreciated. The motel was located in a great place on the main street. The staff member was courteous and friendly.
The fact that I had to request that they make the bed and tidy the room. This should be done daily. We were on holidays and it always makes a difference when we come back to our room and its freshened up.

There was a smell in the lobby that thankfully didn't travel to our room on the second floor.

I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke and was immediately put in another room. Have Stayed at Luxury Inn several times. Always clean and beds comfortable.!!!!!! Hidden gem. Staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Upon leaving the room for checkout as we always do, I scanned the room to make sure we left nothing behind. The bed frames went right to the floor so nothing couldve gotten under. I brushed my foot at the side of the bed, under the matress skirt hanging. I felt something small under there. Very happy not to have reached for it because it was a used sex toy that had not been picked up. Glad my kids did not find it. I took a pic and let the front desk know. Worker was polite but just said sorry. No offer for a partial discount or anything. Obviously the room was not cleaned thoroughly. I only pray the sheets were cleaned.
