Price was pretty expensive on a saturdau for a small room. Bed was alright, although i didn't fall asleep that easily. Was also a bit hard figuring out how to turn the tv screen off.

The chairs in the room are very low/worn. Would have loved a coffee maker, but I was aware it wasn't in the room when booking. McD and Tim's were next door.

This is not a place to stay if you want peace and quiet. The motel is located on a very busy corner and the traffic was extremely loud into late evening and starting up very early in the morning. Also, I could hear people walking either beside or above.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for accessing all that I wanted to do in Collingwood and Wasaga Beach. Bed was comfortable. All of the basics were in place. We did have WiFi access so I could use my laptop for business and that was great. For breakfast I went to MacDonalds across the way. It was new and well designed. There are many stores close by for anything that was needed.

A tiny little motel that was almost everything within a few minutes walk! 10 minutes drive to downtown and another 2 minutes to Sunset Point Park. There is also another small park right behind the place. Front desk staff was hospitable and friendly! I highly recommend this if you are staying for a night or two!

Everything. These two humans hate dogs. Not little dogs though, the neighbour was allowed to stay with his dog but my dog was not permitted because he was a “big” dog. My dog doesn’t bark and is completely old, slow and docile. It’s untenable that we could be treated so unfairly. Then to demand we leave or they would call the police? Seriously? We are kind and fair and there was no reason for that treatment

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025I stayed two nights at this motel and am pleased with my stay. I appreciated that the air conditioning fan was rather quieter, which helped me immensely. The bed was comfortable. The car parking spot is in front of the unit. All I wanted was a comfortable place to sleep two nights and this place delivered it. Thank you!

Nothing fancy, seemed fairly clean, except for outside our door as we walked in somebody’s coffee mug from McDonald’s and an ashtray with a bunch of cigarettes. On a very busy road, but near to several restaurants, etc. Air conditioner worked great. The beds were comfortably enough. Ice machine access if that matters to you. I asked at the front desk and they brought me a cup with about five ice cubes in it.
